and fourthly, carrying out information security analysis on the corresponding information management platform, judging whether the security performance of information storage is qualified, generating an information security analysis abnormal signal and an information security analysis normal signal through analysis, and sending the information security analysis abnormal signal and the information security analysis normal signal to the information management platform.
The formulas are all obtained by acquiring a large amount of data and performing software simulation, and a formula close to a true value is selected, and coefficients in the formulas are set by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions;

1. A medical information management system including an information management platform that marks a hospital put into operation as a management object, characterized in that the information management platform includes:
the service quality analysis unit is used for carrying out service quality analysis on the corresponding management objects, constructing quantity groups of the number of the diagnosed patients of each management object, obtaining corresponding service quality analysis coefficients of the quantity groups of the management objects through analysis, analyzing the service quality analysis coefficients to generate a service unsatisfied signal, a service unqualified signal, a service qualified signal, a floating bearable signal and a floating bearable signal, and sending the signals to the information management platform;
the medical equipment analysis unit is used for carrying out data analysis on the medical equipment corresponding to the management object and judging the running state of each piece of medical equipment in the management object; dividing the medical equipment into unsuitable equipment, equipment needing maintenance and suitable equipment through analysis, and sending the unsuitable equipment, the equipment needing maintenance and the suitable equipment to the information management platform;
the hospitalization process analysis unit is used for analyzing the hospitalization process corresponding to the management object, generating a process analysis unqualified signal and a process analysis qualified signal through hospitalization process analysis, and sending the signals to the information management platform;
and the information security analysis unit is used for carrying out information security analysis on the corresponding information management platform, judging whether the security performance of information storage is qualified or not, generating an information security analysis abnormal signal and an information security analysis normal signal through analysis, and sending the information security analysis abnormal signal and the information security analysis normal signal to the information management platform.
2. The medical information management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation of the quality of service analysis unit is as follows:
selecting an operation time period of a management object, collecting patients diagnosed in the operation time period, and establishing a low-basis number group, a medium-basis number group and a high-basis number group according to the collected diagnosed patients;
acquiring the average waiting time of the diagnosed patients in the corresponding quantity group of the managed object, the probability of waiting for the diagnosed patients and the average diagnosis time of the diagnosed patients in the corresponding quantity group of the managed object, acquiring the service quality analysis coefficient of each quantity group in the managed object through analysis, and comparing the service quality analysis coefficient of each quantity group in the managed object with the service quality analysis coefficient threshold.
3. The medical information management system according to claim 2, wherein the comparison of the quality of service analysis coefficients is as follows:
if the service quality analysis coefficient of the quantity group in the management object exceeds the service quality analysis coefficient threshold, judging that the service quality of the quantity group of the management object is low, and marking the corresponding quantity group as a low-quality quantity group; if the service quality analysis coefficient of the quantity group in the management object does not exceed the service quality analysis coefficient threshold, judging that the service quality of the quantity group of the management object is high, and marking the corresponding quantity group as a high-quality quantity group;
analyzing the quantity groups of the management objects, if the quantity groups of the management objects are low-quality quantity groups and the service quality analysis coefficient difference value of the adjacent quantity groups exceeds the corresponding coefficient difference value threshold value, judging that the management objects cannot meet the diagnosis requirement, generating a service unsatisfied signal and sending the service unsatisfied signal and the number of the corresponding management object to the information management platform;
if the quantity groups of the managed objects are low-quality quantity groups and the service quality analysis coefficient difference value of the adjacent quantity groups does not exceed the corresponding coefficient difference value threshold value, judging that the service quality of the managed objects is unqualified, generating an unqualified service signal and sending the unqualified service signal to an information management platform; if the quantity groups of the management objects are high-quality quantity groups and the service quality analysis coefficient difference value of the adjacent quantity groups does not exceed the corresponding coefficient difference value threshold value, judging that the service quality of the management objects is qualified, generating a service qualified signal and sending the service qualified signal to the information management platform;
if the quantity groups of the management objects are high-quality quantity groups and the service quality analysis coefficient difference value of the adjacent quantity groups exceeds the corresponding coefficient difference value threshold value, judging that the diagnosis requirement of the management objects floats and the bearing requirement floats, generating a floating bearing signal and sending the floating bearing signal to the information management platform; and if the quantity groups of the management objects are not all high-quality quantity groups, and the service quality analysis coefficient difference value of the adjacent quantity groups exceeds the corresponding coefficient difference value threshold value, judging that the diagnosis requirement of the management objects is floating and can float without bearing requirement, generating a floating non-bearing signal and sending the floating non-bearing signal to the information management platform.
4. The medical information management system according to claim 1, wherein the medical device analysis unit operates as follows:
analyzing the medical equipment put into use in the management object, acquiring the interval duration between the medical equipment in the management object and the latest maintenance time at the current moment and the fault frequency in the non-maintenance period time period of the corresponding medical equipment, respectively marking the interval duration and the fault frequency as the distance interval duration and the fault frequency, and respectively comparing the distance interval duration and the fault frequency with an interval duration threshold and a fault frequency threshold:
if the distance interval duration exceeds the interval duration threshold and the periodic fault frequency exceeds the fault frequency threshold, judging that the corresponding medical equipment is not suitable for use, and marking the corresponding medical equipment as unsuitable equipment; if the distance interval duration exceeds the interval duration threshold and the periodic fault frequency does not exceed the fault frequency threshold, determining that the corresponding medical equipment needs to be maintained, and marking the corresponding medical equipment as equipment needing to be maintained; if the distance interval duration does not exceed the interval duration threshold or the periodic fault frequency does not exceed the fault frequency threshold, judging that the corresponding medical equipment is suitable for use, and marking the corresponding medical equipment as suitable equipment; and sending the types of the medical devices to an information management platform.
5. The medical information management system according to claim 1, wherein the hospitalization procedure analysis unit is operated as follows:
acquiring a maximum time difference value of a patient in the management object for executing the hospitalization procedure and a ratio of the patient passing the hospitalization procedure to the number of the patients not passing the hospitalization procedure in the operation time of the management object, respectively marking the maximum time difference value and the number of the patients as a maximum time difference ratio, and correspondingly comparing the maximum time difference value and the number of the patients with a time difference value threshold value and a number ratio value threshold value:
if the maximum time difference exceeds a time difference threshold value or the number ratio of the patients exceeds a number ratio threshold value, judging that the hospitalization process analysis of the corresponding management object is unqualified, generating a unqualified process analysis signal and sending the unqualified process analysis signal and the number of the corresponding management object to an information management platform; and if the maximum time difference does not exceed the time difference threshold and the patient number ratio does not exceed the number ratio threshold, judging that the hospitalization process of the corresponding management object is qualified through analysis, generating a process analysis qualified signal and sending the process analysis qualified signal and the number of the corresponding management object to the information management platform.

acquiring the number of personnel corresponding to the information access authority in the management object and the replacement frequency of the personnel corresponding to the information access authority, and comparing the number of the personnel corresponding to the information access authority in the management object and the replacement frequency of the personnel corresponding to the information access authority with a personnel number threshold and a replacement frequency threshold respectively:
