Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a folding bicycle, in particular to a folding bicycle capable of being unfolded and stored rapidly by one person and a using method thereof.
Background
The folding leg is widely used in the field of storage because it effectively utilizes the upper space.
The folding leg is mostly domestic thing folding leg of putting in the existing market, adopts the mode of equipment by oneself, utilizes the axis to fold and forms furthest's space saving. Although the storage rack after folding effectively compresses the thickness, the area of the maximum surface is still very large, so that the difficulty of vehicle-mounted transportation is large, the folding mode is very easy to automatically fold under the condition of misoperation, the frame is easy to deform, the whole structure is unstable, the bearing capacity is poor, and the heavy electromechanical equipment cannot be borne. Therefore, the application range of the folding frame is mostly limited in light-weight limited scenes such as household use and the like, and the folding frame is difficult to be popularized to wider fields.
At present, there are several prior arts in the field of storage:
(1) The central shaft type folding mode: the existing chinese patent document CN215649870 provides a multilayer folding frame, which includes a left side frame and a right side frame, wherein a top layer and a multilayer folding layer are sequentially disposed between the left side frame and the right side frame from top to bottom, the left and right ends of the multilayer folding layer are respectively connected to the left side frame and the right side frame from top to bottom in sequence by a shaft, a positioning end shaft of the top layer is connected to the top end of the left side frame, and a swinging end of the top layer swings around the positioning end to be folded on the left side frame; the front side of the multilayer folding layer is vertically provided with a linkage vertical rod, and the linkage vertical rod is respectively connected with the middle folding position shaft of the multilayer folding layer; the vertical spacing groove that runs through its body is seted up to the vertical on the linkage montant, still slides on the linkage montant and is equipped with U type stopper, vertical spacing inslot be with U type stopper threaded connection's plum blossom handle bolt, all be equipped with the connecting rod between the front column of plum blossom handle bolt and left side bearer, right side bearer, the top of two sets of connecting rods is connected with the front column axle of left side bearer, right side bearer respectively. Therefore, a central shaft type folding mode is realized, and folding and unfolding are realized through up-and-down movement of the linkage vertical rod at the central shaft. However, the folding leg with the above structure has the following disadvantages: too large area after folding, easy deformation along the central axis and poor bearing capacity, thus being not suitable for medical scenes.
(2) Integral folding mode: the existing chinese patent document CN108116469A provides an aviation folding cart, the main folding structure of which is two main upright posts, a main folding area is located between the two main upright posts, one side edge of a middle turning plate frame (shelf) is hinged on the main upright post and is folded towards the main folding area; side supports are arranged on two sides of the main support, the top of each side support is connected with a foldable side turning plate, a plurality of cross beams are connected between the side stand columns and the main stand columns, one ends of the cross beams are fixed on the side stand columns, the other ends of the cross beams are hinged to the main stand columns, and the side turning plates on the two sides are folded inwards by taking the main stand columns as rotating shafts. One side edges of the upper plate and the lower plate are respectively hinged on the two lower supporting rods. The aircraft vehicle is small in volume, so that the integral folding mode is adopted. However, in the case of a folding cart having a large size such as a nucleic acid detecting cart, the area of the main supporting surface is large, and if the folding cart is folded as a whole, the area of the largest surface is large, which is disadvantageous for vehicle transportation.
In summary, the folding stands of the above two folding manners generally have the following disadvantages if applied to scenes other than life:
(1) The area of the largest surface is too large after being folded, and the vehicle-mounted transportation is not convenient.
(2) The bearing capacity is poor, and the application is not suitable for more bearing scenes beyond the life.
(3) The folding leg and the folding vehicle with strong bearing capacity can not be folded and unfolded rapidly by a single person generally.

The following describes in detail the method of using the foldable vehicle that can be unfolded and stored quickly by a single person according to the present invention with reference to fig. 7A-7A. The using method of the folding trolley comprises the following steps:
step S1: turning the lower support frames (such as the first side lower support frame 2 and the second side lower support frame 4) of the vertical support frame assembly outwards in a rotating way to a position vertical to the bottom frame 5, and fixing the lower support frames of the vertical support frame assembly by utilizing the inclined support rods 11;
therefore, in the embodiment, when the inclined strut 11 is provided, the temporary triangular stable structure system can be used for fixing the lower support frame and executing subsequent operations by a single person through unfolding operation, and the steps are simpler and faster. In some other embodiments, the diagonal brace 11 may be omitted, thus eliminating the need to use the diagonal brace 11 to secure the lower support frame of the vertical support frame assembly.
Step S2: the upper support frames of the vertical support frame assemblies are unfolded upwards relative to the lower support frame, and then the top frame 8 is unfolded relative to the upper support frame of the vertical support frame assembly on one side and connected with the upper support frame of the vertical support frame assembly on the other side;
and step S3: the middle tabletop plate 9 is arranged between the joints of the upper support frame and the lower support frame of the vertical support frame component, so that the whole structural frame is transversely supported by the middle tabletop plate 9. The diagonal strut 11 can then be detached.
In addition, the method can further comprise the following steps:
and step S4: after the folding trolley is used, fixing a lower support frame of the vertical support frame assembly by utilizing the inclined support rod 11, and then disassembling the middle-layer table panel 9; in certain other embodiments, the diagonal strut 11 may be omitted, and therefore it is desirable to omit the use of the diagonal strut 11 to secure the lower support frame of the vertical support frame assembly.
Step S5: disconnecting the upper support frame of the vertical support frame assembly on one side of the top frame 8, folding the upper support frame of the vertical support frame assembly on the other side downwards, and folding the upper support frames of the vertical support frame assemblies downwards relative to the lower support frame;
step S6: the inclined supporting rods 11 are disassembled, and then the lower supporting frames (such as the first side lower supporting frame 2 and the second side lower supporting frame 4) of the vertical supporting frame assembly are folded inwards in a rotating mode to be parallel to the bottom frame 5.
In some other embodiments, the diagonal strut 11 may be omitted, thus eliminating the need to disassemble the diagonal strut 11.
Step S7: the folded wagon is loaded into a sterile bag for sterile transport. Therefore, the sterile environment in the transportation process can be ensured during the pit removal acid detection in the next construction site.
At folding in-process, under the condition that middle level desktop board 9 has not yet been installed, the articulated junction of upper and lower support frame can inwards be rolled over, so as to be regarded as interim triangle stable structure through two diagonal braces 11 about, avoid the uncontrollable infolding of frame of folding in-process vertical support frame subassembly to the realization can singlely expand the operation and fix the lower carriage.
In addition, the two support frame assemblies of the main body are divided into an upper support frame and a lower support frame which are hinged up and down through hinge type hinges and are folded downwards to be stored in the bottom frame, so that the folding area of the maximum surface is reduced, and the size is suitable for vehicle-mounted transportation.
In addition, the folding mode of the improved folding frame is adopted, and the structural stability is enhanced, so that the medical equipment can be placed conveniently. The existing patents of folding frames and folding carts are that the triangular structures between the main frames are folded in a shrinkage way, the main frames are not folded in a shrinkage way, and the joints of the two triangular support frames are movably arranged to realize the functions of folding in a shrinkage way, but the method destroys the continuity of the triangular structures, so that the structural stability of the folding carts is reduced. In order to reduce the folded area, the main frame is designed into a foldable and integral transverse plate, namely a middle layer table top plate (the bottom of the plate is provided with a cross beam) and a top canopy are arranged between the main support frames, so that the foldable hinged joint of the main support frames can be transversely supported, and the integral transverse steel plate and the integral steel beam have high strength, thereby not only improving the structural stability, but also being capable of placing heavier objects.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in the conventional technical content.
