Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the inventive upright sterilizer 100, the fixing assembly 50 comprises:
the fixed bracket 51 is transversely arranged at the bottom of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity 111, and the fixed bracket 51 is provided with an avoidance port 511 which penetrates through two sides of the fixed bracket 51; and
the light-transmitting piece 52 is embedded in the avoiding opening 511, and the central fixing hole 521 is formed in the light-transmitting piece 52 and used for inserting an ultrasonic probe.
In this embodiment, the fixing assembly 50 includes a fixing bracket 51 and a light-transmitting member 52, wherein the fixing bracket 51 is transversely disposed at the bottom of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity 111, and the fixing bracket 51 has an avoiding opening 511 penetrating through two sides thereof for providing an installation basis for the light-transmitting member 52; the light-transmitting member 52 is embedded in the avoiding opening 511, and the light-transmitting member 52 is provided with a central fixing hole 521 for inserting the ultrasonic probe. The transparent member 52 may be, but not limited to, quartz glass, plastic, or other transparent material that can transmit ultraviolet light; by fixing the ultrasonic probe through the light-transmitting member 52, the problem that the bottom fixing part of the ultrasonic probe cannot be fully irradiated by the disinfection assembly 30 due to being covered, which results in affecting the disinfection effect of the ultrasonic probe can be avoided. Moreover, compared with the fixing assembly 50 which is made of the transparent material capable of transmitting ultraviolet light, the technical solution of the present invention mounts the transparent element 52 through the fixing bracket 51, and can also reduce the production cost of the transparent element 52. Further, the fixing bracket 51 is provided with a plurality of lightening holes, whereby it is possible to reduce the volume and weight of the fixing bracket 51 and to reduce the production cost of the fixing bracket 51. The fixing bracket 51 may be, but is not limited to, a cavity wall configured to be detachably inserted into the ultrasound probe accommodating cavity 111, so as to facilitate assembly fixing or maintenance replacement of the fixing assembly 50.
Referring to fig. 1 or fig. 2, in some embodiments of the vertical sterilizer 100 of the present invention, the connecting seat receiving cavity 112 is provided with a mounting bracket 61, the mounting bracket 61 includes two protruding strips 611 disposed oppositely, and the two protruding strips 611 are respectively disposed on the left and right side walls of the connecting seat receiving cavity 112 and both extend along the front and rear direction of the cabinet 10;
the vertical sterilizer 100 further comprises a box 62, an opening is formed in the top of the box 62, and the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the box 62 are respectively supported on the protruding strips 611.
In this embodiment, the mounting frame 61 is disposed in the connecting seat accommodating cavity 112, the mounting frame 61 includes two opposite protruding strips 611, the two protruding strips 611 are respectively disposed on the left and right side walls of the connecting seat accommodating cavity 112 and extend along the front and back direction of the cabinet 10, and a gap is further left between the two protruding strips 611. The vertical sterilizer 100 further comprises a box 62, an opening is formed at the top of the box 62, and the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the box 62 are respectively supported on the convex strips 611. With this arrangement, the connecting seat of the ultrasonic probe can be accommodated in the box body 62, and the cable connected to the connecting seat passes through the opening and the wire passage 113 in sequence and is communicated to the probe in the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity 111.
Referring to fig. 1 or fig. 2, in some embodiments of the vertical sterilizer 100 of the present invention, the plurality of mounting brackets 61 are provided, and a plurality of the mounting brackets 61 are spaced apart from each other along the height direction of the connecting seat receiving cavity 112.

Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the vertical sterilizer 100 of the invention, a winding post 70 is further protruded from a rear sidewall of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity 111, and the winding post 70 is disposed at the wire passage 113.
In this embodiment, the rear side wall of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity 111 is further provided with a wrapping post 70, and the wrapping post 70 is disposed at the wire passing channel 113 for winding the cable, so that the cable with a longer size can be accommodated conveniently, and the ultrasonic probe can be stored conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the vertical sterilizer 100 of the present invention, the positioning plate 80 is transversely disposed below the wire passage 113, and a wire hole 81 is formed in a central region of the positioning plate 80.
In this embodiment, the positioning plate 80 is horizontally disposed below the wire passing channel 113, the wire passing hole 81 is disposed in the central region of the positioning plate 80, and the cable connected to one end of the probe can be inserted into the wire passing hole 81. Through set up line hole 81 at locating plate 80, can play preliminary positioning action to the cable, be favorable to the centre gripping of cable fixed.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the vertical sterilizer 100 of the present invention, an elastic movable member 90 protrudes from a sidewall of the wire passage 113 to clamp a cable passing through the wire passage 113.
In this embodiment, the protruding elastic moving member 90 that is equipped with of lateral wall of wire passing channel 113, specifically, elastic moving member 90 includes the shell and locates the elastic component in the shell, drives the shell through the elastic component and elastically stretches out and draws back in wire passing channel 113. The elastic member may be, but is not limited to, a return spring, so that the cable passing through the wire passage 113 may be clamped by the elastic moving member 90 and the inner wall of the wire passage 113 together, thereby improving the positional stability of the cable.

1. the door body is arranged on the opening in an openable and closable manner so as to seal and cover the accommodating space; and
the disinfection component is arranged on the cabinet body and used for emitting ultraviolet rays towards the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity.
2. The vertical sterilizer of claim 1 further comprising a clamp assembly disposed in the ultrasonic probe receiving chamber for suspending the ultrasonic probe from a central region of the ultrasonic probe receiving chamber.
3. The vertical sterilizer of claim 2, wherein said clamp assembly comprises:
the clamping seat protrudes from the rear side wall of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity towards the central region of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity, and an installation surface is formed on one side of the clamping seat facing the opening;
the first clamping piece is arranged on the mounting surface; and
the second clamping piece is arranged on the mounting surface and is arranged side by side with the first clamping piece along the width direction of the clamping seat, and a gap is formed between the second clamping piece and the first clamping piece;
wherein at least one of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece is movable relative to the mounting surface so that the width of the gap is adjustable.
4. The vertical disinfector of claim 3, wherein the bottom end of the first clamp member is pivotally connected to the mounting surface such that the top end of the first clamp member is pivotable on the mounting surface;
the bottom end of the second clamping piece is rotatably connected with the mounting surface, so that the top end of the second clamping piece can swing on the mounting surface.

The vertical sterilizer of claim 4, wherein the mounting surface is provided with a first guide groove extending along a movement path of a top end of the first clamping member, the top end of the first clamping member is provided with a first plug protruding toward the first guide groove, and the first plug is slidably inserted into the first guide groove;
the mounting surface is provided with a second guide groove, the second guide groove extends along the motion track of the top end of the second clamping piece, a second plug is convexly arranged on the top end of the second guide groove towards the second guide groove, and the second plug can be slidably inserted into the second guide groove.

The vertical sterilizer of claim 1, wherein a fixing component is further disposed at an end of the ultrasonic probe accommodating chamber away from the wire passage, the fixing component is transversely disposed in the ultrasonic probe accommodating chamber, and the fixing component is provided with a central fixing hole, so that an end of the ultrasonic probe away from the cable is inserted into the central fixing hole.
7. The vertical sterilizer of claim 6, wherein said fixture assembly comprises:
the fixed support is transversely arranged at the bottom of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity and is provided with an avoidance port penetrating through two sides of the fixed support; and
and the light-transmitting piece is embedded in the dodging opening, and the light-transmitting piece is provided with the central fixing hole and used for inserting the ultrasonic probe.

The vertical sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the connecting seat receiving chamber is provided with a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket comprises two oppositely arranged convex strips, and the two convex strips are respectively arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the connecting seat receiving chamber and extend along the front-back direction of the cabinet body;
the vertical sterilizer further comprises a box body, an opening is formed in the top of the box body, and the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the box body are respectively supported on the convex strips.
9. The vertical sterilizer of claim 8, wherein said mounting brackets are provided in a plurality, and a plurality of said mounting brackets are spaced apart along the height of said connecting seat receiving chamber.
10. The vertical sterilizer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a wrapping post is further convexly provided on a rear side wall of the ultrasonic probe accommodating chamber, and the wrapping post is provided at the wire passage;
and/or a positioning plate is convexly arranged on the rear side wall of the ultrasonic probe accommodating cavity, the positioning plate is transversely arranged below the wire passing channel, and a wire passing hole is formed in the central area of the positioning plate;
and/or the side wall of the wire passing channel is convexly provided with an elastic moving piece so as to clamp the cable penetrating through the wire passing channel.
