The wall surface of the lock hole 21 protrudes out of the surface of the door lock cylinder 2 and extends to form a neck portion 23, and the neck portion 23 penetrates through the through hole 13. Said neck 23 is partially turned towards the outside and extends along the outer surface of the protective casing 1 as an outer rim 24. The outer edge 24 is two sections, connected by the neck 23, and symmetrically arranged at the lock hole 21. The section surface of the outer edge 24 is trapezoidal, and the lower bottom of the trapezoid is attached to the outer surface of the protective shell 1 to block the through hole 13 of the protective shell 1.
In order to realize the nail-free installation of the door lock cylinder 2 and the protective shell 1 and facilitate the assembly of the door lock cylinder and the protective shell under the condition without tools, at least part of the outer wall of the joint of the lock hole 21 and the neck 23 is provided with a convex edge 25, and the surface of the convex edge 25 facing the outer edge 24 extends from the outer wall of the lock hole 21 to the direction far away from the outer edge 24 to form a process installation inclined surface. The installation inclined plane of the process is matched with the opposite trapezoidal inclined plane, so that the outer edge 24 of one side of the door lock cylinder 2 can conveniently pass through the through hole 13 of the cover body 12 in an inclined mode, the other side of the door lock cylinder 2 is lifted upwards and leveled, and the outer edge 24 of the whole door lock cylinder 2 can pass through the through hole 13; at this moment, the door lock core 2 is moved by matching with the positioning clamp protrusions, so that the outer edges 24 of the door lock core 2 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the upper part of the through hole 13, and the positioning clamp protrusions enter the positioning holes 15, thereby realizing the nail-free positioning of the door lock core 2 on the cover body 12.
In order to lock the door lock to achieve a sealed state and prevent the washing water from leaking out of the door through a gap of the door body 4, the door lock cylinder 2 is usually controlled by electric connection. The mutual communication control from the door lock cylinder 2 to the control panel needs to be realized through electric elements or communication cables.
If the clothes treatment device is used for a long time, the problems of communication cable aging, cable contact electric sparks and the like can be caused, and when the door hook 3 enters the lock hole 21 to be locked, if the positioning is not accurate, the electric sparks can be caused; all the factors are easy to cause fire to burn the clothes processing device and even cause household fire. Once a fire occurs, the economic losses caused by the fire are even greater. Therefore, the protective shell 1 is made of fireproof materials; preferably, the body 11 and/or the cover 12 of the protective shell 1 are sheet metal parts, so that the sheet metal parts are easy to roll and form and convenient to process, and the flame inside the door lock cylinder 2 is prevented from rapidly jumping out to burn the front flange 5 of the machine body.
The washing machine is provided with the door lock. Normally, the door lock is located at the opposite side of the pivot axis of the door body 4 of the clothes processing device, the door hook 3 is located on the door body 4, and the protective shell 1 and the door lock core 2 are integrally arranged on the front flange 5 of the machine body. The structure of the machine body front flange 5 is similar to that of the first embodiment, the arrangement position of the threaded column 52 is matched with the position of the connecting part 14 of the door lock with the protective shell 1, the door lock core 2 is fixed by fixing the protective shell 1, the door hook 3 and the lock hole 21 are accurately positioned for a long time, and the phenomena of jamming and the like during door opening and closing are prevented.
Similarly, the door lock cylinder 2 is connected with a communication cable, a notch 16 is arranged on one side of the lower part of the protective shell 1, which is far away from the door body 4, and the communication cable passes through the notch 16.
Thus, when a fire is started, the flame usually burns upwards, so that the possibility that the flame is exposed from the lower part and the side surface to ignite other combustible objects is avoided, and the risk of the fire is reduced probably. The communication cable is arranged on one side far away from the door body 4, so that the communication cable can be arranged more simply by utilizing the side wall clearance of the clothes treatment device and can reach the control panel directly.

the door lock core is detachably arranged in the cavity in the protective shell, and the position and the size of a lock hole of the door lock core are matched with the through hole in the protective shell;
the door hook is detachably arranged at the lock hole.
