In a mechanical equipment locking mechanism, a long bolt can be used, and as the nut needs to be screwed at different positions in a certain stroke range due to the requirement of adapting to different thicknesses or strokes, the adjustment of a common nut in the long stroke range is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
At present, the most common structural form of the long bolt is shown in fig. 1, the distance from the head of the bolt to the tightening position of the nut is long, the nut needs to be rotated along the bolt to advance by one buckle, and the efficiency is not high. A push pin 6 is inserted into the second through hole 13 of the housing 1, and one end of the push pin 6 is engaged with the first groove 21 of the opening and closing body 2. In this embodiment, the first groove 21 is a V-shaped groove, the end portion corresponding to the push pin 6 is tapered, the push pin 6 is pushed by the other end of the push pin 6, the push pin 6 simultaneously presses the two opening and closing pieces 26, and the elastic member 3 is compressed, so that the two opening and closing pieces 26 are separated, the opening and closing body 2 can be separated from the bolt, and the quick movement of the quick nut 10 along the bolt is realized. When the push pin 6 is released, the elastic piece 3 pushes the two opening and closing pieces 26 again, so that the two opening and closing pieces 26 are combined into a nut.
A gap is left between the outer wall of the coupling bodies 2 and the inner wall of the housing 1 to facilitate the coupling of the two coupling bodies 2 and to allow the quick nut 10 to freely move along the long bolt 20.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, one end of the cavity 14 of the housing 1 has a first tapered surface 12, one end of the split body 2 has a second tapered surface 23, the second tapered surface 23 is matched with the first tapered surface 12, and during the process of screwing the quick nut 10 through the housing 1, the second tapered surface 23 is kept in contact with the first tapered surface 12 and closed, so that the two split pieces 26 can be further prevented from being disengaged, reliable locking force can be provided, and the split body 2 and the bolt axis can be kept coincident and prevented from being misplaced.
As shown in fig. 5, the other end of the housing 1 is provided with an end cap 4, and the end cap 4 is connected with the housing 1 by a spigot interference fit. The end cover 4 is provided with a third through hole for the bolt to pass through. The diameter of the third through hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the opening and closing body 2, so that the opening and closing body 2 can be prevented from being removed from the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 8, the push pin 6 is divided into a straight section and a tapered section, and the maximum diameter of the tapered section is larger than that of the straight section, so that the push pin 6 is prevented from coming out of the second through hole 13.
As shown in fig. 3, the speed nut of the present invention, when used for connection, can freely move the speed nut 10 to a proper position by pressing the push pin 6 to disengage the coupling body 2, and then loosen the push pin 6 and tighten the speed nut 10 with a wrench; when the nut needs to be disassembled, the quick nut 10 is firstly unscrewed by a wrench, and then the push pin 6 is pressed, so that the quick nut 10 can be freely moved and disassembled from the long bolt 20.
