The improved significance lies in that the equipment complexity of the comprehensive test bench 11 is greatly reduced, a series of mechanisms configured for calibration can be omitted, and a plurality of functions of cigarette detection, equipment calibration, equipment comparison and check can be completed only by depending on the mechanisms required under the original test mode.

In an unmanned working environment, the comprehensive test bench is unattended, a group of N different composite standard rods for measuring the cigarettes and the filter sticks, which form the gradient physical parameters, is arranged in the material receiving box and serves as a self-checking storage standard library of the comprehensive test system, and the triggering of a calibration program is responded at any time.
Specifically, after the upper computer detects a product for a certain time, a self-checking program is triggered and started, and a calibration and calibration mode is started;
the material receiving box is moved out from the temporary storage, moved to the feeding side of the comprehensive test bench, and a group of composite standard rods for measuring cigarettes and filter sticks are sequentially put into a test sequence of the comprehensive test bench;

the upper computer compares the measurement data of each cigarette and filter stick metering composite standard stick with the verification data parameters, and performs calibration and calibration according to the requirements of verification regulations;
after the holding calibration mode is finished, the upper computer sends out an instruction of starting the test mode, and the material receiving box collects a group of tested cigarettes and filter sticks from the outlet side of the comprehensive test bench and stores the cigarettes and the filter sticks into a temporary storage position after the cigarettes and the filter sticks are measured by the composite standard sticks.
The calibration data can be sent to the handheld mobile terminal in a wireless or wired mode, and all data generated in the whole calibration process are collected and stored in a local or cloud server to enrich the database.
The method is characterized in that the method is utilized to display detected data, when a physical performance test table of cigarettes and filter sticks is detected, 1# rod 1, 1# rod 2 and 1# rod 3 can be selected to complete the verification of the test table, a non-contact communication module reading device is utilized to identify the number of a composite standard rod, software is utilized to read only the quality and length parameters of the 1# rod, and the parameter data measured by the circumference, the suction resistance, the ventilation degree and the hardness are not used; only reading the parameters of circumference, suction resistance and hardness of the 2# rod by using software, wherein the parameter data measured by the mass, the length and the hardness of the rod is not used; the software is used for reading only the ventilation parameter of the 3# rod, and the parameter data measured by the mass, the circumference, the suction resistance, the length and the hardness are not used.

Similarly, 2 pieces of 1# rods with different mass lengths, 2 pieces of 2# rods with different circumferential suction resistances and 2 pieces of 3# rods with different ventilation degrees can be used for completing the calibration of the test bench, as shown in the following table.

an axial through hole is formed in the cylindrical shell, air holes and end covers are respectively formed in two ends of the cylindrical shell, and the length of the cylindrical shell is used as a length measuring standard;
the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module is hermetically filled in the axial through hole through the peripheral surface, an axially through capillary tube is arranged in the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module, a ventilation hole communicated with the capillary tube is formed in the side part of the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module, a corresponding annular air passage is arranged in the cylindrical shell corresponding to the ventilation hole, an air port communicated with the annular air passage is formed in the cylindrical shell, and the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module is matched with the axial through hole, the ventilation hole and the annular air passage to serve as a suction resistance and ventilation metering reference;
the standard circumference outer circular ring is sleeved outside the cylindrical shell and used as a circumference and roundness measuring standard;
the hardness measuring ring is sleeved outside the cylindrical shell and used as a hardness measuring standard;
the non-contact communication module is arranged in the axial through hole or in the cylindrical shell and does not block the axial through hole.

The composite standard rod for cigarette and filter stick measurement according to claim 1, wherein: the non-contact communication module is arranged in a flexible sheet shape or an annular shape, the non-contact communication module is arranged close to the inner side wall of the axial through hole, and a circular through hole is formed in the center of the non-contact communication module.

The composite standard rod for cigarette and filter stick measurement according to claim 1, wherein: the cylinder shell is including fixed cover and outer pipe, the link nested link of fixed cover and outer pipe is in the same place and constitutes the cylinder shell, the hole of fixed cover and outer pipe is coaxial, place in the resistance-suction/ventilation laminar flow module in fixed cover/outer pipe, place in outer pipe/fixed cover in the non-contact communication module in, the outer ring suit of standard circumference is in outside outer pipe/fixed cover.

The composite standard rod for cigarette and filter stick metering according to claim 3, wherein: the outer periphery of the outer circular tube is inwards recessed to form an annular groove, the outer circular ring of the standard circumference is nested in the annular groove, and the excircle of the outer circular ring of the standard circumference, the excircle of the fixed sleeve and the excircle of the non-annular groove part of the outer circular tube are aligned.

A composite standard rod for metering cigarette and filter stick according to claim 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6, characterized in that: the non-contact communication module is integrated between the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module and the cylindrical shell and does not block the area of the ventilation hole and the annular air passage, and the length of the suction resistance/ventilation laminar flow module is close to or equal to the internal length of the axial through hole.

The composite standard rod for cigarette and filter stick measurement according to claim 3, wherein: the inner wall of the outer circular tube is contracted outwards to form an inner annular groove, the non-contact communication module is embedded in the inner annular groove, and the circular through hole in the center of the non-contact communication module is aligned with the axial through hole.
