the invention provides a web rotary die-cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper, wherein a roll paper wheel and a waste paper roll wheel of the die-cutting machine are respectively controlled by different driving sources, the roll paper on the roll paper wheel is firstly provided with a plurality of fixed pulleys through a first rack, then the front and back side positions of the roll paper are corrected through a deviation correcting mechanism, then the roll paper is guided and conveyed through the fixed pulleys on a second rack, and then the static electricity of two sides of the roll paper can be eliminated through a static electricity eliminating device before the roll paper is sent into a die-cutting device; the rolling die cutting device comprises a frame II, a rolling device and a static eliminator, wherein the rolling device is arranged on the frame II on the right side of the rolling device, the static eliminator is arranged at the upper tail end of the rolling device and can eliminate static of rolled die cutting paper, the static eliminator can eliminate static of the rolled die cutting paper, and static generated by rolling when the die cutting paper is collected is prevented, so that the die cutting paper flies out.

Claims (10)
1. A roll paper rotary die-cutting machine capable of eliminating roll paper static electricity is characterized by comprising a base, wherein a first machine frame and a second machine frame are arranged on the base, a first motor is arranged on the first machine frame, a roll paper wheel rotationally connected with the first machine frame is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the first motor, a second motor is arranged on the second machine frame, a waste paper roll paper wheel rotationally connected with the second machine frame is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the second motor, and a deviation correcting device, a die cutting device and an electrostatic eliminating device are arranged between the roll paper wheel and the waste paper roll paper wheel; the deviation correcting device is arranged on the first rack and used for aligning and correcting the unfolded roll paper; the static electricity eliminating device is arranged on the second rack and used for eliminating static electricity on two sides of the unfolded roll paper; and the die cutting device is arranged on the second rack and is used for carrying out module cutting on the unfolded paper roll subjected to electrostatic elimination.

The roll paper rotating and die cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the deviation correcting device comprises a deviation corrector arranged on the base and used for detecting deviation of the roll paper to be unfolded and a deviation correcting mechanism arranged on the base, the deviation correcting mechanism comprises a third motor arranged on the first machine frame, a lead screw arranged on an output shaft of the third motor, and a deviation correcting rotating wheel seat arranged on the base in a sliding manner, the lead screw is in threaded connection with the deviation correcting rotating wheel seat, and a deviation correcting rotating wheel is arranged on the deviation correcting rotating wheel seat.
3. The roll paper rotary die-cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first guide pulleys are arranged on the first machine frame between the roll paper wheel and the deviation correcting device.

The rotary web die-cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second guide pulley is arranged on the second frame between the deviation rectifying device and the die-cutting device, the static electricity eliminating device is arranged on the second frame between the second guide pulley and the die-cutting device, and the die-cutting device comprises two static electricity eliminators arranged on two sides of the unrolled roll paper.

The rotary web cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the die cutting device comprises a first rotary wheel set and a second rotary wheel set which are rotatably arranged on the second rack, and a die cutting mechanism arranged between the first rotary wheel set and the second rotary wheel set, the first rotary wheel set comprises a first rotary wheel and a second rotary wheel which are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the unfolded paper, and the second rotary wheel set comprises a third rotary wheel and a fourth rotary wheel which are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the unfolded paper.

The roll paper rotary die-cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper is characterized in that a die-cutting mechanism comprises a first piston cylinder arranged on a second rack, a die-cutting knife arranged at the end part of a piston rod on the first piston cylinder, and a cutting base, a die-cutting cavity is arranged in the end wall of the die-cutting knife, a liftable die-cutting push plate is arranged in the cutting base, a die-cutting knife cavity is arranged between the cutting base and the die-cutting push plate, a plurality of pressure rods are arranged in the die-cutting knife cavity, a plurality of ejector rods and reset springs are arranged between the cutting base and the die-cutting push plate, a plurality of oil pipes internally provided with hydraulic oil are arranged in the cutting base, and the end parts of the oil pipes are respectively connected with the pressure rods and the push rods.
7. The rotary web-cutting machine for eliminating static electricity of paper roll as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6, wherein a projection for taking out the cut paper is arranged between the die-cutting device and the waste paper roll.

The rotary web die-cutting machine capable of eliminating static electricity of roll paper according to claim 7, wherein a press roller device is arranged on the second machine frame on the right side of the convex block, and the press roller device comprises a transmission belt group and a press roller mechanism positioned on the transmission belt group.
