Description

Method, device, equipment and storage medium for controlling conference access
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of video conference technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for controlling conference access.
Background
With the development of network technology and audio-video encoding and decoding technology, more and more users use video conferences. In a video conference scenario, a plurality of conference terminals are generally accessed to the same conference, and conference data are communicated among the plurality of conference terminals in the same conference. The intercommunication of conference data among a plurality of conference terminals is usually to forward the data through a media server, so that the media server connected with the conference terminals has a great influence on the quality of the conference.
At present, when a conference terminal requests to access a conference, a conference scheduling server has a problem of poor flexibility when selecting a connected media server for the conference terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for controlling conference access, which can improve the flexibility of conference access.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a method for controlling conference access, where the method includes: receiving a first access request of a target conference sent by a first conference terminal; determining the priority of the first access request; selecting a first media server from a media server set for a first conference terminal based on the priority of a first access request, wherein the priority of the first access request is determined by one or two of the priority corresponding to a created account of a target conference or the priority corresponding to a login account of the first conference terminal, and the created account is an account for creating the target conference; and providing the information of the first media server to the first conference terminal, wherein the information of the first media server is used for the first conference terminal to access the target conference.
According to the scheme, the method for controlling the conference access is executed by the conference scheduling server, the target conference is any video conference, the first conference terminal is any terminal requesting to access the conference, the created account is an account for creating the target conference, and the media server set is a set formed by all media servers which can be used by the target conference. And the conference scheduling server receives a first access request of the target conference sent by the first conference terminal. The conference scheduling server selects and provides a first media server for the first conference terminal from the media server set by using the priority of the first access request, wherein the priority of the first access request is determined by one or two of the priority corresponding to a creation account of the target conference or the priority corresponding to a login account of the first conference terminal. Therefore, when the media server is selected for the first conference terminal, the media server can be flexibly scheduled for the first conference terminal by considering one or two of the priority corresponding to the created account and the priority corresponding to the login account, and the flexibility of accessing the first conference terminal to the conference is improved.
In one possible implementation, the determining the priority of the first access request includes: when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a high priority, then: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the created account of the target conference is a low priority, then: determining that the first access request is a low priority request; or, when the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is the high priority, then: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a low priority, then: determining that the first access request is a low priority request; or, when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a high priority, and/or the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a high priority, then: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a low priority and the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a low priority, then: it is determined that the first access request is a low priority request.
In the solution presented in the present application, a way of determining the priority of the first access request is provided. Where high priority corresponds to low priority, higher than low priority, and correspondingly, where high priority requests correspond to low priority requests, and where high priority requests have higher priority than low priority requests.
In one possible implementation, the first access request is a high priority request, the media server set includes media servers of a plurality of areas, the plurality of areas include an area where the first conference terminal is located and/or an area where the first conference terminal is not located; the area where the first media server is located is related to the area where the first conference terminal is located.
According to the scheme, the area is a predefined administrative area or a predefined physical area, the area where the first conference terminal is located belongs to the area where the position where the first conference terminal is located, and the area where the first conference terminal is not located does not belong to the area where the position where the first conference terminal is located. In case that the first access request is a high priority request, the area in which the first media server is located is related to the area in which the first conference terminal is located, and the first conference terminal can be made to access the media server of the area related to the area in which the first conference terminal is located.
In a possible implementation manner, if the plurality of areas include an area where the first conference terminal is located and an area where the first conference terminal is not located, then: the first media server is from the area where the first conference terminal is located, or the first media server is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located; if the plurality of areas do not include the area where the first conference terminal is located: the first media server is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located.
According to the scheme, the plurality of areas comprise an area where the first conference terminal is located and an area where the first conference terminal is not located, the media server accessed by the first conference terminal is from the area where the first conference terminal is located or from an area nearest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, and the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby. The plurality of areas do not comprise the area where the first conference terminal is located, the media server accessed by the first conference terminal is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, and the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby.
In one possible implementation, the first access request is a low priority request, and the set of media servers includes media servers of a plurality of zones; if the plurality of areas comprise an area where the created account is located and an area where the first conference terminal is located, then: the first media server is from an area where the account is created, or the first media server is from an area where the first conference terminal is located; if the plurality of areas do not include the area where the first conference terminal is located and the area where the account is created, then: the first media server is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located.
According to the scheme, the first access request is a low-priority request, and under the condition that the plurality of areas comprise an area where the created account is located and an area where the first conference terminal is located, the media server selected for the first conference terminal is from the area where the first conference terminal is located, so that the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby, or the media server selected for the first conference terminal is from the area where the created account is located, and the media server of the area where the created account is located can be preferentially used. And under the condition that the plurality of areas do not comprise the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located, the media server selected for the first conference terminal is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, so that the first conference terminal is accessed nearby.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: receiving a second access request of the target conference sent by a second conference terminal; determining that the second access request is a low priority request, then: selecting a second media server for a second conference terminal in a media server set in an area where a first conference terminal accesses a media server of a target conference; and providing the information of the second media server to the second conference terminal, wherein the information of the second media server is used for the second conference terminal to access the target conference.
According to the scheme, the second conference terminal accesses the target conference after the first conference terminal. And the conference scheduling server receives a second access request of the target conference sent by the second conference terminal. And the conference scheduling server determines that the second access request is a low-priority request, determines a media server set in an area where a media server of the first conference terminal accessed to the target conference is located, and selects and provides a second media server for the second conference terminal in the media server set. Therefore, when the access request is a low-priority request, the media servers accessed by the conference terminals accessed to the target conference belong to the same region, and cross-region data transmission is reduced.
In one possible implementation manner, before determining the priority of the first access request, the method further includes: determining an enterprise account to which the created account belongs; determining a target priority corresponding to an enterprise account to which the created account belongs; and determining the corresponding priority of the created account based on the target priority.
Therefore, when the created account belongs to the enterprise, the priority corresponding to the created account can be determined based on the priority corresponding to the enterprise account.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: receiving a registration request, wherein the registration request comprises an identification of an enterprise account and a registration requirement; and determining the corresponding priority of the enterprise account based on the registration requirement of the enterprise account.
Therefore, when the enterprise account requests to be registered, the priority corresponding to the enterprise account can be determined.
In a possible implementation manner, before the determining the priority of the first access request, the method further includes: and determining that the created account does not correspond to a designated media server, wherein the designated media server corresponding to the created account is a media server required to be used by the created account.
Thus, when the created account does not correspond to the appointed media server, the media server is selected for the first conference terminal based on the priority of the first access request. In this way, it can be avoided that the designated media server is not used when the created account corresponds to the designated media server.
In a possible implementation manner, before the determining the priority of the first access request, the method further includes: and determining that the login account of the first conference terminal does not correspond to the appointed media server, wherein the appointed media server corresponding to the login account is the media server required to be used by the login account.
Therefore, when the login account does not correspond to the appointed media server, the media server is selected for the first conference terminal based on the priority of the first access request. Thus, it is possible to prevent the designated media server from being unused when the login account corresponds to the designated media server.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following first introduces concepts of terms referred to in the embodiments of the present application.
Video conferencing refers to a conference in which users located at two or more locations communicate with each other instantly and interactively via communication devices and a network. In the video conference, the users participating in the conference can select to close the video picture and keep the voice communication, and can also select to open the video picture to carry out the video communication. The subsequent video conference is simply referred to as a conference.
A media server is a server for forwarding data (e.g., media data, signaling data) in a conference.
Illustratively, the media server is a Multipoint Control Unit (MCU), and the MCU receives media data (e.g., audio data, video data, or the like) or signaling data (e.g., applying for a speech, applying for a master right, or the like) sent by the conference terminals, and forwards the media data or the signaling data to other conference terminals of the conference as needed; optionally, before the MCU forwards the media data, the MCU may also perform coding and decoding processing on the media data as needed.
Illustratively, the media server is a Switch Forward Unit (SFU), and the SFU receives media data or signaling data sent by the conference terminal and forwards the media data or the signaling data to other conference terminals in the conference as needed.
The media server referred to in this application may be a MCU or an SFU.
The method for controlling the conference access provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a conference scene in a multi-tenant form. For example, the multi-tenant form is a cloud conference or the like. In a cloud conference, a cloud conference service provider provides resources, such as network resources, data processing resources, and the like. The users who hold the conference register in the cloud conference, apply for using resources provided by the cloud conference service provider, and a plurality of different users who hold the conference share the resources provided by the cloud conference service provider, so that a conference scene in a multi-tenant form is formed. A user in a conference here refers to a user who can create a conference for other users to access the conference. The users that are conferencing may be enterprise users or individual users. When an enterprise user registers in a cloud conference, the enterprise user registers by using an enterprise account, and an individual (for example, an employee) in the enterprise can create the conference by using the enterprise account as a creation account; of course, an enterprise account may also be associated with multiple individual accounts within the enterprise, such that individuals within the enterprise can create meetings using the individual accounts as the creation account. When the individual user registers in the cloud conference, the individual user registers by using the individual account, and when the individual user uses the cloud conference, the individual user can use the individual account as a creation account to create the conference.
In addition, after the user corresponding to the account is created to create the conference, the user invited to participate in the conference can access the conference through the terminal of the user, for example, the user accesses the conference through the identification of the conference, or accesses the conference through the link of the conference. An account that a terminal logs in when accessing a conference is referred to as a login account, and the login account may be a registered account (e.g., a personal account associated with a registered enterprise account, a registered personal account), or an unregistered account, which may also be considered as an anonymous account. The reason why the user corresponding to the unregistered account can participate in the conference is as follows: the user is invited to participate in the conference by the user who creates the conference, and the resources used in the conference are the resources provided by the cloud conference service provider for creating the account.
It should be noted that, after the conference is created, the conference may be accessed or not accessed according to actual requirements during the conference.
In the embodiment of the application, because the resources of the conference are provided by the account creating party, when the conference scheduling server selects the media server for the conference terminal, the priority of the account creating party is considered, and in order to meet the requirement of the login account, the priority of the login account is considered. Therefore, the media server is reasonably selected for the conference terminal based on the priority corresponding to the conference creation account and/or the priority corresponding to the conference terminal login account, so that the access flexibility can be improved, and the conference access effect can be improved.
The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application is specifically described from multiple angles according to the order of an execution main body, a system architecture, hardware structures of various devices in the system architecture, a conference flow, and a conference access control method.
The execution body of the method of controlling conference access is described below.
The execution subject of the method of controlling conference access is a device that controls conference access. Illustratively, the device for controlling conference access is a hardware device called a conference scheduling server. The conference scheduling server 101 is configured to select a media server for the conference terminal when receiving a conference access request sent by the conference terminal. The media server 102 is configured to forward media data in a conference; optionally, the method can also be used for performing coding and decoding processing on media data in the conference. The media server 102 is further configured to send an access notification message of the conference terminal to the conference scheduling server 101 when the conference terminal 103 is accessed. The conference terminal 103 may be configured to receive media data or signaling data sent by the media server 102, or collect media data or signaling data in the conference, and send the collected media data or signaling data to the media server 102.
Illustratively, the media servers 102 are deployed in regions, with one or more media servers 102 deployed in each region, two regions (region 1 and region 2) being shown in FIG. 1, with two media servers included in each region. The area is a predefined administrative area. For example, a province, or a prefecture, respectively, is a region. As another example, a city is a region. The area may also be a predefined geographical area. For example, the geographic areas are divided according to the longitude and latitude, and different geographic areas correspond to different longitudes and latitudes. The media servers 102 in the regions are connected by a private line, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), or other network quality-improving means. The media servers 102 located in the same area are connected via an internal network, such as a local area network.
Optionally, a management server 104 (not shown in fig. 1) may be further included in the system architecture 100, and the management server is configured to provide a registration service for an account and record a priority corresponding to the registered account, which will be described in detail later.
Illustratively, when there are a plurality of media servers 102 selected by the conference scheduling server 101 for the conference terminal, the conference terminal 103 is further configured to select one media server 102 from the plurality of media servers 102 for access.

That is, the apparatus 200 may implement the method for controlling conference access provided by the method embodiment through the processor 201 and the program code 210 in the memory 203.
The system architecture and the hardware devices in the system architecture are introduced above, and the following describes a conference process and an interaction process of data in the conference with reference to fig. 3. Without loss of generality, this embodiment is presented by way of example of interaction of media data in a conference. In fig. 3, two conference terminals (conference terminal 1 and conference terminal 2) are illustrated as an example of accessing a conference, where the conference is a target conference.
In step 301, the conference terminal 1 sends an access request of a target conference to the conference scheduling server.
Step 302, the conference scheduling server selects the media server 1 for the conference terminal 1, and returns the information of the media server 1 to the conference terminal.
In step 303, the conference terminal 1 establishes a connection with the media server 1 using the information of the media server 1.
In step 303, the manner of establishing the connection between the conference terminal 1 and the media server 1 may be: the conference terminal 1 transmits a connection request to the media server 1 to establish connection with the media server 1. Media data between the conference terminal 1 and the media server 1 can be transmitted through the connection; when the media data is transmitted, a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) or the like may be used. It will be appreciated that the conference terminal 1 may also establish another connection with the media server 1 for the transmission of signalling data between the two. Of course, the media data and the signaling data between the conference terminal 1 and the media server 1 may also be transmitted by multiplexing one connection, which is not limited in this application.
In step 304, the media server 1 sends a notification message that the conference terminal 1 accesses the target conference to the conference scheduling server.
In step 305, the conference terminal 2 sends an access request of the target conference to the conference scheduling server.
Step 306, the conference scheduling server selects the media server 2 for the conference terminal 2, and returns the information of the media server 2 to the conference terminal.
In step 307, the conference terminal 2 establishes a connection with the media server 2 using the information of the media server 2.
In step 308, the media server 2 sends a notification message that the conference terminal 2 accesses the target conference to the conference scheduling server.
Step 309, the conference scheduling server sends a media server cascade message to the media server 2, where the media server cascade message includes the information of the media server 1.
Wherein, in step 309, the media server cascade message is used to instruct the media server 2 to establish a connection with the media server 1.
In step 310, the media server 2 establishes a connection with the media server 1 using the information of the media server 1.
In step 311, the conference terminal 2 sends a media data acquisition request of the conference terminal 1 to the media server 2.
In step 312, the media server 2 sends a media data acquisition request of the conference terminal 1 to the media server 1.
In step 313, the media server 1 sends a media data acquisition request to the conference terminal 1.
In step 314, the conference terminal 1 transmits media data to the media server 1.
In step 315, the media server 1 sends the media data of the conference terminal 1 to the media server 2.
In step 316, the media server 2 sends the media data of the conference terminal 1 to the conference terminal 2.
It should be understood that, in the above process, the conference terminal 2 actively requests to acquire the media data from the conference terminal 1, and in actual implementation, the conference terminal 2 may also passively receive the media data from the conference terminal 1, which is not limited in this application.
In fig. 3, a media data forwarding process in which two conference terminals access different media servers is introduced, when two conference terminals access the same media server, media data does not need to be transmitted between the media servers, and the rest of the processes are the same.
In addition, in the example shown in fig. 3, the conference scheduling server selects only one media server for the conference terminals (e.g., the conference terminal 1 and the conference terminal 2), and if the conference scheduling server selects multiple media servers for the conference terminals, the conference terminal may select one of the multiple media servers with the best network quality for accessing.
The process of the conference terminal performing the conference and the media data interaction is introduced above, and the process of the method for controlling the conference access according to the embodiment of the present application, that is, the process of selecting the media server for the conference scheduling server is introduced below, referring to fig. 4. In fig. 4, the conference scheduling server is taken as an example to access a conference for a certain conference terminal, and the conference scheduling server selects a media server for each conference terminal to execute the process shown in fig. 4.
Step 401, receiving a first access request of a target conference sent by a first conference terminal.
Wherein the target conference is any one created conference. The first conference terminal is any terminal to be accessed into the target conference.
In this embodiment, the user may access the conference through the first conference terminal. Specifically, the user may input a conference identifier of the target conference through the first conference terminal and then click on the access option. And the first conference terminal detects a click instruction of the access option and sends a first access request of the target conference to the conference scheduling server. Or, the user may also click the link of the target conference through the first conference terminal, and the first conference terminal receives the click instruction and sends the first access request of the target conference to the conference scheduling server. In this way, the conference scheduling server receives the first access request of the target conference sent by the first conference terminal. The first access request is used for the first conference terminal to request to access the target conference.
Step 402, determining the priority of the first access request, wherein the priority of the first access request is determined by one or both of the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference or the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal, and the creation account is the account for creating the target conference.
In this embodiment, the created account is an account for creating the target conference, and the login account of the first conference terminal is an account for the first conference terminal to currently log in. It should be understood that in practical situations, the created account and the login account may be the same account, and in this case, the user who created the conference (i.e., the conference caller) is also the user who participated in the conference. Of course, the created account and the login account may not be the same account, and at this time, the user creating the conference does not participate in the conference. That is, the user who creates the account may or may not participate in the target conference.
The conference scheduling server determines a priority of the first access request. Illustratively, the priority of the first access request is determined as follows.
The first method is as follows: and the conference scheduling server determines the priority of the first access request by using the priority corresponding to the created account and/or the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal.
Illustratively, where the priority of the first access request is determined using the priority corresponding to the created account, the high priority of the created account corresponds to the low priority, and the high priority is higher than the low priority. When the priority corresponding to the account creation is a high priority, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a high priority request. When the priority corresponding to the account creation is a low priority, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a low priority request.
Illustratively, where the priority of the first access request is determined using the priority corresponding to the login account, the high priority of the login account corresponds to the low priority, and the high priority is higher than the low priority. When the priority corresponding to the login account is the high priority, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a high priority request. And when the priority corresponding to the login account is low, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a low-priority request.
Exemplarily, in the case that the priority of the first access request is determined by using the priority corresponding to the created account and the priority corresponding to the login account, the high priority of the created account corresponds to the low priority, and the high priority is higher than the low priority; the high priority of the login account corresponds to the low priority, and the high priority is higher than the low priority. And when the priority corresponding to the creation account is high and/or the priority corresponding to the login account is high, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a high-priority request. And when the priority corresponding to the account creation is low and the priority corresponding to the login account is low, the conference scheduling server determines that the first access request is a low-priority request.
The second method comprises the following steps: the conference scheduling server sends the login account of the first conference terminal and/or the creation account of the target conference to the management server, and the management server determines the priority of the first access request by using the login account of the first conference terminal and/or the creation account of the target conference (the determination is performed in the same manner as the conference scheduling server determines the priority of the first access request in the first mode). The management server determines a priority of the first access request to the conference scheduling server.
In the first embodiment, when the created account belongs to the enterprise account, the conference scheduling server determines the priority corresponding to the created account as follows.
Determining an enterprise account to which the created account belongs; determining a target priority corresponding to an enterprise account to which the created account belongs; and determining the corresponding priority of the created account based on the target priority.
In this embodiment, the created account belongs to an enterprise account, and when the created account is applied to a cloud conference scenario, the enterprise account can also be referred to as an enterprise tenant. The conference scheduling server records an enterprise account to which the created account belongs, and determines the target priority corresponding to the enterprise account. And the conference scheduling server determines the target priority as the priority corresponding to the created account. Illustratively, different suffixes exist for different enterprise accounts, the created account has the same suffix as the enterprise account to which the created account belongs, and the conference scheduling server determines the enterprise account to which the created account belongs by using the suffix of the created account. For example, the identity of the enterprise account is a mailbox address, the identity of the created account is also a mailbox address, and the suffixes of the two mailbox addresses are the same.
Illustratively, the process of the conference scheduling server obtaining the target priority corresponding to the enterprise account is as follows.
Receiving a registration request of an enterprise account, wherein the registration request comprises an identification of the enterprise account and a registration requirement; and determining the corresponding priority of the enterprise account based on the registration requirement of the enterprise account.
In this embodiment, when an enterprise registers a video conference in the conference scheduling server, the enterprise may send a registration request to the conference scheduling server, where the registration request includes an identifier of an account of the enterprise and a registration requirement, and the registration requirement is used to indicate whether the account is a Very Important Person (VIP) account. When the conference scheduling server receives the registration request, if the registration request indicates that the account is a VIP account, determining that the priority corresponding to the enterprise account is a high priority, and otherwise, determining that the priority corresponding to the enterprise account is a low priority.
For example, in a case that the created account belongs to an individual account, when the conference scheduling server provides a registration service for creating the account, the conference scheduling server determines a priority corresponding to the created account by using a registration requirement of the created account. For example, the registration requirement for creating the account is a VIP account, and the conference scheduling server records that the priority corresponding to the created account is high; the registration requirement corresponding to the created account is a free account, and the conference scheduling server records the priority corresponding to the created account as a low priority. The high priority is higher than the low priority.
For example, the login account may be an account that has been registered in a conference scheduling server, and the conference scheduling server of this type records the priority in the same manner as the priority of the account that was created. The login account may also be an account that is not registered with the meeting scheduling server, such account being an anonymous account, the meeting scheduling server determining the priority of such account to be low.
It should be noted that, in the above description, the conference scheduling server provides the registration service, but may also provide the registration service by the management server, so that the user sends a registration request to the management server through the terminal, where the registration request includes the identification of the enterprise account and the registration requirement. The management server provides registration service for the enterprise account and records the corresponding priority of the enterprise account. The management server sends an account and corresponding priority to the conference scheduling server every time the management server registers the account, and the conference scheduling server records the account and the corresponding priority. Or when acquiring the priority corresponding to the created account and the priority corresponding to the login account, the conference scheduling server requests the management server for the priority corresponding to the created account and the priority corresponding to the login account.
Step 403, based on the priority of the first access request, selecting a first media server from the set of media servers for the first conference terminal.
In this embodiment, the set of media servers is a set of all possible media servers used by the target conference. The conference scheduling server selects a first media server from the media server set for the first conference terminal, and the first media server is one media server or a plurality of media servers.
The following description is made in terms of the case where the priority of the first access request is a high-priority request and a low-priority request, respectively.
The first condition is as follows: the first access request is a high priority request (the priority of the first access request may be considered high priority).
The set of media servers includes a plurality of regions of media servers. The plurality of areas comprise an area where the first conference terminal is located, or do not comprise an area where the first conference terminal is located, or comprise an area where the first conference terminal is located and an area where the first conference terminal is not located. The area is a predefined administrative area or a predefined physical area. The area where the first conference terminal is located is an area to which the position of the first conference terminal belongs, and the area where the first conference terminal is not located is an area to which the position of the first conference terminal does not belong.
The conference scheduling server determines the area in which the first conference terminal is located. Specifically, the manner of determining the area where the first conference terminal is located by the conference scheduling server may be: and determining the area of the first conference terminal by using the login account of the first conference terminal. Illustratively, the login account belongs to an enterprise, the login account is the same as the suffix of the enterprise account of the enterprise, and the conference scheduling server stores the area corresponding to the enterprise account. And the conference scheduling server determines the area corresponding to the enterprise account as the area where the first conference terminal is located. Or, the conference scheduling server determines an area where the first conference terminal is located by using an address of the first conference terminal, where the address may be an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Illustratively, the conference scheduling server stores a correspondence between an address range and an area. And the conference scheduling server determines an address range to which the address belongs by using the address of the first conference terminal, and determines an area corresponding to the address range as the area where the first conference terminal is located.
The conference scheduling server determines an area associated with an area in which the first conference terminal is located, and selects a media server for the first conference terminal in the area. The area relevant here includes, but is not limited to, the area where the first conference terminal is located, the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located.
Illustratively, in a case that the plurality of areas include an area where the first conference terminal is located and an area where the first conference terminal is not located, the conference scheduling server selects a first media server for the first conference terminal in the area where the first conference terminal is located, where the first media server is one or more media servers in the area. Therefore, the media server is selected for the first conference terminal in the area where the first conference terminal is located, the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby, and therefore the network quality of the conference terminal can be guaranteed. Or, the conference scheduling server determines an area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, and selects a first media server for the first conference terminal in the area, where the first media server is one or more media servers in the area. For example, all media servers in the area are selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is all media servers), or a plurality of media servers in the area are selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is a plurality of media servers), or any media server in the area is selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is any media server). Therefore, the media server is selected for the first conference terminal in the area where the first conference terminal is located and the area closest to the area, so that the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby, and the network quality of the first conference terminal can be guaranteed.
And under the condition that the plurality of areas do not comprise the area where the first conference terminal is located, the conference scheduling server determines the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, and selects a first media server for the first conference terminal in the area, wherein the first media server is one or more media servers in the area. For example, all media servers in the area are selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is all media servers), or multiple media servers in the area are selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is multiple media servers), or any media server in the area is selected for the first conference terminal (the first media server is any media server). Therefore, the media servers are selected for the first conference terminal in the area where the first conference terminal is located and the area closest to the area, the first conference terminal can be accessed nearby, and therefore the network quality of the first conference terminal can be guaranteed.
The method for determining the nearest area to the area where the first conference terminal is located by the conference scheduling server may be: the conference scheduling server determines the distance between the area where the first conference terminal is located and the adjacent area by using the central position of the area where the first conference terminal is located and the central position of the adjacent area of the area, for example, the distance between the area where the first conference terminal is located and the adjacent area is determined by using the cosine distance; then, the region to which the minimum distance belongs is taken as the nearest region. Or, the conference scheduling server may determine the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located according to the mapping relationship information of each area and the area closest to the area, which is stored in advance. Of course, the conference scheduling server may determine the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located in other manners, which is not limited in this application.
Illustratively, in case the first access request is of high priority, the conference scheduling server is further capable of selecting for the first conference terminal all available media servers of the plurality of zones. In this way, the first conference terminal selects one media server with the best network quality from all available media servers for access, and can select the media server with the best network quality.
In case two, the first access request is a low priority request (it can be considered that the priority of the first access request is low priority).
In case two, the first conference terminal is a terminal of a first access conference in the target conference. The process that the conference scheduling server determines that the first conference terminal is the first conference terminal in the target conference is as follows: the conference scheduling server determines that the conference terminal access notification message reported by the media server has been received, and then determines that the accessed conference terminal exists in the target conference, and the first conference terminal is not the first conference terminal; otherwise, if the conference scheduling server does not receive the conference terminal access notification message reported by the media server, it is determined that the accessed conference terminal does not exist in the target conference, and the first conference terminal is the first conference terminal. It is noted that, in some cases, some conference terminals have accessed the target conference, but exit after accessing the target conference, and the conference scheduling server deletes the conference terminal from the accessed conference terminals upon receiving the exit notification message.
Wherein the first branch of case two: and under the condition that the first conference terminal is the terminal of the first access conference in the target conference, selecting a media server for the first conference terminal as follows.
The conference scheduling server determines the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located. The conference scheduling server determines that the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located belong to a plurality of areas, the plurality of areas are determined to comprise the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located, and the conference scheduling server can select a first media server for the first conference terminal in the area where the created account is located. Therefore, when the first access request is a low-priority request, the media server in the area where the created account is located is selected to serve as the media server accessed by the first conference terminal, so that the connection among the media servers across the areas can be reduced, and when the user corresponding to the created account needs to access the conference, the user corresponding to the created account is preferentially accessed nearby. Or the conference scheduling server may select the first media server for the first conference terminal in the area where the first conference terminal is located. In this way, the first conference terminal can be brought into proximity.
And the conference scheduling server determines that the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located do not belong to a plurality of areas, and then determines that the plurality of areas do not comprise the area where the created account is located and the area where the first conference terminal is located. And the conference scheduling server determines an area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located, and selects a first media server for the first conference terminal in the area. Thus, the first media server is from the area closest to the area where the first conference terminal is located.
It should be noted here that the process of the conference scheduling server determining the area where the account is created is: if the created account belongs to an enterprise, the conference scheduling server may determine the area where the account is created according to the area corresponding to the enterprise account. For example, the conference scheduling server determines the area corresponding to the enterprise account as the area where the created account is located. Or, the conference scheduling server determines the area where the created account is located by using the address of the terminal logged in by the created account, and the address may be an IP address. Illustratively, the conference scheduling server stores a correspondence between an address range and an area. The conference scheduling server uses the address of the terminal logged in by the created account to determine the address range to which the address belongs, and determines the area corresponding to the address range as the area where the created account is located. Or, the conference scheduling service stores in advance the area where the created account is located.
Second branch of case two: in case that the first conference terminal is not the terminal accessing the conference for the first one of the target conferences, the process of selecting the media server for the first conference terminal is as follows.
And the conference scheduling server determines a media server set of the area where the media server accessed by the accessed conference terminal is located in the target conference. And the conference scheduling server selects a first media server for the first conference terminal in the media server set. Illustratively, the conference scheduling server selects a media server accessed to the conference terminal for the first conference terminal in the media server set, or the conference scheduling server selects a plurality of media servers or all media servers for the first conference terminal in the media server set, or the conference scheduling server selects a media server with the least number of access conference terminals for the first conference terminal in the media server set. Therefore, when the first access request is a low-priority request, the first conference terminal is accessed to the existing media server, the connection among the media servers across the area can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
After describing case one and case two, the following two examples are provided.
First, fig. 5 provides an example that when the priority level corresponding to the created account is a high priority level, conference terminals in different areas access the target conference. In fig. 5, the creating account belongs to enterprise a in area 1, the priority level corresponding to the creating account is the high priority level, the conference terminal of enterprise b in area 2 accesses the target conference, the media server in area 2 is used, the conference terminal of enterprise c in area 3 also accesses the target conference, and the media server in area 3 is used. Therefore, the conference terminals in each area are not remotely accessed to the media server, the media servers between the areas transmit media data by using the special line, and the network quality of the special line is good, so that the time delay for the conference terminals to acquire the data is low, and the quality of the conference can be ensured.
Second, fig. 6 provides an example that when the priority level corresponding to the created account is a low priority level, the conference terminals in different areas access the target conference. In fig. 6, the created account belongs to enterprise d in area 4, the priority level corresponding to the created account is low, the conference terminal of enterprise e in area 5 is also accessed to the target conference, the corresponding priority level is low, and the media server in area 4 where the created account is located is used. The priority corresponding to the login account of the conference terminal of the enterprise f in the area 6 is high, and when the target conference is accessed, the media server in the area 6 is used. Therefore, the login account with the high priority does not have remote access to the media server, and the network quality of the login account with the high priority can be guaranteed.
In step 402, it should be noted that when the conference scheduling server determines the area where the media server is selected, if the conference scheduling server can obtain the network quality between the conference terminal and the media server in the area, the conference scheduling server can select a first media server with the best network quality for the conference terminal. For example, the conference terminal reports the network quality between the conference terminal and the media server to the conference scheduling server, and the conference scheduling server selects the first media server with the best network quality for the conference terminal in the area.
And step 404, providing the information of the first media server to the first conference terminal, wherein the information of the first media server is used for the first conference terminal to access the target conference.
In this embodiment, the conference scheduling server provides the first conference terminal with information of the first media server, including but not limited to an address.
And the first conference terminal receives the information of the first media server sent by the conference scheduling server. And if the information of the first media server is the information of one media server, the first conference terminal uses the information to access the target conference. And if the information of the first media server is the information of the plurality of media servers, the first conference terminal selects the information of one media server from the information of the plurality of media servers and uses the information to access the target conference. Here, the access target conference means that media data is transmitted through a media server, signaling data is also transmitted through the media server, and the signaling data may be transmitted through any one or more of h.323, hyper text transfer protocol (http) information, and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) information.
Illustratively, the first conference terminal selects information of one media server from the information of a plurality of media servers as follows.
And the first conference terminal sends the detection messages to a plurality of media servers and records the sending time points. And after receiving the detection message, the media servers send a feedback message to the first conference terminal. And the first conference terminal receives the feedback messages sent by the plurality of media servers and records the receiving time points. And the first conference terminal determines the difference value between each receiving time point and the corresponding sending time point, and determines the receiving time point with the minimum difference value and the media server to which the sending time point belongs as the accessed media server. Thus, the first conference terminal picks up information of one media server.
In the embodiment of the application, the process of accessing the conference by the second conference terminal accessing the target conference after the first conference terminal is also provided.
Receiving a second access request of the target conference sent by a second conference terminal; determining that the second access request is a low priority request, then: selecting a second media server for a second conference terminal in a media server set in an area where a first conference terminal accesses a media server of a target conference; and providing the information of the second media server to the second conference terminal, wherein the information of the second media server is used for the second conference terminal to access the target conference.
In this embodiment, the process of sending the second access request to the conference scheduling server by the second conference terminal is the same as the process of sending the first access request by the first conference terminal in the foregoing. The conference scheduling server receives a second access request, which is received after the first access request, in the same format as the first received request, except for the second conference terminal requesting access to the target conference.
The conference scheduling server determines the priority of the second access request in the same manner as the manner of determining the priority of the first access request, which is not described herein again, see the description in step 402.
If the conference scheduling server determines that the second access request is a low-priority request, the conference scheduling server determines a media server of a target conference accessed by the first conference terminal (the media server belongs to the first media server), and determines a media server set in an area where the media server is located. And the conference scheduling server selects a second media server for the second conference terminal in the media server set. Illustratively, the conference scheduling server selects a media server accessed by the first conference terminal for the second conference terminal in the media server set, or the conference scheduling server selects a plurality of media servers or all media servers for the second conference terminal in the media server set, or the conference scheduling server selects a media server with the least number of accessed conference terminals for the second conference terminal in the media server set. Therefore, when the second access request is a low-priority request, the second conference terminal is accessed to the existing media server, the connection among the media servers across the regions can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
If the conference scheduling server determines that the second access request is a high-priority request, the manner in which the conference scheduling server selects the media server for the second conference terminal is the same as the manner in which the media server is selected for the first conference terminal when the first access request is a high-priority request in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In addition, in some cases, the created account corresponds to a designated media server, and if it is not desired that media data pass through other media servers, all conference terminals access the designated media server corresponding to the created account. For example, FIG. 7 provides an access diagram for creating an account with a specified media server. In fig. 7, creating an account deploys two specified media servers in area 2, where the conference terminal in enterprise m and the conference terminal logged in by the individual account in area 1 both access the specified media servers, and the conference terminal in enterprise o in area 3 accesses the specified media servers.
Therefore, before step 402, the conference scheduling server may also determine that the created account does not correspond to the designated media server, and then execute step 402. Creating an account corresponds to a specified media server including, but not limited to, the following: creating an account uses a privately deployed media server, or creating an account uses a dedicated media server provided by the system architecture 100, or creating an account has operator restrictions, uses a media server of a specified operator, and so on. In this way, the requirements for creating an account can be met.
The process of determining whether the created account corresponds to a designated media server here is: when the enterprise account is registered in the conference scheduling server, the registration requirements include requirements for whether to specify a media server. When the conference scheduling server provides registration service for the enterprise account, whether the enterprise account corresponds to the appointed media server or not is recorded, and when the enterprise account corresponds to the appointed media server, the corresponding appointed media server is recorded. Thus, the conference scheduling server determines the enterprise account to which the created account belongs, determines whether the enterprise account corresponds to the appointed media server, and determines the appointed media server as the appointed media server corresponding to the created account if the enterprise account corresponds to the appointed media server; and if the enterprise account does not correspond to the appointed media server, determining that the created account does not correspond to the media server. Or, when the enterprise account is registered in the management server, similar to the conference scheduling server, also records whether the enterprise account corresponds to the designated media server. And when the conference scheduling server selects a media server for the conference terminal, the conference scheduling server requests the management server to establish whether the account corresponds to the specified media server. The management server determines whether the created account corresponds to a specified media server based on the enterprise account to which the created account belongs. The management server provides the conference scheduling server with a judgment result of whether the created account corresponds to the designated media server, and also sends information of the designated media server when the created account corresponds to the designated media server.
For example, in some cases, a specified media server corresponds to a login account of the first conference terminal, and the first conference terminal logged in by the login account can only access the specified media server, so that the conference scheduling server selects the specified media server for the first conference terminal. For example, fig. 8 provides an illustration of access to a login account with a designated media server. In fig. 8, the created account belongs to enterprise y in area 2. The login account in the area 1 belongs to an enterprise x, and corresponds to a designated media server, and the designated media server is located in the area 1. The login account in zone 3 belongs to enterprise z, and the corresponding priority is low. The conference terminal of enterprise x in area 1 accesses the designated media server located in area 1. The conference terminals in area 2 and area 3 access the media server in area 2.
Therefore, before step 402, the conference scheduling server may also determine that the login account does not correspond to the designated media server, and then execute step 402. The login account corresponds to a specified media server including, but not limited to, the following: the login account is corresponding to firewall setting, or the login account has operator limitation, and a media server of a specified operator is used. Thus, the requirement of logging in the account can be met.
The process by which the meeting scheduling server determines whether the login account corresponds to the designated media server is the same as the process of determining whether the create account corresponds to the designated media server.
It should be noted that the conference scheduling server may first determine whether the created account corresponds to the designated media server, and then determine whether the login account corresponds to the designated media server. In this way, the requirement for creating an account can be preferentially satisfied.
For better understanding of the embodiment of the present application, when the priority corresponding to the created account, the priority corresponding to the login account, whether the created account corresponds to the designated media server, and whether the login account corresponds to the designated media server, are used to select a media server for the conference terminal, fig. 9 provides an exemplary execution flow for accessing a target conference by any conference terminal (e.g., a target conference terminal), and an execution subject is a conference scheduling server.
In fig. 9, step 901 receives a target access request of a target conference sent by a target conference terminal.
Step 902, determine whether the created account corresponds to a designated media server.
And step 903, if the established account is determined to correspond to the designated media server, selecting the designated media server corresponding to the established account for the conference terminal.
Step 904, if it is determined that the created account does not correspond to the designated media server, determining whether the login account of the target conference terminal corresponds to the designated media server.
Step 905, if the login account corresponds to the designated media server, selecting the designated media server corresponding to the login account for the target conference terminal.
Step 906, if the login account does not correspond to the designated media server, determining the priority of the target access request.
Step 907, if the target access request is a high-priority request, selecting a media server in an area related to the area where the target conference terminal is located for the target conference terminal, where the related area is the area where the target conference terminal is located or an area closest to the area where the target conference terminal is located.
Step 908, if the target access request is a low priority request, selecting at least one media server for the target conference terminal based on whether the current target conference has an accessed conference terminal.
Fig. 9 is only one possible implementation and is not intended to be limiting.
In the embodiment of the application, the priority of the access request is determined by creating the priority corresponding to the account and/or the priority corresponding to the login account. And based on the priority of the access request, the media server is flexibly scheduled, so that the conference terminal can be flexibly accessed to the conference. And on the premise of ensuring that the conference terminal is normally accessed into the conference, the experience and cost of conference users are balanced.
The following describes the apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an apparatus for controlling conference access according to an embodiment of the present application. The apparatus may be implemented as part or all of an apparatus in software, hardware, or a combination of both. The apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may implement the process described in fig. 4 in the embodiment of the present application, and the apparatus includes: a receiving module 1010, a determining module 1020, and a transmitting module 1030, wherein:
a receiving module 1010, configured to receive a first access request of a target conference sent by a first conference terminal, and specifically, may be configured to implement the receiving function of step 401 and execute an implicit step included in step 401;
a determining module 1020 for:
determining the priority of the first access request, wherein the priority of the first access request is determined by one or both of the priority corresponding to a creation account of the target conference or the priority corresponding to a login account of the first conference terminal, and the creation account is an account for creating the target conference;
selecting a first media server from the media server set for the first conference terminal based on the priority of the first access request, wherein the first media server can be specifically used for realizing the determining function of the step 402 and the step 403 and executing the implicit steps included in the step 402 and the step 403;
a sending module 1030, configured to provide the first conference terminal with information of the first media server, where the information of the first media server is used for the first conference terminal to access the target conference, and specifically may be used to implement the sending function of step 404 and execute the implicit step included in step 404.
In a possible implementation manner, the determining module 1020 is configured to:
when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a high priority, then: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a low priority, then: determining that the first access request is a low priority request; alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
when the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is the high priority, the following steps are carried out: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a low priority, then: determining that the first access request is a low priority request; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the priority corresponding to the creation account of the target conference is a high priority and/or the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a high priority, then: determining that the first access request is a high-priority request, and when the priority corresponding to the created account of the target conference is a low priority and the priority corresponding to the login account of the first conference terminal is a low priority, then: determining that the first access request is a low priority request.
In one possible implementation, the first access request is a high priority request, the media server set includes media servers of a plurality of areas, the plurality of areas include an area where the first conference terminal is located and/or an area where the first conference terminal is not located;
