本申请实施例涉及双连接架构下实现最小化路测的方法、终端设备和网络设备,其中方法包括,终端设备接收接入网节点发送的最小化路测(MDT)的测量配置;终端设备根据该MDT的测量配置进行MDT测量和/或记录MDT测量结果,将MDT测量结果发送至接入网节点。本申请实施例可以实现双连接网络架构下的MDT。
