That is to say, the prefabricated shear wall system provided by this embodiment includes a plurality of prefabricated shear wall structures, each shear wall structure includes prefabricated inner wall 102 and outer wall 101, outer wall 101 and inner wall 102 are connected and enclose to form a wall, prefabricated outer wall 101 includes inner leaf wall 1 and sandwich layer steel sheet 11, through adopting prefabricated outer wall 101, it can form only to need to transport prefabricated outer wall 101 to the construction site and assemble again, then assemble outer wall 101 and prefabricated inner wall 102 and can form the shear wall structure, compare in the mode of cast-in-place concrete shaping shear wall structure, the prefabricated shear wall system of this embodiment can accelerate the site operation process to a certain extent, and vertical angle steel connecting piece 13 in the shear wall structure can effectively promote the overall structure rigidity and the intensity of shear wall structure, thereby can avoid the shear wall system to take place lateral buckling, in order to improve anti-seismic performance.
In addition, the prefabricated shear wall system provided by the embodiment prevents the lateral instability of the shear wall structure by fully utilizing the strength, rigidity and ductility of the sandwich layer steel plate 11 and by wrapping the concrete 14 outside, meets the fireproof performance and simultaneously improves the anti-seismic performance, and the sandwich layer steel plate 11 and the concrete 14 are combined to further improve the bearing capacity of the wall body.
In concrete implementation, the construction preparation process of the external wall 101 may be as follows: firstly, cutting a steel plate to form a sandwich layer steel plate 11 with a prefabricated specification, then welding a vertical angle steel connector 13 of the inner leaf wall 1 on one side of the sandwich layer steel plate 11, welding a reinforcing mesh 12 on one side, far away from the sandwich layer steel plate 11, of the vertical angle steel connector 13, finally building a mold for pouring concrete 14 on the outer side of the sandwich layer steel plate 11, then pouring the concrete 14, and removing the mold after the concrete 14 is solidified and molded, thereby forming the inner leaf wall 1.
It should be noted that, when the mould is built, the gap of connecting the wallboard needs to be reserved, and the node is prevented from being covered by concrete 14 and influencing later stage assembly, that is to say, the gap is set up to facilitate assembly. Specifically, the length of the slit may be preferably 400 mm. In addition, a certain gap, which may be 200mm, needs to be reserved when the concrete 14 is poured into the inner leaf walls 1 of the adjacent upper and lower shear wall structures. For example, the thickness of the mesh reinforcement 12 may be 4mm, and the mesh reinforcement 12 may be plural, and plural mesh reinforcements may be spaced apart from each other, and may have a pitch of 200mm.
In addition, the concrete 14 poured in this place may be fiber concrete made by mixing 1% steel fiber in concrete, and the mixing of steel fiber improves the bearing performance of the concrete 14 to a certain extent, and can achieve the requirements of light weight, heat preservation and fire prevention.
It should be noted that before the vertical angle steel connecting piece 13 is welded on the sandwich layer steel plate 11, operations such as punching, end face milling, beveling and the like need to be performed on the cut steel plate, so as to facilitate subsequent operations. The vertical angle steel connecting piece 13 can effectively support the sandwich layer steel plate 11. During concrete implementation, all shear wall structures are prefabricated in a factory, the shear wall structures with the corners 200mm long are vertically spliced at the corner positions of the sandwich layer steel plates 11, the sandwich layer steel plates 11 between the spliced shear wall structures are welded with one another to form first welding seams 91, the shear wall structures can be changed into groove shapes or T shapes from straight shapes, and the shear wall structures are integrally transported to a construction site, so that the assembly efficiency can be further improved. In addition, a gap of 20mm is reserved at the concrete 14 of the inner leaf wall 1 at the joint of the units of the shear wall, so that the adjacent sandwich layer steel plates 11 are welded during construction, grouting is performed after welding is completed, and the gap is covered by decoration during later construction. In order to ensure the welding quality and reduce the deformation of the sandwich layer steel plates 11 during welding, grooves are formed in the welding positions of all the sandwich layer steel plates 11 to prevent the steel plates from being welded through, and a 3mm steel base plate is additionally arranged on the back of a welding line. At the splicing corner of the shear wall structure, as shown in fig. 11, a lap joint steel plate is welded at the position of the sandwich layer steel plate 11, the exposed concrete 14 is about 50mm, the lap joint steel plate is welded with the groove of the sandwich layer steel plate of the inner leaf wall 1 to form a second welding line 92, and after the assembly is finished, mortar is poured to fill the gap between the two.
