The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the examples, but without limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a fan heater, including a housing 10 and a locking structure 20, wherein a hook 11 is provided on the housing 10; the locking structure 20 is provided at an opening position of the hanger 11, and a separation preventing space is formed between the locking structure 20 and the hanger 11.
The warm air blower is hung on the towel bar or the wall supporting structure through the hook, and the locking structure matched with the hook is additionally arranged on the warm air blower, so that the towel bar or the wall supporting structure is positioned in the anti-separation space and cannot be easily separated from the hook. After a user accidentally touches the warm air blower, the warm air blower can be effectively prevented from being separated from the hook and falling down, and the warm air blower is protected and cannot be damaged.
Preferably, the locking structure 20 has an open state and a retracted state; in the open state, the locking structure 20 blocks the opening of the hook 11 and forms a separation-preventing space with the hook 11; in the retracted state, the locking structure 20 opens the opening of the hook 11.
When the warm air blower is installed, the hook 11 is hung on the towel bar 30, then the locking structure is adjusted to be in an open state, so that the towel bar 30 is located in the anti-separation space, and the locking structure has a certain limiting effect on the towel bar and prevents the towel bar from separating from the hook, which is shown in a matching relation in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking structure 20 includes a flap 21, and the flap 21 is rotatably connected to the housing 10. In the open state, the baffle 21 rotates to the opening of the hook 11 and blocks the opening of the hook 11; in the retracted state, the shutter 21 is rotated to a position avoiding the opening of the hook 11. The function of the elastic restoring piece is realized by the cooperation of the torsion spring and the rotating shaft and the cooperation of the torsion spring and other structures, the blocking piece can be automatically opened to an opening state through restoring force, a user can complete the locking function of the locking structure by only shifting the elastic buckle, the fan heater is prevented from dropping, and the fan heater is convenient to operate.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the housing 10 is provided with a mounting groove 12, a rotating shaft 24 is rotatably inserted into the mounting groove 12, a torsion spring 23 is positioned in the mounting groove 12, and a blocking piece 21 is rotatably connected in the mounting groove 12. In a withdrawing state, the blocking piece 21 can be covered in the mounting groove to avoid the opening of the hook, so that the blocking piece cannot cause any interference and is convenient to mount and dismount.
In the embodiment, a clamping hole structure 13 which can be clamped is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove 12; the rotating shaft 24 is rotatably arranged in the clamping hole structure 13; the blocking piece 21 is rotatably arranged in the clamping hole structure 13. The clamping hole structure is used for installing the rotating shaft and the blocking sheet, the clamping hole structure can be in various forms, one form is shown in the embodiment, but other clamping hole shapes and forms for realizing installation are all possible.
In this embodiment, the hole-clamping structure includes a half-slotted round hole and a complete round hole, and the half-slotted round hole and the complete round hole are respectively located on two opposite side walls of the mounting groove. The two clamping hole structures corresponding to the baffle plate and the rotating shaft are different in shape and size.
When the rotating shaft is installed, one end of the rotating shaft is inserted into the complete round hole, and the other end of the rotating shaft is pressed into the semi-slotted round hole with force, so that fixation is completed. The minimum diameter L1 (not shown) of the semi-slotted circular hole is smaller than the diameter D1 (not shown) of the rotating shaft 24, so that the rotating shaft is prevented from being pulled out. The semi-slotted round hole and the complete round hole corresponding to the rotating shaft are coaxial, and the distance between the axial line and the bottom of the mounting groove is L2 (not shown in the figure).
One side of the separation blade is provided with a cylindrical cross shaft, referring to fig. 7, when the separation blade is installed, one end of the cylindrical cross shaft is inserted into the complete round hole, and then the other end of the cylindrical cross shaft is pressed into the semi-slotted round hole with force, so that fixing is completed. The diameter of the cylindrical transverse shaft is D2, and the width L3 of the cylindrical transverse shaft is larger than the width L4 of the blocking piece. The diameter L5 (not shown) of the minimum part of the semi-slotted round hole is smaller than the diameter D2 of the cylindrical transverse shaft, so that the cylindrical transverse shaft is prevented from being separated. The semi-slotted round hole and the complete round hole of the corresponding baffle sheet are coaxial, and the distance between the axis and the bottom of the mounting groove is L6 (not shown in the figure).
The diameter of the metal wire used by the torsion spring is phi 3, L2 is more than or equal to phi 3+ D1/2, and L6 is more than or equal to 2 Xphi 3+ D1+ D2/2.
The opening of the hook 11 is arranged towards the ground and the locking structure 20 is located below the hook 11. In the open state, the blocking piece does not completely close the opening of the hook, and when the distance L7 between the blocking piece and the opening of the hook is smaller than the width L8 of the towel bar 30, the whole machine can be effectively prevented from being separated from the towel bar.
In order to make the installation of the warm air blower more balanced, in the present embodiment, the number of the hooks 11 is plural, and the number of the locking structures 20 is plural; the locking structures 20 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the hooks 11.
