The detection method comprises the following steps:
01: determining a connecting component corresponding to the current functional fault as a current connecting component according to the current functional fault and the definition of a controller interface;
02: removing the wire harness terminal and short-circuiting the wire harness and the functional device;
03: testing whether the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wire harness and the functional device;
04: under the condition that the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wire harness and the functional device, the wire harness terminal is determined to be abnormal.
And step 01, determining a connecting component corresponding to the current functional fault as the current connecting component according to the current functional fault and the definition of the controller interface. Specifically, the functional fault may include a vehicle voice broadcast fault, a vehicle electronic display screen fault, and the like, the controller interface definition includes functions, working modes, and the like that each interface of the controller can implement, and which interface is corresponding to the current functional fault may be found through the controller interface definition, so as to find the corresponding connection component to serve as the current connection component. The detection method finds out a current connecting component corresponding to the current functional fault according to the current functional fault and the interface definition of the controller corresponding to the function. In other embodiments, the current functional fault further includes other functional faults such as the charging interface is not powered on, and is not specifically limited herein.
Therefore, the current connecting component corresponding to the current functional fault can be found out according to the current functional fault and the interface definition of the controller.
Therefore, the mode of removing the wiring harness terminal of the connector of the current connecting assembly is adopted, and whether the wiring harness terminal of the connector of the current connecting assembly is abnormal or not can be judged. For example, referring to fig. 2, the first and fourth views of fig. 2 are schematic views of a normal wire harness terminal, the upper end of the wire harness terminal is clearly broken in the second view of fig. 2, and the upper end of the wire harness terminal is slightly recessed and the distance between the parts is changed in the third view of fig. 2 (the change may not be apparent in appearance due to the small size of the wire harness terminal).
In other embodiments, the functional device also includes other electronic devices that provide functionality, such as: the USB interface is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 03, testing whether the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wire harness and the functional device. Specifically, after removing the wiring harness terminal of the connector of the current connecting assembly, the functional test is carried out on the controller, and whether the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through short-circuiting the wiring harness and the functional device of the current connecting assembly is tested.
Thus, whether the wire harness terminal is abnormal or not can be judged.
And 04, under the condition that the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wire harness and the functional device, determining that the wire harness terminal is abnormal. Specifically, after the harness terminal of the connector of the current connecting assembly is removed, the controller can realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited harness and the functional device of the current connecting assembly, and at the moment, it can be determined that the harness terminal of the connector of the current connecting assembly is abnormal.
Thus, it can be determined that there is an abnormality in the harness terminal of the connector of the present connection assembly.
Function test is carried out through the pencil of getting rid of the current coupling assembling's of pencil terminal and short circuit connector and the mode of function device to judge whether there is the anomaly in the pencil terminal of current coupling assembling's connector according to the test result, can fix a position the problem point fast, and the problem is checked out.

05: and under the condition that the controller cannot realize the function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wire harness and the functional device, determining that the wire harness terminal is normal.
Specifically, after the wiring harness terminal is removed, the controller cannot realize a function corresponding to the current functional fault through the short-circuited wiring harness and the functional device, and at this time, it is determined that the wiring harness terminal is not abnormal.
Thus, it can be determined that the harness terminal of the connector of the present connection assembly is normal.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, after determining the connected component corresponding to the current functional failure as the current connected component according to step 01 (the current functional failure and the definition of the controller interface), the detection method further includes:
06: under the condition that the controller controls the current connecting component through voltage or current, detecting whether the total resistance value from the controller to the connector is normal or not;
07: and under the condition that the total resistance value is normal, the steps of removing the wiring harness terminal and short-circuiting the wiring harness and the functional device are carried out.
So, whether the total resistance value of the connector of detection controller to current coupling assembling accords with preset design standard, can fix a position the problem point fast, and the problem is checked out.
Specifically, after the current connection component is found out, if the controller controls the current connection component through voltage or current, the universal meter is used for detecting whether the total resistance value of the connector from the controller to the current connection component is normal, namely whether the total resistance value meets a preset design standard, if the total resistance value is normal, the wire harness terminal of the connector of the current connection component is removed, the current connection component and the functional device are short-circuited, and then the step 02, the step 03, the step 04 and the step 05 can be executed.
In other embodiments, detecting the total resistance value of the controller to the connector of the present connection assembly may be accomplished by other means, such as: the resistance is measured using voltammetry, and is not particularly limited herein.

011: under the condition that the controller controls the current connecting component through the pulse width modulation signal waves, detecting the pulse width modulation signal waves received by the current connecting component;
012: and under the condition that the waveform state of the pulse width modulation signal wave received by the current connecting assembly is normal, the steps of removing the wire harness terminal and short-circuiting the wire harness and the functional device are carried out.
Therefore, the problem point can be quickly positioned and the problem can be checked out by detecting the pulse width modulation signal wave received by the current connecting component.
Specifically, after the current connection component is found out, if the controller controls the current connection component through a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), an oscilloscope may be used to detect whether the PWM signal wave received by the current connection component is in a normal waveform state, and if the PWM signal wave received by the current connection component is in a normal waveform state, the harness terminal of the connector of the current connection component is removed, and the current connection component and the functional device are short-circuited, so that step 02, step 03, step 04, and step 05 may be performed.
In other embodiments, the detection of the waveform state of the pwm signal wave currently received by the connecting component may also be performed by using other devices such as a power analyzer, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the detection method further includes:
013: under the condition that the waveform state of the pulse width modulation signal wave received by the current connecting component is abnormal, whether obvious abnormality exists in the appearance of the wiring harness and the connector assembly is checked;
014: and under the condition that the wiring harness and the connector are not obviously abnormal in appearance, the steps of removing the wiring harness terminals and short-circuiting the wiring harness and the functional devices are carried out.
So, whether the pencil through inspection current coupling assembling has inside obvious damage or deformation with current coupling assembling's connector, can fix a position the problem point fast, and the problem is checked out.
Specifically, after the current connection component is found out, if the controller controls the current connection component through the pwm signal wave, an oscilloscope may be used to detect whether the pwm signal wave received by the current connection component is in a normal waveform state, if the waveform state of the pwm signal wave received by the current connection component is abnormal, the oscilloscope may be turned to check whether the harness of the current connection component and the connector of the current connection component are obviously abnormal in appearance, where the abnormality includes internal obvious damage and deformation, and if the harness of the current connection component and the connector of the current connection component are not obviously abnormal in appearance, the harness terminal of the connector of the current connection component is removed, and the current connection component and the functional device are short-circuited, so that step 02, step 03, step 04, and step 05 may be executed.
