Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The operation control method of the air conditioning unit provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the air conditioning unit, and the air conditioning unit comprises an expansion valve, a control valve or a stop valve which is controlled by electricity. In one embodiment, an air conditioning unit includes a pressure sensor disposed at a suction side of a compressor, an electronic expansion valve, and a controller. The controller is used for obtaining a low-pressure reduction rate of the air conditioning unit according to pressure values in a preset time period detected by the pressure sensor, obtaining unit operation parameters when the low-pressure reduction rate is larger than a set value to determine that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is too fast to reduce, obtaining a real-time low-pressure value of the air conditioning unit when the communication fault of the air conditioning unit is determined according to the unit operation parameters, and if the real-time low-pressure value is smaller than a low-pressure protection value of the air conditioning unit, determining that the reason that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is too fast to reduce is abnormal due to the electronic expansion valve, and controlling the air conditioning unit to start low-pressure protection.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an operation control method for an air conditioning unit is provided, which is described by taking a controller applied to the air conditioning unit as an example, and includes the following steps:
and S102, acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit.
In some embodiments, a pressure sensor may be disposed at an air suction end of a compressor of the air conditioning unit, the pressure sensor detects pressure values of the air suction end of the compressor before and after a preset interval, and a low pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit is obtained according to a difference value and a time corresponding to the preset interval by calculating a difference value between two pressure values before and after the preset interval.
And S104, acquiring unit operation parameters when the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is determined to be too fast according to the fact that the low pressure drop rate is larger than the set value.
In some embodiments, when the low-pressure drop rate is greater than the low-pressure drop rate over-fast set value, it may be determined that the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit is too fast, and it may be further determined whether the low-pressure drop of the air conditioning unit is too fast due to a communication failure. Specifically, by acquiring the unit operation parameters, whether the air conditioning unit has a communication fault is determined according to the unit operation parameters, that is, the controller executes S106.
And S106, when the communication fault of the air conditioning unit is determined according to the unit operation parameters, acquiring a real-time low-voltage value of the air conditioning unit.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the air conditioning unit has a communication fault according to the unit operation parameters, by obtaining a low-voltage real-time value of the air conditioning unit, a specific reason why the low voltage of the air conditioning unit drops too fast when the air conditioning unit has the communication fault can be further determined.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the air conditioning unit has a communication fault according to the unit operation parameters, the unit operation parameters of the air conditioning unit have a mapping relationship with a reason causing the too fast low voltage drop of the air conditioning unit, and according to the mapping relationship, the reason causing the too fast low voltage drop of the air conditioning unit can be determined. For example, if the unit operating parameters of the air conditioning unit include the inlet water temperature of the compressor, the reason for the low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit is too fast because the ambient temperature drops too fast.
And S108, if the real-time low pressure value is smaller than the low pressure protection value of the air conditioning unit, determining that the reason that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast is that an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is abnormal, and controlling the air conditioning unit to start low pressure protection.
In some embodiments, whether the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is abnormally driven or not affects the voltage of the suction end of the compressor of the air conditioning unit. If the real-time low-pressure value of the air suction end of the compressor is smaller than the low-pressure protection value of the air conditioning unit, the reason that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is reduced too fast can be determined to be that an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is abnormal, and the air conditioning unit is controlled to start low-pressure protection.
In some embodiments, when the air conditioning unit is controlled to start low-voltage protection, the controller may control the air conditioning unit to stop, and meanwhile, the controller may send first warning information to the maintenance terminal, where the first warning information is used to instruct a maintenance worker to troubleshoot the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit to implement maintenance of the air conditioning unit, so that the maintenance worker does not need to troubleshoot each device in the air conditioning unit one by one, and maintenance efficiency may be improved.
In some embodiments, when the air conditioning unit is controlled to start the low-voltage protection, the controller may send a second warning message to the maintenance terminal, where the second warning message may include a location where the air conditioning unit is located, and a reason why the air conditioning unit starts the low-voltage protection is that the low voltage of the air conditioning unit drops too fast due to an abnormality of the electronic expansion valve, so that a maintenance worker maintains the electronic expansion valve in the air conditioning unit according to the location where the air conditioning unit is located, thereby improving maintenance efficiency.
In some embodiments, when the air conditioning unit is controlled to start low-voltage protection and send warning information to the maintenance terminal, the warning information may include first warning information and second warning information, and the warning information may further indicate a maintenance worker to investigate surrounding interference sources of the air conditioning unit, so as to further improve the stability of the operation of the air conditioning unit.
In summary, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, by acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit, when it is determined that the low-pressure drop of the air conditioning unit is too fast according to the fact that the low-pressure drop rate is greater than the set value, the unit operation parameter is acquired, and when it is determined that the communication fault occurs in the air conditioning unit according to the unit operation parameter, the real-time low-pressure value of the air conditioning unit is acquired, so that when it is determined that the real-time low-pressure value is smaller than the low-pressure protection value of the air conditioning unit, it is determined that the reason for the too fast low-pressure drop of the air conditioning unit is an abnormality of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, and the air conditioning unit is controlled to start low-pressure protection. According to the method and the device, when the air conditioning unit is determined to be abnormal in communication according to the low-pressure operation rate of the air suction end of the compressor of the air conditioning unit and the unit operation parameters of the air conditioning unit, whether the electronic expansion valve is abnormal or not is determined according to the real-time voltage value of the air suction end of the compressor, so that the abnormal detection of the electronic expansion valve in communication fault can be realized without depending on a manual detection mode, and the labor cost can be reduced; when the electronic expansion valve is determined to be abnormal, maintenance personnel can maintain the electronic expansion valve without manually detecting the abnormality of the electronic expansion valve, so that the maintenance efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and returning to the step of acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit when the air conditioning unit is determined not to have too high low-pressure drop according to the fact that the low-pressure drop rate is smaller than or equal to the set value. Therefore, whether the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is too fast can be determined through the low pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit obtained again, and real-time judgment of the low pressure drop process in the operation process of the air conditioning unit is achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises the steps of:
and S202, if the real-time low-pressure value is larger than or equal to the low-pressure protection value of the air conditioning unit, recording the times of too fast low-pressure drop of the air conditioning unit in a preset time period.
S204, when the number of times of too fast low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit in a preset time period is larger than a preset number of times, sending a prompt message; the prompt information is used for prompting the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit to be checked.
In some embodiments, the preset number may be an integer greater than or equal to 2, and in this embodiment, the preset number is 2; when the number of times that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit is reduced too fast within a preset time period is larger than the preset number of times, the controller can send prompt information to the maintenance terminal, wherein the prompt information can comprise the position of the air conditioning unit and information for indicating to investigate an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, so that maintenance personnel can contact with a user according to the position of the air conditioning unit, maintenance of the air conditioning unit is achieved, and after-sale service quality is improved; and under the condition that the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is not required to be manually detected abnormally, the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is directly maintained, so that the detection accuracy rate can be improved.
It can be understood that when the number of times that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast in the preset time period is greater than the preset number of times, the frequency that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast in the preset time period is high, and in order to guarantee the stable operation of the air conditioning unit, the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is maintained by prompting maintenance personnel, so that the use experience of a user on the air conditioning unit is improved, and the stability of the subsequent operation of the air conditioning unit is improved.
It can be understood that when different control processes are executed according to the magnitude relation between the real-time low-voltage value and the low-voltage protection value of the air conditioning unit, for example, when the real-time low-voltage value is smaller than the low-voltage protection value, the low-voltage protection is started; when the real-time low-voltage value is greater than or equal to the low-voltage protection value and the number of times that the low voltage of the air conditioning unit is reduced too fast within the preset time period is greater than the preset number of times, the prompt message is sent, so that the operation mode of the air conditioning unit can be reasonably regulated and controlled, and the fault tolerance rate and the operation stability of the air conditioning system are improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and returning to the step of acquiring the low pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit when the number of times of the too fast low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit in the preset time period is less than or equal to the preset number of times.
It can be understood that when the number of times that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast in the preset time period is less than or equal to the preset number of times, it indicates that the frequency that the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast in the preset time period is low, and by returning to the step of obtaining the low pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit, whether the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops too fast can be determined according to the low pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit obtained again, so that the real-time judgment of the low pressure drop process in the operation process of the air conditioning unit is realized.
In one embodiment, the unit operation parameters of the air conditioning unit include operation parameters of a plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit, and determining that the air conditioning unit has a communication fault according to the unit operation parameters includes: and when the operating parameters of a plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit do not exceed the corresponding set values, determining that the air conditioning unit has communication faults.
In one embodiment, the unit operating parameters include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) increasing the frequency rate of a fan of the air conditioning unit, closing and opening degrees of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, increasing the frequency rate of a compressor of the air conditioning unit and decreasing the water inlet temperature of the air conditioning unit; when the operation parameters of a plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit do not exceed the corresponding set values, determining that the air conditioning unit has communication faults, comprising the following steps: when the fan frequency-increasing rate of the air conditioning unit is smaller than or equal to a fan frequency-increasing rate set value, the closing opening of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is smaller than or equal to a closing opening set value of the electronic expansion valve, the compressor frequency-increasing rate of the air conditioning unit is smaller than or equal to a compressor frequency-increasing rate set value, and the water inlet temperature drop rate of the air conditioning unit is smaller than or equal to a water inlet temperature drop rate set value, the air conditioning unit is determined to have communication faults.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioning unit is determined to have communication abnormality by adopting multiple detection conditions according to the low-pressure operation rate of the suction end of the compressor of the air conditioning unit and the unit operation parameters of the air conditioning unit, whether the electronic expansion valve is abnormal or not is further determined according to the real-time voltage value of the suction end of the compressor, so that the abnormality detection of the electronic expansion valve during communication failure can be realized without depending on a manual detection mode, and the labor cost can be reduced; when the electronic expansion valve is determined to be abnormal, maintenance personnel can maintain the electronic expansion valve, so that the problem that the electronic expansion valve is abnormal due to communication faults in the operation process of the air conditioning unit can be solved, and meanwhile, fault reasons can be fed back to the maintenance personnel visually, so that the maintenance is not needed after the electronic expansion valve is detected to be abnormal manually, and the maintenance efficiency can be improved.
The fan frequency increasing rate of the air conditioning unit is a rate obtained by the controller according to a difference value between fan frequencies obtained before and after a preset interval and the preset interval; the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit can automatically feed back the opening degrees before and after the preset interval to the controller, and then the controller can obtain the closing opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit according to the difference value between the opening degrees of the electronic expansion valve before and after the preset interval and the preset interval; the compressor frequency raising rate of the air conditioning unit is a rate obtained by the controller according to a difference value between compressor frequencies obtained before and after a preset interval and the preset interval; the water inlet temperature of the air conditioning unit is the rate obtained by the controller according to the difference value between the water inlet temperatures obtained before and after the preset interval and the preset interval.
For example, f Lifting of water The method comprises the steps of representing a fan frequency rising rate of an air conditioning unit, wherein f represents a set value that the fan frequency rising rate is too fast; k is Lower the main body The method comprises the steps that the closing opening of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is shown, and K shows a set value of the closing opening of the electronic expansion valve; f Lifting of wine The method comprises the steps of representing the frequency rising rate of a compressor of the air conditioning unit, and F representing a set value that the frequency rising rate of the compressor is too high; t is Descend Showing the water inlet temperature reduction rate of the air conditioning unit, T showing the water inlet temperature reduction rate is an over-fast set value, if f Lifting of water F is less than or equal to f, and K Descend K or less, and F Lifting of wine Less than or equal to F, and T Descend And if the T is less than or equal to T, determining that the air conditioning unit has communication faults.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when at least one of the operation parameters of the devices of the air conditioning unit exceeds the corresponding set value, returning to the step of acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit.
It can be understood that when at least one of the operating parameters of the devices of the air conditioning unit exceeds the corresponding set value, it indicates that the reason for the excessively fast low pressure of the air conditioning unit is not the abnormality of the electronic expansion valve caused by the communication fault, but the low pressure of the air conditioning unit drops excessively fast due to other reasons.
In some embodiments, the cause of the low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit being too fast has a mapping relationship with the operating parameters of the plurality of components of the air conditioning unit. For example, if the operating parameters of the various components of the air conditioning unit include the compressor ramp rate, the reason for the air conditioning unit low pressure drop is too fast is because the compressor is loaded too fast.
In one embodiment, the unit operating parameters include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) increasing the frequency rate of a fan of the air conditioning unit, closing and opening degrees of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, increasing the frequency rate of a compressor of the air conditioning unit and decreasing the water inlet temperature of the air conditioning unit; at least one of the operating parameters of a plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit exceeds a corresponding set value, and the operating parameters include at least one of the following: the fan frequency rising rate of the air conditioning unit is larger than a set value for over-high fan frequency rising rate; the closing opening of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit is larger than a set value of the closing opening of the electronic expansion valve; the compressor frequency increasing rate of the air conditioning unit is larger than a set value for the compressor frequency increasing rate to be too high; the inlet water temperature drop rate of the air conditioning unit is larger than the set value of the inlet water temperature drop rate.
In some embodiments, when at least one of the operating parameters of the plurality of components of the air conditioning pack includes a fan up rate of the air conditioning pack, the cause of the air conditioning pack under-voltage drop being too fast is because the fan up rate is too fast. When at least one of the operation parameters of the plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit comprises the closing opening of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, the reason for causing the low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit to be too fast is that the electronic expansion valve is closed too fast. When at least one of the operating parameters of the plurality of components of the air conditioning unit includes a compressor ramp rate of the air conditioning unit, the reason for the low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit being too fast is that the compressor is loaded too fast. When at least one of the operating parameters of the plurality of devices of the air conditioning unit comprises the incoming water temperature drop rate of the air conditioning unit, the reason for causing the low pressure drop of the air conditioning unit to be too fast is that the ambient temperature drops too fast.
For example, f Lifting of wine The method comprises the steps of representing a fan frequency rising rate of an air conditioning unit, wherein f represents a set value that the fan frequency rising rate is too fast; k Descend The method comprises the steps of representing the closing opening of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioning unit, and K represents a set value of the closing opening of the electronic expansion valve; f Lifting of water The method comprises the steps of representing the frequency rising rate of a compressor of the air conditioning unit, and F representing a set value that the frequency rising rate of the compressor is too high; t is Descend The water inlet temperature drop rate of the air conditioning unit is represented, T represents a set value that the water inlet temperature drop rate is too fast, and if at least one of the following conditions is met: f. of Lifting of wine >f,K Descend >K,F Lifting of wine >F,T Lower the main body >And T, returning to the step of acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit.
In combination with the above, as shown in fig. 3, a flow chart of an operation control method for an air conditioning unit is provided, which includes the following steps:
and S302, acquiring the low-pressure drop rate of the air conditioning unit.
