For example, the doctor a selects the cell image to be helped through the man-machine interaction device of the reading end 10, thereby determining the cell image to be helped, and marks the cell image to be helped on the display interface, such as the diamond marks shown in fig. 4. A virtual key for remote help seeking is displayed on the display interface of the reading end 10, and if the doctor a selects the virtual key through the human-computer interaction device, a remote help seeking instruction is sent out, and the flow shown in fig. 2 is started. The reading related data also comprises remark information used for remarking, supplementing and explaining the component image to be helped and the like. An input frame is displayed on the display interface of the reading end 10 and is used for inputting text content, pictures and the like, and the reading end 10 takes the text content, the pictures and the like input in the input frame by a user as remark information. The user may input help content, etc., such as relevant text content for asking the senior physician B to help to classify the help component image to be requested. The reading terminal 10 uploads the reading-related data to the communication server 20. For example, via a network (e.g., public network, private network, etc.).
In some embodiments, the film reading terminal 10 further sends the first user terminal 30 selected by the user (such as the identifier of the selected first user terminal 30) to the communication server 20, so as to instruct the communication server 20 to subsequently send the film reading related data or the access entry information to the first user terminal 30 selected by the user. Specifically, before the reading end 10 transmits the reading related data to the communication server 20, the reading end 10 displays, according to the remote help-seeking instruction, a reading related data selection item and one or more bound first user ends 30 on a display interface thereof for a user to select, and the reading end 10 can determine which data the uploaded reading related data specifically contains according to the selection operation of the doctor a, receive an instruction for selecting a first user end, and transmit the selected first user end and the reading related data to the communication server 20. Of course, the reader 10 may also bind only one first user end 30 by default, and the subsequent communication server 20 sends the reading related data or the access entry information directly to the first user end 30 bound by default without user selection.
The reading end 10 can be a sample image analysis device, such as a reading machine, the reading end 10 can also be a piece of software installed on the sample image analysis device, the reading end 10 can also be an upper computer of the sample image analysis device, the reading end 10 can also be a piece of software installed on the upper computer of the sample image analysis device, and the like, the reading end 10 can also be a sample analysis system including the sample image analysis device, and in short, the reading end 10 can directly or indirectly realize the corresponding functions of the present invention.
And 2, the communication server 20 receives the reading related data uploaded by the reading terminal 10. For reading related data, the communication server 20 has two processing modes, which are described below.
One way is that: the communication server 20 directly sends the reading related data to the first user terminal 30 bound to the reading terminal 10 (such as the default first user terminal 30 or the user-selected first user terminal 30).
And the other is to generate access entry information according to the reading related data, wherein the access entry information is used for accessing the reading related data, and the access entry information is transmitted to the first user terminal 30 bound with the reading terminal 10. The access entrance information can be in various forms, such as an access link (such as an applet link, a website link, and the like) for reading related data, an account and a password with the right to access the reading related data, and the like.
The communication server 20 may be various types of servers, such as a cloud server, and may also be a piece of software installed on the server. Of course, in some embodiments, the upper computer of the sample image analysis apparatus may also be used as the server.
And 3, the first user terminal 30 forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to the second user terminal 40 in an instant messaging manner. Specifically, the first user terminal 30 receives the scoring related data or the access portal information, and based on the operation of the user, forwards the scoring related data or the access portal information to the second user terminal 40 selected by the user in an instant messaging manner. For data security, the first user end 30 may encrypt the reading related data or the access entry information before forwarding, for example, set an access password for the reading related data or the access entry information, where the set access password may be input by a user of the first user end 30, or may be randomly generated by the first user end 30. In general, the user of the first user side 30 is also the user of the reading side 10, and therefore the reading side 10 can encrypt the reading-related data, that is, in step 1, before the reading side 10 uploads the reading-related data to the communication server side 20, an access password of the reading-related data is also set, and the set access password can be input by the user of the reading side 10, or can be randomly generated by the reading side 10. The first user end 30 or the film reading end 10 can also set the input times and/or the validity period of the access password, and other subsequent user ends can input the correct access password within the limited input times and/or validity period to access the related data of the film reading or access the entry information.
Because the reading related data file is large, especially when the cell images are many, the time required for transmission by instant messaging is long, the access to the entry information is fast and convenient, and each user side does not need to store large data. The present embodiment will be described in detail by taking access entry information as an example. For example, after receiving the reading-related data uploaded by the reading end 10, the communication server 20 sends a corresponding notification to the first user end 30 bound to the reading end 10. The notification is one type of access entry information. The first user 30 receives the notification, and the user can access the reading related data after clicking the notification.
The first user terminal 30 generates a help list according to the reading related data transmitted by the communication server terminal 20 and displays the help list, as shown in fig. 5. The first user terminal 30 accesses the reading related data by accessing the entrance information, and further generates and displays a help-seeking list according to the reading related data. The help-seeking list comprises a reading-film related data column A, and one reading-film related data column A is correspondingly generated based on the reading-film related data received by one time of seeking help. For example, the reading-related data transmitted by the reading terminal to the communication server once can be regarded as the reading-related data of one help. When there are a plurality of slide-related data columns a, each slide-related data column a is displayed in a sorted manner with slide-related data (help) as a unit. The help list may include a share key a2 and a search box D. The sharing key a2 is used for forwarding the corresponding reading related data or access entrance information to the second user terminal 40 in an instant messaging manner. The search box D is used for receiving the content input by the user and performing a search. For example, the slide-related data column a includes brief information of the slide-related data and a sharing key a2, that is, each slide-related data column a has a corresponding sharing key a2. The brief information of the slide related data may include a thumbnail a1 of the component image to be sought for help, a sample number, and the like. The sharing key a2 is used for forwarding the reading related data or the access entrance information corresponding to the reading related data column a to the second user end 40 in an instant messaging manner. That is, the user can select one sharing key a2, share the reading related data or the access entry information corresponding to the sharing key a2 to the second user terminal 40 by one key, the sharing can adopt a small program sharing link, and an access password can be set during the sharing, as shown in fig. 6, after the first user terminal 30 receives a sharing instruction (e.g., after the sharing key a2 is triggered), a password setting interface is displayed, the access password set by the user is received and uploaded to the communication server 20, the communication server 20 binds the access password with the reading related data, and each subsequent user terminal needs to input a correct access password for accessing the reading related data through the access entry information. The first client 30 may forward the access password and the access entry information to the second client 40 in an instant messaging manner. The instant messaging may be various, such as common WeChat, QQ, and the like, and the instant messaging may be implemented, which is not limited in the present invention. To prevent the information from being viewed and obtained by unintended people, the user of the first client 30 can privately inform the user of the second client 40 of the password after the password is set. The first user terminal 30 receives the content input into the search box D by the user, searches for corresponding slide-reading related data according to the content input into the search box D by the user, and displays the search result, for example, a slide-reading related data column a of the searched slide-reading related data is displayed on the display interface according to the slide-reading related data corresponding to the keyword (such as a sample number, time uploaded to the communication server 20, patient information, etc.) input into the search box D by the user. Therefore, when the help-seeking reading related data are numerous, a doctor can quickly find the desired reading related data and check the state of the reading related data.
In addition to the access password, the reading-related data, and the access entry information, the first user terminal 30 may need to send other information to the second user terminal 40, and the other information may be sent in the form of remark information, that is, the remark information may be one of the reading-related data or may be independent of the reading-related data. For example, the first user terminal 30 provides a memo information input box for user input, and forwards the memo information input by the user to the second user terminal 40 in an instant messaging manner. And the remark information is used for remarking the reading related data. For example, the bone marrow examination result is usually difficult to be directly obtained by the reading end 10 due to authority, and the user of the first user end 30 may take a picture of the bone marrow examination result and then input the picture in the form of remark information. The user of the first user terminal 30 can input confusion and the like in cell classification in the form of characters to form remark information. The first user terminal 30 can also access the reading related data by accessing the portal information and add remark information to the accessed reading related data, so that the remark information becomes a part of the reading related data. The remark information enables doctors A and B to communicate more efficiently.
After the first user terminal 30 forwards the slide related data or the access entrance information to the second user terminal 40 in an instant messaging manner, the help seeking state of the slide related data is also displayed, and the help seeking state is used for indicating whether the second user terminal 40 feeds back the help seeking feedback information. As shown in fig. 5, the slide-related data column a further includes a help state a3, where the help state a3 of each sample in the drawing is "in help", which indicates that the second user end 40 has not fed back help feedback information yet.
The first user terminal 30 may be various types of terminals, such as various types of computers (PC, tablet, notebook, etc.), mobile terminals, such as a mobile phone, an intelligent wearable device, etc., or may be a piece of software installed on various types of terminals.
And 4, the second user terminal 40 receives and processes the reading related data or the access entrance information. The specific treatment method is various and is described below.
And the user of the second user terminal 40 clicks and reads the related data, the second user terminal 40 displays a password input box for the user to input the password, the second user terminal 40 receives and verifies the access password input by the user, and when the verification is passed, the related data is displayed. The user of the second user-side 40 enters help feedback information based on the slide-related data. The reading related data can be divided into two types according to the help seeking type, one type is simple component type help seeking, for example, the reading related data comprises one or more to-be-helped component images, and the second user end 40 only needs to feed back the recommended classification results of the to-be-helped component images, namely, the help seeking feedback information of the reading related data comprises the recommended classification results of the to-be-helped component images. The other is help seeking of the test result, the user of the first user end cannot determine the test result of the sample to be tested, various information such as a component image to be sought for help, a non-image analysis result of the sample to be tested, patient information, an original classification result and the like can be sent to the second user end 40, and the user of the second user end 40 is expected to feed back the test result of the patient or the sample to be tested, namely the type of reading related data, wherein the help seeking feedback information comprises the test result of the sample to be tested. Of course, the user of the second user end 40 may also give the type of the component in the image of the component to be sought for, such as white blood cells, red blood cells, etc., and the test result of the sample, such as the presence of primitive cells in suspected blood, suggesting further examination, etc. The second user terminal 40 receives the information input by the user to obtain help feedback information, such as a recommended classification result of the help component image to be sought and/or a test result of the sample to be tested, and may feed the help feedback information back to the first user terminal 30, or may send the help feedback information to the communication server terminal 20.
For the received access entry information, the second user terminal 40 accesses the corresponding scoring related data by using the access entry information. Specifically, the user of the second user end 40 clicks the access entry information, the second user end 40 displays a password input box for the user to input a password, receives and verifies the access password input by the user, and accesses and displays the slide related data through the access entry information when the verification is passed. The user of the second user terminal 40 inputs help feedback information based on the slide-related data. The second user terminal 40 receives the help feedback information input by the user, and may feed the help feedback information back to the first user terminal 30, or may send the help feedback information to the communication server 20.
The image of the auxiliary component to be asked of the reading related data is provided with a scale, a serial number and the like, so that the doctor A and the doctor B can communicate conveniently. The scale, serial number, and the like of the component image may be generated by the reader 10 before uploading, or may be generated by the communication server 20 after receiving the data related to the reading.
Of course, in some embodiments, the remote slide help system further includes a third user terminal 50. After receiving the scoring related data or the access entrance information, the second user terminal 40 may forward the scoring related data or the access entrance information to the third user terminal 50 in an instant messaging manner instead of classifying, so that the third user terminal 50 feeds back help feedback information of the scoring related data to the second user terminal 40, the first user terminal 30 or the communication server 20. Specifically, the third user side 50 receives and processes the reading related data or the access entry information, and the specific processing manner may be in a plurality of manners as the second user side, for example, the help feedback information input by the user based on the received reading related data or the reading related data acquired through the access entry is fed back to the second user side 40, the first user side 30 or the communication server side 20, and of course, the help feedback information may be forwarded to other user sides again, and the help component images to be sought are processed by the other user sides, for example, classified. The process of processing the reading related data by the third user end 50 or other user ends is the same as that of the second user end 40, and will not be described herein.
The second user terminal 40 and the third user terminal 50 display scoring related data and receive help feedback information of the scoring related data input by the user. For example, the second user terminal 40 and the third user terminal 50 display thumbnails C and comment boxes B of all the auxiliary component images to be requested of the slide-related data according to the slide-related data forwarded by the first user terminal, as shown in fig. 7. Alternatively, the second user terminal 40 and the third user terminal 50 display thumbnails C and comment frames B of all the auxiliary component images to be requested of the slide-related data, based on the slide-related data accessed through the access portal information. The user inputs corresponding contents, such as the overall comment of the sample, a recommended classification result and the like, in the comment box B; the user can click a single thumbnail C and then the second user side 40 and the third user side 50 display the complete auxiliary component image to be sought and the corresponding comment frame, that is, the second user side 40 and the third user side 50 receive a click instruction of the selected thumbnail and display the complete component image of the selected thumbnail and the comment frame in response to the instruction. As shown in fig. 8, the user may input the recommended classification result of the piece of candidate ingredient image in the comment box. The second user side 40 and the third user side 50 can obtain the recommended classification results of all the auxiliary component images to be solved according to the contents received by the comment boxes.
After the communication server 20 receives the help feedback information returned by the second user 40, the third user 50, or other users, the help feedback information may be transmitted to the first user 20, and then the first user 20 operates the reading terminal 10 to complete reading review, or of course, the help feedback information may be directly transmitted to the reading terminal 10, and the reading terminal 10 generates an inspection report according to the help feedback information and/or the current classification result of other cell images and outputs (for example, prints) the inspection report.
After receiving the help feedback information of the slide-related data (transmitted by the communication server 20, the second user 40, the third user 50 or other users), the first user 20 updates the help state of the slide-related data on the display interface. After seeing that the help seeking state is updated, the user checks the updated help seeking state, the first user end 20 displays help seeking feedback information, for example, thumbnails of all the component images to be sought and all comment information are displayed, wherein corresponding marks are arranged on the thumbnails of the component images to be sought which obtain the classification result, all the comment information contains comments of a single component, the thumbnails are links of the component images, and a doctor A can directly display the single component images and the single component comments by clicking the single thumbnail. After the sheet reading end 10 receives the help-seeking feedback information, the help-seeking feedback information can be displayed as the first user end 20, which is not described in detail.
In this embodiment, after receiving the link (access entry information) sent by the doctor seeking help a, the physician B clicks the link and inputs the password, correctly inputs the password, checks the relevant data of the radiograph interpretation, combines the blood routine result, the patient information, the radiograph interpretation information and the like, and gives a comment conclusion (help feedback information) by virtue of the abundant radiograph interpretation experience of the physician B, after the comment is completed, the doctor seeking help a receives the notification, and after the doctor seeking help a checks the conclusion, the radiograph interpretation can be completed and a report is sent. The senior doctors can also forward links to other senior teachers, and the other senior teachers can also view the cell images and comment, and can also comment anonymously to protect the privacy of the senior doctors.
The second user terminal 40, the third user terminal 50 and other user terminals may be various types of terminals, such as various types of computers (PC, tablet computer, notebook computer, etc.), mobile terminals, such as mobile phones, smart wearable devices, etc., or may be a type of software installed on various types of terminals. That is, the second user side 40, the third user side 50 and other user sides may belong to the same terminal as the first user side 30, or even have the same function, that is, the first user side also has the above-mentioned function of the second user side, and the second user side also has the above-mentioned function of the first user side, only the user's roles (the help seeker and the helped person) are different, and the corresponding function is selected to be executed.
By the method, after the information of the blood cells of the slide is shot by the help seeker A through the slide reader, the cloud help seeking function of the cloud picture reading is directly used, the patient information, the conventional blood result and the picture reading information required by the picture reading can be collectively uploaded to the cloud end by one key, then the sharing help seeking link which is needed by the picture reading can be directly and conveniently shared on the mobile phone is sent to the senior doctor B, and the senior doctor B can directly check all information of the whole sample after starting the link, so that the cell identification and judgment can be conveniently carried out, and then the corresponding conclusion can be given and fed back to the help seeker A. The remote film reading mode can simultaneously integrate patient information, blood routine results and film reading information, and a qualified doctor B needs to frequently go on business in a plurality of large hospitals or multi-hospital scenes.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the reading end 10 may be a sample image analysis device 10', and the sample image analysis device 10' may specifically include a reading machine. The sample image analysis device 10' is used for shooting and analyzing a smear of a sample to be measured to obtain a component image of the sample to be measured and an analysis result of the component image, and is also used for realizing the function of the reading end 10 in the above embodiment. For example, as shown in fig. 9, the sample image analyzing apparatus 10' includes a sample apparatus 110, an imaging apparatus 120, a driving apparatus 130, a communication module, a human-computer interaction apparatus, and a processor.
The sample device 110 is used for carrying a sample to be tested, and the sample to be tested may be specifically a smear of a prepared sample to be tested.
The imaging device 120 includes a microscope 121 and an image collector 122. The image collector 122 is used to collect (e.g., shoot) a component image of the sample to be measured after being amplified by the microscope 121.
The driving device 130 is used for driving the sample device 110 and/or the imaging device 120 to move the sample device 110 and the imaging device 120 relatively, i.e. to move the smear of the sample to be measured and the objective lens of the microscope 121 relatively, so that the imaging device 120 can take a component image of a specific area of the smear.
The communication module is used for communication, such as communication with the communication service end and the various user ends, and the communication mode may be wired or wireless communication, and may be a communication interface, a wireless communication module, and the like.
The human-computer interaction device is used for human-computer interaction, and may include an input device for receiving user input, such as a key, a keyboard, a mouse, a trackball, a touch pad, a touch screen, and the like; a display screen may also be included that outputs visual information.
The processor 140 is used for controlling the relative movement of the sample device 110 and the imaging device 120 through the driving device 130, and controlling the imaging device 120 to acquire one or more smear component images, so as to analyze the smear component images.
The processor 140 is further configured to, based on an operation of the user on the human-computer interaction device, obtain reading related data and transmit the reading related data to the communication server through the communication module; the slide related data comprises auxiliary component images to be solved of the sample to be detected; the component image to be helped is one or more frames in the component image acquired by the imaging device. The processor 140 receives help feedback information transmitted by the communication server through the communication module; the help feedback information is generated by the second user end according to the reading related data; the film reading related data of the second user end is obtained by transmission of the first user end bound by the sample image analysis device or access through access entrance information transmitted by the first user end, and the film reading related data or the access entrance information of the first user end is obtained by transmission of the communication server end; and the access entrance information is generated by the communication server according to the reading related data. The processor 140 generates and outputs an inspection report according to the help feedback information. That is, the processor 140 is configured to control the sample image analysis device 10', so as to implement the function of the reading end 10, and the specific process is the same as that in the above embodiment and is not described herein again.
The sample image analyzing apparatus may further include a recognition apparatus 150, a smear gripping apparatus 160, and a smear recovering apparatus 170. The recognition means 150 is used to recognize the smear sample information. The smear gripping device 160 is used for gripping the smear from the recognition device 150 to the driving device 130 to drive the smear to move relative to the imaging device 120 through the driving device 130, and further the imaging device 120 shoots the cell image of the smear and then analyzes the cell image of the smear by the processor 140. The smear retrieval device 170 is used to place smears that have been analyzed by the processor 140.
The sample image analyzing apparatus may further include a smear basket loading device 180 for loading a smear basket containing a smear to be measured. The smear gripping device 160 is also used for gripping the smears in the smear baskets loaded on the smear basket loading device 180 to the recognition device 150 for sample information recognition.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the reading end 10 may be a sample analysis system, as shown in fig. 10, the sample analysis system includes: the blood cell analyzer 110', the smear preparation apparatus 120', the sample image analyzing apparatus 130', the processor 140', the communication module 150', and the human machine interaction apparatus 160'.
The blood cell analyzer 110' is used for detecting the sample to be detected to obtain the detection result information. The sample to be tested may be a blood sample, a body fluid sample, or the like, which requires various cell number tests (e.g., hematology), such as the hematology analyzer 110' can perform hematology testing on at least one of the blood sample and the body fluid sample to detect at least one type of cells in WBC, RBC, and PLT in the at least one of the blood sample and the body fluid sample.
The smear preparation apparatus 120 'is used for smear preparation of a sample to be analyzed by the sample image analyzing apparatus 130' to obtain a smear of the sample to be measured. In the present embodiment, the smear preparing apparatus 120' obtains a sample smear of a sample to be tested by a slide staining operation, but here, it should be noted that: at present, when preparing a sample smear of a body fluid sample, a specific-shaped area needs to be thrown out through a sheet throwing operation, such as a round area, and according to the characteristic of the sample smear of the body fluid sample, the smear preparation device 120 'may include a first preparation device (such as a sheet pusher) for performing smear preparation on the blood sample and a second preparation device (such as a centrifugal sheet throwing machine) for performing smear preparation on the body fluid sample, when the smear preparation device 120' obtains a sample to be detected, if the sample to be detected is the blood sample, the sample to be detected is conveyed to the first preparation device (such as the sheet pusher), if the sample to be detected is the body fluid sample, the sample to be detected is conveyed to the second preparation device (such as the centrifugal sheet throwing machine), or the blood cell analyzer 110 'can know the sample type of the sample to be detected, and when the blood cell analyzer 110' determines that the sample to be detected is the blood sample, the sample to be detected is directly conveyed to the first preparation device; when the blood cell analyzer 110' determines that the sample to be tested is a body fluid sample, the sample to be tested is directly transferred to the second preparation device.
For any type of sample to be tested, a corresponding relationship is established between the sample smear prepared by the smear preparation apparatus 120 'and the test result information acquired by the blood cell analyzer 110' to indicate that the sample smear and the test result information belong to the same sample to be tested of the same subject, and one way of establishing the corresponding relationship between the two is as follows: the sample smear and the detection result information are corresponded by the sample identification information (such as the sample number) of the sample to be detected, for example, a label area is arranged on the sample smear, the label area is used for arranging the sample identification information, for example, the smear preparing apparatus 120' acquires the sample identification information from the blood cell analyzer 110', the sample identification information is arranged in the label area, for example, the smear preparing apparatus 120' has the function of generating the two-dimensional code, the sample identification information is displayed in the form of the two-dimensional code, and the generated two-dimensional code is printed in the label area.
The sample image analyzing apparatus 130' is used for photographing and analyzing a smear of a sample to be measured to obtain a component image of the sample to be measured and an analysis result of the component image. The specific structure and function of the above embodiment have been described, and are not described herein.
The communication module 150' is used for communication, such as communication with the communication service end and the various user ends, and the communication mode may be wired or wireless communication, which may be a communication interface, a wireless communication module, and the like.
The human-computer interaction device 160' is used for human-computer interaction, and may include an input device for receiving user input, such as a key, a keyboard, a mouse, a trackball, a touch pad, a touch screen, and the like; a display screen may also be included that outputs visual information.
The processor 140' is configured to obtain reading related data based on an operation of the user on the human-computer interaction device 160' and transmit the reading related data to the communication server through the communication module 150 '; the reading related data comprises auxiliary component images to be solved of the sample to be detected; the component image to be sought for is one or more frames in the component image acquired by the sample image analyzing means 130'.
The processor 140 'receives the help-seeking feedback information transmitted by the communication server through the communication module 150'; the help feedback information is generated by the second user end according to the reading related data; the slide reading related data of the second user end is obtained by transmission of the first user end bound by the sample image analysis device 130' or by access of access entrance information transmitted by the first user end, and the slide reading related data or the access entrance information of the first user end is obtained by transmission of the communication server end; and the access entrance information is generated by the communication server according to the reading related data. The processor 140' generates and outputs an inspection report according to the help feedback information. That is, the processor 140' is configured to control the sample analysis system, so as to implement the function of the reading terminal 10, and the specific process is the same as that in the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
With reference to fig. 3, the communication server can be disposed in the server 20', and the server 20' implements the functions of the communication server 20 of the above embodiment. Each user terminal can be arranged in a corresponding user terminal, and the functions of each user terminal (30, 40, 50) are realized by each user terminal (30 ', 40', 50 '). In other words, as shown in fig. 3, the remote reading help system in this embodiment includes: the sample image analysis device 10' or sample analysis system further includes a server 20' and a plurality of user terminals, such as a first user terminal 30', a second user terminal 40', a third user terminal 50', and the like. In this embodiment, the specific functions of the film reader 10', the server 20' and the plurality of user terminals, and the method for performing remote film reading and help seeking have been described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (27)

1. A remote film reading help seeking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a film reading end obtains related data of film reading and transmits the related data of the film reading to a communication server; the reading related data at least comprises reading data; the slide reading data comprises auxiliary component images to be solved of the sample to be detected;
the communication server transmits the relevant data of the film reading or access entrance information to a first user end bound with the film reading end, wherein the access entrance information is generated by the communication server end according to the relevant data of the film reading;
the first user terminal forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to a second user terminal in an instant messaging manner;
the second user end feeds back help feedback information input by the user based on the received slide reading related data or the slide reading related data acquired through the access entrance to the first user end or the communication service end; or the second user side receives the reading related data or the access entrance information, and forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to a third user side in an instant messaging manner, so that the third user side feeds help feedback information back to the second user side, the first user side or the communication service side.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the third user end feeds back help feedback information input by the user based on the received reading related data or the reading related data acquired through the access entrance to the second user end, the first user end or the communication server end.

the communication server transmits the relevant data of the film reading or access entrance information to a first user end bound with the film reading end, wherein the access entrance information is generated according to the relevant data of the film reading;
and receiving help seeking feedback information returned by the first user side or the second user side, wherein the help seeking feedback information is input by a user of the second terminal based on the received reading related data or the reading related data acquired through the access entry information, and the help seeking feedback information is sent to the first user side or the communication service side by the second user side.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the communication server receives the help feedback information returned by the second user, the method further comprises:
and transmitting the help-seeking feedback information to the first user terminal or the film reading terminal.
6. A remote film reading help seeking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first user side receives the reading related data or access entrance information transmitted by the communication server side; the reading related data at least comprises reading data; the access entrance information is used for accessing the reading related data of the communication server; the film reading related data of the communication server is generated and uploaded by the film reading end bound with the first user end;
and the first user terminal forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to a second user terminal in an instant messaging manner.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the slide data comprises an auxiliary component image to be solved for the sample to be tested; the method further comprises the following steps:
the first user end receives help seeking feedback information fed back by the second user end or the third user end; the help seeking feedback information is input by the user of the second user side or the third user side based on the received slide marking related data or the slide marking related data acquired through the access entrance information; the reading related data or the access entrance information of the third user end is obtained by the second user end through forwarding; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first user terminal receives help seeking feedback information transmitted by the communication server terminal; the help-seeking feedback information is input by the user of the second user side or the third user side based on the received reading related data or the reading related data obtained through the access entrance information, and the help-seeking feedback information is transmitted to the communication service side by the second user side or the third user side; and the reading related data or the access entrance information of the third user end is obtained by the forwarding of the second user end.

and displaying the help seeking state of the reading related data, wherein the help seeking state is used for indicating whether the second user end feeds back help seeking feedback information or not.
11. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
generating a help-seeking list and displaying the help-seeking list according to the relevant data for reading the film transmitted by the communication server or the relevant data for reading the film accessed by the access entrance information; the help seeking list comprises a reading related data bar, and one reading related data bar is correspondingly generated based on the reading related data received by seeking help for one time; the related data reading column comprises brief information of related data of the reading and a help seeking state, and the help seeking state is used for indicating whether the second user end feeds back help seeking feedback information or not.
12. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
generating a help-seeking list and displaying the help-seeking list according to the relevant data for reading the film transmitted by the communication server or the relevant data for reading the film accessed by the access entrance information; the help seeking list comprises a sharing key, and the sharing key is used for forwarding the corresponding reading related data or access entrance information to the second user side in an instant messaging mode.
13. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
generating a help-seeking list and displaying the help-seeking list according to the relevant data for reading the film transmitted by the communication server or the relevant data for reading the film accessed by the access entrance information; the help list includes a search box;
and receiving the content input into the search box by the user, searching corresponding reading related data according to the content input into the search box by the user, and displaying a search result.
14. A remote film reading help seeking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the second user end receives the reading related data or the access entrance information forwarded by the first user end; the reading related data comprises auxiliary component images to be solved of the sample to be detected; the slide reading related data is generated by a slide reading end bound with the first user end; the access entrance information is generated by a communication server according to the reading related data uploaded by the reading end bound with the first user end;
the second user end receives help seeking feedback information input by a user based on the received film reading related data or the film reading related data acquired through the access entrance information, and feeds the help seeking feedback information back to the first user end or the communication service end; or the second user side forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to a third user side in an instant messaging manner, the third user side processes the to-be-helped component image to obtain help feedback information, and the help feedback information is sent to the first user side or the communication server side by the third user side.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the slide-related data or the access entry information is encrypted by the first user side or the slide reader side;
the second user end receives help feedback information input by the user based on the reading related data, and the help feedback information comprises:
the second user terminal receives and verifies an access password input by a user, and displays the related data of the slide reading when the verification is passed; the second user terminal receives help feedback information input by a user; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the second user end utilizes the access entry information to access corresponding reading related data, and the method comprises the following steps:
and receiving an access password input by a user, verifying, and accessing and displaying the reading related data through the access entrance information when the verification is passed.

displaying thumbnails and comment frames of all auxiliary component images to be solved of the marking related data according to the marking related data forwarded by the first user terminal or the marking related data accessed through access entry information, wherein the comment frames are used for inputting help seeking feedback information;
and receiving a click instruction of selecting the thumbnail, and responding to the instruction to display the complete component image and the comment box of the selected thumbnail.
17. A remote film reading help seeking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the film reading end obtains related data of the film reading based on the operation of a user and transmits the related data of the film reading to the communication server; the reading related data comprises a to-be-solved auxiliary component image of the to-be-detected sample;
the sheet reading end receives help seeking feedback information transmitted by the communication server end; the help feedback information is generated by the second user end according to the reading related data; the film reading related data of the second user end is obtained by transmission of the first user end bound with the film reading end or access through access entrance information transmitted by the first user end, and the film reading related data or the access entrance information of the first user end is obtained by transmission of the communication server end; the access entrance information is generated by the communication server according to the reading related data;
and the film reading end generates and outputs an inspection report according to the help feedback information.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the reading end obtains reading-related data based on user operations, comprising:
the film reading end performs film reading analysis on a sample to be detected to obtain a component image and an original classification result thereof;
and the reading end determines the selected component image in the component images obtained by the user after reading analysis as the component image to be assisted.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the reading end transmits the reading-related data to a communication service end, and the method comprises the following steps:
one or more first user terminals bound by the slide reading terminal are displayed for a user to select;
and the film reading end receives an instruction for selecting a first user end and transmits the selected first user end and the related data of the film reading to the communication server end.
20. The method of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the image of the component to be helped comprises at least one of an image of a cell to be helped, an image of a crystal to be helped, an image of a sediment to be helped, and an image of a parasite to be helped.
21. The method of any one of claims 1-19, wherein the slide-related data further comprises at least one of non-image analysis results, patient information, raw classification results, and patient history test information of the sample to be tested; and the original classification result is obtained by performing film reading analysis on the sample to be detected by the film reading end.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein the test sample is a blood sample and the non-image analysis result of the test sample is a blood routine result; or the sample to be detected is a urine sample, and the non-image analysis result of the sample to be detected is a urine routine result; or, the sample to be detected is a bone marrow sample, and the non-image analysis result of the sample to be detected is a bone marrow examination result.
23. The method of any one of claims 1-5, 7, 14-22, wherein the help feedback information includes a recommended classification result of the help component image to be asked or a test result of a sample to be tested.
24. A sample image analysis apparatus, comprising:
the sample device is used for bearing a sample to be tested;
the imaging device comprises a microscope and an image collector; the image collector is used for collecting a component image of the sample to be detected after the sample to be detected is amplified by the microscope;
the driving device is used for driving the sample device and/or the imaging device to enable the sample device and the imaging device to move relatively;
a communication module;
a human-computer interaction device;
a processor to:
controlling the sample device and the imaging device to move relatively through the driving device, and controlling the imaging device to acquire one or more frames of the component images;
based on the operation of a user on the man-machine interaction device, obtaining reading related data and transmitting the reading related data to a communication server through the communication module; the reading related data comprises a to-be-solved auxiliary component image of the to-be-detected sample; the auxiliary component image to be solved is one or more frames in the component image acquired by the imaging device;
receiving help seeking feedback information transmitted by the communication server through the communication module; the help feedback information is generated by the second user end according to the reading related data; the slide related data of the second user end is obtained by the transmission of the first user end bound by the sample image analysis device or the access of the access entrance information transmitted by the first user end, and the slide related data or the access entrance information of the first user end is obtained by the transmission of the communication server end; the access entrance information is generated by the communication server according to the reading related data;
and generating and outputting an inspection report according to the help feedback information.
25. A sample analysis system, comprising:
the blood cell analyzer is used for detecting a sample to be detected to obtain detection result information;
the smear preparation device is used for carrying out smear preparation on the sample needing to be analyzed by the sample image analysis device so as to obtain a smear of the sample to be detected;
the sample image analysis device is used for shooting and analyzing the smear of the sample to be detected so as to obtain a component image of the sample to be detected and an analysis result of the component image;

and generating and outputting an inspection report according to the help feedback information.
26. A remote slide help system, comprising:
the sample image analysis device is used for acquiring the related data of the film reading and transmitting the related data of the film reading to the server; the reading related data at least comprises reading data; the slide reading data comprises auxiliary component images to be solved of the sample to be detected;
the server is used for transmitting the interpretation related data or access entrance information to a first user terminal bound with the sample image analysis device, and the access entrance information is generated by the server according to the interpretation related data;
and the first user terminal is used for forwarding the reading related data or the access entrance information to the second user terminal in an instant messaging manner.

the second user terminal is used for feeding back help seeking feedback information input by the user based on the received reading related data or the reading related data acquired through the access entrance to the first user terminal or the server; or the second user terminal receives the reading related data or the access entrance information, and forwards the reading related data or the access entrance information to a third user terminal in an instant messaging manner, so that the third user terminal feeds back help feedback information to the second user terminal, the first user terminal or the server.
