According to the UV-cured frosted gloss oil provided by the invention, hyperbranched acrylic resin is taken as main resin, sand flour is introduced, and after the hyperbranched acrylic resin and the sand flour are combined and matched with a photoinitiator, the UV-cured frosted gloss oil can obtain a three-dimensional transparent frosting effect only through roller coating, so that the printing efficiency of a frosted effect printing product is improved, and meanwhile, the frosting effect is improved.

Technical Field

In order to solve the problem of low printing efficiency of a printing product with a frosted effect in the prior art, the invention provides UV curing frosted gloss oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the hyperbranched acrylic resin is used as main resin, and the curing speed of the surface of the system is improved by introducing the hyperbranched acrylic resin, so that the surface can be rapidly cured after the gloss oil is coated; the sand flour has a certain frosting effect and has the characteristic of good compatibility with resin, and after the sand flour is introduced, the sand flour and the hyperbranched acrylic resin are cooperated to act, so that the surface of the system is quickly cured under the action of a photoinitiator; in the fast curing process, use the even sand flour of dispersion as the center, form the crystal that has the dull polish effect for the dull polish effect is more three-dimensional, and dull polish permeability is good, thereby can be in simplifying dull polish effect printing process, on the basis of improving printing efficiency, improves the dull polish effect.

In order to ensure the stereospecificity of the frosting effect, the invention preferably selects the hyperbranched acrylic resin as the polyester acrylic resin with the functionality of 15-18, and further preferably selects the hyperbranched acrylic resin as the polyester acrylic resin with the functionality of 18, and preferably selects the hyperbranched acrylic resin with the viscosity range of 3000-6000cps at 25 ℃. In particular, the hyperbranched acrylic resin is preferably ETERCURE 6363 in the Kyoho chemical of the Zhuhai.

The preferable active acrylic monomer is at least one of adipic acid diacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate; preferably, the photoinitiator is at least one selected from 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone and benzophenone; preferably, the sensitizer is tertiary amine acrylate or tertiary amine benzoate; the auxiliary agent is preferably a mixture of an antifoaming agent and a leveling agent, and the mass ratio of the antifoaming agent to the leveling agent in the auxiliary agent is 2:3.

The adhesive force of the coating is tested according to the standard GB/T9286-88, the hardness is tested according to the standard GB/T6739-2006, and the sanding effect is tested by visual inspection and other testing methods. Specific test results are shown in table 1:

Compared with the embodiment 1, the technical scheme provided by the comparative example 1 increases the addition of the hyperbranched acrylic resin, and the prepared coating has a good frosting effect but has poor mechanical properties.
Compared with the technical scheme in the embodiment 1, the technical scheme provided by the comparative example 2 reduces the addition of the hyperbranched acrylic resin, and the prepared coating has a good mechanical effect, but the frosted effect is poor.
Compared with the technical scheme of example 1, the technical scheme provided by the comparative example 3 has the advantages that the hyperbranched polyester acrylic resin is replaced by the 15-functionality polyurethane acrylic resin, although the curing speed is higher, the obtained coating has poor frosted three-dimensional effect, the frosted feeling is not strong, and the mechanical property is poor.
Compared with the technical scheme of the embodiment 1, the technical scheme provided by the comparative example 4 has the advantages that the polyurethane acrylic resin 6127 replaces pure acrylic resin 6536-1, and the obtained coating has a good three-dimensional effect, but the mechanical property is poor.
Compared with the technical scheme of the embodiment 1, the technical scheme of the comparative example 4 adopts the mixture of the micro-wax and the calcium carbonate to replace sand flour, and the obtained coating has good mechanical property, but is white and not transparent, and the sanding effect is not good.

7. The UV-curable matte varnish according to claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator is at least one selected from the group consisting of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, and benzophenone.
8. The UV-curable matte varnish according to claim 1, wherein the sensitizer is a tertiary amine acrylate or tertiary amine benzoate.
9. The UV-curable matte varnish according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is a mixture of an antifoaming agent and a leveling agent.
10. The UV-curable matte varnish of claim 9, wherein the mass ratio of defoamer to leveling agent in the adjuvant is 2:3.
