With the development of intelligent technology, various intelligent devices are widely applied to daily life of people, for example, an interactive intelligent tablet is widely applied to scenes such as office, meeting, lecture and the like as an intelligent device. In the related art, in order to facilitate the control of the user on the interactive intelligent tablet, an adaptive external control device is often needed, for example, in a speech scene, the interactive intelligent tablet displays current speech content, and the user uses the external control device such as a remote controller to perform control operations such as page turning, amplification, playing, pausing and the like on the speech content. For another example, in a meeting scene, a user immediately screens the operation content of the notebook computer to the interactive intelligent tablet for display, and controls the screen transmission content in the interactive intelligent tablet at the notebook computer side. With the wide use of the external control device, the situation that the user takes over the control often occurs, for example, another user takes over the current user to perform the speech and controls the speech content in the interactive intelligent tablet. For another example, another user takes over to control the screen transmission content displayed by the interactive intelligent panel, and explains the screen transmission content. In this case, it is usually involved in the process of another user taking over the external control device, for example, the current user transfers an adapted remote controller to another user, or another user sits in front of a laptop computer used for screen transmission instead of the current user. Therefore, the process of taking over control by the user needs a plurality of persons to participate, and the actions of each user are more and the interference is larger in the participation process (for example, the error control caused by mistakenly touching the key in the process of transmitting the remote controller).

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
An embodiment of the application provides a management method of control authority. The management method of the control authority is applied to the controlled equipment side, and the controlled equipment can manage the control authority of the external control equipment. The controlled device may be formed by two or more physical entities, or may be formed by one physical entity. The controlled device may be an interactive intelligent panel, a projector, a liquid crystal display, a small-pitch light-emitting diode (LED) screen with a data processing function, an intelligent lamp, an intelligent sound box, or the like. It can be understood that, when the controlled device is composed of two or more physical entities, the connection manner and layout manner between the physical entities are not limited at present, for example, when the controlled device is an intelligent lamp, the data processing device (such as a processor) of the intelligent lamp and the light-emitting lamp can be connected in a wired manner and distributed at different positions, so that the data processing device can control the lamp.
In an embodiment, the controlled device is taken as an interactive smart tablet for example. The interactive intelligent panel is integrated equipment for controlling contents displayed on the display panel and realizing man-machine interaction operation through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a curtain, a sound box, a television, a video conference terminal and the like. The interactive intelligent panel is provided with at least one type of operating system, and the operating system can be an Android system, a Windows system, a Linux system, an IOS system and the like. The interactive smart tablet may install at least one application under the operating system. The application program may be an application program carried by an operating system, or an application program downloaded from a third-party device or a server, and is not limited at present. In one embodiment, the functions of the interactive smart tablet can be realized by running different application programs. The interactive intelligent tablet is also provided with at least one display screen. For example, the interactive smart tablet is configured with a touch-enabled display screen, and the display screen may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, an infrared screen, and/or an electromagnetic screen.
In one embodiment, the interactive smart tablet may be controlled by an external control device. When a plurality of users control the interactive intelligent tablet, each user can hold the corresponding control device, and the types of the control devices held by different users can be the same or different. Illustratively, the control device may be a remote controller, a screen transmitter, a notebook computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a microphone, or the like. The control content of different control devices to the interactive intelligent tablet can be set according to actual conditions, and is not limited currently.
In an embodiment, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing control authority according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, when the interactive smart tablet executes the management method of the control authority, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and 110, acquiring state information of at least one target control device, wherein the state information comprises relative position information and/or control information, and the target control device is pre-connected with the interactive intelligent panel and has control authority on the interactive intelligent panel.
In one embodiment, the target control device is a control device that can currently control the interactive smart tablet. The target control device is given control authority over the interactive smart tablet. The number of the target control devices can be set by the interactive intelligent tablet according to actual requirements, and is not limited at present.
Optionally, the target control device is selected by the interactive smart tablet. Illustratively, the interactive smart tablet selects a target control device from the control devices currently establishing the pre-connection. I.e. the target control device is given control authority, a pre-connection has been established with the interactive smart tablet. The pre-connection process of the interactive intelligent tablet and the control device can be regarded as the process of adapting the interactive intelligent tablet and the control device, and the pre-connection function is to enable the interactive intelligent tablet to determine the control device which can give control authority currently and enable the control device to determine the interactive intelligent tablet which can be controlled currently. The pre-connection process is not limited at present, for example, when the interactive smart tablet detects the control device through a positioning module configured in the interactive smart tablet, it is determined to establish pre-connection with the control device. For another example, the user creates login information (e.g., information about entering a conference) in the interactive smart tablet, and then when the user inputs the same login information into the control device, the interactive smart tablet determines to establish pre-connection with the control device. For another example, the interactive smart tablet and the control device establish a pre-connection in a bluetooth pairing manner. It can be understood that after the pre-connection, the interactive smart tablet and the control device may perform data communication, and a specific communication rule thereof is not limited at present.
For example, the interactive smart tablet may select at least one target control device among the pre-connected control devices. It can be understood that when one control device is pre-connected, the control device may be directly selected as a target control device, and when a plurality of control devices are pre-connected, at least one control device that is pre-connected earliest may be selected as a target control device, or at least one control device that is closest to the interactive smart tablet may be selected as a target control device. After the target control device is selected, the control authority of the target control device on the interactive intelligent panel can be given, and then the target control device controls the interactive intelligent panel.
In one embodiment, in the control process of the target control device, the interactive smart tablet acquires the state information of the target control device. Wherein the status information comprises relative position information and/or control information.
The relative position information refers to the position information of the control device relative to the interactive intelligent tablet, and the content of the relative position information can be set according to actual requirements. For example, the relative position information is a distance and an angle of the control device with respect to the interactive smart tablet, and further, for example, the relative position information is coordinates of the control device in a two-dimensional coordinate system or a three-dimensional coordinate system used by the interactive smart tablet, and the construction rules of the two-dimensional coordinate system and the three-dimensional coordinate system are not limited at present. In one embodiment, after the control device is pre-connected with the interactive smart tablet, the interactive smart tablet acquires relative position information of the control device. Optionally, the interactive smart tablet and the control device are both associated with a positioning module, where the positioning module associated with the interactive smart tablet is recorded as a first positioning module, and the positioning module associated with the control device is recorded as a second positioning module, so that the interactive smart tablet can determine the relative position information of the control device through the first positioning module and the second positioning module, and the control device can also determine the relative position information of the interactive smart tablet, thereby implementing positioning of the two devices. It can be understood that the interactive smart tablet is associated with the first positioning module, that is, the first positioning module may be used by the interactive smart tablet, a layout relationship between the first positioning module and the interactive smart tablet is not limited currently, the control device is associated with the second positioning module with the same understanding, which is not described herein, and the number of the first positioning module and the second positioning module is not limited currently. In one embodiment, the positioning principle of the first positioning module and the second positioning module may be selected according to practical situations, and is not limited at present. It should be noted that, when the interactive intelligent tablet determines the relative position information of the control device, if the first positioning module associated with the interactive intelligent tablet does not need to cooperate with the second positioning module in the working process, the control device can be positioned without using the second positioning module. Optionally, after the control device is selected as the target control device, for other unselected control devices, the interactive smart tablet may still continue to acquire the relative location information thereof, or acquire the relative location information of other control devices when there is a management requirement for transferring, giving, recovering, and the like of the control authority.
When the state information comprises the relative position information, the interactive intelligent panel acquires the relative position information according to the set frequency, and understandably, when the set frequency is high enough, the relative position information can be acquired in real time. It should be noted that, under different scenes or different requirements, the frequency of acquiring the relative position information by the interactive smart tablet may be different. For example, in some scenarios, the interactive smart tablet needs to specify the precise location of the target control device, and therefore, a higher frequency may be set to obtain the relative location information. For another example, in some scenarios, the interactive smart tablet only needs the rough position of the target control device, and therefore, a lower frequency may be set to obtain the relative position information. Optionally, frequencies corresponding to different scenes are preset in the interactive smart tablet, and a user can select a desired scene in the using process, so that the interactive smart tablet obtains the relative position information according to the corresponding frequencies. Optionally, the user may modify the current frequency in real time according to the current demand, so that the interactive smart tablet obtains the relative position information according to the modified frequency. It can be understood that when target control equipment is a plurality of, different target control establish corresponding frequency can be the same or different, for example, pass under the screen scene, target control equipment includes the remote controller and passes the screen ware, pass the control authority that the screen ware had for passing the screen authority, it can be with the notebook computer that connects pass screen data transmission to mutual intelligent flat board and show, the control authority that the remote controller had is for controlling the biography screen data that show in the mutual intelligent flat board, at this moment, the frequency that the remote controller corresponds is higher than the frequency that passes the screen ware and corresponds, so that mutual intelligent flat board more accurate master remote controller's relative position information.
The control information refers to information related to a control state when the target control device controls the interactive smart tablet, and for example, the control information may include control time, control duration, control content, and/or the like. In one embodiment, after the interactive intelligent tablet gives the control authority to the target control device, the content such as the control time, the control duration and the like can be recorded, and the interactive intelligent tablet can determine the control content of the target control device in the process of controlling the interactive intelligent tablet by the target control device. It is understood that, when there are a plurality of target control devices, the control information corresponding to different target control devices may be the same or different.
Optionally, in the control process of the target control device, the user may set and acquire the relative position information, the control information, or both of them in the interactive smart tablet. Or, setting state information corresponding to different target control devices in the interactive intelligent tablet in advance, and modifying the state information by a user. For example, the target control object is a screen reader, and the state information includes control information. For another example, the target control object is a remote controller, and the state information includes relative position information and/or control information. Optionally, when the interactive smart tablet obtains the state information of the multiple target control devices at the same time, the state information of each target control device may be different or the same, for example, two target control devices are used, the interactive smart tablet obtains the relative position information of the two target control devices, and for example, the interactive smart tablet obtains the relative position information of one target control device and obtains the control time of another target control device.
And step 120, when the target control device is determined to meet the permission resolution condition according to the state information, handing over the control permission of the target control device to the alternative control device, wherein the alternative control device is other control devices which are currently connected with the interactive intelligent panel in advance.
The authority release condition is a condition for releasing the control authority of the target control device. In one embodiment, when the state information includes relative position information, the permission release condition may be that the target control device is leaving the interactive smart tablet, at this time, the interactive smart tablet determines the relative position of the target control device and the interactive smart tablet according to the acquired relative position information, and if it is determined that the relative position is farther and farther, it is determined that the target control device is leaving the interactive smart tablet. Or, the permission release condition may be that the distance between the target control device and the interactive smart tablet is increased and is within a distance threshold value, or the distance between the target control device and the interactive smart tablet exceeds a distance threshold value. The distance threshold may be set according to an actual situation, when the distance threshold is exceeded, it indicates that the target control device is far enough from the interactive smart tablet, and the control authority of the target control device may be handed over, and when the distance threshold is not exceeded but the distance is increased, it indicates that the target control device is far away from the interactive smart tablet, and the control authority of the target control device may be handed over. The distance between the target control device and the interactive intelligent tablet can be determined according to the relative position information, and whether the target control device meets the permission removing condition or not is judged based on the distance. In one embodiment, the status information includes control information, and the permission release condition is that control data corresponding to the control information reaches a data critical value. Wherein the control data may be specific data recorded in the control information, and the data critical value is a critical value set based on the control data. And when the control data reaches the data critical value, determining that the permission releasing condition is met. For example, if the control information is control time and the control data is currently recorded time, the data critical value is a time range when the target control device performs control, and if the current time exceeds the time range, it is determined that the control data reaches the data critical value. If the control information is control duration and the control data is the specific currently recorded time length, the data critical value is the maximum time length when the target control device controls, the interactive intelligent panel starts timing after giving control authority to the target control device, and when the control duration reaches the maximum time length, the control data is determined to reach the data critical value. For another example, the control information is a control page number, the control data is a currently displayed page number, then, the data critical value is a page number range (e.g., pages 1 to 10 in the PPT) that can be currently controlled by the target control device, after the interactive smart tablet assigns a control authority to the target control device, the currently displayed or played content is determined, and if the display or play of the specific content that can be controlled by the target control device is completed, the control data is determined to reach the data critical value. When there are a plurality of target control devices, the right release conditions of different target control devices may be the same or different.
In one embodiment, when the target control device meets the permission release condition, the interactive intelligent tablet recovers the control permission of the target control device and gives the control permission to the alternative control device. Namely, when the control authority is handed over to the alternative control device, two links are included, one is to recover the control authority of the target control device, and the other is to give the recovered control authority to the alternative control device. The candidate control device is a control device that is a candidate for the target control device, and when the control right is given to the candidate control device, the candidate control device becomes a new target control device.
Optionally, when the target control device meets the permission release condition, it is determined whether there are other pre-connected control devices currently, and if so, an alternative control device is selected from the other pre-connected control devices. And if not, only recovering the control authority of the target control equipment. It can be understood that when the control device starts or starts the control function, the control device is pre-connected with the interactive smart tablet, so that the interactive smart tablet selects the control device given the control authority from the pre-connected control devices. Optionally, if there are a plurality of other control devices that are already pre-connected currently, one of the other control devices may be selected as the candidate control device. The selection basis can be set according to actual conditions, for example, other control devices which are connected in advance at the earliest time are selected as alternative control devices, for example, other control devices which are closest to the interactive smart tablet are selected as alternative control devices, and for example, other control devices are randomly selected as alternative control devices. And after the alternative control equipment is selected, the control authority of the target control equipment is endowed to the alternative control equipment so as to realize the transfer of the control authority.
When a plurality of target control devices are provided, the interactive intelligent tablet can respectively determine whether each target control device meets the permission removing condition, so that when the target control devices meet the permission removing condition, the control permission of the target control devices is recovered and is given to the alternative control devices.
In one embodiment, when the control right of the target control device is recovered, the target control device and the interactive smart tablet may also be kept pre-connected. In another embodiment, when the control right is recovered, the target control device is disconnected from the pre-connection of the interactive smart tablet, at this time, the target control device cannot communicate with the interactive smart tablet, and when the target control device still has a control requirement, the pre-connection with the interactive smart tablet can be established again.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, when the target control device satisfies the permission release condition, only the control permission may be recovered, and the control permission does not need to be transferred.
In one embodiment, in the control process of the target control device, when some other control device that establishes a pre-connection with the interactive smart tablet wants to acquire the control right of the target control device, a request may be sent to the interactive smart tablet, and the interactive smart tablet determines whether to transfer the control right. At this time, the method for determining the control authority further includes: and when determining that the target control device does not meet the permission release condition according to the state information, if receiving a control permission application notification sent by the alternative control device, handing over the control permission of the target control device to the alternative control device.
For example, when there is a control requirement for another control device, a notification requesting for control permission may be sent to the interactive smart tablet, and at present, the notification sent by the other control device is denoted as a control permission application notification. The generation method of the control authority application notification is not limited at present, and for example, the user sends the control authority application notification by clicking a set physical key or a set virtual key in the control device. And when the interactive intelligent panel receives the control authority application notification, determining the corresponding control equipment as alternative control equipment. And then, the interactive intelligent panel transfers the control authority of the target control equipment to the alternative control equipment according to the control authority application notice. Optionally, the interactive smart tablet may first determine whether to transfer the control right, for example, when the interactive smart tablet receives the control right application notification, the interactive smart tablet displays a prompt indicating whether to transfer the control right in a display screen of the interactive smart tablet, or sends a prompt indicating whether to transfer the control right to the target control device, and then when the user determines to transfer the control right through the display screen or the target control device (the display screen and the target control device may be controlled by the same user or different users), the interactive smart tablet transfers the control right of the target control device to the alternative control device. Optionally, when there are a plurality of target control devices and the candidate control device sends the control authority application notification, the related information of the target control device that is to be replaced may be written in the control authority application notification, for example, the device ID of the target control device is written. Or after the alternative control device sends the control authority application notification, the interactive intelligent panel displays a plurality of target control devices, so that the user can select one target control device as the target control device needing to recover the control authority. Or after the alternative control device sends the control authority application notification, the interactive smart tablet defaults to select the target control device which is endowed with the control authority earliest or is farthest away from the interactive smart tablet as the target control device needing to recover the control authority. And then, the interactive intelligent panel hands over the control authority of the target control device to the alternative control device. Optionally, the alternative control device may also apply for the control authority of the multiple target control devices at the same time, at this time, the alternative control device may write related information of the multiple target control devices in the control authority application notification, and after receiving the control authority application notification, the interactive intelligent tablet hands over the control authority of the multiple target control devices to the alternative control device according to the related information of the multiple target control devices, or, after receiving the related information of the multiple target control devices, hands over the control authority of at least one of the target control devices to the alternative control device, for example, the interactive intelligent tablet currently sets that at least two target control devices are required, and the current target control devices are two, and at this time, after receiving the control authority application notification that the alternative control device applies for the control authority of the two target control devices, the interactive intelligent tablet hands over the control authority of only one of the target control devices to the alternative control device. Optionally, when the alternative control device simultaneously applies for the control rights of multiple target control devices, a control right application notification is sent to the interactive smart tablet, where relevant information of the multiple target control devices may not be written in the control right application notification, and then the interactive smart tablet displays all current target control devices according to the control right application, so that the alternative control device selects one or more target control devices.
Optionally, when receiving the control authority application notifications sent by the multiple candidate control devices, the interactive smart tablet responds to each control authority application notification respectively. If at least two alternative control devices request the control authority of the same target control device, the control authority of the target control device may be handed over to one of the alternative control devices (for example, the alternative control device that first sends a control authority application notification or the alternative control device closest to the interactive smart tablet), or the control authority of the target control device may be handed over to at least one of the alternative control devices, and at this time, the number of the alternative control devices that can be handed over may be set in the interactive smart tablet by the user or may be set by default in the interactive smart tablet.
It can be understood that, for the interactive intelligent tablet, whether the control authority of the target control device is handed over to the alternative control device or not can be judged through the state information and the authority release condition of the target control device, and whether the control authority of the target control device is handed over to the alternative control device or not can be judged through the control authority application notification of the alternative control device, so that the management of the control authority is more flexible, and more control authority management requirements are met.
In one embodiment, the target control device may also issue a request for control authority transfer to the interactive smart tablet, for example, when the target control device cannot control the interactive smart tablet or does not need to control the interactive smart tablet, the request for control authority transfer is issued to the interactive smart tablet. And after receiving the request, the interactive intelligent panel transfers the control authority of the target control equipment to the alternative control equipment.
In one embodiment of the present application, in addition to the handover of the control authority by the interactive smart tablet, the handover of the control authority may be performed in the interactive smart tablet by a user who specifies the authority. At this time, the method for managing control authority further includes: receiving a control authority setting instruction, wherein the control authority setting instruction is an instruction sent by an administrator of the interactive intelligent panel; and transferring the control authority of the target control equipment to the alternative control equipment according to the control authority setting instruction.
The administrator is a user with administrator permission, the user can control the interactive intelligent panel at will under the administrator permission, and the interactive intelligent panel can respond to the control of the administrator permission preferentially. In one embodiment, under the authority of the administrator, the user may specify the target control device, specify the alternative control device, enforce the recovery control authority, or enforce the handover control authority. Illustratively, the administrator has a corresponding administrator account, and when the user logs into the administrator account, it is determined that administrator rights are present.
Exemplarily, the description is made by taking the forced handover control authority as an example. In one embodiment, the command for transferring the control authority issued by the administrator in the interactive smart tablet is recorded as a control authority setting command. The issuing mode of the control authority setting instruction is not limited at present. For example, the interactive smart tablet displays other control devices and target control devices which are currently pre-connected, so that an administrator selects an alternative control device and a target control device in a displayed interface, and when the administrator selects the target control device and the alternative control device, it is determined that a control authority setting instruction is received. And then, the interactive intelligent panel hands over the control authority of the target control device to the alternative control device. By setting the administrator authority, the management of the control authority can be manually intervened, so that the management process of the control authority is more flexible and meets the actual requirements of users.
The technical means for transferring the control authority of the target control device to the alternative control device after the control authority of the interactive intelligent panel is given to the target control device and when the target control device is determined to meet the authority removing condition according to the state information of the target control device can realize the transfer of the control authority among the control devices without the participation of multiple persons. Moreover, by acquiring the state information of the target control device, the interactive intelligent panel can conveniently know the relative position of the target control device and/or the related control information of the target control device in the control process, even if the interactive intelligent panel can conveniently master the state of the target control device, and further, whether the target control device meets the permission removing condition is automatically judged through the state information, so that the automatic determination of the transfer control permission is realized, particularly, when a plurality of users take over the control, the automatic transfer of the control permission can be realized only by holding one control device by each user, and the condition of large interference in the take-over process is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for managing control authority according to an embodiment of the present application. The management method shown in fig. 2 is embodied on the basis of the management method shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method for managing control authority includes:
step 210, detecting a control device which is located in the management area and is in pre-connection with the interactive smart tablet.
In one embodiment, when the control device is started or a pre-connection requirement exists, the interactive intelligent panel is searched and adapted to the searched interactive intelligent panel, and after the adaptation is completed, the pre-connection with the interactive intelligent panel can be established. At this moment, when the interactive intelligent tablet detects that the control equipment tries to adapt, the interactive intelligent tablet adapts to the control equipment, and after the adaptation is completed, the interactive intelligent tablet determines to establish pre-connection with the control equipment. For example, after the control device is started, the positioning module of the control device itself sends a pulse wave signal at a lower frequency, the positioning module of the interactive smart tablet also detects (specifically, receives) the pulse wave signal at a lower frequency, and when the positioning module of the interactive smart tablet detects the pulse wave signal and determines that the control device exists in the positioning area, it determines to establish pre-connection with the control device. For another example, the user sends an invitation at the interactive smart tablet, the invitation may be implemented by login information and/or a login serial number, and then, after the user inputs the login information and/or the login serial number corresponding to the invitation at the control device, the interactive smart tablet determines to establish pre-connection with the control device. For another example, after the control device is started, the interactive smart tablet is searched in a bluetooth manner, then, a bluetooth connection with the interactive smart tablet is tried to be established, the interactive smart tablet confirms whether the bluetooth connection with the control device is established according to a connection request of the control device, and after the bluetooth connection is successful, the pre-connection with the control device is determined.
In one embodiment, the interactive smart tablet detects a pre-connected control device. Optionally, detecting the control device is implemented by positioning the control device. At this time, the interactive smart tablet is associated with the first positioning module, the control device is associated with the second positioning module, and the first positioning module and the second positioning module are used for detecting the control device which is connected in advance and determining the relative position information of the control device. Through the cooperative work of the first positioning module and the second positioning module, the interactive intelligent tablet can acquire the relative position information of the control device, and the control device can also acquire the relative position information of the interactive intelligent tablet. It can be understood that, when the number of the control devices is multiple, the first positioning module and the multiple second positioning modules respectively cooperate with each other.
The first positioning module can be installed inside the interactive intelligent tablet, such as on a mainboard of the interactive intelligent tablet or on other circuit boards and connected with the mainboard. First orientation module can also install in other fixed positions, if install on the wall of the dull and stereotyped place region of mutual intelligence, on the ceiling or the desktop on the equal position, at this moment, mutual intelligence is dull and stereotyped can carry out data communication with first orientation module to in order to make clear and definite the relative position information that first orientation module obtained after fixing a position control device. It can be understood that, in practical applications, when a plurality of first positioning modules are needed, the plurality of first positioning modules may be arranged according to actual requirements and cooperatively work to realize the positioning of the control device.
The second positioning module may be installed inside the control device, for example, on a motherboard of the control device or on another circuit board and connected to the motherboard. The second positioning module may also be fixed to the object surface of the control device, for example, the second positioning module is connected to the control device in a USB manner to be fixed to the object surface of the control device, which is because the first positioning module can obtain the relative position information of the control device after positioning the second positioning module.
It can be understood that the association of the interactive smart tablet with the first positioning module means that the interactive smart tablet can obtain the positioning result (i.e. the relative position information) of the first positioning module with the second positioning module and control the working state of the first positioning module. The control device is associated with the second positioning module, that is, the control device can control the working state of the second positioning module, and when there is a positioning requirement, the control device can also obtain the positioning result of the second positioning module on other objects (such as the first positioning module).
The types of the first positioning module and the second positioning module can be set according to actual requirements. For example, the first positioning module and the second positioning module both use binocular cameras to achieve positioning of two devices through a binocular positioning technology, where the binocular positioning technology is to use two cameras to position, to a feature point on an object (in an embodiment, a controlled device or a control device), two cameras fixed at different positions are used to capture images of the object, to obtain coordinates of the feature point on image planes of the two cameras, respectively, and then, according to the precise relative positions of the two cameras, the coordinates of the feature point in a coordinate system in which one camera is fixed are obtained by using a geometric method, that is, the position of the feature point is determined, so as to determine the position of the object. For another example, the first positioning module and the second positioning module both use an Ultra Wide Band (UWB) module to realize positioning of two devices through UWB communication. The UWB module sends a broadband pulse wave which is nanosecond-picosecond level, and the pulse wave has short time and wide range in a frequency domain, so that high-precision short-distance positioning can be realized when reflected signals of the pulse wave are distinguished, and the interference is not easy to happen. The first positioning module and the second positioning module can also adopt other types.
In one embodiment, the first positioning module and the second positioning module are both ultra-wideband UWB communication modules. The ultra-wideband UWB communication module can also be understood as an UWB module, and the structure of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module can be set according to actual conditions, for example, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an ultra-wideband UWB communication module according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module comprises: the UWB chip, respectively with UWB storage medium, power supply system, transmitting antenna and receiving antenna that the chip links to each other. Wherein the UWB chip may generate and modulate a pulse wave to obtain a series of non-sinusoidal narrow pulse (with a wide frequency range) waves, which may then be amplified to a desired power and coupled to a transmitting antenna. The transmitting antenna is at least one and is used for transmitting pulse waves. The UWB chip is also used for demodulating the received signals and obtaining a positioning result according to the demodulation result, and the current positioning result is relative position information. The specific carrier of the storage medium may be set according to actual conditions, for example, a flash memory, a hard disk, or the like is used as the storage medium, which is not limited at present, and the storage medium may store a relevant program for driving the UWB chip to operate, and may also store relevant data generated during the operation of the UWB chip, or the like. The power supply system is used for supplying power to the ultra-wideband UWB communication module. In one embodiment, the ultra-wideband UWB communication modules associated with the interactive smart tablet and the control device have the same structure, and all adopt the structure shown in fig. 3. In practical application, the structure of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module can be changed by combining the requirement and the space limit of the installation area.
In the operation of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module, the generated pulse wave is as shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a schematic time-domain diagram of a UWB pulse wave according to an embodiment of the present application, which respectively shows waveforms of a pulse wave (specifically, a wave indicated by UWB in fig. 4) and a normal narrow-band sine wave (specifically, a wave indicated by Narrowband in fig. 4) used by an ultra-wideband UWB communication module in an operation process, and as can be seen from fig. 4, the pulse wave used by the ultra-wideband UWB communication module is a non-sine wave and has a short duration in the time domain. Fig. 5 is a schematic frequency domain diagram of a UWB pulse wave provided in an embodiment of the present application, which respectively illustrates a schematic frequency domain diagram of the pulse wave and the narrow-band sine wave shown in fig. 4. As can be seen from fig. 5, the pulse wave used by the ultra-wideband UWB communication module has a wider frequency spectrum than the narrow-band sine wave, and thus ultra-wideband over the frequency spectrum can be realized.
In one embodiment, during operation of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module may be located by Two-way Ranging (TWR), time Difference of Arrival (TDOA), or Phase Difference of Arrival (PDOA). Fig. 6 is a schematic positioning diagram according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 12, and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 13 are all first positioning modules, and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 14 is a second positioning module, for example, for description. During TWR positioning, for the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11 initiates positioning, that is, sends a pulse wave signal of a wide frequency, the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 14 receives the pulse wave signal and then sends back a response (responses) signal, and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11 completes ranging when receiving the response signal. Each time the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11 and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 14 send and receive a signal, a current time stamp is recorded, and then the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11 can calculate the position of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 14 through the recorded time stamp. The working principle of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 12 and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 13 is the same as that of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module 11, and is not described in detail at present. When TDOA is used for positioning, the second positioning module sends out broadband pulse wave signals, each first positioning module records the receiving time when receiving the pulse wave signals, the arrival time difference of the pulse wave signals reaching each first positioning module is compared, according to the mathematical relation, the arrival time difference is taken as a constant, the first positioning module is taken as a focus, hyperbolas are drawn, the intersection point (namely, the intersection area) of the hyperbolas is the position of the second positioning module, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the three first positioning modules can draw three hyperbolas, and the intersection area of the three hyperbolas is the position of the second positioning module. When PDOA is located, referring to fig. 6, the first positioning module can place the same receiving antennas spaced less than half the wavelength of the pulsed wave signal. During positioning, the second positioning module sends out a broadband pulse wave signal, when each first positioning module receives the pulse wave signal, the phases of the pulse wave signal reaching the two receiving antennas are different, then, the phase difference between the two receiving antennas is converted into a distance difference, and the distance between the second positioning module and the first positioning module can be obtained by utilizing the flight time and the distance difference of the pulse wave signal, so that the second positioning module is positioned. In the application process, a proper positioning mode can be selected according to actual requirements. It can be understood that when a wall body blocks pulse wave signals in the positioning process of the ultra-wideband UWB communication module, the signal intensity attenuation (the signal intensity attenuation is exp (-eta H), H is the thickness, and eta is the attenuation coefficient) of the pulse wave signals penetrating through the wall body can be determined through the thickness and the attenuation coefficient of the wall body, and further, a more accurate positioning result is ensured.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, if the second positioning module does not need to work cooperatively in the working process of the first positioning module associated with the interactive smart tablet, the control device can be positioned without using the second positioning module. For example, when first orientation module is binocular camera, no matter whether controlgear sets up binocular camera, mutual intelligent is dull and stereotyped all can fix a position controlgear, consequently, can not set up binocular camera in controlgear.
In one embodiment, after the interactive intelligent panel is pre-connected with the control device, the second positioning module is switched from the non-working state to the working state, the second positioning module adopts the first high-frequency reporting rate in the working state, the first positioning module is switched from the non-working state to the working state, and the first positioning module adopts the second high-frequency reporting rate in the working state.
For example, after the pre-connection is completed, the control device enters a working state, where entering the working state refers to a state in which the second positioning module associated with the control device is converted from a non-working state to a working state. The difference between the inactive state and the active state is the reporting rate. The report rate may be understood as a frequency of transmitting or receiving a pulse signal, and currently, the report rate is specifically a frequency of acquiring relative position information. After the control equipment is started, when the pre-connection with the interactive intelligent panel is not established, the second positioning module is controlled to adopt a lower-frequency point reporting rate, wherein the lower-frequency point reporting rate can be recorded as a low-frequency point reporting rate. When the control device is pre-connected with the interactive intelligent panel, the second positioning module is controlled to adopt a higher-frequency point reporting rate, wherein the higher-frequency point reporting rate can be recorded as a high-frequency point reporting rate, namely, after pre-connection, the second positioning module is changed from a low-frequency point reporting rate to the high-frequency point reporting rate. In one embodiment, the high frequency reporting rate used by the second positioning module is recorded as the first high frequency reporting rate. It can be understood that the frequency values adopted by the low frequency reporting rate and the high frequency reporting rate may be selected according to actual situations, and are not limited at present. Optionally, if the control device may provide a power supply for the second positioning module, the second positioning module may use the power supply in the built-in power supply system to supply power to the second positioning module at the low frequency reporting rate, and the second positioning module may be provided with the power supply from the control device to the second positioning module at the high frequency reporting rate. After the interactive intelligent tablet is pre-connected with the control device, the first positioning module can be also indicated to be converted from the non-working state to the working state, wherein the non-working state and the working state of the first positioning module can both refer to the non-working state and the working state of the second positioning module, which is not repeated at present. In one embodiment, the high frequency reporting rate adopted by the first positioning module is recorded as a second high frequency reporting rate, and the second high frequency reporting rate and the first high frequency reporting rate may be the same or different.
It can be understood that after pre-connection, the detection of the control device can be realized according to the first high-frequency reporting rate and the second high-frequency reporting rate.
In one embodiment, when the interactive smart tablet detects a pre-connected control device, the control device located in the management area may be detected, where the number and the location of the management areas may be set according to actual situations, generally speaking, the management area may be at least one neighboring area around the interactive smart tablet, and may also be an artificially specified area, and the management area is located in the positioning area of the first positioning module, and may be less than or equal to the positioning area, that is, the control devices located in the management area may all be positioned by the interactive smart tablet. Illustratively, the interactive intelligent tablet stores position information of the management area in advance, and then acquires relative position information of the control device in the management area according to the position information of the management area, so as to realize detection of the control device. Optionally, when the control device is located in the positioning area of the first positioning module but not located in the management area, the interactive smart tablet may still detect the relative location information of the control device, and may only filter out the relative location information of the control device, so as to avoid managing the control device outside the management area.
Illustratively, when the interactive intelligent tablet acquires the relative position information of the control devices in the management area, the number of the control devices in the management area can be determined based on the relative position information, and the control devices entering and leaving the management area are monitored.
It is understood that the number of the management areas may be one or more, and when there is one management area, the relative position information of the control device in the management area may be directly obtained, that is, the control device in the management area is detected. When there are a plurality of management areas, the relative position information of the control devices in each management area can be acquired, that is, the control devices in each management area can be simultaneously detected. In this case, different management areas may execute the same detection logic or different detection logic. In one embodiment, when the management area is multiple and different detection logics are executed, each management area corresponds to one detection weight, and each detection weight corresponds to one second high-frequency hit rate. The detection weight is a set weight value, each management area has a corresponding detection weight, and the higher the detection weight is, the higher the second high-frequency report rate is, which indicates that the management area needs more precise relative position information. The specific values of the detection weights may be set and modified by the user in conjunction with the actual requirements. Optionally, the second high frequency report rates corresponding to the same detection weight are the same. When the first positioning module is in a working state, the corresponding second high-frequency reporting rate can be determined according to the detection weight of each management area, and the relative position information of the control equipment in the corresponding management area is obtained according to the second high-frequency reporting rate. In one embodiment, when a plurality of management areas are provided and different detection logics are executed, control devices in a part of the management areas may be detected, for example, each management area corresponds to one control restriction condition, and only the management area satisfying the control authority condition is detected. In this case, there are a plurality of management areas, and each management area corresponds to one control restriction condition. Step 210 includes steps 211-212:
in step 211, among the plurality of management areas, a management area satisfying the corresponding control restriction condition is determined.
For example, it is possible that only the control device in the management area satisfying the control restriction condition acquires the control authority. The control limit conditions may be set according to actual conditions. For example, the control restriction condition is that the corresponding detection time is satisfied. At this time, each management area corresponds to one detection time. Only at the corresponding detection time, the interactive smart tablet can detect the control device in the corresponding management area. The detection time may be a specific time range, and the setting manner and rule thereof are not limited at present. As another example, the control restriction condition is that the detection order and/or the detection period are satisfied. The control devices in the management areas are detected in sequence by the interactive intelligent panel according to the detection sequence, and it can be understood that the management areas can have the same detection sequence, that is, the interactive intelligent panel can detect the control devices in the management areas at the same time. Each management area can also correspond to a detection time length, and the interactive intelligent panel detects the control equipment in the management area according to the detection time length and stops detecting after the detection time length is exceeded. It can be understood that the detection sequence and the detection duration can be set simultaneously, and at this time, the interactive intelligent panel detects the control devices in each management area according to the detection sequence and the detection duration. In practical application, the control limiting condition and the detection weight can be set simultaneously, at this time, the interactive intelligent panel determines a management area which currently meets the control limiting condition, and obtains the relative position information of the control equipment in the management area according to the second high-frequency report rate corresponding to the detection weight of the management area.
And step 212, detecting the control equipment which is pre-connected with the interactive intelligent panel in the management area meeting the corresponding control limiting conditions.
Illustratively, a management area which currently meets the control authority condition is determined, and a control device in the management area is detected, wherein the control device and the interactive intelligent tablet have established pre-connection.
After detecting the control devices, a target control device is selected among the control devices, i.e., step 220 is performed.
And step 220, selecting at least one control device as a target control device, and giving the target control device control authority to the interactive intelligent tablet.
At least one control device is selected as a target control device from the control devices in the management area, and corresponding control authority is given. In one embodiment, selecting at least one control device as the target control device comprises: when the number of the control devices is one, determining the control devices as target control devices; and when a plurality of control devices are arranged, selecting at least one control device which is connected in advance at the earliest time as a target control device according to the pre-connection time of each control device, or selecting at least one control device which is closest to the interactive intelligent panel as the target control device according to the relative position information of each control device.
Illustratively, when the interactive smart tablet only acquires the relative position information of one control device, it indicates that there is only one control device in the current management area, and at this time, the control device is determined as the target control device. When the interactive intelligent tablet acquires the relative position information of the control devices, the fact that the control devices exist in the current management area is indicated, and at least one control device is selected from the control devices to serve as a target control device. The selection rules of the target control device may be set according to the actual situation. For example, at least one control device closest to the interactive smart tablet is selected as a target control device according to the relative position information. And for another example, selecting the control device which firstly establishes the pre-connection with the interactive intelligent panel as the target control device. Optionally, when the interactive smart tablet establishes the pre-connection with the control device, the pre-connection time of the control device is recorded, so that at least one control device which is connected in advance at the earliest time is selected as the target control device according to the pre-connection time. Optionally, if the number of the earliest pre-connected control devices is multiple and is greater than the number of the target control devices that need to be selected currently, at least one control device that is closest to the interactive smart tablet may be selected as the target control device from the multiple earliest pre-connected control devices according to the relative location information. Optionally, if a plurality of control devices that are the same distance as the interactive smart tablet and are the closest distance to the interactive smart tablet are more than the number of target control devices that need to be selected currently, at least one control device that is connected in advance may be selected as a target control device from among the plurality of control devices closest to the interactive smart tablet according to the pre-connection time. Through the selection strategy, the selection reasonability of the target control device is ensured.
In one embodiment, when there are a plurality of management areas, a target control device may be selected in each management area. At this time, the management area is plural, and selecting at least one control apparatus as the target control apparatus includes: in each management area, at least one control apparatus is selected as a target control apparatus.
For example, when the management area is plural, the control apparatus may be selected as the target control apparatus in each management area, respectively. At this time, a target control apparatus exists in each management area. It is understood that if a control restriction condition exists in a part of the management areas among the plurality of management areas, the control apparatus is selected as the target control apparatus in each of the management areas satisfying the control restriction condition, respectively. The rules for selecting the control devices in the management areas may be the same or different, for example, the control device connected in advance is selected as the target control device in one management area, and the two control devices closest to the interactive smart tablet are selected as the target control devices in the other management area. Optionally, if the target control device meets the permission release condition, the alternative control device may be selected in the management area where the target control device is located, or the alternative control device may be selected in another management area, and the user may preset a selection rule of the alternative control device in the interactive smart tablet according to a requirement of the user. At this time, by dividing a plurality of management areas and flexibly selecting a control device in each management area, management of control authority can be made more flexible.
In one embodiment, the number of target control devices is at least two, and selecting at least two of the control devices as target control devices comprises: responding to the received mode setting instruction, starting a multi-user control mode, and acquiring the number of devices of target control devices in the multi-user control mode, wherein the number of the devices is at least two; control devices equal in number to the devices are selected as target control devices.
For example, in a screen transmission scene, a plurality of laptops can transmit screens to the interactive smart tablet at the same time, at this time, the interactive smart tablet can display the contents of the plurality of laptops, and each laptop can be used as a target control device to control the screen transmission contents displayed in the interactive smart tablet respectively. For another example, in a speech scene, the multiple microphones can all be used as target control equipment, and at this time, audio data collected by the multiple microphones can all be played through the interactive smart tablet. In an embodiment, a multi-user control mode is set in the interactive intelligent tablet, where the multi-user control mode is used to instruct the interactive intelligent tablet to select multiple target control devices, and optionally, the number of devices in the multi-user control mode is set as the default number of the interactive intelligent tablet, or as the number set by the user according to actual needs. Generally, the number of devices is at least two. In one embodiment, the interactive smart tablet is instructed to initiate the multi-person control mode by the mode setting instruction. The mode setting instruction can be sent by a user through the interactive intelligent tablet, or the mode setting instruction can also be sent by the user through the target control device when the target control device endowed with the control authority exists currently. And when the interactive intelligent panel receives the mode setting instruction, the multi-user control mode is started. After the multi-user control mode is started, the equipment number of the target control equipment set in the multi-user control mode can be obtained. It is understood that the number of devices may not be set in the multi-person control mode, and in this case, the default number of devices is 2. And then, the interactive intelligent tablet selects the control equipment in the management area as target control equipment according to the number of the equipment. The rules for selecting the control device can be referred to in the foregoing. Optionally, when the number of the currently detected control devices is smaller than the control number of the multi-user control mode, the number of the currently selected target control devices is smaller than the device number of the multi-user control mode, at this time, a prompt may be popped up in the interactive smart tablet to prompt to start a new control device, or the interactive smart tablet does not prompt and continuously detects a new control device, and when a new control device is detected, the new control device is used as the target control device until the number of the target control devices reaches the device number of the multi-user control mode. Optionally, when a new target control device is selected, a corresponding prompt may pop up in the interactive smart tablet. It can be understood that the multi-person control of the interactive intelligent tablet can be realized by setting the multi-person control mode, so that the management of the control authority is more flexible.
In one embodiment, selecting at least one of the control devices as a target control device comprises: receiving an authority application notice sent by at least one control device; and responding to the permission application notice, and selecting the corresponding at least one control device as a target control device.
Illustratively, the control device may also apply for control authority from the interactive smart tablet. The control device applies for the control authority to the interactive smart tablet through the authority application notification, wherein a generation mode of the authority application notification is not limited at present, for example, a user sends the authority application notification through a set physical key or a set virtual key in the control device, and then the control device sends the authority application notification to the pre-connected interactive smart tablet. Optionally, when receiving the permission application notification, the interactive smart tablet takes the corresponding control device as the target control device, or pops up a prompt, and when determining to add a new target control device through the prompt, the user of the interactive smart tablet takes the corresponding control device as the target control device, or determines whether to add a new target control device according to the number of currently selected target control devices.
It can be understood that no matter whether the target control device exists or not, as long as the interactive smart tablet has a requirement for joining the target control device or receives an authority application notification, the control device can be selected as the target control device through the above means. Namely, the target control equipment can be applied by the control equipment besides the automatic selection of the interactive intelligent tablet, so that the selection mode of the target control equipment is enriched.
It can be understood that the permission application notification is different from the control permission application notification issued by the alternative control device, and the permission application notification does not involve the handover of the control permission compared to the control permission application notification. That is, for one control device, it may apply for a new control right to the interactive smart tablet (implemented by the right application notification), or may apply for a right that has been granted to the target control device to the interactive smart tablet (implemented by the control right application notification).
In one embodiment, after a target control device is selected, a corresponding control authority is given to the target control device. It can be understood that the content of the control right can be set according to a specific application scene, for example, in a screen transmission scene, the control device is a screen transmitter, and the corresponding control right is a right for the screen transmitter to transmit screen transmission data to the interactive smart tablet. For another example, in a PowerPoint (PPT) display scene, the control device is a remote controller, when the interactive smart tablet displays the PPT, the control right is the right of the remote controller to turn pages, play, exit, and the like of the PPT, and the PPT may be the PPT stored in the interactive smart tablet, or screen transmission data sent by other devices (such as a screen transmitter, a notebook computer, and the like), or content displayed in the interactive smart tablet by other means. For another example, in a performance scene, the interactive smart tablet serves as a background display screen, the control device is a remote controller, the control right is the right of turning off, turning on, playing and the like of the screen of the interactive smart tablet, and the content displayed by the background display screen may be content stored in the interactive smart tablet, or screen transmission data sent by other devices (such as a screen transmitter, a notebook computer and the like), or content transmitted to the interactive smart tablet in other manners for display. For example, in a speech scene, the control device is a microphone, and the control authority is the authority for playing the sound data acquired by the microphone through the interactive smart tablet. In addition, for example, in a teaching scene, the control device is a remote controller, when the interactive intelligent panel displays courseware required by teaching, the control authority may be authority for turning pages, playing, exiting and the like of the courseware, the courseware may be courseware stored in the interactive intelligent panel, or screen transmission data sent by other devices (such as a screen transmitter, a notebook computer and the like), or courseware transmitted to the interactive intelligent panel through other modes.
Optionally, before or after the control right corresponding to the target control device is given, a control right giving notification may be sent to the target control device to notify the target control device that the interactive smart tablet may be controlled. The presentation mode of the control authority endowing notice in the target control device can be determined according to hardware installed in the target control device. For example, when the target control apparatus is mounted with a display screen, the control authority imparting notification may be displayed in the display screen of the target control apparatus. For another example, when the target control device is provided with a vibration device, the control authority giving notification may be presented in a manner of vibrating the target control device. For example, when the target control device is equipped with a speaker, the control right assignment notification may be presented by playing an audio prompt in the target control device. For another example, when the target control device is equipped with an indicator light, the control authority giving notification may be presented by flashing the indicator light. Optionally, before or after the control right corresponding to the target control device is given, the interactive smart tablet may also present a control right giving notification without sending the notification to the control device. For example, the interactive smart tablet displays a control authority assignment notification in a display screen.
And after the target control equipment is endowed with the control authority, controlling the interactive intelligent panel. In one embodiment, a user of the target control device may send a corresponding control instruction to the interactive smart tablet by operating the target control device, so that the interactive smart tablet responds to the control instruction. In another embodiment, the user of the target control device may issue a control instruction through another device associated with the target control device, and the target control device sends the control instruction to the smart tablet, so that the smart tablet responds to the control instruction. For example, the target control device is a screen transmitter, the screen transmitter is connected to a notebook computer through a Universal Serial Bus (USB), at this time, the user operates the notebook computer to send the content to be transmitted to the screen transmitter, and the screen transmitter sends the content to be transmitted to the interactive smart tablet, so that the interactive smart tablet displays the content.
In one embodiment, the target control devices are at least two, and different target control devices may control different content. At this time, when at least two control apparatuses are selected as the target control apparatuses, the method further includes: and associating each target control device with a corresponding controlled object in the interactive intelligent tablet, wherein each target control device corresponds to one controlled object and has a control authority for controlling the controlled object.
For example, the controlled object refers to an object that can be controlled by the target control device in the interactive smart tablet. For example, the controlled object can be PPT, audio data, screen transmission data and the like. In one embodiment, the controlled object is screen transmission data sent by an external data source, and the screen transmission data is displayed in the interactive intelligent tablet. The external data source is used for generating screen transmission data, for example, the external data source is a notebook computer, display contents in the notebook computer can be transmitted to the interactive intelligent tablet for display, and at the moment, the display contents of the notebook computer can be understood as the screen transmission data. Optionally, when receiving screen transmission data sent by a plurality of external data sources, the interactive smart tablet may display a plurality of screen transmission data, and each screen transmission data may serve as a controlled object and has different display areas. In this case, in order to facilitate the separate control of each controlled object, one controlled object may be associated with each target control device, so that the target control object controls only the associated controlled object. For example, when each external data source is used as a target control device, the target control device is automatically associated with the screen transmission data sent by the target control device. For another example, each controlled object corresponds to a management area, and the interactive smart tablet associates the target control device in the management area with the corresponding controlled object. When a plurality of target control devices are provided, each target control device controls different controlled objects, so that not only can the simultaneous control of the plurality of devices be realized, but also the differential control can be realized, and the control flexibility is improved.
In an embodiment, when different target control devices control the same controlled object, a problem of control conflict may occur, for example, one target control device indicates to turn a page of the controlled object, another target control device indicates to amplify the controlled object, and the two target control devices issue instructions at the same time, and at this time, a response rule when the intelligent tablet needs to be interacted to determine a conflict exists. At this moment, the number of the target control devices is at least two, and after the control authority of the target control device on the interactive smart tablet is given, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving control instructions of at least two target control devices, wherein the at least two target control devices control the same controlled object in the interactive intelligent panel; and if the instruction contents of at least two control instructions meet the content conflict condition, responding to the control instruction received firstly or responding to the control instruction with the highest priority.
Illustratively, the screen transmission data sent by the controlled object as the external data source is taken as an example for description. At this time, the plurality of target control devices can simultaneously control the screen transmission data in the interactive smart tablet. And when the target control equipment controls the interactive intelligent panel, sending a control instruction. When the interactive intelligent tablet receives the control instructions of the target control devices, whether the control instructions meet the content conflict condition needs to be judged. The content conflict condition may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the content conflict condition is that the sending time of the control instruction is the same and the content (such as page turning, amplification, exit) of the control instruction is different, and for example, the content conflict condition is that the content of the control instruction is mutually exclusive content, at this time, the mutually exclusive content may be predefined, and for example, the mutually exclusive content is: playing different multimedia files, turning pages and exiting the screen transmission data simultaneously, and the like. When the control instruction meets the content conflict condition, the interactive intelligent panel may not respond to the control instruction and display a conflict prompt to enable a user of the target control device to explicitly determine that the control instruction conflicts, or the interactive intelligent panel responds to the control instruction received first and does not respond to the control instruction received later, or responds to the control instruction with the highest priority. Optionally, the content priority of the control instruction is preset, and then, according to the set priority, the control instruction with the highest priority is determined and responded, and the control instructions with other priorities are not responded. Optionally, the target control devices are prioritized, for example, the target control devices are ranked according to rules such as pre-connection time, relative position information, artificial ranking, and the like, where the higher the priority of the target control device is, the higher the priority of the control instruction sent by the target control device is, and then, according to the priority of the target control device, the control instruction with the highest priority is determined and responded, and the control instruction with other priorities is not responded. In this case, the situation of control conflict among a plurality of target control devices can be effectively avoided by the reception time or priority of the control command.
In one embodiment, after the control authority of the target control device on the interactive smart tablet is given, a new target control device can be selected, and the control authority of the new target control device is given. At this time, the present embodiment further includes: detecting a new control device, wherein the new control device is a device meeting the authority endowing condition; and giving the new control equipment control authority to the interactive intelligent tablet.
For example, in the control process of the target control device, if the interactive smart tablet further needs a new target control device, it may continuously detect whether the new control device appears, where the new control device is a device meeting the permission assignment condition, and the permission assignment condition is a limit condition for adding the target control device, and the specific content may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the permission assignment condition is that the new control device is located in a management area, the new control device sends a permission application notification, and/or the new control device is a control device newly establishing a pre-connection in the control process of the target control device. The implementation manner of detecting the new control device is the same as that of detecting the control device in step 210, and is not described herein again. It can be understood that when a new control device is detected, the new control device has established a pre-connection with the interactive smart tablet.
And after detecting the new control equipment, selecting the new control equipment as target control equipment, and giving corresponding control authority. At the moment, the control authority of the original target control equipment is reserved, so that the control authority corresponding to the new target control equipment is selected and given under the condition of the existing target control equipment, and the requirement of increasing the target control equipment is met by management of the control authority. The control authority of the new target control device may be the same as or different from the control authority of the original target control device.
And step 230, acquiring state information of at least one target control device, wherein the state information comprises relative position information and/or control information, and the target control device establishes pre-connection with the interactive intelligent tablet and has control right on the interactive intelligent tablet.
And 240, when the target control device meets the permission release condition according to the state information, sending a control permission release prompt to the target control device.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the target control device meets the permission release condition according to the state information, the interactive smart tablet generates a control permission release prompt and sends the control permission release prompt to the target control device so as to prompt a user of the target control device that the control permission may be recovered. The presentation mode of the control right release prompt in the target control device may refer to the presentation mode of the control right given notification in the foregoing step, which is not described in detail at present.
In an embodiment, for example, the state information includes relative position information, at this time, after the target control device is selected, the interactive smart tablet obtains the relative position information of the target control device and determines whether the control authority of the target control device needs to be recovered according to the relative position information. Currently, when other control devices exist in the management area, the relative position information of the other control devices may be continuously obtained, or the relative position information of the other control devices is no longer obtained, and until the target control device meets the permission resolution condition, the relative position information of the other control devices in the management area is obtained in consideration.
In one embodiment, when the control device is located in the management area, the permission release condition corresponding to the relative location information is that the target control device has a tendency to leave the management area or has left the management area. It can be understood that when the target control device is selected, the target control device needs to be located in the management area, and therefore, when the target control device leaves the management area or has a tendency to leave the management area, it can be considered that the target control device is not ready to continue controlling the interactive smart tablet, and therefore, a corresponding permission release condition is set. For example, when the permission release condition is that the target control device has an area leaving the management area, and it is determined that the target control device has a tendency to leave the management area when it is determined that the target control device gradually moves to the edge of the management area according to the relative position information acquired in consecutive times or a continuous time period (a specific value may be set according to actual situations), that is, it is determined that the target control device satisfies the permission release condition. When the permission release condition is that the target control device has left the management area, if the relative position information acquired within one time, multiple times or a continuous time period (a specific value may be set according to an actual situation) is not in the management area, it is determined that the target control device has left the management area, that is, it is determined that the target control device satisfies the permission release condition.
Optionally, when it is determined that the target control device does not satisfy the permission release condition according to the relative location information, the target control device is considered to be always in the management area and not to leave the management area, and therefore the target control device can continue to control the interactive smart tablet.
And step 250, when receiving a control authority release notification fed back by the target control device, handing over the control authority of the target control device to the alternative control device, wherein the alternative control device is other control devices which are currently connected with the interactive intelligent panel in advance.
For example, after the target control device receives the control authority release prompt, the user of the target control device may determine whether to release the control authority of the target control device according to the control authority release prompt. In one embodiment, when the user determines to release the control authority, a control authority release notification may be fed back to the interactive smart tablet through the target control device. The control authority release notification is used for notifying the interactive smart tablet that the control authority of the target control device can be recovered. The operation mode of sending the control authority release notification by the user is not limited at present, for example, the control device is provided with a determination key, and after the control device presents the control authority release prompt, if the determination key is detected to be clicked, the control authority release notification is generated and fed back to the interactive intelligent tablet. And after receiving the control authority release notice, the interactive intelligent panel recovers the control authority from the target control equipment and transfers the control authority to the alternative control equipment. At this time, the target control device no longer controls the interactive smart tablet.
Optionally, when determining that the interactive smart tablet needs to be controlled continuously, the user of the target control device may not respond to the control permission release prompt, and at this time, as long as the target control device is located in the positioning interval of the first positioning module or as long as the target control device and the interactive smart tablet are connected in advance, the user may continue to hold the control permission. Or the user of the target control device feeds back a control authority rejection removal notification to the interactive smart tablet, so that the interactive smart tablet determines not to recover the control authority according to the control authority rejection removal notification. Here, the issuing manner of the control authority denial cancellation notification is not limited at present.
Optionally, after the interactive intelligent tablet sends the control permission release prompt to the target control device, if the control permission release notification fed back by the user is not received within a set time period (which may be set according to actual conditions), the control permission of the target control device is directly recovered, and the control device with the control permission is transferred to the alternative control device. It is understood that the above rules for holding and recovering control authority are only exemplary, and in practical application, other rules may be set.
In one embodiment, the alternative control device needs to be selected before control authority is handed over to the alternative control device. In this case, before handing over the control authority of the target control device to the candidate control device, the method further includes: and selecting an alternative control device from other pre-connected control devices, wherein the alternative control device is the control device which is the earliest pre-connected control device, the latest pre-connected control device or the control device which is the closest to the interactive intelligent panel.
Optionally, the interactive smart tablet detects whether there are other control devices in the management area besides the target control device, and if there are other control devices, one control device may be selected from the other control devices as the alternative control device. Wherein the candidate control device becomes the new target control device when the control authority of the target control device is recovered. It is understood that the time when the other control device enters the management area is not limited at present, and for example, the other control device may enter the management area only when the target control device satisfies the permission release condition. For another example, after the other control device is given the corresponding control authority of the target control device, the other control device enters the management area. For another example, the other control device enters the management area before the target control device is selected. When the interactive intelligent tablet continuously detects the control equipment in the management area, the quantity of the control equipment in the management area can be mastered.
When only one other control device is provided, the control device is directly used as an alternative control device. When a plurality of other control devices are provided, a selection logic may be set, and an alternative control device may be selected according to the selection logic, where the selection logic may be set according to an actual situation, for example, a control device closest to the interactive smart tablet is selected as the alternative control device according to the relative position information, and for example, according to a pre-connection time of the control device, the control device that is pre-connected earliest or pre-connected latest is selected as the alternative control device. As another example, a control device that enters the management area earliest or enters the management area latest is selected as the candidate control device according to the time when the control device enters the management area.
Optionally, when a plurality of target control devices satisfying the permission release condition are provided, a corresponding alternative control device may be selected for each target control device. That is, when one target control device satisfies the permission release condition, one candidate control device may be selected to hand over the control permission of the target control device to the candidate control device. Optionally, the control authority of one target control device may also be handed over to multiple candidate control devices, at this time, the number of the candidate control devices may be preset, and the number may be set by the user in the interactive smart tablet, or set in another manner, and when the target control device satisfies the authority release condition, multiple candidate control devices are selected according to the number. Optionally, the control authority of multiple target control devices may also be handed over to one alternative control device, and if two target control devices have the same control authority and both satisfy the authority release condition, the control authority of two target control devices may be handed over to the same alternative control device. Optionally, when there are multiple target control devices that satisfy the permission resolution condition, the control permission of one part of the target control devices is handed over to a corresponding one of the candidate control devices, the control permission of another part of the target control devices is handed over to a corresponding multiple of the candidate control devices, and the control permission of another part of the target control devices is handed over to the same candidate control device. At this time, when selecting the corresponding alternative control device for each target control device, the user inputs the number of the alternative control devices in the interactive intelligent tablet or sets whether to transfer the control authority to the same alternative control device, or the user inputs the number of the alternative control devices to the interactive intelligent tablet through the target control devices or sets whether to transfer the control authority to the same alternative control device.
In one embodiment, before handing over the control right of the target control device to the alternative control device, the method further includes: and sending a control authority transfer prompt to the alternative control device.
For example, after selecting the alternative control device, the interactive smart tablet may further send a notification to the alternative control device to prompt the alternative control device that the control right may be transferred, so that the user of the alternative control device may specify that the control right may be transferred currently. The process of sending the control permission transfer prompt to the alternative control device may refer to the process of sending the control permission endowing prompt to the target control device in the foregoing steps, which is not described in detail at present. The control authority transfer prompt and the control authority endowing prompt can be set to different presentation modes so as to distinguish the two prompts.
In one embodiment of the application, the target control device is located in the management area, the state information includes relative position information, when the target control device meets the permission removing condition, after a control permission removing prompt is sent to the target control device, a user of the target control device can select whether to remove the control permission according to actual needs, at the moment, when the user of the target control device does not feed back a control permission removing notice, the interactive intelligent panel can select whether to directly recover the control permission of the target control device according to actual conditions, and the control permission is given to the alternative control device. At this time, the authorization release condition is that the target control device has a tendency to leave the management area. The step of transferring the control authority of the target control device to the alternative control device further comprises the following steps: and when the distance between the alternative control equipment and the interactive intelligent panel is determined to be smaller than the distance between the target control equipment and the interactive intelligent panel according to the relative position information of the alternative control equipment and the relative position information of the target control equipment, if the control authority release notice fed back by the target control equipment is not received within the first time interval, the control authority of the target control equipment is automatically handed over to the alternative control equipment.
Illustratively, the permission release condition is that the target control device has a tendency of leaving a management area, and when the target control device meets the permission release condition, the target control device is still in the management area, and at this time, the interactive smart tablet may select whether to directly recover the control permission of the target control device by combining the relative position information between the candidate control device and the target control device. For example, when the interactive intelligent tablet determines that the target control device is closer to the interactive intelligent tablet according to the relative position information of the candidate control device and the relative position information of the target control device, after sending a control authority release prompt to the target control device, if the target control device does not feed back a control authority release notification, the interactive intelligent tablet still retains the control authority of the target control device, and the target control device continues to control the controlled device. And the interactive intelligent panel determines that the alternative control equipment is closer to the interactive intelligent panel according to the relative position information of the alternative control equipment and the relative position information of the target control equipment, and after sending a control authority removing prompt to the target control equipment, if the target control equipment does not feed back a control authority removing notice, the interactive intelligent panel automatically recovers the control authority of the target control equipment and gives the control authority to the alternative control equipment. In order to ensure the validity of the control authority, a time length may be set, and in one embodiment, the currently set time length is recorded as a first time interval. And the interactive intelligent panel starts timing after sending a control authority release prompt to the target control equipment, and if the control authority release notice fed back by the target control equipment is not received within a first time interval and the alternative control equipment is closer to the interactive intelligent panel, the control authority of the target control equipment is recovered and is endowed to the alternative control equipment. Optionally, when a plurality of candidate control devices are available, if a control permission release notification fed back by the target control device is not received within the first time interval and one candidate control device is closer to the interactive intelligent tablet or all candidate control devices are closer to the interactive intelligent tablet, the control permission of the target control device is recovered and is given to the candidate control devices. It can be understood that if the alternative control device does not exist currently and the target control device does not feed back the control authority release notification, the interactive smart tablet continuously retains the control authority of the target control device.
In one embodiment, if the control authority rejection removal notification fed back by the target control device is received within the first time interval, the control authority of the target control device is maintained. For example, in the first time interval, if the interactive smart tablet does not receive the control right release notification but receives the control right rejection release notification, it is determined that the target control device needs to continue to possess the control right, and at this time, the interactive smart tablet retains the control right of the target control device. The control authority rejection removal notification is a notification for rejecting recovering the control authority, and the sending mode of the control authority rejection removal notification is different from that of the control authority removal notification so as to be distinguished conveniently. The control equipment is provided with a rejection key, and after the control equipment presents a control authority cancellation prompt, if the rejection key is detected to be clicked, a control authority rejection cancellation notice is generated and fed back to the interactive intelligent panel.
In one embodiment, the target control device is located in a management area, the status information includes relative location information, the permission release condition is that the target control device has left the management area, and handing over the control permission of the target control device to the alternative control device further includes: and if the control authority release notice fed back by the target control equipment is not received in the second time interval, automatically handing over the control authority of the target control equipment to the alternative control equipment.
Illustratively, the permission release condition is that the target control device has left the management area, when the target control device meets the permission release condition, the target control device has left the management area, and after sending a control permission release prompt to the target control device, even if the target control device does not send a control permission release notification, the interactive smart tablet still recovers the control permission of the target control device by itself. Currently, if an alternative control device has been selected, the alternative control device is used as a new target control device, and a corresponding control authority is given. In order to ensure the validity of the control authority, a time length may be set, and in one embodiment, the currently set time length is recorded as the second time interval. And the interactive intelligent panel starts timing after sending a control authority removing prompt to the target control equipment, and recovers the control authority of the target control equipment and transfers the control authority to the alternative control equipment if the control authority removing notice fed back by the target control equipment is not received within a second time interval. The specific time lengths of the second time interval and the first time interval may be the same or different. Optionally, if the control permission rejection release notification fed back by the target control device is received within the second time interval, the control permission of the target control device is maintained.
It can be understood that the number of the interactive intelligent flat plates can be one or more, when the number of the interactive intelligent flat plates is multiple, one interactive intelligent flat plate can be used as a master device, other interactive intelligent flat plates can be used as slave devices, at this time, the master device realizes management of control authority, namely, the master device selects a target control device of the master device and each slave device, and optionally, each control device can establish pre-connection with all currently detected interactive intelligent flat plates. Or each control device is only pre-connected with one interactive intelligent panel, and at the moment, the pre-connected control devices of the interactive intelligent panels are different. And then, the main device selects target control devices for the target control devices according to the pre-connection condition of each interactive smart tablet, wherein the selection mode can refer to the selection mode of the target control devices. When the number of the interactive intelligent panels is multiple, each interactive intelligent panel can display the same content, at the moment, authority management can be achieved by one interactive intelligent panel, after the target control device is selected by the interactive intelligent panel, and when the target control device controls the interactive intelligent panel, the interactive intelligent panel can send the control command of the target control device to other interactive intelligent panels to respond or send the response result to other interactive intelligent panels, so that the interactive intelligent panels can display the same content. When each interactive intelligent panel displays the same content, the control device can establish pre-connection with each interactive intelligent panel, then, one interactive intelligent panel realizes authority management, namely, a target control device is selected, and then, the target control device controls all the interactive intelligent panels.
When the number of the interactive intelligent flat plates is multiple, the management areas corresponding to each interactive intelligent flat plate may not coincide, and at this time, each interactive intelligent flat plate only detects the control device in the corresponding management area. The management areas corresponding to each interactive intelligent tablet can also be overlapped, at this time, each interactive intelligent tablet can determine the logic of authority management according to the actual situation, for example, when each interactive intelligent tablet receives the control of the same target control device, one interactive intelligent tablet can select the target control device in the overlapped management area. For another example, when each interactive intelligent panel receives control of different target control devices, one of the interactive intelligent panels may allocate a corresponding target control device to each interactive intelligent panel according to a control device in the overlapped management area, or each interactive intelligent panel selects its own target control device in the overlapped management area, when two or more interactive intelligent panels select the same target control device, only one of the interactive intelligent panels selects the target control device, and the remaining interactive intelligent panels need to be reselected.
The control authority recovery and transfer can be automatically judged by detecting the control equipment which is located in the management area and is connected in advance, selecting the target control equipment from the detected control equipment, giving corresponding control authority to the target control equipment, then sending a control authority release prompt to the target control equipment when the target control equipment is determined to meet the authority release condition according to the state information of the target control equipment in the control process of the target control equipment, recovering the control authority of the target control equipment and transferring the control authority to the alternative control equipment according to the control authority release notice fed back by the target control equipment, and determining whether to recover the control authority or not through communication with the target control equipment, so that the giving and the recovering of the control authority are more flexible. When the target control equipment meets the permission removing condition and the target control equipment does not feed back a control permission removing prompt, the interactive intelligent panel determines whether to automatically recover the control permission of the target control equipment or not by combining the relative position information of the target control equipment and the relative position information of the alternative control equipment, so that the automatic recovery of the control permission can be realized, the control process of the control permission is more automatic, different judgment logics are set by combining different contents of the permission removing condition, and the control process of the control permission is more reasonable. And, through management area selection target control device, can make target control device control in the region of expectation (for example control in the region that is nearer apart from mutual intelligent flat board), and, when management area is a plurality of, through control authority condition, can realize the difference detection to different management areas for the management of control authority is more nimble, satisfies more demands. And only after the pre-connection, the first positioning module and the second positioning module are converted into working states, so that the power consumption of the first positioning module and the power consumption of the second positioning module can be saved, meanwhile, the relative position information is obtained through an ultra-wideband UWB communication model, the distance and the direction of the control equipment can be accurately determined, and the ultra-wideband UWB communication module has lower power consumption and is suitable for low-power-consumption accurate positioning scenes.
The management method of the control authority mentioned above is exemplarily described below.
Example one, the application scenario of this example is a meeting scenario or a teaching scenario, etc. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a first location relationship of a management system for controlling permissions according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7, the management system includes a control device 22 and an interactive smart tablet 21, where the control device 22 includes a mobile device (such as a mobile phone) and a screen transmitter, and after the screen transmitter is connected to a device such as a notebook computer, the screen transmitter can transmit display contents of the device such as the notebook computer to the interactive smart tablet for display. The management area 23 is located on the user facing side of the interactive smart tablet 21. The interactive smart tablet 21 and the control device 22 employ UWB positioning. After the control device 22 is turned on, the second positioning module (i.e., the ultra-wideband UWB communication module) is controlled to adopt a low frequency reporting rate, so that the interactive smart tablet 21 approximately determines the position of the control device 22. At this time, the interactive smart tablet 21 and the control device 22 establish a pre-connection. Optionally, when there are multiple interactive smart tablets 21, the searched interactive smart tablets 21 may be displayed in the control device 22, or the searched interactive smart tablets 21 may be displayed in a device connected to the control device 22, and the pre-connected interactive smart tablet 21 is selected by the user of the control device 22. That is, when the interactive smart tablet 21 locates the control device 22, the control device 22 may also locate the interactive smart tablet 21, and then may select the interactive smart tablet 21 within a set distance as the searched interactive smart tablet 21 according to the location result. After the pre-connection, the control device 22 uses the first high frequency reporting rate, so that the interactive smart tablet 21 specifies the finer position of the control device 22, and at this time, the interactive smart tablet 21 may obtain the relative position information of the control device 22 in the management area 23 in real time according to the second high frequency reporting rate. Then, the interactive smart tablet 21 determines that the screen transmitter in the control device 22 is the target control device, and gives the screen transmitting permission to the target control device, and then the target control device may transmit the display content of the connected notebook computer to the interactive smart tablet 21 for display. In the control process of the target control device, the new screen transmission device is pre-connected with the interactive intelligent panel and is located in the management area, at this time, the interactive intelligent panel 21 takes the new screen transmission device as the new target control device and gives corresponding control authority, screen transmission data sent by the two screen transmission devices are displayed in the interactive intelligent panel 21, and the two target control devices can respectively control the screen transmission data sent by the two target control devices.
Example two, the application scenario of this example is a conference scenario. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a second location relationship of a management system for controlling authority according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 8, the management system includes a control device 22 and an interactive smart tablet 21, the control device 22 including a first mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone), a second mobile device and a remote controller. The interactive smart tablet 21 and the control device 22 employ UWB positioning. The management area 23 is located on the user-facing side of the interactive smart tablet. Currently, the remote controller is located in a management area, and the first mobile device and the second mobile device are not located in the management area. Currently, the first mobile device, the second mobile device and the remote controller are all pre-connected with the interactive smart tablet 21. After pre-connection, the control device 22 adopts a first high frequency reporting rate, so that the interactive smart tablet 21 can clearly control the finer position of the device 22.
