Among the various protective measures, direct application of fire-retardant coatings is the most reliable and economical method. The expansion type fireproof coating is a novel fireproof coating, has excellent fireproof performance and decorative effect, and has wide applicability.
The single-component intumescent fire-retardant coating is most widely applied, and the adopted film-forming base material is acrylic resin which is selected from a plurality of materials. As thermoplastic resin, when meeting fire or high temperature, the thermoplastic resin is matched with an expansion system to form a fireproof carbon layer with high expansion ratio and excellent flame retardant property, but the acrylic resin has the defects of low mechanical strength, sensitivity to temperature and the like.

The high-solid-content high-strength fireproof coating is prepared by taking acrylic resin, amino resin and organic silicon resin mixed resin as base resin, and mixing the base resin with chlorinated paraffin, titanium dioxide, a flame retardant, melamine, pentaerythritol, ammonium polyphosphate, a wetting dispersant, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent and a solvent, and has good adaptability with various anticorrosion primers and finishes, and high adhesive force strength of a matched composite coating.
The acrylic resin can be thermoplastic acrylic resin, the amino resin can be 585-1 or 582-2 amino resin of Trifolium Hosiei Hayata, and the silicone resin can be mixture of silicone resin of 9601 of New Sihai of Hubei province or Carnot 9801 of Changzhou province
Preferably, the flame retardant comprises fumed silica, nano aluminum oxide, nano antimony trioxide and nano magnesium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1 (3-4) to (2-3).

Preferably, the chlorinated paraffin is 70# chlorinated paraffin.
