Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for alarming position deviation of a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism, comprising a displacement sensor; the displacement sensor is arranged in the clutch actuating mechanism and used for monitoring the length of the supporting pin; the displacement sensor is in data connection with a transmission case TCU; the gearbox TCU is used for judging whether the length of the support pin meets a preset length or not; the transmission TCU is connected with the whole CAN in a data mode, and the whole CAN control instrument gives an alarm. The method is used for solving the problem that the position of a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism cannot be monitored in the prior art. When a sensor at the rear end of the clutch actuating mechanism is installed on the whole vehicle, the initial position value of the clutch is monitored, and once the measured value exceeds the range of the deviation, the fault of the clutch can be fed back (27448). Therefore, the position of the push rod of the clutch or the problem that one end of the supporting pin is separated can be monitored.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of gearboxes, and particularly relates to a position deviation alarm system and method for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism.
Background
In recent years, commercial vehicle drivers are younger, higher requirements are put forward on the driving convenience, comfort, economy and the like of the commercial vehicles, meanwhile, the medium and light truck market becomes an important business growth point of the department, and in order to meet market demands, the department develops an AMT (automated mechanical transmission) of an F6JZ45AM/BM series and an F8JZ95CM/MM series. Because the existing installation experience of the gearbox in a host factory and a service station is less, the operation process mostly follows the original mechanical box process, and meanwhile, the installation process is possibly not very careful, the problem that one end of a push rod or a supporting pin in a clutch actuating mechanism of the gearbox is separated due to improper installation can occur. The current means is to ensure that the ball head of the push rod of the clutch actuating mechanism cannot be disengaged from a ball socket of a release fork by redesigning a fork liner in the mechanical aspect. However, the position of the push rod of the clutch actuator needs to be monitored from the software monitoring direction, so that the push rod is ensured to be in an undeployed state. Once the push rod is disengaged, fault feedback is reported in software through a CAN signal.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a system and a method for alarming the deviation of the position of a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism, which are used for solving the problem that the position of the push rod of the clutch actuating mechanism cannot be monitored in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a position deviation alarm system for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism comprises a displacement sensor;
the displacement sensor is arranged in the clutch actuating mechanism and used for monitoring the length of the supporting pin;
the displacement sensor is in data connection with a transmission case TCU; the gearbox TCU is used for judging whether the length of the support pin meets a preset length or not; the transmission TCU is connected with the whole CAN in a data mode, and the whole CAN control instrument gives an alarm.
Preferably, a gearbox alarm lamp on the whole vehicle CAN connecting instrument gives an alarm.
Preferably, the displacement sensor transmits the monitoring data to the transmission TCU through an automobile communication signal.
Preferably, the displacement sensor is a linear displacement sensor.
A method for alarming position deviation of a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism comprises the following processes,
a displacement sensor monitors the length of the supporting pin to generate length data; the displacement sensor transmits the length data to the transmission TCU; the TCU of the gearbox judges whether the length data is in a preset range or not;
when the length data is not in the preset range, the whole vehicle CAN transmits the fault to the instrument and gives an alarm through the instrument.
Preferably, the mobile sensor transmits data to the transmission TCU through a J1939 message CAN signal in an automobile communication signal.
Preferably, the gearbox TCU is provided with a comparison module, the length data of the supporting pin are preset in the comparison module, the comparison module compares the length data monitored by the displacement sensor with the preset length data, and when the monitored length data exceed the preset length data range, the whole vehicle CAN gives a fault alarm.
Preferably, a gearbox alarm lamp on the whole vehicle CAN control instrument gives an alarm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the invention provides a position deviation alarm system for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism, when a sensor at the rear end of the clutch actuating mechanism is provided with a gearbox on a whole vehicle, the initial position value of the clutch is monitored, and once the measured value exceeds the deviation range, software can feed back the fault of the clutch 27448if the measured value exceeds the deviation range. Therefore, the position of the push rod of the clutch or whether the end of the supporting pin is detached can be monitored. Meanwhile, if the clutch is used for a long time, the position change of the push rod can also alarm the abrasion condition of the clutch plate in advance. If the clutch position shifts to a certain extent, this represents a clutch wear approaching the life limit.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the position of the release bearing 2 is different based on the gearbox requirement of different manufacturers, so that the length of the supporting pin can be adjusted to ensure that the push rod position 3 of the clutch actuator of different manufacturers is in an almost identical position. The value of the clutch actuator push rod position 3 is set to a standard. And a range is set on the basis of this criterion, and the range beyond which the clutch actuator push rod comes out, or the support pin comes out, is recognized as the clutch actuator push rod comes out, as long as the initial position of the clutch actuator push rod is after installation. The initial and subsequent positions of the clutch actuator push rod are measured by displacement sensors (fig. 2) in the clutch actuator. Then the displacement sensor transmits data into a transmission case TCU through a J1939 message CAN signal (an automobile communication signal), software in the transmission case TCU judges whether the data has problems, if the data exceeds a set range, the data is judged to have a fault, the J1939 message CAN signal is transmitted to the instrument through the whole automobile CAN, and an alarm lamp of the transmission case on the instrument gives an alarm. At present, the method does not monitor the clutch actuating mechanism push rod or support pin from the aspect of software, and once the method is implemented, the method can directly give a fault alarm and lock the problem once the fault occurs.
The invention relates to a position deviation alarm system for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism, which comprises a displacement sensor; the displacement sensor is arranged in the clutch actuating mechanism and used for monitoring the length of the supporting pin; the displacement sensor is in data connection with a transmission case TCU; the gearbox TCU is used for judging whether the length of the support pin meets a preset length or not; the TCU of the gearbox is in data connection with a CAN of the whole vehicle, and a gearbox alarm lamp of a CAN control instrument of the whole vehicle gives an alarm. In this embodiment, the displacement sensor is a linear displacement sensor.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for alarming the position deviation of the push rod of the clutch actuator according to the invention comprises the following processes,
the displacement sensor monitors the length of the supporting pin to generate length data; the displacement sensor transmits the length data to the transmission TCU; the TCU of the gearbox judges whether the length data is in a preset range; when the length data is not in the preset range, the whole vehicle CAN transmits the fault to the instrument and gives an alarm through the instrument.
The gearbox TCU is provided with a comparison module, the length data of the supporting pin are preset in the comparison module, the comparison module compares the length data monitored by the displacement sensor with the preset length data, and when the monitored length data exceed the preset length data range, the whole CAN carries out fault alarm.
The initial position value of the clutch is set as a standard in software data, a fixed and reasonable deviation range is set for the standard, when a gearbox is installed on the whole vehicle by a sensor at the rear end of a clutch actuating mechanism, the initial position value of the clutch is monitored, and once the measured value exceeds the deviation range, software can feed back 27448 the fault of the clutch. Therefore, the position of the push rod of the clutch or whether the end of the supporting pin is detached can be monitored. Meanwhile, if the clutch is used for a long time, the position change of the push rod can also alarm the abrasion condition of the clutch plate in advance. If the clutch position shifts to a certain extent, this represents a clutch wear approaching the life limit.
Claims (8)
1. A position deviation alarm system for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism is characterized by comprising a displacement sensor;
the displacement sensor is arranged in the clutch actuating mechanism and used for monitoring the length of the supporting pin;
the displacement sensor is in data connection with a transmission case TCU; the gearbox TCU is used for judging whether the length of the support pin meets a preset length or not; the transmission TCU is connected with the whole CAN in a data mode, and the whole CAN control instrument gives an alarm.
2. The system for alarming the deviation of the position of the push rod of the clutch actuating mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a gearbox alarm lamp on a CAN connecting instrument of the whole vehicle gives an alarm.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the displacement sensor transmits the monitoring data to the TCU through a vehicle communication signal.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the displacement sensor is a linear displacement sensor.
5. A position deviation alarm method for a push rod of a clutch actuating mechanism is characterized by comprising the following processes,
a displacement sensor monitors the length of the supporting pin to generate length data; the displacement sensor transmits the length data to the transmission TCU; the TCU of the gearbox judges whether the length data is in a preset range or not;
when the length data is not in the preset range, the whole vehicle CAN transmits the fault to the instrument and gives an alarm through the instrument.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the motion sensor transmits data to the transmission TCU via a J1939 CAN signal in a vehicle communication signal.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the transmission TCU is provided with a comparison module, length data of the support pins are preset in the comparison module, the comparison module compares the length data monitored by the displacement sensor with the preset length data, and when the monitored length data exceeds the preset length data range, the whole vehicle CAN gives a fault alarm.
8. The method for alarming the position deviation of the push rod of the clutch actuating mechanism according to claim 5, wherein a gearbox alarm lamp on a CAN control instrument of the whole vehicle gives an alarm.
