the basic performance of the aqueous paint obtained in all the examples and the comparative examples is detected according to a test method of GB/T19250-2013, wherein all the parameters obtained by detecting the product of the example 3 are shown in a table 1, and the parameters obtained by partially detecting the products of other examples and the comparative examples are shown in a table 2; the anti-sagging performance of the aqueous paint obtained in all the examples and comparative examples is tested according to the test method of GB/T9264-2012, and the results are shown in Table 2.

From the above results, it is understood that the combination of the thixotropic agent, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent provided by the present invention can greatly improve the comprehensive performance of the polyurethane water-based paint. Moreover, in the combination and proportion, the effect is greatly reduced by removing any one component or changing the proportion relation of the components.
While the preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and examples, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. An environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint is characterized in that: comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises: the paint comprises an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, titanium dioxide, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, a filler, a wetting agent, a solvent-free polyurethane thickener, a thixotropic agent and deionized water; the component B comprises a curing agent.

The environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: the component A comprises: 40-60 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 25-37 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.8 part of dispersant, 0.3-0.4 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of filler, 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent, 0.7-1.1 part of solvent-free polyurethane thickener, 0.2-0.5 part of thixotropic agent and 5-10 parts of deionized water; the component B comprises a curing agent; when used, the ratio of the component A to the component B is (6-10): 1.
3. The environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thixotropic agent comprises a mixture of hydrogenated castor oil and anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers.
4. The environmentally friendly polyurethane waterborne paint of claim 3, wherein: in the thixotropic agent, the mass ratio of the hydrogenated castor oil to the anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker is 1 (2.7-2.8).
5. The environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dispersant comprises a mixture of a sodium polyacrylate dispersant EcodisP30 and a BYK-190 dispersant.
6. The environmentally friendly polyurethane waterborne paint of claim 5, wherein: in the dispersant, the proportion relation between EcodisP30 and BYK-190 dispersant is (3-7): 1.
7. The environmentally friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the leveling agent comprises a mixture of an organic silicon leveling agent and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
8. The environmentally friendly polyurethane waterborne paint of claim 7, wherein: in the leveling agent, the proportion relation between the organic silicon leveling agent and the hydroxyethyl cellulose is (10-13): 1.
9. The environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoamer comprises a polyether modified siloxane type defoamer; the filler comprises one or two of calcium carbonate or glass powder.

The method for preparing an environment-friendly polyurethane water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: putting the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, titanium dioxide, a dispersing agent and deionized water into a stirrer, adding a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, a filler and a wetting agent in the stirring process, finally adding a solvent-free polyurethane thickener and a thixotropic agent, continuously stirring until the viscosity meets the requirement, and stopping stirring to obtain the component A.
