When the valve works, most of the existing valves are connected through physical sealing of the top disc and the retaining ring, the blocking effect is realized, when the top disc 9 is closed, water flow continuously flushes the top disc 9, the edge of the top disc 9 is quickly worn, sealing is not tight, a pipeline is required to be replaced, the diameter of the top disc 9 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the retaining ring 11 through the arrangement of the sealing belt 6, when the top disc 9 is sunk in place under the operation of the turntable 4, the air pressure assembly is started to expand the sealing belt 6 inwards, so that the outer side of the top disc 9 is sealed, water flow is blocked through the flexible sealing belt 6 and the top disc 9, when the water flow is communicated normally, the top disc 9 is rotated and lifted, the water flow is gradually amplified, and by the arrangement, the service life of the valve is greatly prolonged due to the fact that the friction between the top disc 9 and the retaining ring 11 is not generated in the operation process of the valve, and even after the sealing belt 6 is worn, the air pressure of the assembly is changed, the expansion degree is always increased, the sealing performance of the valve is kept, and the valve is applicable to dangerous materials in transportation; air is pressed into the filling groove 13 through the pressure pump 3, the elastic sealing gasket 15 is outwards propped up, the sealing gasket 15 is attached to the outer side of the top disc 9, the two wire drawing ropes 12 are used for fixing the sealing gasket 15, when a valve needs to be opened, the pressure pump 3 stops supplying pressure, the sealing gasket 15 returns to the state, and at the moment, the top disc 9 can normally ascend, so that the air-filled sealing effect is realized; with the downward pressing of the top disk 9, the pressing rod 16 is pressed down when the top disk 9 falls to the middle part of the retaining ring 11, at the moment, the triggering module 17 controls the pressure pump 3 to fill the filling groove 13 with air pressure, when the valve needs to be opened, the air pressure is recovered from the outside through controlling the pressure pump 3 and is grabbed to the rotary disk 4 to enable the top disk 9 to rise, by the arrangement, the effect of automatic positioning, expansion and sealing of the sealing gasket 15 is achieved, meanwhile, the false triggering prevention effect is achieved, the air pressure constraint of the pressure pump 3 is not relieved, the rotary disk 4 cannot rotate, and the safety of the valve for controlling dangerous liquid can be improved; the sealing gasket 15 can be effectively bound by using two wiredrawing ropes 12 in cooperation with the arrangement that the wiredrawing ropes 12 are wider than the sealing gasket 15, so that the sealing gasket 15 can be stably expanded and zoomed in the inflation process; in the long-term use process, the sealing belt 6 is necessarily damaged by friction, the sealing belt 6 leaked outside is pulled outwards after being matched with the arrangement of the communication groove for a period of time, the novel sealing belt 6 replaces the original sealing belt 6, the service life of the valve is further prolonged through the arrangement, and extremely high tightness can be ensured without disassembling and replacing the valve; the new sealing strip 6 is wound in a plurality of layers through the winding roller in the winding box 5, the new sealing strip 6 is released through the handle 7 on one side during replacement, and the old sealing strip 6 is pulled on the other side, so that new and old replacement is realized; the sealing effect is further ensured by matching with the multi-layer arrangement of the sealing gasket 15, and when the valve is used, liquid in the valve passes through the anti-cutting layer and is absorbed by the expansion layer, so that the expansion layer expands, the swelling sealing gasket 15 can effectively block the internal and external environments of the valve, and the filled liquid can normally slide only when the valve is pulled by force; by matching with the arrangement of the offset sheet 18, as the water flow flows from top to bottom, the offset sheet 18 can be opened and attached to the convex surface of the top disk 9 under the flushing of the water flow, and meanwhile, the magnetic metal sheet 19 and the top disk 9 can be mutually adsorbed, so that the sealing performance of the valve is further improved through the arrangement; the anti-cracking sheet 20 is used for bearing the shearing force between the offset sheet 18 and the sealing gasket 15 and reducing the problem that the offset sheet 18 and the sealing gasket 15 are torn due to overlarge shearing force under scouring by matching with the arrangement of the anti-cracking sheet 20.

the middle part of the inner side of the retaining ring (11) is provided with a filling groove (13), the upper and lower inner walls of the filling groove (13) are provided with sliding grooves (14), the sealing belt (6) comprises an elastic sealing gasket (15), the upper and lower ends of the sealing gasket (15) are fixedly provided with wiredrawing ropes (12), the wiredrawing ropes (12) are positioned on the inner side of the sliding groove (14), the air pressure assembly comprises a pressure pump (3), and the output end of the pressure pump (3) is communicated with the inner side of the filling groove (13);
the retaining ring (11) is horizontally arranged, a trigger module (17) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner side of the circulation groove (10), a pressing rod (16) is arranged at the top end of the trigger module (17), and the trigger module (17) is interacted with the pressure pump (3);
the sealing gaskets (15) are arranged in a flat shape, the sections of the sliding grooves (14) are arranged in a round shape, the width between the sections of the sliding grooves (14) is larger than the width of the sealing gaskets (15), and the sections of the wiredrawing ropes (12) are arranged in a round shape;
two communicating grooves penetrating through the filling groove (13) are formed in one side of the valve body (1), the two communicating grooves are arranged in parallel, the sealing belt (6) is in sliding connection with the filling groove (13) and the sliding groove (14), the sealing belt (6) enters the filling groove (13) through the communicating grooves, and the sealing belt is transmitted from the other communicating groove after encircling.
