The total hip replacement is one of the most common operations for treating femoral head necrosis and severe hip osteoarthritis in the joint orthopedics department at present, and the excellent curative effect of the total hip replacement on relieving pain of patients, recovering joint functions after operation and the like is accepted all over the world.
However, over time, late complications are of increasing concern. The direct reason for the prosthesis loosening is that the mechanical property of the osseous support structure is reduced due to the osteolysis, the mechanical stability of the prosthesis is lost, the real reason for the osteolysis is complicated, and the prosthesis structure is one of the reasons for the prosthesis loosening; meanwhile, when the artificial hip joint needs to be repaired due to other reasons, such as patient factors, operation factors and the like, the femoral stem prosthesis is often required to be taken out.
In the prior art, the femoral stem prosthesis is often difficult to remove by means of external tools and brute force.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a femoral stem prosthesis, which solves the problems of looseness and difficulty in taking out in the late implantation period of the femoral stem in the related technology by optimally designing the structure of the prosthesis.

As shown in fig. 8, a reinforcing rib 43 is arranged at the joint of the first baffle plate 41 and the second baffle plate 42 of the resetting element 40 to ensure the connection strength of the first baffle plate 41 and the second baffle plate 42; the reset element 40 is rotatably inserted into the reset chamber 1122 of the second section aperture 112.
