and S7, after the sterilization is finished, placing the TOTE tank (1) in a 24-hour pressure maintaining area, detecting the pressure value at regular time, and producing for later use after the pressure value is detected to be qualified.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the TOTE tank is sterilized by washing with the following sterilized TOTE tank, and the process further comprises: and in the step S6, the positive pressure of the TOTE tank (1) is always kept at 0.8-1bar.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the TOTE tank is sterilized by washing with the following sterilized TOTE tank, and the process further comprises: the parameters set by the SIP sterilization device (6) in the step S5 comprise a temperature parameter, a time parameter and a pressure parameter.

t1, primary water washing: firstly, feeding hot water of 50-60 ℃ into a system, and washing the TOTE tank (1) sterilized in the step S2 until residual syrup is removed;
t2, alkali washing: injecting 2-3% sodium carbonate solution, controlling water temperature at 50-60 deg.C, continuously cleaning TOTE tank (1), and cleaning liquid circulation time of 10min to obtain effective cleaning effect;
t3, secondary water washing: rinsing with sufficient water until the rinse is completely removed;
t4, sterilization: cleaning the TOTE tank (1) with hot water at 85 ℃ for 15 minutes;
t5, washing for three times: the equipment should be cooled down gradually, after having been disinfected with hot water, with the aid of fully treated water, in order not to cause damage.
8. The process of claim 1, wherein the cleaning and sterilizing process comprises the steps of: the temperature of the steam sterilization in the step S6 is 130-180 ℃.
