In the embodiment of the present invention, the electrical connector 300 is fixedly disposed on the proximal end wall of the housing 100, the middle portion of the traction wheel 200 is provided with the avoiding hole 220, the avoiding hole 220 avoids the electrical connector 300, so that the electrical connector 300 can pass through the middle portion of the traction wheel 200 to be electrically connected to the reusable section 400, and when the traction wheel 200 rotates, the electrical connector 300 is isolated by the avoiding hole 220 and does not rotate along with the traction wheel 200.
