In an embodiment, the multi-source medical knowledge includes medical data and a library of typical cases, wherein the medical data includes electronic medical records, examination and examination reports, medical guidelines, medical literature, and medical books.
In an embodiment, the multi-disease medical knowledge map building module is further configured to determine a disease range of the cardiovascular metabolic disease as a main node of the multi-disease medical knowledge map based on the typical case base and the expert prior knowledge; and inquiring medical data corresponding to the main node in the multi-source medical knowledge based on the main node, labeling the main node, and generating the multi-disease medical knowledge map.
In an embodiment, the patient health information evaluation module 302 is further configured to match corresponding cardiovascular metabolic disease nodes in the multi-medical knowledge graph based on the health profile, the basic physical examination data, and the current order information of the patient user, and determine a target disease and a current disease state; evaluating a target influence factor of the target disease based on the preset evaluation model, the health record, the personalized behavior data and the current disease state; generating the current health information for the patient user based on the target disease, the current disease state, and the target influencing factors.
In an embodiment, the patient health information evaluation module 302 is further configured to search the multi-disease medical knowledge graph for symptom information of the patient user based on the current medication information and the health profile of the patient user, and determine the node of the cardiovascular metabolic disease matching the health profile of the patient user and the current medication information; determining the target disease of the patient user based on the cardiovascular disease corresponding to the cardiovascular metabolic disease node; determining the current disease state of the patient user based on the target disease and the base physical examination data.
It should be noted that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules can be referred to the corresponding processes in the foregoing embodiments of the method for preventing and treating cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on digital therapy, and are not described herein again.
The system provided by the above-described embodiment may be implemented in the form of a computer program that can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The computer device may be a terminal.
Referring to fig. 5, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected through a system bus, wherein the memory may include a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory.
The non-volatile storage medium may store an operating system and a computer program. The computer program includes program instructions that, when executed, cause a processor to perform any of the methods for digital therapy-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular metabolic disease.
The processor is used for providing calculation and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer equipment.
The internal memory provides an environment for the execution of a computer program on a non-volatile storage medium, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform any of the methods for digital therapy-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular metabolic diseases.
The network interface is used for network communication, such as sending assigned tasks. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor may be other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. Wherein a general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Wherein, in one embodiment, the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory to implement the steps of:
acquiring health files, personalized behavior data, basic physical examination data and current medical advice information of a patient user as digital diagnosis and treatment information, and uploading the digital diagnosis and treatment information to a digital therapy management platform;
based on a preset evaluation model in the digital therapy management platform, performing data evaluation on the digital diagnosis and treatment information to generate current health information of a patient user;
and sending iterative medical advice information fed back by the doctor based on the current health information, sending the iterative medical advice information to the patient user, and covering the current medical advice information so that the patient user can conveniently perform disease prevention and treatment according to the iterative medical advice information.
In an embodiment, before the processor performs the acquiring of the health record, the personalized behavior data, the basic physical examination data, and the current medical advice information of the patient user as digital medical treatment information and uploads the digital medical treatment information to the digital therapy management platform, the processor is further configured to perform:
obtaining multi-source medical knowledge of cardiovascular metabolic diseases; (ii) a
And constructing a multi-disease medical knowledge map of the cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on the multi-source medical knowledge and expert prior knowledge.
In an embodiment, the multi-source medical knowledge includes medical data and a library of typical cases, wherein the medical data includes electronic medical records, examination and examination reports, medical guidelines, medical literature, and medical books.
In an embodiment, the processor, in implementing the constructing a multi-disease medical knowledge map of the cardiovascular metabolic disease based on the multi-source medical knowledge and expert prior knowledge, is configured to implement:
determining a disease range of the cardiovascular metabolic disease as a main node of the multi-disease medical knowledge map based on the typical case base and the expert prior knowledge;
and inquiring medical data corresponding to the main node in the multi-source medical knowledge based on the main node, labeling the main node, and generating the multi-disease medical knowledge map.
In an embodiment, when the processor performs the data evaluation on the digital medical information based on the preset evaluation model in the digital therapy management platform to generate the current health information of the patient user, the processor is configured to perform:
matching corresponding cardiovascular metabolic disease nodes in the multi-disease medical knowledge graph based on the health file, the basic physical examination data and the current medical advice information of the patient user to determine a target disease and a current disease state;
evaluating a target influence factor of the target disease based on the preset evaluation model, the health profile, the personalized behavior data and the current disease state;
generating the current health information for the patient user based on the target disease, the current disease state, and the target influence factors.
In one embodiment, the processor, in implementing that the current order information includes current medication information and behavioral guidance information, and in matching corresponding cardiometabolic disease nodes in the multi-disease medical knowledge-graph based on the patient user's health profile, basic health data, and current order information, determining a target disease and a current disease state, is configured to implement:
searching the multi-disease medical knowledge graph for symptom information of the patient user based on the current medication information and the health profile of the patient user, and determining the cardiovascular metabolic disease node matching the health profile of the patient user and the current medication information;
determining the target disease of the patient user based on the cardiovascular disease corresponding to the cardiovascular metabolic disease node;
determining the current disease state of the patient user based on the target disease and the base physical examination data.
The computer-readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the computer device described in the foregoing embodiment, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the computer device. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the computer device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the computer device.

based on a preset evaluation model in the digital therapy management platform, performing data evaluation on the digital diagnosis and treatment information to generate current health information of a patient user;
and sending iterative medical advice information fed back by the doctor based on the current health information, sending the iterative medical advice information to the patient user, and covering the current medical advice information so that the patient user can conveniently perform disease prevention and treatment according to the iterative medical advice information.

The method for preventing and treating cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on digital therapy according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring health files, personalized behavior data, basic physical examination data and current medical advice information of a patient user as digital diagnosis and treatment information and uploading the digital diagnosis and treatment information to a digital therapy management platform, the method further comprises:
obtaining multisource medical knowledge of cardiovascular metabolic diseases; (ii) a
And constructing a multi-disease medical knowledge map of the cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on the multi-source medical knowledge and expert prior knowledge.

The method for preventing and treating cardiovascular metabolic disease based on digital therapy according to claim 2, wherein the multi-source medical knowledge comprises medical data and a typical case base, wherein the medical data comprises electronic medical records, examination reports, medical guidelines, medical literature and medical books.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the constructing a multi-disease medical knowledge map of the cardiovascular metabolic disease based on the multi-source medical knowledge and expert prior knowledge comprises:
determining a disease scope of the cardiovascular metabolic disease as a master node of the multi-disease medical knowledge map based on the typical case base and the expert prior knowledge;
and inquiring medical data corresponding to the main node in the multi-source medical knowledge based on the main node, labeling the main node, and generating the multi-disease medical knowledge map.

The method for preventing and treating cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on digital therapy according to claim 2, wherein the step of performing data evaluation on the digital medical information based on a preset evaluation model in the digital therapy management platform to generate current health information of a patient user comprises:
matching corresponding cardiovascular metabolic disease nodes in the multi-disease medical knowledge graph based on the health file, the basic physical examination data and the current medical advice information of the patient user, and determining a target disease and a current disease state;
evaluating a target influence factor of the target disease based on the preset evaluation model, the health record, the personalized behavior data and the current disease state;
generating the current health information for the patient user based on the target disease, the current disease state, and the target influence factors.

The method of claim 5, wherein the current order information comprises current medication information and behavior guidance information, and the matching of corresponding cardiovascular metabolic disease nodes in the multi-disease medical knowledge-graph based on the patient user's health profile, physical basic examination data, and current order information determines the target disease and current disease state, comprising:
searching the multi-disease medical knowledge graph for symptom information of the patient user based on the current medication information and the health profile of the patient user, and determining the cardiovascular metabolic disease node matched with the health profile of the patient user and the current medication information;
determining the target disease of the patient user based on the cardiovascular disease corresponding to the cardiovascular metabolic disease node;
determining the current disease state of the patient user based on the target disease and the base physical examination data.
7. A system for digital therapy-based cardiovascular disease management, comprising:
the system comprises a user terminal, a digital therapy management platform and a medical system management platform, wherein the user terminal is used for acquiring health files, personalized behavior data, basic physical examination data and current medical advice information of a patient user as digital diagnosis and treatment information and uploading the digital diagnosis and treatment information to the digital therapy management platform;
the cloud server is used for carrying out data evaluation on the digital diagnosis and treatment information based on a preset evaluation model in the digital therapy management platform to generate current health information of the patient user;
and the doctor diagnosis terminal is used for sending iterative medical advice information fed back by a doctor based on the current health information, sending the iterative medical advice information to the patient user, and covering the current medical advice information so that the patient user can perform disease prevention and treatment according to the iterative medical advice information.
8. The device according to claim 7, wherein the cloud server comprises:
the disease matching module is used for matching corresponding cardiovascular metabolic disease nodes in the multi-disease medical knowledge graph based on the health file, the basic physical examination data and the current medical advice information of the patient user to determine a target disease and a current disease state;
a disease evaluation module for evaluating a target influence factor of the target disease based on the preset evaluation model, the health profile, the personalized behavior data, and the current disease state;
a health information generation module to generate the current health information of the patient user based on the target disease, the current disease state, and the target impact factor.

A computer device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the method for digital therapy based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular metabolic diseases as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.

A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular metabolic disease based on digital therapy according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
