3. An on-line cleaning process for a cartridge filter element is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing a universal cleaning agent for cleaning the cartridge filter element of the cartridge filter as described in any one of claims 1-2;
(2) Erecting a cleaning system: sequentially connecting a security filter, a solid-liquid separator, a medicament tank and a forced circulation pump, wherein an outlet of the forced circulation pump is connected with an inlet of the security filter to form a closed loop structure, and a sludge discharge port of the solid-liquid separator is connected to a pit;
(3) Circularly cleaning the filter element: and adding a cleaning agent into the medicament tank, starting the forced circulation pump to enable the cleaning agent to circulate among the cartridge filter, the solid-liquid separator and the medicament tank, and regularly discharging sludge through a sludge discharge port of the solid-liquid separator.
4. The on-line cleaning process for cartridge filter elements according to claim 3, wherein the on-line cleaning process for cartridge filter elements further comprises: and inspecting and recording the flux recovery condition, the operation pressure difference condition and the cleaning period condition of the cartridge filter, and judging the effect of the cleaning process.
5. The on-line cleaning process for the cartridge filter element of the cartridge filter as recited in claim 3, wherein the cleaning agent tank and the hydrochloric acid tank are both connected with the medicament tank for adding the cleaning agent or the hydrochloric acid into the medicament tank.
6. The on-line cleaning process for the cartridge filter element of the cartridge filter according to claim 3, characterized in that sludge discharge is carried out for 2-3min every 20-40min of forced circulation, preferably for 2min every 30min of forced circulation.
7. The on-line cleaning process for the cartridge filter element of the cartridge filter as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the pH of the cleaning agent is more than 5, the pH is reduced to below 4 by adding hydrochloric acid, and when the liquid level of the cleaning agent after operation is reduced to two thirds of the original liquid level, the cleaning agent is added.
8. The on-line cleaning process for cartridge filter elements of claim 3, wherein in the circulating cleaning process, the cleaning is stopped when the water inlet pressure of the cartridge filter is reduced to 0.1MPa, and water is drained.
9. The on-line cleaning process for cartridge filter elements according to claim 3, wherein the cartridge filter elements comprise cartridge filter elements causing pollution and blockage in the process of filtering recycled reclaimed water, surface water and mine water.
10. The on-line cleaning process for the cartridge filter element of the cartridge filter according to claim 4, wherein when the cleaning system is erected, all the pipelines are connected by screw threads, so that the pipelines can bear the operating pressure of 1.0MPa after being connected;
preferably, the solid-liquid separator comprises one of a conical settler, a continuous centrifuge, and a baffled settler.
