In some specific examples, the full amount of urged user detail data may specifically be detail data of an overdue user with an overdue time of 90-120 days. The detailed data of the overdue users with the overdue time of 90-120 days are processed and analyzed to obtain credit card overdue user reports, early warning and monitoring of the overdue users with the overdue time of 90-120 days are facilitated, the overdue users with the overdue time of 90-120 days are further facilitated to be prevented from moving by remedial measures, bad assets are further compressed, and stable development of credit card business is guaranteed.
The operation of the data analysis model or analysis module 102 is described below.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an analysis module in the system for monitoring overdue credit card users according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the analysis module 102 is specifically configured to perform the following steps S201 to S204.
S201, classifying the total amount of user detail collection urging data to obtain user detail collection urging data corresponding to each branch institution.
It will be readily appreciated that the full amount of expedited user profile data may include expedited user profile data corresponding to a plurality of affiliates. Therefore, in S201, the total amount of the urged user specification data may be classified according to the name or code of each branch office, and the urged user specification data corresponding to each branch office may be obtained. For example, in some examples, the user profile data may be obtained for branch office a, the user profile data may be obtained for branch office B, and the user profile data may be obtained for branch office C.
S202, aiming at the detail data of the users to be collected corresponding to any ith branch office, the detail data of the users to be collected corresponding to the ith branch office is divided into a plurality of first fields of data. Wherein i is a positive integer.
It is easy to understand that the urging user specification data corresponding to each branch office includes a plurality of fields, and for convenience of distinction, a field in the urging user specification data is referred to as a first field. In S202, the user profile data for each branch office may be divided into a plurality of pieces of first field data for the user profile data for each branch office. For example, in some examples, for an ith branch, the incoming user detail data corresponding to the ith branch is split into data for a first field a, data for a first field b, and data for a first field c.
S203, processing the data of the first field based on the preset corresponding relation between the first field and the second field to obtain the data of the second field.
And the second field is a field in the overdue credit card user report. The correspondence between the first field and the second field may be set in advance. For example, the corresponding relationship may include calculating the second field a according to the first field a, or calculating the second field a according to the first field a and the first field b, or calculating the second field a according to the first field a, the first field b, and the first field c, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
And performing mathematical operation on the data of the first field according to the preset corresponding relation between the first field and the second field, so as to obtain the data of the second field in the overdue credit card user report.
And S204, summarizing the data of the second field to obtain a overdue credit card user report corresponding to the ith branch organization.
In S204, data of a plurality of second fields in the credit card overdue user report corresponding to the ith branch office is summarized, so as to obtain the credit card overdue user report corresponding to the ith branch office.
In some specific embodiments, the data analysis model may optionally be implemented based on sql statements. Fig. 3 is another schematic flow chart of an analysis module in the overdue credit card user monitoring system according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, according to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the analysis module 102 is specifically configured to perform the following steps S301 to S303.
S301, reading the detail data of the user to be collected corresponding to the ith branch mechanism based on the sql statement, and splitting the detail data of the user to be collected corresponding to the ith branch mechanism into data of a plurality of first fields.
In particular, the sql statement may include a plurality of sub-statements, such as a FROM sub-statement and a VALUES sub-statement. The pushed-for-user detail data corresponding to the ith branch can be read based on the FROM sub-statement, and the data of the plurality of first fields can be analyzed FROM the pushed-for-user detail data corresponding to the ith branch based on the VALUES sub-statement.
S302, processing the data of the first field based on the corresponding relation tree between the first field and the second field constructed by the sql statement to obtain the data of the second field.
Specifically, a correspondence tree between a first field and a second field may be constructed based on the sql statement, and there may be multiple sets of correspondences in the correspondence tree, that is, correspondences between different first fields and different second fields.
In S302, the data of different first fields may be processed respectively based on multiple sets of correspondences in the correspondence tree between the first fields and the second fields, so as to obtain multiple different data of the second fields.
And S303, summarizing the data of the second field to obtain a credit card overdue user report corresponding to the ith branch office.
In S303, data of a plurality of second fields in the credit card overdue user report corresponding to the ith branch office is summarized, so as to obtain the credit card overdue user report corresponding to the ith branch office.
According to some embodiments of the application, optionally, the full amount of the urged user details data comprises the number of overdue days of the overdue user of the credit card, and the overdue information comprises the number of bad days of the overdue user of the credit card. For example, in some embodiments, credit card loans are classified into five categories, normal, concern, secondary, suspicious, loss, respectively. If the class is degraded from the secondary class to the suspect class, i.e., the grade is degraded, it belongs to the migration down (i.e., downward migration). If the class is upgraded to a secondary class from the lossy class, i.e., the level is upgraded, it belongs to the upward migration (i.e., upward migration).
The analysis module 102 or the data analysis model may be specifically configured to calculate a difference between the number of overdue days of the overdue user of the credit card and a first preset threshold, so as to obtain the number of days with bad migration. The first preset threshold may be flexibly adjusted according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
For example, in some examples, the first preset threshold may be 90 days, i.e., a number of days out of date that reaches 90 days is undesirable. The number of bad days to next migration may be a difference calculated from the number of overdue days of the overdue user of the credit card to 90 days overdue.
Therefore, by displaying the bad days of the overdue credit card user, the user can conveniently and clearly know how long the overdue credit card user has been moved in time, so that the overdue credit card user is further prevented from moving by means of remedial measures such as return visit after credit, negotiation repayment and the like, bad assets are further compressed, and the stable development of credit card business is guaranteed.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the overdue information may optionally include the urgency of the overdue user of the credit card. Wherein, the emergency degree can be further calculated according to days with bad migration.
The analysis module 102 may be specifically configured to set the urgency level as a first-level warning when the number of days since the next migration is within a first preset range; when the days of bad migration are within a second preset range, setting the urgency degree as a second-level warning; when the number of days to bad migration is within a third preset range, the urgency is set to a third level warning.
The specific ranges of the first preset range, the second preset range and the third preset range may be flexibly set according to actual situations, and the specific ranges are not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the first predetermined range may be 0 to 5 days, the second predetermined range may be 6 to 10 days, and the third predetermined range may be 11 to 20 days.
The urgency may be set to a first level warning when the number of days to migrate is within a first preset range. The urgency may be set to a second level of warning when the number of days to migrate poorly is within a second preset range. The urgency may be set to a third level of warning when the number of days to migrate poorly is within a third preset range. The first level warning, the second level warning, and the third level warning may be different.
Therefore, by displaying the emergency degrees of different levels, the users who are in charge of credit card overdue can be reminded in time of how long the users will move, and the users who are in charge of credit card overdue can be further prevented from moving through remedial measures such as return visit after loan, payment negotiation and the like.
According to some embodiments of the application, optionally, the font color and/or the background color of the first level warning, the second level warning and the third level warning may be different.
For example, the font color of a first level warning may be red, the font color of a second level warning may be orange, and the font color of a third level warning may be blue. Alternatively, the background color of the first level warning may be red, the background color of the second level warning may be orange, and the background color of the third level warning may be blue.
Therefore, the emergency degrees of different levels are shown in different colors, so that the users can visually and clearly know how long the credit card overdue users have been moved, and the credit card overdue users can be further prevented from being moved through remedial measures such as return visit after credit, payment negotiation and the like.
