The sampling device 110 has a pipette (e.g., a sampling needle) with a pipette nozzle and a driving unit for driving the pipette to quantitatively take a sample to be tested through the pipette nozzle, for example, the sampling needle is driven by the driving unit to move into a sample container containing a blood sample to take a blood sample to be tested.
The sample preparation device 120 has at least one reaction cell and a reagent supply device (not shown). The at least one reaction cell is used for receiving a sample to be tested, which is sucked by the sampling device 110, and the reagent supply device is used for supplying a processing reagent to the at least one reaction cell, so that the sample to be tested, which is sucked by the sampling device 110, and the processing reagent supplied by the reagent supply device are mixed in the reaction cell to prepare a sample liquid to be tested.
The detecting device 130 is used for detecting the sample liquid to be detected prepared by the sample preparing device 120 to obtain a sample detection result. For example, when the sample to be tested is a blood sample, the detecting device 130 can detect the sample solution to be tested prepared by the sample preparing device 120 to obtain the blood routine parameters. When the sample to be detected is a blood coagulation sample, the detecting device 130 is used as a blood coagulation detecting device to perform blood coagulation detection on the sample to be detected.

The working interface displayed by the display can display the test result, the equipment state, the sample detection state and other information of each test item, for example, the detection analysis result of the sample to be detected obtained by the detection device 130. Further, the working interface can be configured as a human-computer interaction interface, and a user can directly input touch operation on the working interface to send an instruction to the blood coagulation analysis system.
In the embodiment of the present application, the coagulation analyzing system further includes a controller, which may be disposed in the same instrument as the components of the sample analyzer, as shown in fig. 1, the controller 150 is disposed on the same sample analyzer together with the components of the sampling device 110, the sample preparation device 120, the detection device 130, and the like; the controller may also be located outside of the instrument in which the components of the sample analyzer are located and in communicative connection with the components.
The structure of the controller will be described by taking a scenario in which the components of the controller and the sample analyzer are disposed in the same apparatus as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the controller 150 is connected to the components of the sample analyzer, such as the sampling device 110, the sample preparation device 120, and the detection device 130, and the display 140, and can receive status information fed back by the components. Controller 150 includes at least a processing component 151, RAM152, ROM153, a communication interface 154, memory 156, and an I/O interface 155. Processing component 151, RAM152, ROM153, communication interface 154, memory 156, and I/O interface 155 communicate over a bus 157. The processing component may be a CPU, GPU or other chip with computing capabilities. The memory 156 stores various computer programs executed by the processing unit 151, such as an operating system and an application program, and data necessary for executing the computer programs. In addition, data stored locally during sample analysis may be stored in the memory 156, if desired. The I/O interface 155 is constituted by a serial interface such as USB, IEEE1394, or RS-232C, a parallel interface such as SCSI, IDE, or IEEE1284, and an analog signal interface composed of a D/a converter and an a/D converter. An input device, such as a keyboard, mouse, touch screen or other control buttons, is coupled to I/O interface 155 and may be used by a user to input data directly to controller 150. The communication interface 154 communicates with the outside through a network. Controller 150 may communicate data with any device connected via the network via communication interface 154 in a communication protocol.
It should be noted that the sample analyzer included in the blood coagulation analysis system in the embodiment of the present application may be a single instrument, in this case, the single sample analyzer is the blood coagulation analysis system described in the embodiment of the present application; or a plurality of sample analyzers may be cascaded, in which case the cascaded sample analyzers may share the same display 140, that is, the status information of the sample analyzers is displayed on the same display, and the user can know the status information of each sample analyzer by only looking at one display.
In some interface configurations, the work interface displayed by the display includes a sample application interface and a sample results interface. The sample application interface only displays sample basic information such as a sample number, a serial number and a position of a sample in the sample rack, and displays a project test state of the sample, such as a state that the test is completed, the test is applied but the test is not started, and the test is in a middle state. And the sample result interface displays only the test results of the items that completed the test, which may be numerical values. In the interface configuration mode, after a user submits a test application of a test item of a sample, when the user wants to check a test result, the user needs to jump to a sample result interface to check the test result; when the test result is checked on the sample result interface, if the user wants to retest the tested item or submit the test application to the untested item, the user returns to the sample application interface to submit the retest application or submit the test application to the untested item. It can be seen that, in the interface configuration mode, a user needs to frequently go between the sample application interface and the sample result interface, and cannot quickly check information and edit a test state of a test item, and particularly, in a scene of detecting a blood coagulation sample, the item test time of the blood coagulation sample is short, the user generally applies for a batch test of a plurality of preset test items of a plurality of samples at one time, and then may need to modify the test state of the test item for a specific sample, so that the interface configuration mode cannot allow the user to quickly modify and edit the test state of the item in the scene of blood coagulation examination, which affects the working efficiency of the user.
Therefore, based on the structure of the blood coagulation analysis system and the structure of the controller described above, in an embodiment of the blood coagulation analysis system according to the embodiment of the present application, in order to solve the technical problem that a user cannot quickly view information and edit a test state of an item due to the above configuration manner of the interface, the controller is configured to control the display to display a sample result interface, where the sample result interface includes a display area, the display area includes a first display area and a second display area, the first display area displays a sample test result, and the second display area displays a test state of a plurality of preset test items; when receiving the triggering operation of a user on a test item of a blood sample, the controller sends a retesting instruction to the blood coagulation detection device, wherein the retesting instruction carries the identifier of the blood sample and the identifier of the triggered test item, and controls the display to change the test state of the test item into a state of being applied for unanalyzed test;
when receiving a triggering operation of a user on a test item which is applied for non-analysis of a blood sample, the controller sends a test canceling instruction to the blood coagulation detection device, wherein the test canceling instruction carries an identifier of the blood sample and an identifier of the triggered test item which is applied for non-analysis, and controls the display to change the test state of the test item which is applied for non-analysis into non-application;
when receiving a triggering operation of a user on an unsolicited test item of a blood sample, the controller sends an item application instruction to the coagulation detection device, the item application instruction carries an identification of the blood sample and an identification of the triggered unsolicited test item, and controls the display to change a test status of the unsolicited test item to an applied unanalyzed test.
The test state of the test item displayed in the second display area at least comprises test completion, applied unanalyzed, analysis and unapplied, and the test completion state indicates that the blood sample has completed the test of the test item; the applied and unanalyzed state indicates that the blood sample has submitted a test application for the test item, but the analysis test for the test item has not yet been performed; this state in the analysis indicates that the blood sample has submitted a test application (including a primary test application and a retest application) for the test item and that an analytical test for the test item is being performed; the non-application state indicates that the blood sample has not yet submitted a test application for the test item.
When the controller sends a retest instruction, or sends a cancel test instruction, or sends a project application instruction to the blood coagulation detection device, each instruction carries the identifier of the blood sample and the identifier of the test project, so that the blood coagulation detection device can conveniently confirm the blood sample corresponding to the identifier of the blood sample and confirm the test project corresponding to the identifier of the test project, and then the analysis test or the cancel analysis test is executed according to the confirmed blood sample and test project. For example, if the blood sample carried by the retesting instruction is identified as "202013710017" and the triggered test item is identified as "APTT", the blood coagulation detecting apparatus can confirm that the blood sample with the sample identification of "202013710017" needs to be retested with the test item "APTT" when receiving the retesting instruction; similarly, when the blood sample carried by the cancellation test instruction is identified as "202013710017" and the triggered unanalyzed test item has been applied for is identified as "APTT", the blood coagulation detecting apparatus can confirm that the blood sample with the sample identification of "202013710017" needs to cancel the test of the test item "APTT" when receiving the cancellation test instruction.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the sample result interface can simultaneously display the test result of the sample and the test status of the blood sample in a plurality of test items, and the user can simultaneously view the test result of the sample and the test status of the sample in each test item in the sample result interface. Meanwhile, in the information viewing process, if a user needs to edit and modify the test state of the test item, the trigger operation on the test item of which the test state needs to be edited, such as the trigger operation on the test item which is finished by testing, the test item which is applied for unanalyzing, the test item which is not applied for testing and the like, can also be directly input in the sample result interface, so that the coagulation analysis system modifies the test state of the test item according to the trigger operation and displays the modified test state. Therefore, the user can check the sample detection result and the test state of the test item only on the sample result interface, and can directly edit and modify the test state of the test item on the sample result interface without jumping back and forth between the sample result interface and the sample application interface and jumping from the sample result interface to the sample application interface to modify and edit the test state of the test item, so that the user can quickly check information and modify and edit the test state of the item under the coagulation test scene.
Meanwhile, the embodiment is particularly suitable for the requirement that a user pays more attention to sample test abnormity and detection result abnormity in a busy blood coagulation test scene, because the sample result interface displays the sample detection result and the item test state, when the sample test abnormity or the detection result abnormity occurs, the sample result interface can display the test state abnormity of a certain test item of a sample and the detection result abnormity of a certain test item, the user can simultaneously check two kinds of abnormal information only on the sample result interface, the user does not need to jump back and forth between the sample result interface and the sample application interface to check the two kinds of abnormal information, and the information checking efficiency is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an interface of the sample result interface according to the present embodiment, and as shown in the figure, the sample result interface displays a sample list, and the upper left of the sample list displays a list name "sample list". In the sample list, basic information of a plurality of blood samples, such as a running water number, a sample number, a position and the like, is displayed, and the state of each blood sample is displayed, for example, a official seal icon in a column of the state indicates that a detection report of the blood sample is audited, a printer icon indicates that the blood sample has been printed, a concentric circle icon indicates that the blood sample has completed testing of all items, a clock icon indicates that one or more test items of the blood sample are in a test state under analysis, and a triangle icon with an exclamation mark therein indicates that an abnormality occurs in the test process of the blood sample.
In addition, the sample list also displays the test states and sample detection results of a plurality of preset test items of each blood sample, namely, each test item in the list comprises APTT, PT, TT, FIB, D-Dimer, FDP, AT-III and the like, and in a plurality of cells in the column of each test item, the cells display numerical values which represent the detection results obtained after the test of the item is completed; the cell shows the "√" symbol, which indicates that the test condition has been applied for unanalyzed analysis; the cell is empty, indicating that the test state is not applied; the cell displays a 'TwX' symbol which indicates that the detection result of the item exceeds a threshold value and is indicated by an asterisk; the cell shows a "-" symbol, which indicates that the test process of the item is abnormal and the test is terminated; furthermore, it is also possible to use a dark "√" symbol to indicate that the test condition has been applied for unanalyzed analysis and a light "√" symbol to indicate that the test condition is under analysis (the light "√" symbol is not shown). For example, basic information of a sample with a serial number "009" is displayed, and test statuses and sample detection results of a plurality of items such as an APTT item, a PT item, and a TT item of the sample. Therefore, a user can obtain the sample detection result of the blood sample and the test state of each test item only by checking the sample result interface, and does not need to jump to other interfaces to check the sample detection result or the test state of each test item, so that the information can be quickly obtained.
Also, the user may enter a trigger operation for each test item to modify the test status of the edited test item. The editing and modifying process of the test status of the project corresponding to each trigger operation will be described below with reference to the sample result interface shown in fig. 3.
One trigger operation is a trigger operation of a test item for which a test of a blood sample is completed, and the editing and modifying process of the test status of the corresponding item may be, for example, that a sample with serial number "009" shows that the test result of the sample in the APTT item is 32.00, that is, the sample has completed the test of the APTT item, if the user needs to apply for a retest of the APTT item to the sample, the user may select a cell for displaying the test result of the sample APTT item, and click a "retest application" button in the Fang Re keypad under the sample list, that is, input a trigger operation of the test item for which the test of the sample is completed, and then the controller issues a retest instruction to the coagulation testing device, the retest instruction carrying an identifier of the sample and an identifier of the test item for which the triggered test is completed (i.e., "APTT"), and controls the display to change the test status of the APTT item from the test result displayed after the test is completed to a status that has not been applied for analysis. After the blood coagulation detection device receives the retest instruction, the APTT item of the sample can be retested.
The icon for representing the test status of the retest application item that is not yet analyzed may be different from the icon for representing the test status of the first retest application item that is not yet analyzed, for example, a "√" symbol may be used to represent the test status of the first retest application that is not yet analyzed, and a "√/" symbol may be used to represent the test status of the retest application that is not yet analyzed. Similarly, it is also possible that a dark "√" symbol indicates a test condition of an unanalyzed application for the first-time application item and a light "√" symbol indicates a test condition of an unanalyzed application for the first-time application item; the dark "√/" symbols indicate the unanalyzed test condition of the applied retest item and the light "√/" symbols indicate the unanalyzed test condition of the applied retest item.
Another trigger operation is a trigger operation on an unanalyzed applied test item of a blood sample, and the editing and modifying process of the test state of the corresponding item may be, for example, that a sample with serial number "009" shows that the test state of the TT item is unanalyzed applied, that is, the sample applies for the test of the TT item, and if the user needs to cancel the test of the TT item of the sample, the user may double-click the symbol "√" in the cell for displaying the test state of the TT item of the sample, that is, double-click the symbol in the cell, that is, input a trigger operation on an unanalyzed applied test item of the sample, and the controller issues a cancel test instruction to the coagulation detecting device, the cancel test instruction carrying the identifier of the sample and the identifier of the triggered unanalyzed applied test item (that is, "TT"), and controls the display to change the test state of the TT item of the sample from unanalyzed applied to unanalyzed applied state, that is, that the symbol is displayed as no content is, that the cell is displayed as empty. And after the blood coagulation detection device receives the test canceling instruction, canceling the test of the TT item of the sample.
Another triggering operation is a triggering operation on an unapplied test item of a blood sample, and the editing and modifying flow of the test state of the corresponding item may be, for example, that a sample with serial number "018" shows that the test state of the D-Dimer item is unapplied, that is, the sample does not apply for the test of the D-Dimer item, if the user needs to submit a test application for the D-Dimer item of the sample, the user may double-click the cell for displaying the test state of the D-Dimer item of the sample, that is, input a triggering operation on the unapplied test item of the sample, and then the controller sends an item application instruction to the coagulation detection apparatus, the item application instruction carrying the identifier of the sample and the identifier of the triggered unapplied test item (that is, "D-Dimer"), and controls the display to change the test state of the D-Dimer item of the sample from unapplied to unanalyzed, that is, the cell is changed from unapplied to displaying a "√" symbol. And after the coagulation detection device receives the application instruction of the item, the D-Dimer item of the sample can be tested.
Therefore, through various trigger operations on the test items in different test states, a user can directly modify and edit the test states of the test items on the sample result interface without jumping to the sample application interface to modify and edit, the modification and editing of the test states of the items can be quickly realized, and the method is particularly suitable for a blood coagulation test scene running at high speed.
It should be noted that fig. 3 only exemplifies several icons or symbols for representing the project test states, and actually, the icons or symbols for representing the project test states may also be other types of icons or symbols, as long as each icon or symbol can exactly represent one project test state, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Similarly, the user input modes corresponding to the various exemplary trigger operations are not limited, for example, the trigger operation for the test item after the test is completed is input, except that the user selects the cell for displaying the item detection result and clicks the "retest application" button, or the user merely double-clicks the cell and does not need to click the "retest application" button; the triggering operation for inputting the non-applied test item may be, in addition to double-clicking the cell corresponding to the non-applied test item, or the user may select the cell and click a "test application" button (the "test application" button may be disposed in the hot key region).
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when a triggering operation of a user for an unanalyzed retest item applied to a blood sample is received, the controller sends a retest cancellation command to the coagulation detecting device, wherein the retest cancellation command carries an identifier of the blood sample and an identifier of the triggered unanalyzed retest item applied to the blood sample, and controls the display to display test data of a test-completed item before the retest item. And the blood coagulation detection device can cancel the retest of the retest item of the blood sample after receiving the retest cancel instruction.
For example, following the above example, in the sample result interface shown in fig. 3, the user has submitted a retest application for the APTT item of the sample with the journal number "009", at which time the cell for displaying the test status of the sample APTT item is changed from displaying the test result 32.00 to displaying a dark "√/" symbol, the retest item is an APTT item, and the test status is an unanalyzed application; when the user needs to cancel the retesting of the APTT item of the sample, the user can double-click the cell, that is, input the trigger operation of the retest item applied for unanalyzed analysis of the sample, the controller sends a retest cancellation instruction to the blood coagulation detection device, the retest cancellation instruction carries the identifier of the sample and the identifier of the triggered unanalyzed retest item applied for unanalyzed analysis (that is, "APTT"), and controls the display to display the test data of the item which is tested before the APTT item, that is, the cell corresponding to the APTT item is changed from the dark color "√/" symbol to the display of the detection result 32.00. And after the blood coagulation detection device receives the instruction for canceling the retesting, the retesting of the APTT item of the sample can be cancelled.
In another preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the applied unanalyzed test items, the analyzed test items and the unaddressed test items respectively display their corresponding test states through the state icons, and the test items after the test show the test results. Therefore, when the test item under analysis completes the test, the controller controls the display to change the status icon under analysis to the test result. The test items in the analysis comprise items for applying for the test for the first time and items for applying for the retest.
For example, following the above example, in the sample result interface shown in fig. 3, the user applies for a remeasurement of the APTT item for the sample with the serial number "009", the cell for displaying the test status of the sample APTT item is changed from the display of the detection result 32.00 to the display of the dark color "√/" symbol, the remeasurement item is the APTT item, and the test status is that the application has not been analyzed; when the cells are overlapped, the cells are changed from showing a dark symbol of V/'to showing a light symbol of V/' to indicate that the APTT item is in an analysis state; when the APTT item finishes repeating, the controller controls the display to change the state icon in analysis into a test result, namely the cell is changed from displaying a light-colored "√/" symbol into a retest result.
As another example, the user applies for a test D-Dimer item for a sample with a serial number of "018", at which time the cell for displaying the test status of the sample D-Dimer item displays a dark "√" symbol; at the beginning of the test, the cell was changed from showing a dark "√" symbol to showing a light "√" symbol, indicating that the D-Dimer item is in an analyzing state; when the D-Dimer item completes the test, the controller controls the display to change the state icon in the analysis to the test result, namely, the cell is changed to the test result by displaying a light color "√" symbol.
Therefore, by the embodiment, the automatic real-time updating of the test state of the test item can be realized, and a user can conveniently and quickly obtain the latest test state of the test item in time.
In another preferred embodiment of this embodiment, since the sample detection result displayed in the first display area includes basic information of samples such as serial numbers, sample numbers, positions, and the like, a person without editing authority is generally not allowed to modify the basic information, and the test state of the test item displayed in the second display area is allowed to be edited and modified by a user, the information interaction mode in the first display area can be configured as a read-only mode, and the information interaction mode in the second display area can be configured as an editable mode, so that the person without editing authority is prevented from modifying the basic information of the sample displayed in the first display area, and the user is allowed to edit the test result displayed in the second display area.
Therefore, when the test result of a certain test item is abnormal, for example, the test result exceeds a threshold range, the user can edit the abnormal test result so that the test result falls within the normal range. Specifically, when receiving the editing operation of the user on the test result of the test item after the test, the controller controls the display to display the edited test result according to the editing operation, thereby realizing the real-time update of the editing effect of the test result.
Meanwhile, in order to prompt that the currently displayed test result is edited by a person, the edited test result can be displayed in a bold manner or in other display manners which can be distinguished from the unedited test result.
In another preferred embodiment of this example, the plurality of test items preset in the sample result interface include seven items of a clotting routine including Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), plasma Prothrombin Time (PT), thrombin Time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB), D-Dimer (D-Dimer), fibrin Degradation Products (FDP), and antithrombin iii (AT-iii).
In another preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the sample result interface displays a plurality of preset test items, and allows the user to add or delete a test item from the plurality of preset test items. Specifically, the sample result interface includes a setting button, and the controller is specifically configured to receive a trigger operation of a user on the setting button, and control the display to display an item setting page, where the item setting page displays a plurality of candidate test items, and the plurality of candidate test items include a first test item currently displayed in the second display area and a second test item currently not displayed in the second display area. When a user deselection instruction of the first test item is received, the user does not need to execute the test of the first test item on the sample, and the test state of the first test item of the sample does not need to be displayed, and the controller can control the display to deselect the display of the test state of the first test item in the second display area; when a selection instruction of the user for the second test item is received, which indicates that the user needs to add the second test item, the controller may control the display to additionally display the test state of the second test item in the second display area.
For example, the preset plurality of test items displayed on the sample result interface are the blood coagulation routine seven items mentioned above, when a user needs to add a test item or delete a test item on the currently displayed blood coagulation routine seven item, the user can click a setting button in the trigger sample result interface, and check or cancel the check of the test item in a pop-up item setting page, for example, cancel the check of one of the blood coagulation routine seven items, and then the controller controls the display to cancel the display of the test item cancelled by the user in the second display area; or the user selects other test items except the blood coagulation routine seven items, the controller controls the display to increase and display the test state of the test item selected by the user in the second display area. After the newly added display test items are added, the user can submit a test application for the newly added test items on the sample result interface.
Therefore, the embodiment further meets the requirement of the user on editing the test items, and the user can add or delete the test items according to the actual test requirement, so that the sample result interface displays the test state of the test item needing attention and the test item needing to submit the test application, and information checking and modification and editing of the test state of the item are facilitated.
