Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a processing apparatus, and more particularly to a sawing machine with folding and power-off functions.
Background
The utility model provides an existing saw cuts machine, contains a workstation, one sets up in the digging arm of this workstation, and one sets up in the saw bit of this digging arm. The movable arm can rotate around a movable axis relative to the workbench and is provided with a base arm part, a swing arm part, a handle and a driving switch. The base arm part is arranged along the movable axis, and one end of the base arm part is pivoted with the workbench. The swing arm part is pivoted at the other end of the base arm part, and the extending direction of the swing arm part is transverse to the movable axis. The saw blade is arranged at one end of the swing arm part far away from the base arm part. The handle is arranged on the swing arm part. The driving switch is arranged on the handle and can drive the saw blade to rotate when being pressed down.
When the existing sawing machine is used, a workpiece is firstly placed on the workbench. Then, the position of the base arm part relative to the workbench is adjusted according to the angle to be cut. Then, the handle is held and the driving switch is pressed down, so that the saw blade starts to rotate. Meanwhile, the handle applies force to the swing arm part, so that the swing arm part drives the saw blade to move towards the direction of the workpiece and cut the workpiece. After cutting, the handle applies force to the swing arm part to move the saw blade away from the workpiece. After the blade is removed, the drive switch can be released, causing the blade to stop rotating. Thus, the work of cutting the workpiece is completed.
In addition, when the existing sawing machine is not used, in order to avoid the existing sawing machine occupying too large space and being difficult to carry, the movable arm is rotated around the movable axis to a position close to or flush with the workbench, so that the movable arm can be folded along the periphery of the workbench. However, when the conventional saw cutting machine is carried, the user may hold the handle due to the relatively easy force application, which may cause the possibility of mistakenly touching the driving switch. If the drive switch is inadvertently touched, the blade may rotate, which is quite dangerous.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the saw cutting machine with folding and power-off functions of the present invention is suitable for cutting a workpiece 9. This embodiment comprises a base unit 1 and a sawing unit 2.
The base unit 1 includes a base 11, two footstands 12 respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the base 11, a worktable 13 rotatably disposed on the base 11, a backup plate 14 disposed between the footstands 12, a positioning module 15 connected between the base 11 and the worktable 13, and a handle 16 connected to one of the footstands 12. The positioning module 15 enables the table 13 to be positioned relative to the base 11.
The table 13 has a work surface 131. In use of this embodiment, the table 13 is placed horizontally so that the work surface 131 faces upward. At this time, the backup plate 14 is located above the table 13. The workpiece 9 can be placed on the working surface 131 and abut against the backup plate 14, so as to prevent the workpiece 9 from moving during the cutting process.
The sawing unit 2 includes a movable arm 21 pivotally disposed on the worktable 13, a saw blade 22 disposed on the movable arm 21, a driving switch 23 disposed on the movable arm 21 and used for driving the saw blade 22, an inclined power-off module 24 disposed on the movable arm 21, and an operating handle 25 disposed on the movable arm 21. The movable arm 21 has a base arm 211 disposed along the movable axis L1, and a swing arm 212 pivotally connected to the base arm 211 and extending transversely to the movable axis L1. The swing arm portion 212 is rotatable about a bending axis L2 with respect to the base arm portion 211. The bending axis L2 is orthogonal to the movable axis L1. The saw blade 22, the bevel power-off module 24 and the operation handle 25 are all disposed on the swing arm 212. The driving switch 23 is disposed on the operation handle 25. The base arm portion 211 and the swing arm portion 212 together define a reference plane a. The reference plane a and the working plane 131 define an inclined angle S therebetween (see fig. 4, 5 and 6).
The moveable arm 21 is moveable relative to the table 13 between an extended position and a collapsed position. In the unfolded position, the included angle S is substantially 90 degrees (as shown in fig. 4), and in the folded position, the included angle S is substantially 0 degree (as shown in fig. 6).
It should be noted that the term "substantially" is used to represent the generic technical concept of the present disclosure, and encompasses both the terms "approximately" and "equal". In other words, the deployed position and the collapsed position are not necessarily exactly 90 degrees and 0 degrees.
Note that the reference plane a may be inclined not only to the left side in fig. 5 but also to the right side. Fig. 4 to 6 are merely exemplary, and should not be construed as limiting. Further, the inclined angle S is a small angle (0 to 90 degrees, not an obtuse angle) between the reference plane a and the working plane 131.
The tilt power-off module 24 can detect the tilt angle S and switch the driving switch 23 between a power-on state and a power-off state. When the inclined included angle S is smaller than a preset power-off angle. The inclined power-off module 24 switches the driving switch 23 to the power-off state, when the inclined included angle S is greater than the power-off angle, the inclined power-off module 24 needs to perform a wake-up operation to switch the driving switch 23 to the power-on state, and if the wake-up operation is not performed, the driving switch 23 still maintains the power-off state.
When the drive switch 23 is in the energized state and activated, the saw blade 22 rotates. When the drive switch 23 is in the energized state but not activated, the saw blade 22 does not rotate. When the drive switch 23 is in the de-energized state, the saw blade 22 does not rotate regardless of whether the drive switch 23 is activated.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the power cutoff angle is set to 25 degrees. This is a value determined according to the user's needs, and is only for example and should not be limited thereto. In addition, specifically, the tilt power-off module 24 has a gyroscope, so that the tilt angle S can be detected. However, those skilled in the art may also use other methods to detect the inclined angle S, which should not be limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the drive switch 23 is activated by being pressed, and is not activated when not pressed. In this embodiment, the specific way of executing the wake-up action is to press the driving switch 23 for a long time.
In this embodiment, the workpiece 9 to be cut is placed on the worktable 13 and abutted against the backup plate 14 (as shown in fig. 1). After being placed, the table 13 can be rotated to adjust the desired cutting angle, and the movable arm 21 can also be rotated around the movable axis L1, so as to achieve the function of adjusting the angle with different dimensions. The way of rotating the table 13 can be seen in fig. 2 and 3. The movable arm 21 can be rotated around the movable axis L1 as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6.
After the desired cutting angle is adjusted, the cutting operation can be started. First, the operating handle 25 should be held and the driving switch 23 should be activated so that the saw blade 22 starts to rotate. Then, a force is applied to the operating handle 25 to rotate the swing arm 212 around the bending axis L2, so that the saw blade 22 moves toward the workpiece 9 and cuts the workpiece 9. After the cutting is completed, the operating handle 25 is applied again, so that the saw blade 22 is removed from the workpiece 9. After removal, the drive switch 23 can be released, causing the blade 22 to stop rotating. Thus, the cutting operation is completed.
In addition, when the present embodiment is to be stored, the workbench 13 and the movable arm 21 can be operated according to the sequence shown in fig. 2 to 6, so that the present embodiment is stored as shown in fig. 7. In detail, the movable arm 21 can be moved to a side away from the handle 16 by rotating the working platform 13, and then the movable arm 21 is rotated around the movable axis L1 and moved to the folding position, so that the movable arm 21 and the saw blade 22 are folded to a side of the base unit 1, thereby reducing the occupied space. Then, the user can take the embodiment (as shown in fig. 8) through the carrying handle 16, so that the embodiment can be easily carried.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the movable arm 21 may be folded toward the other side. In detail, the movable arm 21 can be moved to a side adjacent to the handle 16 by rotating the working table 13, and then the movable arm 21 is rotated around the movable axis L1 and moved to the folding position, so that the movable arm 21 and the saw blade 22 are folded to the side of the base unit 1.
It should be noted that the inclined angle S is smaller than the power-off angle. The tilt power-down module 24 will cause the drive switch 23 to switch to the power-down state. In the power-off state, the saw blade 22 does not rotate regardless of whether the drive switch 23 is activated. Therefore, in the process of storing the present embodiment (see fig. 9 additionally), no matter which side the movable arm 21 is folded, when the movable arm 21 and the saw blade 22 are folded to the side of the base unit 1, the driving switch 23 is switched to the power-off state. After switching to the power-off state, the saw blade 22 is not rotated even if the drive switch 23 is pressed, preventing the risk of mistakenly touching the drive switch 23.
In addition, in the embodiment, the tilt power-off module 24 adopts a gyroscope as a technical means for detecting the tilt angle S. When the present embodiment is extracted through the handle 16, the tilt angle S may be erroneously determined as 90 degrees by the tilt power-off module 24. This is because the tilt power-off module 24 actually detects the tilt angle in the gravity coordinate system and indirectly determines the tilt angle S based on the prerequisite that the working platform is horizontal, rather than directly detecting the tilt angle S. Therefore, when the working platform is not horizontal (when the present embodiment is extracted), the tilt angle S measured by the tilt power-off module 24 is incorrect. However, even if the tilt angle S is incorrect, the wake-up operation is still required to switch the driving switch 23 to the power-on state. Therefore, when the present embodiment is extracted, as long as the wake-up action is not executed, the driving switch 23 can still be kept in the power-off state, thereby preventing the risk of mistakenly touching the driving switch 23. When the device is used next time, the workbench 13 is horizontally placed, and the waking action is executed, so that the device can be continuously used normally.
In this way, in this embodiment, not only the movable arm 21 and the saw blade 22 can be folded to the side of the base unit 1 to reduce the occupied space, but also the risk of mistakenly touching the driving switch 23 can be prevented by the inclined power-off module 24, thereby effectively improving the safety.
In summary, the saw cutting machine with the folding power-off function of the present invention detects the inclined angle S through the inclined power-off module 24, so that the driving switch 23 is in the power-off state when the movable arm 21 approaches the folding position, thereby preventing the saw blade 22 from rotating in the folding position, and thus the object of the present invention can be achieved.
