c: the water collecting cup is characterized in that the water collecting cup (7) can be in contact with an inclined block (12) in the rotating process, the inclined block (12) pushes the water collecting cup (7) to rotate, the water collecting cup (7) is inclined and then is in a horizontal state, when the water collecting cup (7) is in the horizontal state, a residual water sample in the water collecting cup (7) can flow into a water retaining ring plate (8), a first water pump (16) is started through an external controller, water in a water tank (17) is pumped out through the first water pump (16) and is sprayed out through a washing head (14), the water sprayed out of the washing head (14) is used for washing the inside of the water collecting cup (7), the water after washing flows into the water retaining ring plate (8), and the water in the water retaining ring plate (8) flows into a water receiving box (9) for storage.
