Current metalworking fluids can be divided into two categories: the oil-soluble metal working fluid and the water-soluble metal working fluid have good lubricating property, but poor cooling property, poor product stability, and a large amount of organic matters, so the environment is easily polluted; compared with oil-soluble metal working fluids, the water-soluble metal working fluid has better cooling, cleaning, hard water stability and biological stability, but has the problem of poor lubricating property and antirust effect.

4. The fully synthetic ferrous metal working composite of claim 1 wherein the settling agent is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt.
5. The fully synthetic ferrous metal machining compound of claim 1 wherein the triacid is 2,4,6-tris (aminocaproyl) -1,3,5-triazine.
6. The fully synthetic ferrous metal processing composite of claim 1 wherein the co-solvent is n-octanoic acid.
7. A method of preparing the fully synthetic ferrous metal processing compound of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing alkylol amine borate, boric acid, tribasic acid, sebacic acid, benzotriazole, a settling agent, polyether ester and a cosolvent in formula amount;
s2, adding the alkylol amine borate, the boric acid, the tribasic acid and the sebacic acid into a stirring container, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
