s201, collecting a cost data set.
In this embodiment, the cost data set includes a plurality of cost data, and the computer device may collect the cost data in an external file or a business system to obtain the cost data set. Providing a form template by the computer equipment, filling the form template by a user, and acquiring each cost data in the filled electronic form by the computer equipment to obtain a cost data set after the filling is finished; or the service system is provided with a calling interface, and the computer equipment acquires the cost data set periodically through the calling interface.
Wherein each cost data in the cost data set comprises field values of the following fields: cost elements, business tags, cost objects, cost aggregate amounts, and cost composition properties. The cost element represents a cost type, such as: the cost elements include: material costs, labor costs, travel costs, power transmission and distribution costs, and the like. The service tag represents an identity of an item, different items having different service tags, for example: the service label is represented using letters or numbers: item a, item B. The cost object represents the type of business activity, for example: for a power grid enterprise, the business activities of the power grid enterprise are generally divided into five categories of maintenance, operation, marketing, operation support and enterprise management, and the maintenance can be further divided into power transmission operation inspection, power transformation operation and maintenance, power distribution operation inspection and communication equipment operation inspection according to a power transmission and distribution link; marketing can be further subdivided into electric energy metering, power supply service, intelligent power utilization, power utilization business, market and efficiency, namely a sender of cost; when the cost is calculated, each expense needs to be reflected on the business activity, the specific business activity cannot be clearly identified when the cost occurs, and the field value of the cost object is recorded as the composite business activity. The cost-aggregation amount represents the amount of incurred charges. The field values of the cost composition property include: the cost is to be shared and directly collected.
For example, the collected cost data set is shown in table 1.

Figure BDA0003874432650000041
TABLE 1
Each row in table 1 corresponds to a cost data, and the first row in table 1 corresponds to a field of the cost data: the cost element, the service tag, the cost object, the cost collection amount, and the cost composition property, and the 2 nd to 4 th rows in table 1 correspond to field values of the fields included in the cost data, respectively.
S202, identifying cost data to be shared in the cost data set according to the field values of the cost composition properties.
In the present embodiment, the cost data in the cost data set is divided into the cost data to be apportioned and the direct aggregation cost data according to the field value of the cost constituent property, and the field values of the cost constituent property of the cost data to be apportioned and the direct aggregation cost data are different.
S203, for each piece of cost data to be apportioned, matching a field value of an apportionment standard in a preset apportionment rule table according to a field value of a cost element, a field value of a cost object and a field value of a service label.
In this embodiment, the computer device prestores or preconfigures an apportionment rule table, the apportionment rule table stores mapping relationships among the cost elements, the cost objects, and the apportionment criteria, and the apportionment rule table queries the matched apportionment criteria according to field values of the cost elements, the cost objects, and the service tags in the to-be-apportioned cost data. The apportionment rule data includes the following fields: service label, service attribute, rule name, cost element, cost object, beneficiary, allocation standard and service attribute label condition.
Further, before S201, the computer device configures the apportionment rule table based on the configuration instruction of the user, so that the user can flexibly set the cost apportionment rules of different projects according to the actual scene.
Further, the apportionment rule table includes a first sub-table and a second sub-table, the first sub-table includes the following fields: a service label and a service attribute, the second sub-table comprising the following fields: rule names, cost elements, cost objects, beneficiaries, contribution criteria, and business attribute label conditions. The computer equipment analyzes the cost data to be apportioned to obtain a field value of the cost element, a field value of the cost object and a field value of the service label, firstly, a field value of a corresponding service attribute (item classification) is inquired in a first sub-table according to the field value of the service label, and then, a field value of a corresponding apportionment standard is inquired in a second sub-table according to the field value of the cost element, the field value of the cost object and the field value of the inquired service attribute (item classification).
See, for example, the first sub-table shown in table 2 and the second sub-table shown in table 3.
Service labeling: item Service attribute: item classification
Item A Power transformation operation inspection
Item B Marketing and marketing system
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003874432650000042
Figure BDA0003874432650000051
TABLE 3
Assuming that a computer device analyzes certain to-be-apportioned cost data to obtain that a field value of a service label is "item a", a field value of a cost element is "power transmission and distribution cost", and a field value of a cost object is "composite service activity", first, a field value of a corresponding item classification is queried in table 2 according to the item a to be "power transmission and distribution inspection", and then, a field value of a corresponding apportionment criterion is queried in table 3 according to the "power transmission and distribution cost", the "composite service activity", and the "power transmission and distribution inspection" to be "according to a fixed apportionment coefficient of 1:1".
Assuming that the field value of a service tag obtained by analyzing certain cost data to be apportioned by the computer device is "item B", the field value of a cost element is "power transmission and distribution cost", and the field value of a cost object is "composite business activity", first, the field value of the corresponding item classification is queried in table 2 according to "item a" as "marketing and distribution type", and then the field value of the corresponding apportionment criterion is queried in table 3 according to "power transmission and distribution cost", "composite business activity", and "marketing type" as "according to a fixed apportionment coefficient 3:7".
The computer equipment matches the cost data to be apportioned in the apportionment rule table to obtain corresponding cost apportionment rule data, wherein the cost apportionment rule data comprise the following fields: cost elements, service labels, cost objects, amounts to be apportioned and apportionment criteria.
For example: the cost apportionment data obtained by matching is shown in table 4, and each row in table 4 corresponds to one cost apportionment rule data.
Figure BDA0003874432650000052
TABLE 4
Further, for the field values of the service attribute tag conditions in each row in table 3, the user may configure the field values through the user interface, the number of the field values of the service attribute tag conditions configured by the user may be one or more, and when the number of the field values is more, the connection may be performed through the "and" logical connector.
For example, referring to the configuration interface of the service attribute tag condition shown in fig. 3, when a user double-clicks a cell of the service attribute tag condition in table 3 through a mouse, the configuration interface shown in fig. 3 is displayed, and then the user inputs a field value in the configuration interface through the input device, and further, the user may perform addition, deletion, and removal operations on the input field value.
And S204, allocating the cost data to be allocated according to the matched field value of the allocation standard to obtain a cost allocation result.
The field value of the apportionment standard represents the apportionment proportion of each beneficiary, the cost aggregation amount in the to-be-apportioned cost data is apportioned according to the field value of the apportionment standard, and the cost apportionment result comprises the following fields: cost elements, business labels, cost before apportionment objects, cost after apportionment objects and apportionment amounts.
For example: the computer device performs allocation according to the data of the cost to be allocated in table 1 by using the field value of the allocation standard in table 4 to obtain the cost allocation result shown in table 5, where rows 2 to 3 in table 5 indicate two cost allocation results after allocating the item a, and rows 4 to 5 indicate two cost allocation results after allocating the item B.
Figure BDA0003874432650000061
TABLE 5
The embodiment of the application identifies the cost data to be apportioned through the field values of the cost composition properties in the cost data, then matches the corresponding field values of the apportionment standards in the preset apportionment rule table according to the field values of the cost elements, the cost object and the service tags, and automatically apportions the cost according to the field values of the apportionment standards, so that the refined automatic cost apportionment through three dimensions of the cost elements, the cost object and the service tags is realized, and the accuracy of the cost apportionment and the efficiency of the cost apportionment are improved.
