(3) And (3) second-stage mixing: putting the parked first-section mixing film into an internal mixer, adding a cross-linking agent bis (1-methyl-1-phenethyl) peroxide and an auxiliary cross-linking agent PDM, mixing for 105 seconds, discharging, then uniformly stirring in an open mill, and then rolling at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain a second-section mixing film;
(4) Rolling out a sheet: putting the two-stage mixed roll into a calender for calendering and discharging, wherein the calendering temperature is 55 ℃, the thickness of the calendered film is 2mm, and cooling and coiling the calendered film to obtain the calendered film;
(5) Vulcanizing the rubber plate: vulcanizing by a drum vulcanizing machine: the method adopts a multi-layer film laminating process, the rolled films are separated by a guide roller before entering a main drum to prevent adhesion and air inclusion, the tension of each layer of the rolled films is independently controlled, the tension of the multi-layer rolled films is kept consistent, the temperature of the main drum is 168 ℃, the auxiliary heating temperature of a steel belt is 185 ℃, and the multi-layer rolled film is obtained by cooling and coiling after vulcanization.
Example 3
A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber CPE135B,10 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.2 part of anti-aging agent NBC,40 parts of white carbon black, 40 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 3.0 parts of flow promoter R-300V,25 parts of TOTM,2.5 parts of thiadiazole derivative ECHO A and 1 part of accelerator 808.
The preparation method of the chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition for the vulcanized chlorinated polyethylene rubber plate comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Plasticizing: plasticizing chlorinated polyethylene rubber in an open mill for 5 times by adopting a thin pass method, and coating rollers for discharging sheets to obtain chlorinated polyethylene plasticized rubber;
(2) First-stage mixing: adding chlorinated polyethylene plasticizing rubber, magnesium oxide, an anti-aging agent NBC and R-300V into an internal mixer, mixing for 30 seconds, adding white carbon black, heavy calcium carbonate and TOTM, mixing for 480 seconds at the mixing temperature of 110 ℃, discharging, uniformly mixing in an open mixer, then discharging, standing for more than 8 hours to obtain a section of mixed rubber sheet;
(3) And (3) second-stage mixing: putting the parked first-stage mixed rubber sheet into an internal mixer, adding a cross-linking agent ECHO & A and an accelerant 808, mixing for 120 seconds, discharging, then uniformly smashing and mixing in an open mill, and then rolling at the temperature of 65 ℃ to obtain a second-stage mixed rubber sheet;
(4) Rolling out a sheet: putting the two-stage mixed roll film into a calender for calendering and discharging, wherein the calendering temperature is 60 ℃, the thickness of the calendered film is 2.5mm, and cooling and coiling to obtain a calendered film;
(5) Vulcanizing the rubber plate: vulcanizing by a drum vulcanizing machine: the method adopts a multi-layer film laminating process, the rolled films are separated by a guide roller before entering a main drum to prevent adhesion and air inclusion, the tension of each layer of the rolled films is independently controlled, the tension of the multi-layer rolled films is kept consistent, the temperature of the main drum is 170 ℃, the auxiliary heating temperature of a steel belt is 190 ℃, and the multi-layer rolled film is obtained by cooling and coiling after vulcanization.
Example 4
A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber CPE135B,5 parts of magnesium oxide, 1 part of calcium stearate, 1 part of barium stearate, 0.4 part of an anti-aging agent NBC,55 parts of carbon black N990, 80 parts of zinc borate decahydrate, 2.0 parts of a flow aid R-300V,35 parts of DOP,2 parts of thiadiazole derivative ECHO & A and 3 parts of an accelerator 808.
The preparation method of the chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition for the vulcanized chlorinated polyethylene rubber plate comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Plasticizing: plasticizing chlorinated polyethylene rubber in an open mill for 5 times by adopting a thin pass method, and wrapping the chlorinated polyethylene rubber by a roller to obtain chlorinated polyethylene plasticized rubber;
(2) First-stage mixing: adding chlorinated polyethylene plasticizing glue, magnesium oxide, calcium stearate, barium stearate, an anti-aging agent NBC and R-300V into an internal mixer, mixing for 30 seconds, adding carbon black N990, zinc borate decahydrate and DOP, mixing for 330 seconds at the mixing temperature of 115 ℃, discharging, uniformly stirring in an open mill, then discharging, and standing for more than 8 hours to obtain a section of mixed rubber sheet;
(3) And (2) two-stage mixing: putting the parked first-section mixing rubber sheet into an internal mixer, adding a cross-linking agent ECHO & A and an accelerant 808, mixing for 120 seconds, discharging, then uniformly mixing in an open mill, and then rolling down at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain a second-section mixing rubber roll;
(4) Rolling out a sheet: putting the two-stage mixed roll into a calender for calendering and sheet discharging, wherein the calendering temperature is 55 ℃, the thickness of the calendered sheet is 2.5mm, and cooling and coiling the calendered sheet to obtain a calendered sheet;
(5) Vulcanizing the rubber plate: vulcanizing by a flat vulcanizing machine: pre-compounding the multi-layer rolled films into a semi-finished product (a tower-shaped section is formed by stacking from top to bottom) with the thickness of 110-120% and the width of 90-95% of the finished product by using a film compounding machine, wherein the weight of a single semi-finished product is 102-107% of the weight of the finished product, the vulcanization temperature is 168 ℃, the pot mouth temperature is less than or equal to 95 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 3.0MPa, the vulcanization time is 12min, and cooling, trimming and cutting at fixed length are carried out after vulcanization to obtain the finished product.
Comparative example 1
In the formulation of the chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition in comparative example 1, no flow aid R-300V was added, and the other components and the preparation method were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
In comparative example 2, a chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition is provided, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 20 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.05 part of anti-aging agent, 50 parts of reinforcing agent and 20 parts of
Inorganic filler, 8 parts of flow assistant R-300V,10 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of crosslinking agent and 1 part of auxiliary crosslinking agent. The compounding ingredients were prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that the compounding ingredients were used in a different ratio from those in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention.
The rubber sheets prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to basic data tests, and the test data are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the data in table 1, the performance of examples 1-4 is significantly better than comparative examples 1 and 2. The flow assistant-compound fatty acid R-300V has obvious internal lubrication effect on a rubber mixing system, greatly improves the demolding property and the mechanical property of the plate in the rubber plate vulcanization process, can prepare the rubber plate with smooth and flat surface and extremely small shrinkage deformation through a drum type vulcanizing machine and a flat plate vulcanizing machine, has good mechanical property, heat resistance, aging resistance, flame retardance and oil resistance of a finished product, and can correspondingly replace expensive special rubber plates. The proportion of the ingredients is continuously and perfectly summarized by the inventor on the basis of a large number of experiments, and the ingredients in the proportion range can act synergistically, so that the high-quality rubber sheet material with excellent performance and good appearance can be prepared.

A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 4-13 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.4 part of anti-aging agent, 15-55 parts of reinforcing agent, 20-50 parts of inorganic filler, 2-4 parts of flow promoter, 10-25 parts of plasticizer, 2-4 parts of cross-linking agent and 1-3 parts of auxiliary cross-linking agent.
3. A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the chlorinated polyethylene rubber is CPE135B; and/or
The heat stabilizer is at least one of calcium stearate, barium stearate and magnesium oxide.

5. A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the reinforcing agent is at least one of carbon black N660, carbon black N774, carbon black N990 and white carbon black; and/or

6. A chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the plasticizer is at least one of dioctyl phthalate, tricresyl phosphate, trioctyl trimellitate and chlorinated paraffin; and/or
The cross-linking agent is one of bis (1-methyl-1-phenethyl) peroxide, 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-bis (tert-butylperoxy) hexane and thiadiazole derivative ECHO.A; and/or
The assistant crosslinking agent is one of N, N' -m-phenylene maleimide and an accelerator 808.
7. A vulcanized chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheet prepared from the chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A method for producing a vulcanized chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheet, which is used for producing the vulcanized chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheet according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Plasticizing: plasticizing the chlorinated polyethylene rubber by adopting a thin pass method to obtain a chlorinated polyethylene plasticized rubber;
