Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the technical solution of the present disclosure, the aspects of collecting, updating, analyzing, processing, using, transmitting, storing and the like of the personal information of the user all conform to the regulations of the relevant laws and regulations, and are used for legal purposes without violating the customs of public order. Necessary measures are taken for the personal information of the user, the illegal access to the personal information data of the user is prevented, and the personal information safety, the network safety and the national safety of the user are maintained.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, a method for online medication purchase management is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for managing online medicine purchase according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for managing online medicine purchase includes: step S101, step S102, step S103, and step S104.
Step S101, analyzing a medicine prescription from the online medicine purchasing request, and identifying a medicine text in the medicine prescription.
The medicine prescription in the embodiment of the invention refers to a paper prescription or an electronic edition prescription which is provided by a doctor for a user after an off-line hospital doctor consults or an on-line doctor consults, and the paper prescription can be handwritten. A prescription may contain one drug or multiple drugs, each of which may be one or more in number. The online purchase request carries a medicine prescription, which may be an image obtained by photographing or scanning a paper prescription, an image obtained by photographing an electronic version of the prescription, or an electronic version of the prescription. When a user plans to purchase medicine on line, a paper prescription or an electronic prescription can be shot, an on-line medicine purchase request can be sent according to the shot image, and a stored prescription image can be selected, and the on-line medicine purchase request can be sent according to the selected image. Illustratively, a user uses a small tool for shooting a prescription and purchasing medicine provided by a medicine purchasing platform to shoot a prescription or upload a shot photo, and the tool can be embedded into the medicine purchasing platform in the form of a small program or a reusable component such as an M page (the M page refers to a webpage of a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer).
The medicine prescription may contain text information, image information, and the like. The text information may include a user information text, a medicine text, hospital information, a doctor information text, and the like, and the medicine text includes a medicine identification text (medicine identification is used to uniquely represent a kind of medicine) and a symptom description text. The user information is typically the basic information such as user name, gender, age, fee category, prescription number, etc.
In practical applications, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) algorithm may be used to identify the drug text in the drug prescription. Most of the medicine prescriptions are structured contents, for example, the user information part is "name: zhang three or (name Zhang three). For example, in the process of identifying the text of the medicine, the text in the text area of the medicine or the text closer to the text area of the medicine can be identified through the page structure of the medicine prescription; in recognizing the user information text, a region of the user information text or a text before a colon or a space near the region is recognized. The identified information may further be used to augment an updated prescription template library, such as a thesaurus of user information text augmented with commonly filled-in content by colon or blank.
At present, the prescription form of online medicine purchase is mostly machine-made prescription, electronic-version prescription or online prescription screenshot, and the prescription can be identified in a prescription structuring mode. For the handwritten prescriptions, in order to improve the recognition accuracy, a corresponding prescription template can be constructed and directional optimization processing can be performed to improve the recognition accuracy of the prescriptions. When the prescription template is constructed, a prescription template and font preference of a hospital or a doctor prescription can be constructed after hospital doctor information identification, and a structured information template corresponding to the hospital is stored.
In some embodiments of the invention, before identifying the drug text in the drug prescription, a hospital doctor information base is constructed, and prescription templates of the hospital and/or the doctors are constructed according to historical drug prescriptions issued by each doctor in the hospital doctor information base; the hospital doctor information base comprises doctor identifiers of doctors, or the hospital doctor information base comprises doctor identifiers of doctors, hospital identifiers (such as hospital names and hospital short names) and/or department identifiers of the doctors; the prescription template comprises a hospital information area, a user information area and a medicine information area. Identifying drug text in the drug order, comprising: determining a medicine information area in the medicine prescription according to the established prescription template, and extracting a medicine text in the medicine prescription from the medicine information area in the medicine prescription.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the pharmaceutical order is an image of a paper order. When the medicine text in the medicine prescription is identified, whether the prescription paper is bent or folded can be identified through the size ratio of fonts of adjacent areas, the consistency of the font directions and the like, and the correction is preferentially carried out after the identification. Specifically, under the condition that a bent part or a folded part exists in the medicine prescription, similar contents are selected from the contents of a pre-constructed prescription template and sent to a user, and the similar contents are confirmed or modified according to an operation instruction fed back by the user to obtain the medicine text. In the embodiment, similar contents are selected from the contents of the pre-constructed prescription template and sent to the user, and the similar contents are confirmed or modified according to the operation instruction fed back by the user, so that the identification accuracy can be improved under the condition that the paper prescription is bent and fuzzy.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the pharmaceutical prescription is an image of a paper prescription. Before identifying a medicine text in the medicine prescription, judging whether the medicine prescription has an angle inclination; under the condition that the medicine prescription has an angle inclination, judging the inclination angle of the medicine prescription according to the inclination angle of preset characters and/or preset strokes in the medicine prescription; and correcting the angle of the medicine prescription according to the inclination angle of the medicine prescription. The preset character and the preset stroke may be selectively set, for example, a 90 ° stroke, a comma, a colon, or the like. The user may have the conditions of angle inclination and rotation when shooting or scanning the paper prescription, the inclination angle of the medicine prescription is judged according to the inclination angle of the preset characters and/or the preset strokes in the medicine text, and then the medicine prescription is subjected to angle correction under the conditions of angle inclination and rotation when the medicine prescription is possibly existed, so that the identification accuracy of the medicine text can be improved.
And S102, matching the medicine text with the medicines in a pre-constructed medicine library, and taking the successfully matched medicines as target medicines.
In the embodiment of the invention, a medicine library is constructed in advance for correctly matching the on-sale commodities. The drug library in the embodiment of the invention is related information of a drug determined by a national approved document and a drug specification, and comprises fields of a drug universal name (drug identification), an approved document, a drug specification, a manufacturer, an adaptation disease and the like.
The related information of the goods on sale may be issued by the merchant, for example, the title of the goods is issued by the merchant. If matching is performed not using the drug library but directly matching the drug text with the information on the product on sale, the matching accuracy is low, and for example, it is possible to match a drug with a size of 5mg by 12 to a product on sale with a size of 4mg by 12 because the size is not necessarily included in the product title. According to the embodiment of the invention, the medicine text in the medicine prescription is matched with the medicines in the medicine library, and the successfully matched medicines are taken as the target medicines, so that the identification accuracy of the medicines in the medicine prescription can be improved, the confusion among the similar medicines is avoided, and the names of the rarely used medicines can be accurately identified.
In some embodiments of the invention, the drug text comprises drug identification text and symptom description text, and the drug library comprises drug identifications and adaptation conditions for the drugs. Matching the medicine text with the medicines in a pre-constructed medicine library, and taking the successfully matched medicines as target medicines, wherein the matching comprises the following steps: matching the symptom description text with the adaptation symptoms of various medicines in the medicine library, and taking the successfully matched medicines as candidate medicines; and matching the medicine description text with the medicine identifications of the various candidate medicines, and taking the candidate medicines which are successfully matched as the target medicines. In the embodiment of the invention, a common medicine set with various symptoms can be constructed based on the medicine library, and when the medicine text is matched with the medicines in the medicine library, the medicine text can be matched with the medicines in the corresponding common medicine set, so that the matching efficiency is improved.
The criterion for determining the matching success may be selectively set according to actual conditions, for example, when the symptom description text is matched with the adaptive symptoms of various medicines in the medicine library, when the adaptive symptoms of the medicines include the symptom description text, or when the similarity between the symptom description text and the adaptive symptoms of the medicines exceeds a set threshold, the matching is considered to be successful.
And step S103, matching the target medicine with the commodities in a pre-constructed commodity selling lexicon, and taking the successfully matched commodity as the target commodity. The word stock of the on-sale commodities in the embodiment of the invention is a word stock formed by all on-sale commodities and descriptors (such as commodity titles) thereof, and the target commodities obtained by matching are the commodities in the pre-constructed word stock of the on-sale commodities, so that the commodities which are not on sale currently are avoided being used as the target commodities, and the matching accuracy is improved.
And step S104, generating a list of commodities to be purchased according to the target commodities corresponding to the target medicines. The commodity list to be purchased is generated according to the target commodities corresponding to the various target medicines, so that the steps and the flow of online medicine purchasing can be simplified, and the online medicine purchasing efficiency is improved.
Generating a list of commodities to be purchased according to the target commodities corresponding to the various target medicines, wherein the list of commodities to be purchased may include: when the target goods corresponding to the target medicines are multiple, selecting one of the multiple target goods as a to-be-purchased goods corresponding to the target medicines according to at least one of the following factors, and generating a to-be-purchased goods list according to the to-be-purchased goods corresponding to each target medicine: the quantity of target medicines, the merchant grade of a supplier, the estimated receiving time, the historical favorable rating and the price which can be met; wherein a supplier is considered to be able to satisfy a target drug when the supplier is able to provide a target item that successfully matches the target drug. The various factors may have different priorities, and the priority settings of the various factors may be different for different users or different conditions to achieve personalized settings.
For example, there are multiple target commodities corresponding to the target drug, for example, there are multiple target commodities sold at different prices by merchants in different regions (each target commodity corresponds to one SKU), and the stock of each target commodity may also be different, and when determining the commodity to be purchased corresponding to the target drug, the determination may be performed according to the following rules:
(1) Preferentially selecting merchants with higher merchant levels (such as service levels) to perform medicine matching, and taking target commodities provided by the merchants as commodities to be purchased corresponding to the target medicines; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the grades of the merchants are the same, the merchants which can meet the medicine prescription can be preferentially selected for medicine matching, namely, the merchants which can provide one target commodity corresponding to all target medicines in the medicine prescription at one time are selected for matching, and the target commodity provided by the corresponding merchants is used as the commodity to be purchased corresponding to the target medicines;
if a single merchant can not meet the prescription, the merchant which can provide most target commodities supplies goods, other target commodities are supplied by other merchants with higher service levels, and when the merchants with the same service levels meet the merchants, the merchant with the optimal freight rate is selected;
(2) When (1) two or more to-be-purchased list schemes can be obtained, selecting the scheme with the nearest goods receiving time;
(3) When two target commodities of the same merchant accord with the conditions of the target medicines, the target commodity with more favorable history is selected as the commodity to be purchased corresponding to the target medicine.
The user can not know the upper limit of the purchasable medicines professionally and accurately in the use of the medicines under the condition that the medicine taking period exists in part of the medicines, and more or less selections are easy to select. In view of this, in the embodiment of the present invention, before or after the list of the to-be-purchased commodities is generated, the user information text in the medicine prescription may be further identified, and the to-be-purchased quantity of the to-be-purchased commodities may be verified according to the user information text, the medicine specification text and the usage description text in the medicine text, or according to the medicine specification and the usage description of the to-be-purchased commodities in the medicine library. A typical drug will contain drug specifications and instructions, for example, if the drug specification for an oral liquid is a box of 5ml x 10 bottles, the instructions are for 1-2 bottles per day, and the maximum number of consecutive administrations is no more than 7 days, then the number of the drug to be purchased is 1 box.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the list of the commodities to be purchased is generated, the list of the commodities to be purchased can be updated in response to the list change request of the user. For example, part of the commodities in the list to be purchased are deleted or new commodities are added to the list to be purchased, or the quantity to be purchased of each commodity to be purchased in the list to be purchased is modified.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the list of the commodities to be purchased is generated, an order of the commodities to be purchased can be generated according to the list of the commodities to be purchased in response to an order placing request of a user, so that the user can purchase all the commodities in the list to be purchased at one time. After the order of the commodity to be purchased is generated, the order of the commodity to be purchased may be sent to an auditor, and the order of the commodity to be purchased may be updated in response to an order update instruction of the auditor. The auditing doctor can audit the types and the quantity of the medicines in the commodity order to be purchased according to the user information. For example, if the medicine specification of an oral liquid is a box of 5ml by 10 bottles, 1-2 bottles are reused every day in the instruction, and the medicine is continuously taken for no more than 7 days, the single prescription is judged to be no more than 1 box according to the information in the stage of performing the doctor's examination, and if the dosage of adults and children is different, the doctor can distinguish according to the age in the information of the medicine provider.
In the embodiment of the invention, before or after the commodity order to be purchased is generated, the user information text in the medicine prescription can be identified, and the information item of the medicine purchaser can be filled according to the user information text. The online medicine purchasing real-name system has the advantages that the time for manually filling the personal complete information is long, the user information identified in the prescription is backfilled to the information item of the medicine purchaser, and the user can confirm the information and supplement the information required by the identity card or other platforms, so that the online medicine purchasing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the drug library comprises drug statuses of drugs; matching the drug text with a pre-constructed drug library, comprising: matching the medicine text with the medicines in the starting state in a pre-constructed medicine library; the method further comprises the following steps: in response to the drug library amplification, marking an amplified drug amplified into the drug library as a non-activated state; in response to the presence of an on-sale good in the on-sale good thesaurus that matches the amplification drug, marking the amplification drug as enabled. The embodiment can realize automatic maintenance and updating of the drug library. In addition, the medicine library comprises a plurality of medicines for obtaining the medicine approval document numbers, when a new medicine obtains the medicine approval document number, the medicine and related information thereof can be amplified into the medicine library, the medicine may not be sold yet, and when the medicine is matched, only the medicine text is matched with the medicine in the activated state in the medicine library, so that part of the medicine which is not sold yet can be filtered, and the subsequent matching efficiency is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the medicine text in the medicine prescription is matched with the medicines in the medicine library, and the successfully matched medicines are used as target medicines, so that the identification accuracy of the medicines in the medicine prescription can be improved; by matching the target medicine with the commodities in the pre-constructed commodity word stock for sale, the target commodity obtained by matching can be the commodity for sale at present, the commodity which is not sold at present is prevented from being used as the target commodity, and the matching accuracy is improved; the commodity list to be purchased is generated according to the target commodities corresponding to the various target medicines, so that the online medicine purchasing steps and processes can be simplified, and the online medicine purchasing efficiency is improved.
The following details an online medicine purchasing process in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to specific examples, including:
