Abstract
The application discloses a message processing method and a related device, which can process data messages in the same data stream by utilizing the differentiation of a transmission layer, thereby realizing the differentiation requirement of different data messages on transmission reliability. The method comprises the following steps: a first transmission layer protocol is established between the terminal equipment and a first network element, and a second transmission layer protocol is established between the terminal equipment and a second network element, wherein the reliability of the first transmission layer protocol is higher than that of the second transmission layer protocol, and the first network element and the second network element are the same or different; the terminal equipment sends a data stream request to an application network element to acquire a corresponding data stream; the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment receives a first message sent through a first transmission layer protocol and receives a second message sent through a second transmission layer protocol in the same data stream, wherein the first message is a key message in the data stream, and the second message is a non-key message in the data stream; the terminal equipment decodes the first message and the second message.
