本公开提供了一种省电方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,涉及通信领域。该方法包括:接收寻呼提前指示,寻呼提前指示中包括一组下行监听时机,寻呼提前指示中下行监听时机对应的搜索空间与寻呼提前指示对应的寻呼时机的寻呼搜索空间关联,一组下行监听时机与至少两个传输波束对应;基于寻呼提前指示监听寻呼时机。针对NR系统引入PEI时,需要考虑多波束的场景,为此对PEI的监听模式进行设计,从而保证UE能够正确监听PEI信号。
