Referring further to fig. 14 and 15 in combination, in some embodiments, the electrical connector 1 further includes a first flip connecting terminal 91 and a second flip connecting terminal 92; the base 2 further comprises a first installation groove 281 and a second installation groove 282 which are arranged on the vertical rib plate 25 along the width direction, and the first installation groove 281 and the second installation groove 282 are positioned at two ends of the vertical rib plate 25; the first flip connecting terminal 91 is disposed in the first mounting groove 281, and the second flip connecting terminal 92 is disposed in the second mounting groove 282; thereby realizing the 6-direction fixation of the lifting cover up, down, left, right, front and back, and effectively avoiding the falling off of the lifting cover.
In some embodiments, the first and second flip connection terminals 91 and 92 each include a connection terminal body 93, a first limit tooth 94, a limit groove 95, a second limit tooth 96, a flip rotation groove 97, and a third limit tooth 98; the first limiting tooth 94, the limiting groove 95, the second limiting tooth 96, the flip cover rotating groove 97 and the third limiting tooth 98 are sequentially arranged on the connecting terminal body 93 along the width direction; the first limiting tooth 94 is arranged on one side of the connecting terminal body 93 close to the insertion end 20, the third limiting tooth 98 is arranged on one side of the connecting terminal body 93 close to the flip end 21, wherein the bottoms of the first limiting tooth 94 and the third limiting tooth 98 in the height direction are both provided with a welding fixing part 99, the top of the second limiting tooth 96 in the height direction is provided with a limiting chamfer 90 on one side close to the third limiting tooth 98, so that the top of the second limiting tooth 96 in the height direction forms a wedge-shaped structure on one side close to the third limiting tooth 98, the buckling force of the flip rotating groove 97 on the flip 5 is improved, and the flip 5 is prevented from being disengaged; the extending heights of the first limiting tooth 94 and the second limiting tooth 96 in the height direction are both smaller than the extending height of the third limiting tooth 98 in the height direction; the first and second limiting beams 283 and 284 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the first and second mounting grooves 281 and 95, the first limiting beam 283 is accommodated in the limiting groove 95, and the second limiting beam 284 and the flip cover 5 are accommodated in the flip cover rotating groove 97; that is to say, the connecting terminal body 93, the second limit tooth 96, the flip rotation groove 97 and the third limit tooth 98 are right five directions of the flip 5 from front to back, from left to right, and down, the second limit beam 284 is right the upper part of the flip 5 is limited, and the first flip connecting terminal 91 and the connecting terminal of the first flip connecting terminal 91 to the flip 5 are further lifted.
Referring further to fig. 16 and 4 in combination, in some embodiments, the flip cover 5 includes: the flip cover comprises a flip cover body 50, a rotating shaft 51, a terminal clamping hole 52 and a terminal protection lug 53; the rotating shaft 51 is disposed at one end of the flip body 50 in the height direction, and both ends of the rotating shaft 51 in the length direction are respectively rotatably connected to the first flip connecting terminal 91 and the flip rotating groove 97 of the first flip connecting terminal 91, and are also rotatably connected to the first flip fixing teeth 33 and the second flip fixing teeth 43; the terminal clamping hole 52 is arranged between the flip cover body 50 and the rotating shaft 51, and the first terminal 3 and the second terminal 4 are clamped with the rotating shaft 51 through the terminal clamping hole 52; the terminal protection projections 53 are disposed at both sides of the terminal catching holes 52; when the first and second terminals 3 and 4 are engaged in the terminal engaging holes 52, the extending lengths of the second and fourth stationary teeth 331 and 431 in the width direction are smaller than the extending length of the terminal shielding projection 53 in the width direction; the first terminal 3 and the second terminal 4 are further arranged in the terminal clamping hole 52 and the terminal protection projection 53 in a concealed manner, so that the first terminal 3 and the second terminal 4 are effectively prevented from being scratched when the flip 5 is operated; the other end of the flip body 50 away from the rotating shaft 51 in the height direction is provided with a holding chamfer 501, so that the flip body 50 can be held and operated conveniently.
In summary, the present application provides an electrical connector comprising: the device comprises a base, a connecting piece and a clamping piece, wherein two ends of the base in the width direction are respectively provided with an inserting end and a turnover cover end; a first terminal disposed in the base, the first terminal including a first solder end and a first double row connection end both disposed at the insertion end; the second terminals are arranged in the base and are alternately arranged with the first terminals at intervals, and each second terminal comprises a second welding end arranged at the cover turning end and a second double-row connecting end arranged at the inserting end; the flip cover is rotatably connected to the flip cover end through the first terminal and the second terminal; the extension length of the first double-row connecting end at the inserting end is smaller than that of the second double-row connecting end at the inserting end, the first double-row connecting end and the second double-row connecting end are both provided with upper row of line teeth and lower row of line teeth, and the upper row of line teeth and the lower row of line teeth are both provided with double connection contact points. Claims (10)

1. An electrical connector, comprising:
the device comprises a base, a connecting piece and a clamping piece, wherein two ends of the base in the width direction are respectively provided with an inserting end and a turnover cover end;
a first terminal disposed in the base, the first terminal including a first soldered end and a first double row connected end both disposed at the insertion end;
the second terminals are arranged in the base and are alternately arranged with the first terminals at intervals, and each second terminal comprises a second welding end arranged at the cover turning end and a second double-row connecting end arranged at the inserting end;
the flip cover is rotatably connected to the flip cover end through the first terminal and the second terminal;
the extension length of the first double-row connecting end at the inserting end is smaller than that of the second double-row connecting end at the inserting end, the first double-row connecting end and the second double-row connecting end are both provided with upper row of line teeth and lower row of line teeth, and the upper row of line teeth and the lower row of line teeth are both provided with double connection contact points.
2. The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the base comprises:
the inserting end and the turning cover end are respectively arranged at two ends of the base body along the width direction;
the wire arranging groove is formed at the inserting end of the base body;
the flip groove is formed at the flip end of the base body;
the vertical rib plate is arranged as a groove bottom plate shared by the flip groove and the flat cable groove;
the transmission terminal hole is formed in the vertical rib plate in the width direction, and the first terminal and the second terminal are arranged in the transmission terminal hole;
and one end of the wire arrangement groove, which is deviated from the vertical rib plate, is provided with an easy-to-insert notch, and the easy-to-insert notch is of a chamfer or fillet structure.
3. The electrical connector of claim 2, wherein the first terminal further comprises:
the first welding ends and the first double-row connecting ends are arranged on one side, facing the insertion end, of the first terminal body, and the first welding ends are arranged at the lower ends of the first double-row connecting ends at intervals along the height direction;
the first flip fixing teeth are arranged on one side, facing the flip end, of the first terminal body, and are of a double-row tooth structure and used for being connected with the flip;
the first double-row connecting ends, the first terminal body and the first flip fixing teeth are arranged in an I shape.
4. The electrical connector of claim 3, wherein the second terminal further comprises:
the second double-row connecting ends are arranged on one side of the second terminal body facing the inserting end;
the second flip fixing teeth are arranged on one side, facing the flip end, of the second terminal body and are of a double-row tooth structure and used for being connected with the flip;
the second double-row connecting ends, the second terminal body and the second flip fixing teeth are arranged in an I shape, and the second welding end is arranged on the second flip fixing teeth in the height direction and located at one end deviating from the second terminal body.
5. The electrical connector of claim 4,
the first double-row connecting end and the second double-row connecting end deviate from one end of the turnover cover end and are provided with chamfer angles or fillet structures.
6. The electrical connector of claim 4,
the first flip cover fixing teeth comprise first fixing teeth and second fixing teeth which are arranged at intervals from bottom to top in the height direction, the first fixing teeth are close to one end of the first terminal body, and a first groove and a first boss are sequentially arranged in the direction far away from the first terminal body;
second flip fixed teeth include third fixed teeth and fourth fixed teeth that set up along the direction of height from bottom to top interval, be provided with second recess, second boss and third boss on the third fixed teeth, just the second recess set up in third fixed teeth are close to the one end department of second terminal body, the second boss sets up adjacent with first recess, the third boss set up in the second boss deviates from one side of first recess, and with the interval of second boss sets up, just the height of second boss is less than the height of third boss, second weld end set up in third fixed teeth deviates from the one end of second terminal body.
7. The electrical connector of claim 4,
the electric connector also comprises a first hook terminal and a second hook terminal which are arranged in an I shape, and a flat cable buckle is arranged on one side of each of the first hook terminal and the second hook terminal, which faces the insertion end;
the base further comprises a first clamping hook groove and a second clamping hook groove which are arranged on the vertical rib plate in the width direction, and the first clamping hook groove and the second clamping hook groove are located at two ends of the vertical rib plate;
the first hook terminal is arranged in the first hook groove, and the second hook terminal is arranged in the second hook groove.
8. The electrical connector of claim 7,
the electric connector also comprises a first flip connecting terminal and a second flip connecting terminal;
the base further comprises a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove which are arranged on the vertical rib plate along the width direction, and the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are positioned at two ends of the vertical rib plate;
first flip connecting terminal set up in the first mounting groove, second flip connecting terminal set up in the second mounting groove.

The electrical connector of claim 8, wherein the first flip connecting terminal and the second flip connecting terminal each comprise a connecting terminal body, and a first limit tooth, a limit groove, a second limit tooth, a flip rotating groove, and a third limit tooth arranged in sequence in a width direction; the first limiting tooth is arranged on one side, close to the insertion end, of the connecting terminal body, the third limiting tooth is arranged on one side, close to the flip end, of the connecting terminal body, welding fixing parts are arranged at the bottoms of the first limiting tooth and the third limiting tooth in the height direction, and a limiting chamfer is arranged at one side, close to the third limiting tooth, of the top of the second limiting tooth in the height direction; the extending heights of the first limiting tooth and the second limiting tooth in the height direction are smaller than the extending height of the third limiting tooth in the height direction;
the first limiting beam and the second limiting beam are arranged at the bottoms of the first mounting groove and the second limiting groove, the first limiting beam is contained in the limiting groove, and the second limiting beam and the flip cover are contained in the flip cover rotating groove.
10. The electrical connector of claim 9, wherein the flip cover comprises:
a flip body;
the rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the flip body along the height direction, and two ends of the rotating shaft along the length direction are respectively and rotatably connected to the flip rotating grooves of the first flip connecting terminal and the second flip connecting terminal;
the terminal clamping hole is formed between the flip body and the rotating shaft, and the first terminal and the second terminal are clamped with the rotating shaft through the terminal clamping hole;
the terminal protection convex blocks are arranged on two sides of the terminal clamping holes; when the first terminal and the second terminal are clamped in the terminal clamping holes, the extension length of the second fixed teeth and the fourth fixed teeth in the width direction is smaller than that of the terminal protection bumps in the width direction;
and the other end of the flip body, which deviates from the rotating shaft along the height direction, is provided with a holding chamfer.
