In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a lock 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a rotation transmission assembly and a limit mechanism. The rotary transmission assembly comprises a limiting mechanism 11 and a locking ruler assembly 12. The knob assembly 11 includes a knob 110 rotatably coupled to a stationary member 20. The fixing member 20 may be a lock cover fixed to the object to be locked, a lock mounting plate, or even the object to be locked itself, for example: doors, windows, etc. That is, the fixing member may be a component of the lock or may be a separate device from the lock. In either case, the fixing member 20 can be used as a static reference for the lock of the present invention, although in actual use, the fixing member 20 together with the lock may move as the object to be locked moves.
In the present embodiment, the fixing element 20 is taken as a lock cover for detailed description, that is, the lock of the present embodiment includes the fixing element 20. In the present invention, the side of the fixing member 20 facing the knob 11 is defined as the outer side, and the side facing away from the knob 11 is defined as the inner side. The inner side of the fixing member 20 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 201 for fixing with the object to be locked, such as a door.
The knob 11 is disposed on the outer side of the fixing member 20, and is substantially in the shape of a hollow cylinder with one open end, a first through hole 110 is disposed at the center of a closed end of the knob 11, and a positioning column 111 is disposed on the periphery of the first through hole 110 on the inner side surface of the closed end. In this embodiment, the plurality of positioning pillars 111 in the knob 11 are arranged circumferentially around the first through hole 110.
In this embodiment, the locking rule driving assembly 12 includes a lock cylinder 121 and a locking rule 123, the lock cylinder 121 is disposed at one end of the locking rule 123, and the lock cylinder is used for a user to insert a key into the lock cylinder from the outside and rotate the lock cylinder to unlock or lock the lock. The lock cylinder 121 is substantially cylindrical and has a protrusion 122 protruding radially outward at one side of the outer circumference thereof. In other embodiments, not shown, the locking rule may not be connected to the key cylinder, and one end of the locking rule may be another rotatable object, such as directly fixed to the knob.
The key cylinder 121 is adapted to be inserted into the first through hole 110 of the knob 11. The protrusion 122 of the lock cylinder 121 is clamped between two adjacent positioning columns of the knob 11, so that the lock cylinder 121 can be driven to rotate when the knob 11 is turned.
The knob assembly 11 further includes a limiting disc 13 fixed to the knob 110, and the limiting disc is located on the axial inner side of the fixing member 20. The limiting disc 13 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 132 corresponding to the plurality of positioning posts 111 of the knob 11.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 20 has a substantially disk shape, and includes a circular end plate 25 and an annular side wall 26 extending perpendicularly from the outer periphery of the end plate 25. The center portion of the end plate 25 is provided with a second through hole 23. The locking ruler transmission assembly 12 and the plurality of positioning columns 111 at least partially pass through the second through holes 23, and the plurality of positioning columns 111 correspond to the plurality of mounting holes 132 on the limiting disc 13 one by one, so that a fixing member can pass through, for example: the knob 11 and the limiting disc 13 are relatively fixed by screws. Thus, when the knob 11 is manually rotated by a user, the stopper plate 13 is rotated. In addition, the locking rule transmission assembly 12 is also driven to rotate by the knob 11. Preferably, the knob 11 is further provided with a concave-convex structure 112 on the periphery thereof for easy grip.
In this embodiment, the positioning posts 111 protrude from the inner surface of the closed end of the knob 11, a certain distance is formed between the positioning posts 111 and the inner circumferential surface of the knob 11, and each positioning post 111 is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the knob 11 through a rib, so as to enhance the mechanical strength of the positioning post 111 and improve the reliability of torque transmission.
In this embodiment, the periphery of the limiting disc 13 is provided with a limiting protrusion 131, and correspondingly, two limiting stoppers, namely a first stopper 21 and a second stopper 22, are disposed on the inner side of the fixing member 20 and on the periphery of the second through hole 23. Further reference is made to fig. 3 to 4. When the knob 11 is rotated in the first direction, such that the limiting protrusion 131 is rotated from the initial position (shown in fig. 3) to the first limiting position (shown in fig. 4), at the first limiting position, the limiting protrusion 131 is abutted by the first stopper 21, such that the knob 11 cannot be further rotated in the first direction. Similarly, when the knob 11 is rotated in the second direction, so that the limiting protrusion 131 is rotated to the second limiting position (as shown in fig. 5), at the second limiting position, the limiting protrusion 131 is abutted by the second stopper 22, so that the knob 11 cannot be further rotated in the second direction. So that the rotation angle of the key cylinder 121 is restricted.
In this embodiment, the first stopper 21 and the second stopper 22 each protrude from the inner surface of the end plate of the fixing member 20, and preferably, the radial outer sides of the first and second stoppers extend to be connected with the inner surface of the side wall 26 of the fixing member 20. In other embodiments, the first and second stops may also protrude from the inner surface of the sidewall 26 toward the middle of the fixing member, and the stopping effect of the limiting protrusion can also be achieved.
Preferably, the first and second stoppers 21 and 22 are connected by a connecting portion, which preferably extends in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the fixing member 20. Connecting portion can strengthen the bulk strength of first dog 21 and second dog 22, improve the reliability to spacing protruding backstop.
In a further preferred embodiment, the limiting mechanism further comprises an elastic resetting piece. In this embodiment, the elastic restoring member is a torsion spring (not shown). The inner side of the fixed part 20 is further provided with a shifting block 24, and the shifting block 24 is located between the first stop 21 and the second stop 22 in the circumferential direction. The torsion spring is arranged around the limiting disc 13, and the two ends of the torsion spring are respectively provided with a first tang and a second tang which extend outwards along the radial direction. The first tang and the second tang are at least partially supported on either side of the stop boss 131. And the first tang and the second tang further extend in the radial direction so that when the position limiting protrusion 131 is located at the initial position, the first tang and the second tang are located on both sides of the dial block 24, respectively. Therefore, when the user rotates the knob 11 to drive the limiting disc 13 to rotate towards the first rotation direction, the second stem abuts against the toggle block 24, the first stem abuts against the limiting protrusion 131, and the torsion spring is compressed due to torsion force, so that an elastic force capable of enabling the limiting disc 13 to return to the initial position is applied to the limiting disc 13. Similarly, when the knob 11 is rotated in the second rotation direction, the limiting disc 13 is also subjected to a spring force that can return the limiting disc to the initial position.
In the above embodiment, the limiting protrusion 131 provided on the limiting disc 13 and the first stopper 21 and the second stopper 22 provided on the fixing member 20 together constitute a limiting mechanism, so as to limit the rotation degree of the knob 11 and avoid the unlocking caused by over-rotating the knob 11.
In an alternative, the stop of the stop mechanism may be arranged on the outside of the fixing element 20, i.e. on the side facing the knob. Specifically, the limit stop may protrude to the outer side of the first through hole 110 of the knob 11, and the limit stop extends along the axial direction, so that when the locking rule transmission assembly 12 is rotated, the protrusion 122 of the locking rule transmission assembly 12 extending along the radial direction thereof can abut against the limit stop. At this time, the protrusion 122 of the locking rule transmission assembly 12 functions as a limiting protrusion 131.
Similarly, in other alternatives not shown, for example, a stop of the limit mechanism may be provided radially inside the above-mentioned knob, and a limit projection may be provided on a side of the fixing member facing the knob. Or a stop block of a limiting mechanism can be arranged on one side, deviating from the knob, of the fixing piece, and a corresponding limiting protrusion is arranged on the locking ruler assembly. That is, the stopper of the limiting mechanism can be arranged at any position on the fixing member, and any position on the rotary transmission assembly can be provided with a limiting protrusion corresponding to the stopper of the limiting mechanism, so that when the rotary transmission assembly rotates relative to the fixing member, the stopper of the limiting mechanism can be stopped to rotate by being blocked by the limiting protrusion on the fixing member.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
