Description

Surgical patient information management system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a system and a method for managing surgical patient information.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous development of medical services, the workload of medical care personnel is increased year by year, and a hospital operation information management system is used for improving the work efficiency of the medical care personnel, and the use mode is as follows: after the inpatients of each treatment group in the department related to the operation report the information of the patients in the next day operation to the inpatient department in the department, the inpatient department arranges and coordinates the next day operation according to the complexity of the patient's condition, including the arrangement of time, the operation room, the operators and the like, and reports the confirmation to the operators in each treatment group; compared with a pure manual mode, the current hospital operation information management system improves the working efficiency, but still has the following defects:
1. the hospital is busy and the information reported to the patient is often missed.
2. Most of the inpatients are in-service doctors all over the country, and the degree of mastering perioperative management is different, so that whether the patient meets the platform arrangement requirement cannot be judged.
3. The information reported to the resident general doctor in the past is only in a text form, lacks picture information such as electrocardiogram, imaging data, past operation data and the like, and can not provide more detailed information for the operator and assistant to review the basic heart condition of the patient before the operation, judge ventricular premature beat, atrioventricular side channel positioning, arrhythmia load and the like.
4. The traditional operation arrangement process mostly depends on that the inpatients queue up to the computer of the general inpatient computer to fill in an electronic form before going to work every day, then the electronic form is uniformly arranged and summarized by the general inpatient computer, and then the electronic form is communicated with each operation professor to the operation time and the operation sequence, which wastes time and labor.
5. Even after the operation is scheduled and confirmed to the operator, the operation time, the operation room and the personnel change frequently, and the traditional method cannot be updated in time and has poor flexibility.
6. The operation progress prolongs the operation time due to complex conditions, equipment failure and the like, and each operator cannot acquire the operation progress in time, so that the operation progress of the operator cannot be effectively connected between the operations, and the work efficiency of the operator is reduced; doctors and nurses in wards often delay postoperative treatment and nursing because the doctors and nurses cannot obtain the operation progress in time; because the operation time is prolonged, the patient and family members can not obtain information in time, and unnecessary doctor-patient contradiction is brought.
7. The existing operation arrangement platform conditions are communicated through a WeChat group, and the diagnosis and treatment information of patients, imaging data such as electrocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound and the operation arrangement platform information are exposed in the WeChat group, so that potential safety hazards exist.
Aiming at the problem of low working efficiency of the traditional Chinese medical surgery information management system in the prior art, an effective solution is not provided at present. There is a need for surgical patient information management systems and methods.
