In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a travel service apparatus, where the apparatus is deployed on the travel service platform provided in the first aspect, and the apparatus includes:
the organization synchronization module is used for sending organization information to a business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform through an organization synchronization interface provided by a business travel service platform in advance, and each business travel platform receives and stores the organization information through the business travel platform interface;
the personnel synchronization module is used for sending personnel information to a business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform through a personnel synchronization interface provided by the business travel service platform in advance, each business travel platform receives the personnel information through the respective business travel platform interface, and the business travel platform is used for recording the personnel information under organization information of an organization to which the personnel information belongs;
the business travel platform comprises a business travel platform interface, a business travel request form synchronization module and a business travel request form synchronization module, wherein the business travel platform interface is used for receiving business travel request forms; the business travel platform is used for selecting a matched booking selection list for the business travelers according to the arrival time and the arrival place in the business travel request form;
the single sign-on module is used for jumping to a business platform receiving the business application form in a single point through a single sign-on interface provided by the business service platform so as to realize that a user logs on the business platform in a single point, and the business platform is used for providing a ticket booking selection list matched with a business person for the logged-on user so that the user can select and book tickets in the ticket booking selection list;
the consumption reimbursement module is used for receiving the consumption details sent by the business platform for booking tickets through the business platform interface through the consumption detail synchronous interface provided by the business service platform so that the business system reimburses according to the consumption details sent to the consumption detail synchronous interface by each business platform;
and the reconciliation module is used for sending a statement to the business travel platform interface of each business travel platform according to the statement generated by the business system according to the consumption records or the reimbursement records summarized every month through the statement synchronization interface, and receiving the statement through the business travel platform interface, wherein the business travel platform of the statement is used for printing an invoice after the statement is reconciled and the invoice is mailed to a user through a line.

In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a computer readable medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when executed by a processor, the computer instructions cause the processor to execute the method provided in the second aspect.
Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which software program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion module connected to the computer, and then a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion module is caused to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the embodiments described above.
It is to be understood that for the explanation, the detailed description, the beneficial effects, the examples and the like of the contents in the computer-readable medium provided in the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the corresponding parts in the method provided in the second aspect, and details are not described here.
In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present specification provides a computing device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores executable codes, and the processor executes the executable codes to implement a method in any embodiment of the specification.

Claims (10)
1. The business travel service platform is characterized by comprising an organization synchronous interface, wherein the organization synchronous interface is in butt joint with a business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform; the business system comprises a business system, a business travel service platform, a business travel platform interface, a business travel platform and a business travel platform, wherein the business travel service platform is embedded into the business system as a module so that a user sends organization information to the business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform through the organization synchronous interface provided by the business travel service platform in the business system, and each business travel platform receives and stores the organization information through the respective business travel platform interface; the organization information comprises an organization ID and an organization name; the organization synchronous interface is further used for enabling a user to conduct at least one operation of adding, updating and deleting on organization information stored in any business travel platform of the at least one business travel platform.
2. The travel service platform of claim 1, further having a personnel synchronization interface that interfaces with a travel platform interface of the at least one travel platform; a user sends personnel information to a business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform through the personnel synchronous interface provided by a business system business travel service platform, each business travel platform receives the personnel information through the respective business travel platform interface, the personnel information comprises personnel name, gender, job level, mobile phone number, affiliated department and affiliated organization, and the business travel platform is used for recording the personnel information under the organization information of the affiliated organization; the personnel synchronization interface is further used for enabling a user to conduct at least one of adding, updating, starting, forbidding and deleting on personnel information stored in any one of the at least one business travel platform.
3. The travel service platform of claim 2, further comprising a business slip synchronization interface interfacing with the business slip platform interface of the at least one business slip platform; a user fills an out-of-business application form in the business system, and sends the out-of-business application form to a business travel platform interface of a business travel platform through an out-of-business application form synchronous interface provided by the business travel service platform, and the business travel platform receives the out-of-business application form through the business travel platform interface; the business trip request form comprises an affiliated organization, business trips, business trip job grades, departure time, arrival time, departure places and arrival places; the business travel platform is used for selecting a matched booking selection list for the business travelers according to the arrival time and the arrival place in the business travel request form; the business trip application form synchronous interface is also used for enabling a user to perform at least one of newly adding, forbidding and updating on the business trip application form sent to the business trip platform.
4. The travel service platform of claim 3, further comprising a single sign-on interface interfacing with a travel platform interface of the at least one travel platform; and the business platform is used for providing a ticket booking selection list matched according to travelers for a login user so as to allow the user to select and book tickets in the ticket booking selection list.
5. The travel service platform of claim 4, further comprising a consumption detail synchronization interface, the consumption detail synchronization interface interfacing with a travel platform interface of the at least one travel platform; the business travel platform for booking the ticket of the user is used for sending the generated consumption details to the consumption detail synchronization interface through a business travel platform interface of the business travel platform by a timing task; and the business system is used for reimbursing according to the consumption details sent to the consumption detail synchronization interface by each business trip platform.

The travel service platform of claim 5, further comprising a statement synchronization interface that interfaces with a travel platform interface of the at least one travel platform; the business system is used for generating a statement bill aiming at each business trip platform according to consumption records or reimbursement records gathered in each month, the statement bill of each business trip platform is sent to a business trip platform interface of the business trip platform through the statement bill synchronous interface, and the business trip platform receiving the statement bill through the business trip platform interface is used for printing an invoice and mailing the invoice to a user through a line after the statement bill is checked and passed.
7. A travel service method, implemented based on the travel service platform of claim 6, the method comprising:
the business trip information management method comprises the steps that organization synchronous interfaces provided by a business trip service platform send organization information to business trip platform interfaces of at least one business trip platform in advance, and each business trip platform receives and stores the organization information through the business trip platform interface;
the business and travel platform interface is used for receiving the personnel information from the business and travel platform, and the business and travel platform is used for recording the personnel information under the organization information of the organization;
the business travel request 5 form filled by the user is sent to a business travel platform interface of a business travel platform through a business travel request form synchronous interface provided by the business travel service platform, and the business travel platform receives the business travel request form through the business travel platform interface; the business travel platform is used for selecting a matched booking selection list for the business travelers according to the arrival time and the arrival place in the business travel request form;
the business travel platform is used for providing a booking selection list matched according to the travelers for the user logging in 0, so that the user can select and book tickets in the booking selection list;
the consumption detail sent by the business platform for booking the ticket through the business platform interface is received through the consumption detail synchronous interface provided by the business service platform, so that the business system can carry out reimbursement according to the consumption detail sent to the consumption detail synchronous interface by each business platform;
and 5, sending the statement of account generated by the business system according to the consumption record or reimbursement record summarized every month to a business travel platform interface of the business travel platform through the statement of account synchronous interface, receiving the statement of account through the business travel platform interface, and printing and mailing the invoice to the user through the line after the statement of account is checked.
8. A travel service apparatus deployed on the 0 travel service platform of claim 6, the apparatus comprising:
the organization synchronization module is used for sending organization information to a business travel platform interface of at least one business travel platform through an organization synchronization interface provided by a business travel service platform in advance, and each business travel platform receives and stores the organization information through the business travel platform interface;
the personnel synchronization module is used for sending 5 personnel information to a business and travel platform interface of the at least one business and travel platform through a personnel synchronization interface provided by the business and travel service platform in advance, each business and travel platform receives the personnel information through the respective business and travel platform interface, and the business and travel platform is used for recording the personnel information under organization information of an organization to which the personnel information belongs;
the business travel platform comprises a business travel platform interface, a request form synchronization module and a business travel platform synchronization module, wherein the business travel platform interface is used for receiving business travel request forms; the business travel platform is used for selecting a matched booking selection list for the business travelers according to the arrival time and the arrival place in the business travel request form;
the business travel platform is used for providing a ticket booking selection list matched according to a traveler for a login user so as to enable the user to select and book tickets in the ticket booking selection list;
the consumption reimbursement module is used for receiving consumption details sent by a business travel platform for booking tickets through a business travel platform interface through a consumption detail synchronous interface provided by the business travel service platform so as to ensure that a business system reimburses the consumption details sent to the consumption detail synchronous interface by each business travel platform;
and the reconciliation module is used for sending a statement to the business travel platform interface of each business travel platform according to the statement generated by the business system according to the consumption records or the reimbursement records summarized every month through the statement synchronization interface, and receiving the statement through the business travel platform interface, wherein the business travel platform of the statement is used for printing an invoice after the statement is reconciled and the invoice is mailed to a user through a line.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform implementing the method of any of claims 7.
10. A computing device comprising a memory having executable code stored therein and a processor that, when executing the executable code, implements the method of any of claim 7.
