Claims (10)

1. A geographic information space data management system, comprising:
the system login module is used for entering a system main interface after a user logs in the system login interface;
the data management module is used for performing the functions of land parcel addition, land parcel archiving, land parcel query management, manual editing, automatic attribute updating, data extraction, land parcel merging and land parcel deletion;
the statistical and output module is used for performing functions of map plotting, batch exporting of various images, exporting of shp files and CAD files of land blocks and performing statistics according to different ranges;
the map query module is used for performing point query, fuzzy query and attribute query;
and the other functional modules are used for performing map configuration, map browsing, right key shortcut of the map, map administrative area index positioning and layer right key shortcut functions.
2. The geographic information spatial data management system of claim 1 wherein said data management module comprises:
the land parcel newly-adding unit is used for selecting the three old red line files and determining the position of the three old red line files in the map; translating the position of the red line, and quickly converting the red line from 80 coordinates to 2000 coordinates for displaying; checking whether the red line meets the warehousing condition after the red line is selected, and displaying the information of the checking result in a panel; judging whether the red line meets the warehousing condition according to the inspection and analysis result, and listing Fu Gemian volumes and the condition that the red line does not meet the area; simultaneously, the method is used for warehousing original images, current situation data, planning data, latest current situation data and species in a legal range;
the original image is completely put in storage according to the red line range without deleting the area which does not accord with the range; the current situation removing data is put in storage by deleting the part which does not accord with the current situation of the 2009 land utilization; the step of warehousing the planning-removing data refers to deleting the part which does not accord with the overall land utilization planning and warehousing; the step of storing the latest current situation data refers to deleting the part which does not accord with the latest current situation of land utilization for storing; the legal range warehousing means that all parts which do not accord with warehousing conditions are deleted for warehousing;
the parcel filing unit is used for acquiring the file name of a parcel red line as a parcel name or manually inputting the parcel name after the parcel pre-inspection; selecting a red line of a plot as an attachment, storing the red line according to an analysis result after the red line is filed, uploading the red line to a server, and generating an analysis result and a filing file;
the system comprises a plot query management unit, a plot query unit and a plot query unit, wherein the plot query management unit is used for acquiring filed plot information and determining the position of a red line of a plot and the range of the plot; positioning the range which accords with the warehousing condition in the analysis result, and deleting the partial range which does not accord with the current situation of the 2009 land utilization; deleting the partial range which does not accord with the current state of the latest land utilization in the positioning analysis result, deleting the partial range which does not accord with the overall plan of the land utilization, and downloading the red line attachment file;
the manual editing unit is used for selecting a plot to be manually edited through a manual function, modifying and updating the attribute information of the plot, and further storing the information into the plot;
the automatic attribute updating unit is used for automatically updating the attribute information of the land parcel by the system after selecting the land parcel to be automatically updated, so as to perfect the attribute information of the land parcel;
the automatic attribute updating unit automatically updating the attribute information of the parcel comprises:
monitoring whether the attribute information of the selected parcel to be updated changes, and if the attribute information of the parcel to be updated changes, acquiring source attribute information and destination attribute information of the parcel to be updated; simultaneously judging whether the target attribute information of the plot to be updated is instant effective information or non-instant effective information; if the target attribute information of the plot to be updated is instant effective information, matching the corresponding plot to be automatically updated from the plot block, and modifying the current attribute information of the plot to be automatically updated into the target attribute information; if the target attribute information of the plot to be updated is non-immediate effective information, judging effective time, setting a work task according to the effective time, and modifying the attribute information; rewriting the modified target attribute information serving as the updated current attribute information of the land parcel into the map library;
the data extraction unit is used for selecting an achievement map layer land block and extracting the achievement map layer land block to a working map layer;
the map layer merging unit is used for selecting two map layers to be merged from the map, merging the two map layers in the working layer and automatically updating the attribute information;
and the land parcel deleting unit is used for selecting a land parcel to be deleted in the map and deleting 2 the land parcel in the working map layer.
3. The geographic information spatial data management system of claim 2 wherein in the map adding unit, the data extracting unit is configured to select a result map layer map block and extract the result map block to the working map layer, comprising the steps of:
firstly, acquiring map layer data of map layers, acquiring a mapping relation of each map layer and a mapping relation between the map blocks in the map layers, and constructing a map layer and map block mapping relation table;
secondly, automatically associating the result layer block codes with the working layer; reading the result layer plot data and attribute data corresponding to the plots;
finally, extracting the read result layer map block data and corresponding attribute data to a working layer based on the layer map block mapping relation table; and checking whether the topological relation among the map layer, the land parcel and the attribute data is accurate.
4. The geographic information spatial data management system of claim 1 wherein said statistics and output module comprises:
the map drawing unit is used for selecting the three old plots to be drawn in the map, perfecting drawing information of the three old plots, selecting different data as base maps and drawing the plots in the result map layer;
the image map batch exporting unit is used for selecting a storage path to map the plot after setting a title, plot adjusting time, whether the deleted plot is included, whether a scale is fixed, a drawing unit and drawing person information are fixed;
the current graph batch export unit is used for carrying out batch export of the current graphs;
the planning map batch export unit is used for exporting the planning maps in batches;
the system comprises a land parcel export Shp file unit, a map storage unit and a map export unit, wherein the land parcel export Shp file unit is used for selecting a land parcel to be exported from the map, exporting the system and storing the system as an Shp format file;
the land parcel exporting CAD file unit is used for selecting a land parcel to be exported in the map, exporting a system and simultaneously storing the land parcel as a CAD format file;
the administrative region counting unit is used for counting the data quantity and the area information of the three old achievements in different administrative regions and exporting the information into an Excel file;
the adjusting time counting unit is used for counting the quantity and area information of the three old achievements in different adjusting times and exporting the information into an Excel file;
the transformation type counting unit is used for counting the data quantity and the area information of the three old achievements of different transformation types and exporting the information into an Excel file;
and the frame selection range counting unit is used for counting the quantity and the area information of the old result data according to the frame selection range in the map and exporting the information into an Excel file.
5. The geographic information spatial data management system of claim 1, wherein said map query module comprises:
the point query unit is used for querying the attribute information through the point selection elements;
the fuzzy query unit is used for searching and querying the attribute information of the whole graph layer data by setting query content, query range and matching mode, and displaying the result query; positioning in the map by double-clicking the query result;
and the attribute query unit is used for forming a query expression by selecting the layer and setting query field information to perform data query.

the map configuration unit is used for setting and storing the information of the layer data;
the map browsing unit is used for performing data adding, view operation, map exporting and bookmark management;
the map right key shortcut unit is used for providing right key shortcut;
the map administrative area index positioning unit is used for positioning the position of an administrative area;
the layer right key shortcut unit is used for performing layer right key shortcut processing, and performing layer positioning, attribute management and layer attribute setting;
the three-dimensional map building module is used for building three-dimensional models of the city before and after transformation;
the three-dimensional map building module builds the three-dimensional urban models before and after the transformation, and comprises the following steps:
firstly, acquiring images and other data before three-old reconstruction; generating a two-dimensional original image based on the acquired data before three old changes;
secondly, extracting buildings and other components in the two-dimensional original image, and generating an original three-dimensional model based on the two-dimensional original image and the extracted buildings and components;

fourthly, point query, fuzzy query and attribute query are carried out by utilizing a map query module;
and fifthly, carrying out map configuration, map browsing, right key shortcut of the map, map administrative area index positioning, right key shortcut of the map layer and three-dimensional model construction by using other functional modules.

A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the geographic information spatial data management system control method according to any one of claims 1~6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the gis spatial data management system control method according to any one of claims 1~6.
10. An information data processing terminal characterized in that the information data processing terminal is configured to implement the geographic information spatial data management system according to claim 7.
