本发明公开了一种隐私保护的图相似性检索方法及系统，本发明提供的方法中，对节点的倒排表中的节点ID、节点标签、连接边的边标签均编码为二值向量，在倒排表中加入虚假节点，通过设置真实值的额外位为0，虚假值为0，虚假值的额外位为1，来消除后续计算添加的虚假节点带来的影响，对倒排表采用加性秘密共享分享后分别发送至第一计算终端和所述第二计算终端，在秘密共享域进行计算，整个过程中第一计算终端和第二计算终端都不能获取到查询图、待匹配图、查询结果中的节点ID、节点标签、边标签等信息，实现了隐私保护的图相似性检索。
