The electronic questionnaire is a tool for collecting data on line and is used for scenes such as satisfaction survey, opinion feedback collection, evaluation, examination and the like. The electronic questionnaire is wide in people, simple and easy to operate, and the questionnaire can be issued to the people by an investigator only by creating a questionnaire link, and meanwhile, the real-time filling and recovery of the answer sheet can be realized, and the answer sheet result is convenient for statistical processing and analysis. Furthermore, it is very important to generate a questionnaire that meets business requirements and can fully acquire user data according to a financial business scenario.
The seven-dimensional health assessment questionnaire is in a questionnaire form for assessing the health of a client around seven major dimensions of body, emotion, social, mental, cognition, occupation and economy, and a comprehensive client portrait can be generated based on the survey results of the questionnaire so as to create a special service scheme for the client. However, in the design of questionnaires, if too many questionnaire questions are set, the answer enthusiasm of customers is reduced, so that the customers do not answer or do not want to answer, and the like, and the customer primary portrait cannot be accurately depicted and personalized service customization cannot be realized while poor user experience is caused, and subsequent processes are influenced.
In the prior art, a common method for how to screen questionnaire questions and efficiently obtain a preliminary client portrait is to invite multiple experts to discuss and screen the questionnaire questions together through an expert consultation method, but if the questionnaire questions are multiple and the coverage field is wide, more resources are consumed for evaluation and screening through the experts in different fields, and in addition, the method is greatly influenced by human subjective factors, so that the results of questionnaire question screening are not accurate enough.
In conclusion, the existing method for screening the questionnaire questions has the problems of low efficiency and accuracy.
