The temperature inside the protective frame 20 is monitored in real time according to the temperature sensor a, a high temperature threshold value and a low temperature threshold value are set in the temperature sensor a, after the temperature inside the protective frame 20 reaches the temperature threshold value, working signals are sent to the steering motor 203, the electric push rod and the radiator 207, the electric push rod drive shaft drives the baffle 208 to slide into the inside of the protective frame 20, the two radiators 207 start to work, meanwhile, the output shaft of the steering motor 203 rotates the top of the rotating frame 201 to the outside of the protective frame 20 along the bottom of the side plate 30 through the two connecting gears 204 and the rotating shaft 202, the two radiating frames 205 on one side of the rotating frame 201 slide out of the inside of the protective frame 20, and the two radiators 207 discharge heat inside the protective frame 20 through the radiating holes 206 inside the radiating frames 205, so that active heat dissipation of the heat inside the resistor body 10 is realized;
through connecting one end of the connecting post 306 with the movable connecting terminal 103, in addition, two clamping pieces 304 in the connecting block 302 are connected with the cable, so that the cable is electrically connected with the resistor body 10, meanwhile, a temperature sensor b is arranged at one end of the cable, the temperature of the cable is monitored in real time by the temperature sensor b, a high-temperature threshold value is preset in the temperature sensor b, after the temperature of one end of the cable reaches the high-temperature threshold value, the electromagnet 403 at one side of the movable plate 402 is powered off, the electromagnet 403 at one side of the movable plate 402 is attracted by the electromagnet 403 at one side of the inner wall of the fixed block 401, one side of the control frame 404 slides into the fixed block 401, the clamping pieces 304 are driven to be separated from the surface of the cable by one side of the control frame 404, and the connection between the cable and the resistor body 10 is cut off, and a melting layer caused by overhigh heat between the connecting post 306 and the connecting terminal 103 and the clamping pieces 304 and the cable is avoided;
When the resistance of the cable line is regulated, the electric slipway 505 is utilized to drive the connecting block 302 to slide in the fixing frame 301 through the connecting plate 506, so that the connecting post 306 is controlled to drive the connecting terminal 103 to slide on the surface of the resistor body 101, and the effect of changing the resistance of the resistor in the cable line is realized.
