1. A cheese clot conveying device capable of self-cleaning consists of a horizontal conveying part, an inclined plane conveying part and a cleaning part, and is characterized in that the horizontal conveying part is connected with the inclined plane conveying part end to end, and the cleaning part is matched with the horizontal conveying part and the inclined plane conveying part for use;
the horizontal conveying part is composed of a bottom auxiliary roller mechanism (1), a middle adjusting mechanism (4), fixed supporting legs (28) and a bottom plane frame (29), two ends of the bottom plane frame (29) are respectively connected with the bottom auxiliary roller mechanism (1) and the middle adjusting mechanism (4), and the fixed supporting legs (28) are arranged at the bottoms of the bottom auxiliary roller mechanism (1) and the middle adjusting mechanism (4);
the inclined plane conveying part is composed of a fixed roller (8), a telescopic roller (9), a cleaning cylinder (11), a transmission motor (12), adjustable supporting legs (22), a movable inclined plane frame (27), telescopic cylinders (30), telescopic sleeves (31) and a top power roller mechanism (32), wherein the middle adjusting mechanism (4) is connected with one end of the movable inclined plane frame (27) through an inclined plane angle adjusting screw (5), the telescopic cylinders (30) are respectively arranged on two sides of the other end of the movable inclined plane frame (27), the transmission ends of the two telescopic cylinders (30) are connected with the telescopic sleeves (31), the telescopic sleeves (31) are connected with the top power roller mechanism (32), the top power roller mechanism (32) is driven by the transmission motor (12), and wear-resistant conveying belts (2) are sleeved on the outer sides of the bottom auxiliary roller mechanism (1) and the top power roller mechanism (32) to enable the wear-resistant conveying belts (2) to roll between the bottom auxiliary roller mechanism (1) and the top power roller mechanism (32); the end surface of the middle part of the movable inclined plane frame (27) is fixedly connected with an adjustable supporting leg (22); a fixed roller (8), a telescopic roller (9) and a cleaning cylinder (11) are mounted on the movable inclined plane frame (27), the telescopic roller (9) is driven by the cleaning cylinder (11), the cleaning cylinder (11) is fixed on the movable inclined plane frame (27), the top of the fixed roller (8) is abutted against the bottom surface of the wear-resistant conveyer belt (2) positioned below, the bottom of the telescopic roller (9) is abutted against the top surface of the wear-resistant conveyer belt (2) positioned below, and the fixed roller (8) and the telescopic roller (9) are both vertical to the movable inclined plane frame (27);
the cleaning part comprises a cleaning groove (24), the cleaning groove is positioned on one side of the adjustable supporting leg (22) facing the horizontal conveying part, and the cleaning groove (24) is positioned below the telescopic drum (9).
2. A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the upper edge of one side of the cleaning tank (24) facing the horizontal conveying part is provided with an extrusion rolling shaft (26).
3. A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: a bottom pinch roller (6) is arranged at the joint of the horizontal conveying part and the inclined conveying part, and the bottom pinch roller (6) is fixed on the middle adjusting mechanism (4).

A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the top power roller mechanism (32) is provided with a scraper (16), a collecting cover (15) and a compressed air interface board (17), the scraper (16) is fixed on the top power roller mechanism (32) by a scraper angle adjusting screw (13), and the end surface of the scraper (16) is abutted against the wear-resistant conveying belt (2); the collecting cover (15) is fixed on the top power roller mechanism (32) by a collecting cover angle adjusting screw (14), the collecting cover (15) is in a semicircular shape with a lower opening, and the concave surface of the inner wall of the collecting cover is opposite to the wear-resistant conveying belt (2); the compressed air interface board (17) is fixed on the top power roller mechanism (32) by a blowing angle adjusting screw (18), the compressed air interface board (17) is positioned at the rear side of the scraper (16), and an air outlet of the compressed air interface board (17) is tangent to the end face of the tail end of the wear-resistant conveying belt (2).

A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: washing tank (24) on be equipped with scavenge pipe (34), scavenge pipe (34) are located the top of wear-resisting conveyer belt (2) and cover whole wear-resisting conveyer belt (2), are equipped with shower head (35) on scavenge pipe (34), shower head (35) are located the top of horizontal transport portion and inclined plane transport portion.
8. A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 7, wherein: the joint of the cleaning pipe (34) and the cleaning tank (24) is provided with a universal pipe joint (36).
9. A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the bottoms of the fixed supporting legs (28) and the adjustable supporting legs (22) are respectively provided with a self-locking caster (33).
10. A self-cleaning cheese clot delivery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the automatic control box (3) is arranged on the fixed supporting leg (28), and the automatic control box (3) is in circuit connection with the cleaning cylinder (11), the transmission motor (12) and the telescopic cylinder (30).
