The tax declaration form generating module is used for calling different financial data samples or recombining the different financial data samples and one or more final-stage subject certificates or a plurality of final-stage subject certificates to form different tax declaration forms according to the enterprise tax type and tax declaration type. The method and the device have the advantages that various tax return reports are automatically generated based on the enterprise financial reports, financial data samples and final-stage subject certificates, and the error rate of manual filling is not needed.

Claims (9)

1. The automatic accounting method of the financial data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
constructing a final-stage subject template according to the names of the final-stage subjects and the purposes of the final-stage subjects contained in different types of financial statements, and setting attribute information of the final-stage subject template based on the types of the financial statements;
determining the financial report type according to the industries and tax planning types of different users, and combining a plurality of final-stage subject templates according to the accounting report structures to form a combined template;
calling a plurality of combined templates to combine according to an accounting system used by a user so as to configure the combined templates into a financial statement template required by the user, forming a configuration table according to the association relationship between a final-stage subject template and the combined templates and between the combined templates and the financial statement, and embedding the configuration table into the basic attribute of the financial statement template;
the user fills in daily financial data according to a final-stage subject template to generate a final-stage subject certificate, the final-stage subject certificate is automatically input into a combined template based on a set first program to generate a financial data sample, and the financial statement is generated by the financial data sample according to a set second program;
uploading a financial statement input by a user to a management and control server, analyzing the financial statement by the management and control server based on the received financial statement to obtain a configuration table from basic attributes of the financial statement, and correspondingly obtaining a final-stage subject certificate and a financial data sample based on the configuration table;
according to the tax type and tax declaration type of the enterprise, different financial data samples are called or recombined with one or more final-stage subject certificates or a plurality of final-stage subject certificates to form different tax declaration forms.

The method of claim 1, wherein a parsing component is configured in the management server, the parsing component is configured as a plurality of modular units for parsing different types of financial statements, each modular unit has a library containing a plurality of inverse parsing schemes and a plurality of parsing modules;
during analysis, the type of the financial statement is judged according to the basic attribute of the financial statement, and a modular unit is called based on the type, and the modular unit carries out primary analysis on the financial statement to obtain a configuration table contained in the basic attribute; and
the analysis module loads an inverse analysis program in the program library to disassemble the financial statement into a final-stage subject certificate and a financial data sample.
3. A method for automated accounting of financial data as claimed in claim 2 wherein the parsing module parses as follows:
a resource configuration unit, an operation unit and a plurality of analysis units are arranged in the analysis module;
the operation unit configures the plurality of analysis units into at least one function combination module according to the configuration table, wherein the function combination module comprises an analysis functional unit A for analyzing the financial statement and a plurality of analysis functional units B arranged under the analysis functional unit A for analyzing the financial data sample;
the resource allocation unit acquires a corresponding first inverse solution program in a program library, executes the first inverse solution program, and decomposes the financial statement into a plurality of financial data samples through the analysis functional unit A;
the resource allocation unit acquires at least one corresponding second inverse solution program in the program library, and executes the second inverse solution program to disassemble at least one financial data sample into a plurality of corresponding final-stage subject certificates through one or more analysis functional units B.
4. A method for automatic approval of financial data according to claim 3 wherein the method by which the operating unit configures the plurality of said parsing units into at least one functional combination module is as follows:
the operation unit executes a first function component, the first function component calls the configuration table and loads any one analysis unit, the configuration table is associated in the analysis unit, and the association relation between the combined template and the financial statement in the associated configuration table is written into the analysis unit to form an analysis function unit A;
the operation unit executes at least one second function component, the second function component calls the configuration table and loads at least one analysis unit, and the at least one analysis unit is written into one or more analysis units according to the incidence relation between the final-stage subject template and the combined template in the configuration table to form one or more analysis function units B;
the operation unit executes a third functional component, and the third functional component combines the analysis functional unit A and one or more analysis functional units B to form a functional combined module.
5. An automated system for accounting financial data, comprising:
a configuration server;
a management and control server; and
a plurality of user computers;
the configuration server has:
the final-stage subject template generating module is used for constructing a final-stage subject template according to the final-stage subject names and the final-stage subject purposes contained in different types of financial statements and setting attribute information of the final-stage subject template;
the combined template generating module is used for determining the type of the used financial statement according to the industries and tax planning types of different users and combining a plurality of final-stage subject templates according to the accounting statement structure to form a combined template;
the financial statement template generating module is used for calling a plurality of combined templates to combine to form a financial statement template according to an accounting system used by a user;
the system comprises a configuration table generation module, a financial statement template generation module and a final-stage subject template generation module, wherein the configuration table generation module is used for forming a configuration table according to the incidence relation between the final-stage subject template and a combined template as well as between the combined template and the financial statement template and embedding the configuration table into the basic attribute of the financial statement template;
the user computer is respectively connected with the configuration server and the management and control server through port registration,
when the user computer registers through a port, basic information of a user is configured, and the configuration server configures a corresponding final-stage subject certificate generation module, a corresponding financial data sample generation module and a corresponding financial statement generation module to the user computer on the basis of the basic information of the user; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the final-stage subject voucher generating module is used for filling the daily financial data by the user according to a final-stage subject template to generate a final-stage subject voucher;
the financial data sample generating module is used for automatically inputting the final-stage subject certificate into the combined template based on a set first program to generate a financial data sample;
the financial statement generating module is used for generating a financial statement according to a set second program based on the financial data sample;
the management and control server is provided with a receiving module, an analysis component and a plurality of tax return generation modules of different types;
the receiving module is used for receiving the financial statement uploaded by the user computer;
the analysis component is used for analyzing the financial statement after the received financial statement is based on the received financial statement so as to obtain the configuration table from the basic attribute of the financial statement and obtain a final-stage subject certificate and a financial data sample corresponding to the configuration table;
and the tax declaration form generating module is used for calling different financial data samples or recombining the different financial data samples and one or more final-stage subject certificates or a plurality of final-stage subject certificates to form different tax declaration forms according to the tax type and tax declaration type of the enterprise.
6. An automated system for the approval of financial data as claimed in claim 5, wherein the base information includes the industry to which the user belongs, the tax scheduling type and the accounting system used by the user.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the parsing component is configured as a plurality of modular units for parsing different types of financial statements, each modular unit having a library containing a plurality of inverse parser programs and a plurality of parsing modules;
during analysis, judging the type of the financial statement according to the basic attribute of the financial statement, calling a modular unit based on the type, and carrying out primary analysis on the financial statement by the modular unit to obtain a configuration table contained in the basic attribute; and
the analysis module loads an inverse analysis program in the program library to disassemble the financial statement into a final-stage subject certificate and a financial data sample.
8. An automatic approval system for financial data according to claim 7 wherein said parsing module parses as follows:
a resource configuration unit, an operation unit and a plurality of analysis units are arranged in the analysis module;
the operation unit configures the plurality of analysis units into at least one function combination module according to the configuration table, wherein the function combination module comprises an analysis functional unit A for analyzing the financial statement and a plurality of analysis functional units B arranged under the analysis functional unit A for analyzing the financial data sample;
the resource allocation unit acquires a corresponding first inverse solution program in a program library, executes the first inverse solution program, and decomposes the financial statement into a plurality of financial data samples through the analysis functional unit A;
the resource allocation unit acquires at least one corresponding second inverse solution program in the program library, and executes the second inverse solution program to disassemble at least one financial data sample into a plurality of corresponding final-stage subject certificates through one or more analysis functional units B.
9. A method for automated approval of financial data according to claim 8 wherein said operations comprise a first functional component, a third functional component and at least one second functional component:
the operation unit executes a first function component, the first function component calls the configuration table and loads any one analysis unit, the configuration table is associated in the analysis unit, and the association relation between the combination template and the financial statement in the associated configuration table is written into the analysis unit to form an analysis function unit A;
the operation unit executes at least one second function component, the second function component calls the configuration table and loads at least one analysis unit, and the at least one analysis unit is written into one or more analysis units according to the incidence relation between the final-stage subject template and the combined template in the configuration table to form one or more analysis function units B;
the operation unit executes a third functional component, and the third functional component combines the analysis functional unit A and one or more analysis functional units B to form a functional combination module.
