The method, the apparatus, the electronic device and the storage medium for auditing business data according to the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Specifically, the present invention provides a method for auditing service data, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of the method for auditing service data provided by the present invention.
The method for auditing the service data provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 100, collecting IDC flow data of an internet data center;
it should be noted that an Internet Data Center (IDC) is an all-round service for enterprises and governments to establish a standardized telecom professional computer room environment by using existing Internet communication lines and bandwidth resources, and provide server hosting, leasing, related value-added and the like.
The embodiment of the invention mainly audits the IDC service data ordered by the client based on the comparison of two types of data, wherein one type is the IDC service data ordered by the client, and the other type is the IDC flow data of the client in real time in the current network.
The IDC service data subscribed by the client mainly comprises IDC bandwidth subscribed by the client and IP address leased by the client, wherein the IDC bandwidth refers to data transmission rate, and the quantity of the data transmitted in a specified time is generally in bps as a calculation unit.
It can be understood that the IDC service subscribed by the customer generally subscribes to the IDC bandwidth and the IP address respectively, but the IDC service subscribed by the customer needs to be available at the same time, and thus the data of the IDC service subscribed by the customer needs to be audited. If the IDC service data has the IDC bandwidth and the IP address at the same time, the range is considered to be correct, and whether the size of the specific bandwidth service and the number of the IP addresses are correct or not needs to be audited with the flow data of the client. If the client only has one of the IDC bandwidth or the IP address, the data is considered to be wrong, and a data reforming work order needs to be initiated.
The IDC flow data of the existing network real-time client is mainly acquired from equipment through a NetFlow protocol, for example, the original IDC flow data is acquired from IDC outlet equipment through the NetFlow protocol, data acquisition is generally performed once according to 1 hour or N hours, and the acquisition period can be automatically adjusted according to actual conditions.
Step 200, analyzing the IDC flow data to obtain the IDC flow data of each client;
after the IDC traffic data is collected, the IDC traffic data is analyzed to obtain the IDC traffic data of each client, specifically, the IDC traffic data is analyzed to determine the target IDC traffic data lacking the IP address, and then the target IDC traffic data is filtered to obtain the IDC traffic data of each client.
For example, referring to fig. 2, IDC traffic data for a customer is collected via NetFlow and is hosted to each customer via customer IP, with the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring original IDC flow data from IDC outlet equipment through a NetFlow protocol;
step two: analyzing original IDC flow data, and modeling the IDC flow data to analyze a source IP and a target IP, wherein an IDC flow data model is shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Field(s) Type (B)
Source IP Character(s)
Destination IP Character(s)
Device ID Character(s)
Equipment port Character(s)
Other fields Others
Step three: and filtering the IDC traffic data according to the IP address of each client managed by the IDC service data, and filtering the traffic data only containing the IP address of the IDC client.
And (3) filtering rules: source IP = client IP address or destination IP = client IP address.
Step four: modeling the IDC traffic data of the clients based on the client dimensions to form the IDC traffic data of each client, wherein the IDC traffic data model of the clients is shown in a table 2:
TABLE 2

Figure BDA0003962206320000071
Step 300, auditing IDC service data ordered by each customer according to the IDC flow data of each customer.
After the IDC flow data of each customer is determined, auditing the IDC service data ordered by each customer based on the IDC flow data of each customer. Specifically, the daily average flow rate and the daily peak flow rate corresponding to the IDC flow data of each client are determined according to the IDC flow data of each client.
For example, the flow rate data of each acquisition cycle of each client every day is averaged according to the dimension of the client to form a client daily granularity average flow rate, namely a daily average flow rate, wherein the daily average flow rate is calculated by the following formula:
day-average flow rate = AVG (flow rate at 1 st acquisition point + flow rate at 2 nd acquisition point + \8230; + flow rate at nth acquisition point), where AVG () represents the averaging function.
The flow speed data of each client in each acquisition period every day is maximized according to the dimension of the client to form the daily granularity peak flow speed of the client, namely the daily peak flow speed, wherein the daily peak flow speed has the calculation formula as follows:
peak daily flowrates = Max (flowrates at 1 st acquisition point + flowrates at 2 nd acquisition point + \8230; + nth acquisition point flowrates), where Max () represents taking the maximum function.
And then auditing the IDC bandwidth ordered by each client by adopting the daily average flow rate and the daily peak flow rate of each client, determining the deficiency condition of the IDC bandwidth or the IP address based on the auditing result, and finally dispatching to operation and maintenance personnel of IDC service, wherein the operation and maintenance personnel revise the IDC bandwidth data according to the information.
The method for auditing the service data provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of collecting IDC flow data of an internet data center; analyzing the IDC flow data to obtain the IDC flow data of each client; and auditing IDC service data ordered by each customer according to the IDC flow data of each customer. The embodiment of the invention conducts multidimensional data auditing by introducing the real-time IDC flow data of the client in the current network and the currently managed IDC business data ordered by the client, finds the problem of the IDC business data ordered by the client, sends the problem to operation and maintenance personnel for closed-loop management by dispatching orders, improves the quality of the IDC business data ordered by the client, and thus improves the operation and maintenance efficiency of the IDC business data.
Based on the above embodiment, auditing IDC bandwidth ordered by each customer by using the daily average flow rate and the daily peak flow rate of each customer includes: auditing the daily average flow rate of each customer and the IDC bandwidth to determine the absence condition of the IDC bandwidth; auditing the daily peak flow rate of each customer with the IDC bandwidth to determine the absence of the IP address.
It should be noted that, the technical implementation scheme for determining IDC bandwidth loss is mainly determined by comparing the average daily flow rate in the IDC traffic data of the client with the IDC bandwidth in the IDC traffic data.
Specifically, in a set time period, comparing the daily average flow rate of each day of a client with the IDC bandwidth to determine the first day when the daily average flow rate is greater than the IDC bandwidth; and if the first day number is greater than or equal to the set value, determining that the IDC bandwidth of the client is absent.
For example, the implementation steps for determining IDC bandwidth loss are as follows:
(1) Taking a month as an auditing period, and acquiring the daily average flow rate of each day in the month;
(2) Comparing the daily average flow rate of each day of the client with the IDC bandwidth of the client by taking the client as a dimension, identifying that the daily average flow rate is greater than the IDC bandwidth, and recording the days of which the daily average flow rate is greater than the IDC bandwidth;
(3) A client is considered to have a lack of IDC bandwidth when the number of days that the average daily flow rate of the same client is greater than or equal to 60% of the IDC bandwidth in a month, for example, if the number of days that the average daily flow rate is greater than or equal to 18 days, assuming a month of 30 days, the IDC bandwidth of the client is considered to be missing. Because the flow rate of the client is only smaller than the subscribed IDC bandwidth, if the flow rate of the client is larger than the subscribed IDC bandwidth, the IDC bandwidth service is judged to have a missing part, and the missing part is the IDC bandwidth switched on the wire, the IDC bandwidth left historically or the change of service data caused by the service change.
It should be noted that, the technical implementation scheme for determining the IP address missing is mainly determined by comparing the daily peak flow rate in the client IDC traffic data with the IDC bandwidth in the IDC service data.
Specifically, in a set time period, the daily peak flow rate of each day of a client is compared with the IDC bandwidth to determine the second day when the daily peak flow rate is smaller than the IDC bandwidth of a set multiple; if the second number of days is greater than or equal to the set value, determining that the IP address of the client is missing.
For example, the implementation steps for determining the missing IP address are as follows:
(1) Taking a month as an auditing period, and acquiring the daily peak flow rate of each day in the month;
(2) Comparing the daily peak flow rate of the client with the IDC bandwidth of the client by taking the client as a dimension, identifying that the daily peak flow rate is less than 70% of the IDC bandwidth, and recording the days that the daily peak flow rate is less than 70% of the IDC bandwidth;
(3) And when the ratio of days with the peak flow rate of time day of the same client being less than 70% of the IDC bandwidth in one month is more than or equal to 60%, the IP address of the client is considered to be missing. Because the flow rate of the client is calculated after filtering according to the IP address of the client in the IDC service data, if the IP address of the client is less, the value of the peak flow rate is reduced, and when the peak flow rate of the client is less than 70% of the IDC bandwidth in most of time, the client can be judged to be caused by the missing IP address of the client.
The embodiment of the invention audits the daily average flow rate of each client and the IDC bandwidth to determine the deficiency condition of the IDC bandwidth, and audits the daily peak flow rate of each client and the IDC bandwidth to determine the deficiency condition of the IP address, thereby improving the quality of the IDC service data ordered by the clients and improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of the IDC service data.
Based on the above embodiment, after auditing IDC traffic data subscribed by each customer according to IDC traffic data of each customer, the method includes: if the audit result is that the IDC bandwidth is absent, generating a first work order based on the customer information of the customer and the IDC bandwidth, and sending the first work order to an operation and maintenance terminal; and if the IP address is missing in the audit result, generating a second work order based on the customer information of the customer, the IDC bandwidth and the IP address, and sending the second work order to the operation and maintenance terminal.
For example, if the audit result is that the IDC bandwidth is missing, the customer information and the IDC bandwidth service of the customer are dispatched to the operation and maintenance personnel of the IDC service in a work order mode, and the operation and maintenance personnel revise the IDC bandwidth data according to the information.
If the auditing result is that the IP address is missing, the client information, the IDC bandwidth of the client and the IP address of the client are dispatched to operation and maintenance personnel of IDC service in a work order mode, and the operation and maintenance personnel revise the IP address data of the client according to the information.
The embodiment of the invention sends the problem to the operation and maintenance personnel for closed-loop management through the order distribution, thereby improving the quality of IDC service data ordered by a client and improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of the IDC service data.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second schematic flow chart of the auditing method of business data provided by the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the steps of auditing IDC service data are as follows:
(1) The method comprises the steps of obtaining IDC service data ordered by a customer, and collecting original IDC flow data from IDC outlet equipment through a NetFlow protocol;
(2) And auditing the IDC service data ordered by the customer, wherein if the IDC service data has the IDC bandwidth and the IP address at the same time, the range is considered to be correct, and whether the size of the specific bandwidth service and the number of the IP addresses are correct or not needs to be audited with the flow data of the customer. If the client only has one of the IDC bandwidth or the IP address, the data is considered to be wrong, and a data reforming work order needs to be initiated.
(3) And forming an IDC flow data model and a client IDC flow data model based on the IDC flow data, and calculating the daily average flow rate and the daily peak flow rate corresponding to the IDC flow data of each client.
(4) And auditing the daily average flow rate and IDC bandwidth of each client to determine the deficiency condition of the IDC bandwidth, for example, when the daily average flow rate of each client in a month is 60% longer than the IDC bandwidth of each client, the IDC bandwidth of each client is considered to be deficient, and a work order is dispatched to maintain IDC bandwidth service data.
(5) And auditing the daily peak flow rate and IDC bandwidth of each client to determine the missing condition of the IP address, for example, when the daily peak flow rate of each client in one month is less than the bandwidth value of each client by 70%, the IP address of each client is considered to be missing, and the work order is dispatched to maintain IDCIP address service data.
The embodiment of the invention audits the IDC service data of the client in the initial stage to determine the condition that the IDC bandwidth and the IP address of the client are lacked, and mainly performs the additional recording of a large amount of historical and legacy stock data through the order revision. Subsequently, with the increase of client data and services, IDC service data is found to have problems, mainly including a few historical remaining stock data, and a majority of IDC service data is services switched on-line and changes of IDC service data caused by service change. Therefore, the accuracy of IDC service data of the client is improved, and efficient and accurate operation and maintenance of IDC for the client service are ensured.
