Abstract
The invention provides a handheld electronic device with a sling fastener as an NFC antenna. The handheld electronic equipment comprises an electronic equipment body with an NFC module arranged inside and a first sling mount externally arranged on the electronic equipment body. The first strap buckle is made of metal materials and provided with a first open end, a second open end and a strap winding portion, the first strap buckle is fixedly attached to a rear shell of the electronic equipment body, a concave portion is formed in the position, opposite to the strap winding portion, of the rear shell, and the vertical projection of the concave portion on the plane where the first strap buckle is located covers the strap winding portion and exceeds the first side edge and the second side edge, opposite to the strap winding portion, of the strap winding portion. The first open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the first transition piece, and the second open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the second transition piece. According to the invention, the problem that the steps of the whole manufacturing process are increased due to the adoption of the built-in NFC antenna in the portable handheld electronic equipment in the related technology can be solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of NFC antenna design, and particularly relates to handheld electronic equipment with a sling mount as an NFC antenna.
Background
Existing portable handheld electronic devices, such as PDAs (Personal Digital assistants), typically have NFC (Near Field Communication) functionality. Specifically, the portable handheld electronic device realizes the NFC function based on the NFC component, the NFC component is composed of an NFC module and an NFC antenna, the NFC module is located on the motherboard, and the NFC antenna is usually disposed on the inner side of the battery cover and electrically connected to the NFC module.
However, when the portable handheld electronic device is to communicate with an external NFC card reader, the alternating electromagnetic field induced by the NFC antenna under the action of the excitation signal emitted by the NFC card reader is easily subjected to the eddy current attenuation effect of the metal component in the portable handheld electronic device, so that the signal strength of the alternating electromagnetic field is greatly reduced, which may possibly result in the failure of the NFC card reader in reading. For the problem, the existing solution is to add a ferrite shielding magnetic sheet to isolate the absorption of the metal material to the antenna magnetic field, increase the magnetic field strength of the antenna, and thus effectively increase the communication induction distance. However, the provision of ferrite shielding magnetic sheets tends to result in an increase in the number of process steps in the manufacturing process of portable handheld electronic devices.
In the related art, a portable handheld electronic device has an NFC function and also adopts a structural design of a strap buckle. Specifically, the strap buckle is disposed on the rear housing of the portable handheld electronic device and is used in cooperation with a matched strap or wristband to meet the corresponding carrying requirements of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the steps of the whole manufacturing process of the portable handheld electronic equipment in the related art are increased due to the adoption of the built-in NFC antenna.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a handheld electronic device using a strap buckle as an NFC antenna, the handheld electronic device including an electronic device body with an NFC module built therein, a first strap buckle externally disposed on the electronic device body, a first transition piece, and a second transition piece;

the first open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the first transition piece, and the second open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the second transition piece.
Optionally, the first strap buckle is a ring structure having a notch, and the strap winding portion is opposite to the notch.
Optionally, the first strap buckle is a rectangular loop having a notch.
Optionally, the notch is disposed on a first frame of the first strap buckle, and a side of the first frame far away from the strap winding portion is flush with an upper edge of the rear housing.
Alternatively, the first strap buckle is provided laterally centrally on the rear housing.

Optionally, the first transition piece and the second transition piece are both fastening screws;
the NFC module is arranged on the PCB, a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet are further arranged on the PCB, the first elastic sheet is electrically connected to a first external connection end of the NFC module, and the second elastic sheet is electrically connected to a second external connection end of the NFC module;

Optionally, the rear housing has a battery cover positioned between the first and second buckle.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the handheld electronic equipment, the first open end of the first sling mount arranged on the rear shell of the electronic equipment body is electrically connected into the NFC module arranged in the electronic equipment body through the first transition piece, and the second open end of the first sling mount arranged on the rear shell of the electronic equipment body is electrically connected into the NFC module arranged in the electronic equipment body through the second transition piece, so that the purpose that the sling mount is simultaneously used as an NFC antenna is achieved.
In the first aspect, the handheld electronic device provided by the invention adopts the external NFC antenna, and because the rear shell of the electronic device body is made of the plastic material, the alternating electromagnetic field induced by the NFC antenna when approaching the NFC card reader cannot be absorbed by the metal material in the handheld electronic device, so that the ferrite shielding magnetic sheet does not need to be additionally arranged.
In the second aspect, the handheld electronic device of the invention adopts the ingenious design of combining the functions of the sling mount and the NFC antenna into one, and does not need to separately arrange the NFC antenna and arrange the NFC antenna at the inner side of the battery cover as the portable handheld electronic device in the related technology, thereby avoiding the installation step of the NFC antenna, not occupying the space of the battery compartment and saving the corresponding cost.
In a third aspect, when the user has a corresponding carrying requirement for the handheld electronic device of the present invention, the strap or the wrist band may be mounted on the first strap buckle; when handheld electronic equipment changes to the use scene from carrying the scene, directly with first braces buckle approach the NFC card reader can, perhaps, also can take off braces or wrist strap, reuse the NFC function. the first strap buckle is made of metal materials and is provided with a first open end, a second open end and a strap winding part;
the first strap buckle is fixedly attached to a rear shell of the electronic equipment body, a concave part is formed in the position, opposite to the strap winding part, of the rear shell, the vertical projection of the concave part on the plane where the first strap buckle is located covers the strap winding part and exceeds a first side edge and a second side edge of the strap winding part, and the first side edge is opposite to the second side edge;
the first open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the first transition piece, and the second open end is electrically connected to the NFC module through the second transition piece.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the first strap buckle is a loop structure having a notch, and the strap winding is opposite to the notch.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the first strap fastener is a rectangular loop with a notch.
4. The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the notch is disposed on a first frame of the first buckle, and a side of the first frame away from the strap winding is flush with an upper edge of the rear housing.
5. The handheld electronic device with a strap buckle as an NFC antenna of claim 1, wherein the first strap buckle is disposed laterally centrally on the rear housing.
6. The handheld electronic device with a strap buckle as an NFC antenna of claim 1 wherein the recess is disposed laterally centrally on the rear housing.
7. The handheld electronic device with a strap buckle as an NFC antenna according to claim 1 wherein the first transition piece and the second transition piece are both fastening screws;
the NFC module is arranged on the PCB, a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet are further arranged on the PCB, the first elastic sheet is electrically connected to a first external connection end of the NFC module, and the second elastic sheet is electrically connected to a second external connection end of the NFC module;
the first open end is electrically connected to the first elastic sheet through the first transition piece, and the second open end is electrically connected to the second elastic sheet through the second transition piece.
8. The handheld electronic device with a strap buckle as an NFC antenna of claim 1, wherein the first strap buckle, the first transition piece, and the second transition piece are coated with an insulating paint on exposed portions thereof.
9. The handheld electronic device with a strap buckle as an NFC antenna according to any of claims 1-8 further comprising a second strap buckle external to the electronic device body, the second strap buckle being disposed on the rear housing and proximate to a lower edge of the rear housing, the second strap buckle having a slot.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the rear housing has a battery cover positioned between the first strap buckle and the second strap buckle.
