Detailed Description
The invention provides a fixing device which can conveniently fix objects with different sizes. The architecture and operation of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the fixing device 900 of the present invention includes a housing 600, a fixing module 800, and a limiting member 700. The housing 600 has an operation surface 610, and a user can operate the fixed module 800 on the operation surface 610. More specifically, the fixed module 800 includes a lock body, such as a combination lock, with a portion of the lock body exposed to the operating surface 610 for operation by a user. The operating surface 610 may further have an accommodating recess 660, and a portion of the lock body exposed from the operating surface 610 is located in the accommodating recess 660, so as to reduce the chance of being damaged by impact. In addition, the housing 600 may also have a housing inlet 620 and a housing outlet 670. The limiting member 700 is rotatable parallel to the first plane, the connecting end 701 (see fig. 2A) of the limiting member 700 is connected to the housing 600, and the free end 702 can enter the housing 600 through the housing entrance 620 and exit the housing 600 through the housing exit 670. The first plane is, for example, a plane parallel to a plane formed by the first axis 101 and the second axis 102. The housing 600 may be flat with the operating face 610 parallel to the first plane. The securing device 900 may be viewed from different angles as a handcuff lock with a combination lock mechanism.
As shown in the exploded views of fig. 2A and 2B, the housing 600 may be composed of a first housing 601 and a second housing 602. The fixing module 800 is disposed in the casing 600 and includes at least one rotating wheel 110 at least partially extending out of the operating surface 610. In this embodiment, the fixing module 800 includes a fixing member 100, a control member 200, and a moving member 300. The fixture 100 comprises a rotation wheel 110 rotatable with respect to a first axis 101 (see fig. 3A). The rotator wheel 110 extends at least partially beyond the operating surface 610. Further, in this embodiment, the fixing module 800 is a combination lock, the fixing member 100 is a combination lock core, and the rotating wheel 110 is a character wheel. When the rotating wheel 110 is rotated to the locked position other than the first position, i.e., the user dials the character wheel to have a different number from the unlocked number, the fixing module 800 restricts the movement of the free end 702 extending into the housing 600. When the rotator 110 is rotated to the first position, i.e., the unlocking position when the user dials the character wheel to have the same number as the unlocking number, the movement of the free end 702 extending into the housing 600 is not restricted by the fixing module 800. Accordingly, a user can insert the limiting member 700 into the housing 600 after passing through the object to be fixed, and limit the movement of the free end 702 through the fixing module 800, so as to achieve the purpose of locking.
More specifically, as shown in the exploded views of the embodiments of fig. 2A and 2B, the control member 200 is disposed on one side of the fixing member 100, can rotate relative to a second axis 102 parallel to the first axis 101 (see fig. 3A), and includes a first end portion 210 and a second end portion 220 at opposite ends, wherein the first end portion 210 is located on the second axis 102. Further, in an embodiment, when the fixing device 900 is assembled, the first end portion 210 of the control element 200 is inserted into the hole 631 of the inner bracket 630 of the casing 600, so that the control element 200 can rotate around the first end portion 210. Wherein, the control member 200 further comprises a first elastic member 241 (see fig. 3C) for providing an elastic force to rotate the control member 200 to approach the fixing member 100.
As shown in the exploded views of the embodiments of fig. 2A and 2B, the moving member 300 is disposed on the other side of the second end 220 relative to the first end 210, and is movable along a third axis 103 (see fig. 3A) perpendicular to the first axis 101. The position-limiting member 700 includes a position-limiting portion 711, the connecting end 701 is connected to the housing 600, and the free end 702 can extend into the housing 600 to enable the moving member 300 to enter the position-limiting portion 711. Further, the retaining member 700 may include a chain belt formed by connecting a plurality of chain rods 710, wherein the chain rods 710 at one end of the chain belt are connected to the casing 600, and the chain rods 710 at the other end of the chain belt can penetrate through the object to be fixed and then extend into the casing 600. When the fixed member 100 is rotated to the locking position other than the first position, i.e., when the user dials the character wheel to make the number different from the unlocking number, a portion of the moving member 300 enters the stopper portion 711, and the second end portion 220 restricts the moving member 300 from moving toward the fixed member 100. When the fixed member 100 rotates to the first position, i.e. the unlocking position when the user dials the character wheel to make the number of the character wheel identical to the unlocking number, the second end portion 220 releases the restriction of the moving member 300 moving towards the fixed member 100, and the moving member 300 can leave the restriction portion 711.
More specifically, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 3A to 3C, the rotary wheel 110 includes a rotary member 111 and a ring member 112. The rotary member 111 is rotatable with respect to the first axis 101, and one side of the rotary member 111 has a fixing recess 113. The ring member 112 may be sleeved on the rotating member 111 such that a side of the rotating member 111 having the fixing recess 113 protrudes from a side of the ring member 112. In other words, a perpendicular projection of the side of the rotary member 111 having the fixing recess 113 on a plane parallel to the first axis 101 is projected from a perpendicular projection of the ring member 112 on a plane parallel to the first axis 101. Wherein the ring member 112 may extend at least partially beyond the operating face 610 (see fig. 2A).
As shown in the embodiment of fig. 3A to 3C, the control member 200 has a fixing protrusion 230 toward a side of the rotating member 111 having the fixing recess 113. Further, the fixing element 100 includes a plurality of rotation wheels 110, the control element 200 is a sheet including a plurality of hollow portions 280 and a plurality of fixing protrusions 230, each of the plurality of rotation wheels 110 extends into one of the plurality of hollow portions 280, and each of the plurality of fixing protrusions 230 is disposed between the plurality of hollow portions 280 and can enter the fixing recess 113 of one of the plurality of rotation wheels 110. Viewed from different angles, the control member 200 includes a plurality of arms 290 and a plurality of fixing protrusions 230, the plurality of arms 290 extend from the first end 210 to the second end 220 to the outside of the side of the rotating member 111 having the fixing recesses 113, each of the plurality of fixing protrusions 230 is disposed on one of the plurality of arms 290 and can enter the fixing recess 113 of one of the plurality of rotating wheels 110.
As shown in fig. 3A to 3C, when the fixing member 100 is rotated to the locking position, the fixing recess 113 is misaligned with the fixing protrusion 230, and the fixing protrusion 230 cannot enter the fixing recess 113. Therefore, the second end 220 abuts against the runner 300, and movement of the runner 300 toward the stator 100 is restricted. The control member 200 may include a second elastic member 242 (see fig. 5C) for providing an elastic force to move the moving member 300 away from the fixed member 100.
More specifically, the second end portion 220 includes a control member end edge 221 and a stopper 222 movable toward the control member end edge 221 and abutting the control member end edge 221. The control member 200 includes a third elastic member 243 (see fig. 5C) for providing an elastic force to move the stop member 222 close to the control member end edge 221, and the stop member 222 has a supporting portion 222a capable of abutting against the control member end edge 221. When the stationary member 100 is rotated to the locked position, the stopper 222 is located on a path of the moving member 300 moving toward the stationary member 100, thereby restricting the moving member 300 from moving toward the stationary member 100. Thus, the moving member 300 entering the position-limiting portion 711 can remain stationary to limit the movement of the position-limiting member 700, resulting in a locking effect. In this embodiment, the stop member 222 is provided separately from the control member end edge 221, however, in a different embodiment, the stop member 222 may be directly connected to the control member end edge 221.
As shown in fig. 4A to 4C, when the fixed member 100 rotates to the unlocking position, the fixing concave portion 113 corresponds to the fixing convex portion 230, the fixing convex portion 230 can enter the fixing concave portion 113, the second end portion 220 does not abut against the moving member 330, and the second end portion 220 releases the restriction of the moving member 300 moving towards the fixed member 100. Accordingly, the mover 300 may move toward the stator 100.
More specifically, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 5A to 5C, the stopper 222 has an opening 223. When the fixing member 100 rotates to the unlocking position, the operating member 200 rotates due to the elastic force of the first elastic member 241 to make the fixing protrusion 230 enter the fixing recess 113, so as to drive the control member end edge 221 to rotate. At this time, the stopper 222 approaches the end edge 221 of the control member by the elastic force provided by the third elastic member 243, moves to the opening 223 to correspond to the moving member 300, and the stopper 222 releases the restriction on the movement of the moving member 300 toward the fixed member 100, so that the moving member 300 can move into the opening 223. Thus, when the limiting member 700 moves, the moving member 300 can leave the limiting portion 711, and the movement thereof is not limited. The side of the moving member 300 facing the position-limiting member 700 has an inclined surface 311, so that the moving member 300 can be more smoothly separated from the position-limiting portion 711 when the position-limiting member 700 moves.
Based on the above, the user can insert the limiting member 700 into the housing 600 (see fig. 1A) through the object to be fixed, and make the moving member 300 enter the limiting portion 711. Then, the character wheel is turned to make the number different from the unlock number, that is, the fixing member 100 is rotated to the locking position other than the first position to limit the movement of the moving member 300, so that the movement of the limiting member 700 is limited, and the object is locked. The limiting member 700 may include a plurality of limiting portions 711 disposed at different positions, such that the limiting member 700 is fixed at different positions after extending into the housing 600, so as to fix/lock objects with different sizes.
In the above embodiment, the fixing module 800 includes the control element 200 for limiting the movement of the moving element 300, so as to fix the position-limiting element 700. However, in various embodiments, the fixing module 800 may be changed according to manufacturing, design or use considerations, such as using other existing combination locks without control members to limit the movement of the moving member by an element such as a shaft, thereby achieving the effect of fixing the position-limiting member.
