Wherein the preset timestamp threshold may refer to a preset timestamp threshold. The preset timestamp threshold may refer to a time interval for product borrowing, or may refer to a time length for returning the second target resource, which is agreed by the product demander and the intermediary. For example, in a house renting application scenario, the preset timestamp threshold may refer to a house renting period, or a renting duration for refunding a deposit agreed by a tenant and an intermediate party.

Referring to FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the target attribute information includes a number of resource transfers, and step 112 includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

The attribute information obtaining module 608 is configured to, in a case that the identity authentication is passed, obtain target attribute information of the intermediate party when the resource transfer initiator is the intermediate party.
And the comparing module 610 is configured to compare the target attribute information, the current timestamp, and the original attribute information to obtain a comparison result.
And the resource transfer module 612 is configured to, when the comparison result represents that the resource transfer is allowed and the state information is a normal state, transfer the first target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to an account of the intermediary party corresponding to the intermediary party according to the original attribute information, and update the original resource and the target attribute information.

The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for resource handling based on blockchains.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: storing preset original attribute information in an intelligent contract, extracting original resources requested for borrowing by a product demand side resource provider from the original attribute information, and transferring the original resources from a resource provider account corresponding to the resource provider to the intelligent contract for storage; acquiring first state information of an intermediate party provided by a product demand party; responding to a resource transfer request of a resource transfer initiator, performing identity authentication on the resource transfer initiator, and recording a current timestamp; under the condition that the identity authentication is passed, when the resource transfer initiator is an intermediate party, acquiring target attribute information of the intermediate party; comparing the target attribute information, the current timestamp and the original attribute information to obtain a comparison result; and when the comparison result represents that the resource transfer is allowed and the first state information of the intermediate party is in a normal state, transferring the first target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to an intermediate party account corresponding to the intermediate party according to the original attribute information, and updating the original resource and the target attribute information.

Claims (10)

1. A resource processing method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
storing preset original attribute information in an intelligent contract, extracting original resources requested for borrowing by a product demand side resource provider from the original attribute information, and transferring the original resources from a resource provider account corresponding to the resource provider into the intelligent contract for storage;
acquiring first state information of an intermediate party provided by the product demand party;
responding to a resource transfer request of a resource transfer initiator, performing identity authentication on the resource transfer initiator, and recording a current timestamp;
under the condition that the identity authentication is passed, when the resource transfer initiator is the intermediate party, acquiring target attribute information of the intermediate party;
comparing the target attribute information, the current timestamp and the original attribute information to obtain a comparison result;
and when the comparison result represents that the resource transfer is allowed and the first state information of the intermediate party is in a normal state, transferring a first target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to an intermediate party account corresponding to the intermediate party according to the original attribute information, and updating the original resource and the target attribute information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the first state information is in an abnormal state, determining the actual state of the middle party to obtain second state information;
if the second state information is the normal state, determining that the product demand side has improper behavior, and transferring a second target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to the account of the intermediate side according to the original attribute information;
and transferring the original resource after the second target resource is transferred to the resource side account.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the second state information is the abnormal state, determining that the intermediate party has improper behavior, and transferring the original resources stored in the intelligent contract to the account of the resource party.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the identity authentication is not passed, rejecting the resource transfer request of the resource transfer initiator.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the resource transfer initiator is the product demand side, extracting a starting timestamp from the original attribute information;
if the difference value between the current timestamp and the starting timestamp is smaller than a preset timestamp threshold value, transferring a second target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to the account of the intermediary party;
and if the difference value between the current timestamp and the starting timestamp is greater than or equal to a preset timestamp threshold value, transferring a second target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to the resource side account.
6. The method according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the comparison results comprise a first comparison result indicating that the resource transfer is allowed and a second comparison result indicating that the resource transfer is denied;
comparing the target attribute information, the current timestamp and the original attribute information to obtain a comparison result, wherein the comparing comprises:
extracting resource transfer times from the target attribute information;
extracting a transfer timestamp and a preset transfer frequency from the original attribute information;
if the current timestamp is greater than or equal to the transfer timestamp and the resource transfer times are less than the preset transfer times, obtaining the first comparison result;
and if the current timestamp is less than the preset timestamp or the resource transfer times are more than or equal to the preset transfer times, obtaining a second comparison result.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target attribute information includes a number of resource transfers;
the updating the original resource and the target attribute information includes:
acquiring a resource difference value of the original resource and the first target resource, and taking the resource difference value as the updated original resource;
and modifying the resource transfer times.
8. An apparatus for processing resources based on block chains, the apparatus comprising:
the information storage module is used for storing preset original attribute information in an intelligent contract, extracting original resources requested for borrowing by a product demand side resource provider from the original attribute information, and transferring the original resources from a resource provider account corresponding to the resource provider into the intelligent contract for storage;
the state information acquisition module is used for acquiring the state information of the intermediate party sent by the product demand party;
the identity authentication module is used for responding to a resource transfer request of a resource transfer initiator, performing identity authentication on the resource transfer initiator and recording a current timestamp;
the attribute information acquisition module is used for acquiring target attribute information of the intermediate party when the resource transfer initiator is the intermediate party under the condition that the identity authentication is passed;
the comparison module is used for comparing the target attribute information, the current timestamp and the original attribute information to obtain a comparison result;
and the resource transfer module is used for transferring a first target resource from the original resource stored in the intelligent contract to an account of the intermediate party corresponding to the intermediate party according to the original attribute information when the comparison result represents that the resource transfer is allowed and the state information is in a normal state, and updating the original resource and the target attribute information.
