Step S120: and delivering first-temperature water mist to a nursing cavity of the cabinet type clothes nursing equipment.
Step S130: and stopping conveying the first temperature water mist, and conveying the second temperature water mist to the nursing cavity.
For the embodiment, the water mist is tiny mist particles obtained by processing liquid water, the tiny mist particles can be atomized into the whole nursing cavity, the tiny mist particles can be suspended in the air in the nursing cavity, and the water mist can go deep into clothes fibers by the aid of pressure applied when the water mist is conveyed to the nursing cavity due to the fact that the particle diameter of the tiny mist particles is smaller than the distance between the clothes fibers, hydrogen bonds between the fibers are broken to rapidly soften the clothes fibers and remove wrinkles of the clothes, and stains and residues of the clothes can be stripped and removed.
The water mist with different temperatures can be obtained by atomizing water with different temperatures, or the water mist with higher temperature can be obtained by heating the water and the water mist. The temperature of water mist can be based on the temperature at the water mist outlet in the nursing cavity, and the distance between the position where the water mist is generated and the water mist outlet is short, so that the temperature at the water mist outlet can be regarded as the temperature of the generated water mist, and in addition, the temperature of the water mist can also be based on the temperature of a preset position in the nursing cavity when the water mist is conveyed, such as the temperature of the top or the middle part of the inner wall of the nursing cavity. The temperature of the water mist outlet and the preset position in the nursing cavity can be detected by a temperature sensor arranged at the corresponding position.
In a possible implementation mode, the clothes care device of the cabinet type clothes care equipment comprises an ultrasonic atomizer, the ultrasonic atomizer can atomize water in a certain temperature range into micro mist particles with similar temperature based on the ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation principle, and the water mist can be conveyed to a care cavity by matching with an external or internal fan of the ultrasonic atomizer. When the water temperature is higher than 60 ℃, the ultrasonic atomizer stops working due to overhigh water temperature, so that the ultrasonic atomizer is suitable for treating water with the water temperature below 60 ℃ when generating water mist, and the temperature of the water mist directly generated by the ultrasonic atomizer is below 60 ℃.
In addition, the water supply of the ultrasonic atomizer is from a clean water tank, the water added by a user in the clean water tank is generally normal temperature, and the water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer is normal temperature water mist. If the water mist with the temperature higher than the normal temperature needs to be generated, the ultrasonic atomizer is driven to work, and before the water mist with the corresponding temperature is conveyed to the nursing cavity, the method further comprises the step of preprocessing a water supply source of the ultrasonic atomizer, and heating water to the proper temperature.
In addition, can release a large amount of anions through ultrasonic nebulizer when producing water smoke, it produces electrostatic reaction and deposits in nursing chamber bottom with the floating dust of nursing intracavity etc. can effectively get rid of harmful substance such as formaldehyde, bacterium on the clothing, possesses the clothing nursing effect of degerming of distinguishing flavor of.
In a possible implementation manner, the clothes care device of the cabinet type clothes care equipment comprises an ultrasonic atomizer and an auxiliary heater, the auxiliary heater is used for heating water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer, and the water mist with the temperature higher than the normal temperature can be conveyed to the care cavity by matching with a fan. Wherein the auxiliary heater may be a PTC heater.
In one possible implementation manner, the clothes care device of the cabinet type clothes care equipment comprises a steam generator, the steam generator is used for heating water to generate high-temperature water mist, and the high-temperature water mist can be conveyed to the care cavity by matching with the air pressure of the steam outlet. The water supply to the steam generator is also from the clean water tank and when the steam generator heats the water to boiling, saturated steam, i.e. a high temperature mist at 100 c, is produced. Generally, the temperature of the high temperature water mist generated by the steam generator is below 100 ℃.
In addition, the high-temperature water mist can enable bacteria or microorganisms to denature and solidify under the damp-heat condition, and the clothes care effect of sterilization is achieved.
In the present invention, any one of the above-mentioned devices may be configured for the cabinet type clothes care apparatus according to the temperature range of the water mist required to be generated, or a plurality of the above-mentioned devices may be used in combination, for example, the clothes care apparatus of the cabinet type clothes care apparatus includes an ultrasonic atomizer and a steam generator, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The problem of the long restriction of time of the high temperature steam nursing of the single temperature of the cabinet type clothe nursing equipment of tradition is difficult to balance steam volume demand and high temperature steam nursing, often can only restrict nursing for a long time in order to avoid causing the damage to the clothing, leads to the clothing to fumigate inadequately like this easily, and nursing effects such as clothing wrinkle removal remain to be improved. For the embodiment, the clothes in the nursing cavity are nursed by sequentially delivering water mist with different temperatures to the nursing cavity. The water mist with different temperatures is conveyed in sequence, so that the clothes can be prevented from being in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment for a long time while enough steam quantity is provided for the clothes, the nursing effects of wrinkle removal and the like of the clothes are improved, and the possibility of damage to the clothes is reduced.
Furthermore, different types of stains correspond to different optimal stain removal temperatures, considering that not all stains can be removed by high temperatures. For example, protein stains such as milk stains and blood stains are denatured and solidified on clothes fibers at a high temperature, fruit stains and sweat stains are more active at normal temperature and are more suitable for being removed at normal temperature, and fat-soluble stains are suitable for being removed at a high temperature of about 60 ℃. For the embodiment, water mist with different temperatures is conveyed successively, so that a proper decontamination environment can be provided for clothes, the device can be suitable for removing various stains, and the clothes decontamination care effect is effectively improved.
In addition, water mist with different temperatures is successively conveyed to the nursing cavity, so that high-temperature steam is not required to be supplied for a long time under the condition of ensuring the clothes nursing effect, and the energy consumption of the cabinet type clothes nursing equipment can be obviously reduced.
In a possible implementation, the first temperature is lower than the second temperature, namely, the relatively low-temperature water mist is firstly delivered to the nursing cavity, and the relatively high-temperature water mist is delivered to the nursing cavity after the relatively low-temperature water mist is stopped being delivered. In this mode, by providing a mist treatment environment with a temperature ranging from low to high, stains suitable for low-temperature soil removal can be preferentially removed, such stains are prevented from being denatured due to high temperature, and the treatment effect of soil removal of clothes is further improved on the basis of improvement of the treatment effect. The mode can obviously improve the nursing effect of clothes with more stains. In addition, at the water smoke in-process that is lower relatively to nursing chamber delivery temperature, can heat in advance the water supply source of second temperature water smoke, through carrying out the preliminary treatment to water supply source in advance, can reduce the time of waiting for the temperature rise to promote clothing nursing efficiency.
In one possible implementation, the first temperature is higher than the second temperature, i.e. the relatively high temperature mist is delivered to the treatment cavity first, and the relatively low temperature mist is delivered to the treatment cavity after the delivery of the relatively high temperature mist is stopped. In this way, by providing a mist treatment environment with a temperature from high to low, the residual temperature of the mist with the first temperature can be utilized in combination when the mist with the second temperature is delivered, thereby improving the clothes treatment efficiency.
Step S140: and stopping conveying the water mist with the second temperature, conveying hot air to the nursing cavity and driving the clothes in the nursing cavity to move.
The clothes care device of the cabinet type clothes care equipment comprises a drying module, a fan and a clothes movement driving module, after clothes finish mist care at two temperatures, the cabinet type clothes care equipment drives the drying module and the fan to convey hot air into a care cavity, in the process, the cabinet type clothes care equipment drives the clothes movement driving module, so that the clothes are driven to shake up and down, swing back and forth, rotate and the like in the care cavity, moisture of the clothes is gradually evaporated in a temperature rising environment, hydrogen bonds among clothes fibers are reconnected, original wrinkles of the clothes can be removed and leveled and shaped, the clothes are driven to move while the hot air is conveyed, the phenomenon that the clothes become dry and hard and rough due to the fact that the hydrogen bonds among the clothes fibers are too tight can be avoided, and the clothes are ensured to be dry, soft and fluffy.
Step S150: after the preset care completion condition is reached, all care operations are terminated.
The clothes care finishing conditions corresponding to the clothes care requests are preset, and when the preset care finishing conditions are met, all care operations, such as hot air conveying, clothes driving and other care operations, are stopped, and the clothes care program is finished.
According to the clothes care control method provided by the invention, the clothes are subjected to water mist care at two temperatures in sequence, and the clothes are driven to move in the clothes drying process until the conditions are met, so that the clothes care is finished, different from single long-time high-temperature steam and drying care, the clothes care process corresponding to the method can provide enough steam quantity for the clothes, meanwhile, the clothes are prevented from being in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment for a long time, the clothes damage possibility is reduced while the clothes wrinkle removing and other care effects are improved, the equipment energy consumption is reduced, a proper decontamination and degerming environment is provided for the clothes, the method can be suitable for the removal conditions of various stains, the clothes decontamination care effect is effectively improved while the degerming is ensured, the clothes after being nursed are dry, clean, soft and fluffy, and the overall clothes wrinkle removing, degerming and other clothes care effects are obvious.
In some embodiments, the first temperature and the second temperature may be determined according to at least one of the material of the clothes and the care requirement of the clothes. The intelligence of first temperature, second temperature is set for and can be for the clothing provides more accurate effectual nursing, promotes the clothing nursing effect.
The first temperature and the second temperature are influenced by clothes materials, specifically, the first temperature and the second temperature can be preset according to the clothes materials related in a common application scene, the preset first temperature and the preset second temperature are obtained before water mist nursing is executed, the clothes materials of current clothes in a nursing cavity can be determined before water mist nursing is executed, and the first temperature and the second temperature are determined according to the preset incidence relation between the clothes materials and the nursing temperature. For example, when the clothes comprise western-style clothes, the material of the clothes is not suitable for high-temperature steam nursing, and the first temperature and the second temperature corresponding to the middle part of the inner wall of the nursing cavity are both lower temperatures, which are not higher than 40 ℃.
The first temperature and the second temperature are influenced by the clothes care requirements, specifically, after the clothes care request selected by the user is received, the first temperature and the second temperature corresponding to the clothes care request are obtained, and the first temperature and the second temperature are preset in the clothes care requirements corresponding to the clothes care requests.
In some embodiments, when the first temperature is lower than the second temperature, the first temperature water mist is specifically normal temperature water mist, and the second temperature water mist is specifically high temperature water mist.
For this embodiment, normal temperature water mist is delivered to the nursing cavity first, and high temperature water mist is delivered to the nursing cavity after normal temperature water mist delivery is stopped. In the mode, through providing the water mist nursing environment with the temperature from the normal temperature to the high temperature, the stains suitable for normal-temperature decontamination can be preferentially removed, the degeneration of the stains due to the high temperature is avoided, and the nursing effect of decontaminating clothes is further improved on the basis of improving the wrinkle-removing decontamination nursing effect. The mode can obviously improve the nursing effect of clothes with more stains. In addition, carry the required consumption of normal atmospheric temperature water smoke lower, and carry normal atmospheric temperature water smoke in-process to the nursing chamber, can heat the water supply source of high temperature water smoke in advance, through carrying out the preliminary treatment to water supply source in advance, can reduce the time of waiting for the temperature to rise to promote clothing nursing efficiency.
In some embodiments, when the first temperature is higher than the second temperature, the first temperature water mist is specifically a high temperature water mist, and the second temperature water mist is specifically a normal temperature water mist.
For this embodiment, firstly deliver the temperature high temperature water mist to the nursing chamber, and then deliver the normal temperature water mist to the nursing chamber after stopping delivering the high temperature water mist. In the mode, by providing the water mist nursing environment with the temperature from high temperature to normal temperature, the residual temperature of the high-temperature water mist can be utilized in combination when the normal-temperature water mist is conveyed, so that the clothes nursing efficiency is improved.
Wherein the temperature of the normal temperature water mist at the water mist outlet of the nursing cavity and at the preset position in the nursing cavity is close to the local current season climate or the indoor temperature of the cabinet type clothes nursing equipment, and is generally 15-30 ℃.
Wherein, the temperature accessible control heating temperature of high temperature water smoke or time length are set for, and the temperature that high temperature water smoke corresponds the intracavity water smoke exit of nursing, generally is 70 ℃ to 100 ℃, because high temperature water smoke can mix and cool down with intracavity air after getting into nursing the chamber, corresponding, the temperature that corresponds predetermined position in the nursing intracavity generally is 40 ℃ to 60 ℃.
In a mode that probably realizes, normal atmospheric temperature water smoke can be obtained through atomizing normal atmospheric temperature water by ultrasonic nebulizer, high temperature water smoke can be obtained to water heating by steam generator, the bimodulus atomizing mode including ultrasonic nebulizer and steam generator can promote clothing nursing efficiency in the reduction consumption, carry normal atmospheric temperature water smoke and high temperature water smoke to the nursing intracavity and can satisfy the nursing demand of the clothing of the relevant clothing material of ordinary application scene by at utmost, compare the high temperature steam and the hot-blast nursing of single temperature, the whole clothing nursing effect of its clothing wrinkle removal decontamination degerming etc. is more showing.
In some embodiments, the clothes in the care cavity can be driven to move during the process of delivering the first temperature water mist to the care cavity of the cabinet type clothes care equipment in step S120 or delivering the second temperature water mist to the care cavity of the cabinet type clothes care equipment in step S130.
To this embodiment, in the course of carrying out the water smoke nursing to the clothing, drive clothing motion drive module to order about the clothing to shake under the water smoke environment, reciprocating swing, rotation etc. and the clothing makes water smoke deepen clothing fibre more fast evenly under hanging the activity state of stretching, increases gentle contact between the clothing fibre simultaneously, accelerates the dirt of clothing and the gentle peeling of residue, improves the clothing nursing efficiency that water smoke fumigation went off the wrinkle decontamination.
In one possible implementation, during the delivery of the first temperature mist and/or the second temperature mist, the clothes in the care cavity are intermittently driven to move. Specifically, the clothes motion driving module is driven to work for a certain time in the process of conveying water mist, then the clothes motion driving module is paused for a certain time, and then the clothes motion driving module is driven to work for a certain time, so that the clothes motion is driven intermittently.
In one possible implementation, after the first temperature water mist and/or the second temperature water mist is delivered for a preset time period, the clothes in the nursing cavity are driven to move. Specifically, the clothes movement driving module is driven to start working after the water mist is conveyed for a certain time, and the clothes movement driving module is stopped working while the water mist conveying is stopped. For example, the time length of the delivered water mist is T, and the clothes are driven to move when the delivered water mist reaches 1/2T, so that the clothes move 1/2T in the water mist environment.
In a possible implementation manner, after the first temperature water mist and/or the second temperature water mist are/is conveyed and the clothes in the nursing cavity are driven to move for a preset time, the driving of the clothes in the nursing cavity is stopped. Specifically, the clothes movement driving module is driven to start working while water mist is conveyed, and the clothes movement driving module is stopped to work after a certain time, and only water mist is conveyed continuously. For example, the total time period for delivering the water mist is designated as T, and when the water mist is delivered and the clothes are driven to move for 1/2T, the operation of the clothes movement driving module is stopped, and the water mist delivery is continued for 1/2T.
